Description: As the world continued to evolve and change in various ways, new techniques and weapons were created in order to accommodate for these constant shifts in power and strength after the passing of each generation. In the more recent years of Shinobi history, war ravaged the land and consumed everyone and everything who managed to be unfortunate enough to fall within it's dastardly grasp. Shrouded in mystery and shadow, a single woman emerged from the unexplored recesses of the world in order to bring an end to the unnecessary bloodshed, forging a weapon that would manage to subdue both sides of the altercations, forcing them into complete and total submissiveness. Dubbed as the Herald of Andraste, this weapon was created by utilizing two obscure things. The first was a mysterious indestructible metal-like substance, one which turned out to be non-conductible, and had the unique trait of malleability, fully capable of compacting and enlarging it's size passively (while it can enlarge it's size, this by no means can exceed the size of three times the user's own). The second, is the souls of all those who have fallen to the weapon's might, using a similar fuuinjutsu to that of the Uzumaki's own Reaper Death Seal, Andraste has managed to use this weapon as a sort of container. Through this method of soul capturing, all the souls held captive within it have converged into one entity, allowing the weapon to take on a rather different form of sentience and self-awareness.

Inquisition's Armory, much like any other element or field, this is the weapon's most basic ability. By surging chakra into the metallic looking orb, the user is capable of shifting and compacting/enlarging it's physical make-up in order to create a plethora of tools which include but are not limited to thinks like swords, lances, daggers, staffs, tonfo, great-shields, etc (A-Rank). The weapon can also stretch itself into an armor that can encase and act independently of the user. Despite being indestructible, getting hit by two S-Ranks it can "tank" one) will put it out of commission for three turns.

Description: This technique will begin with the user forming two handseals followed by clapping his hands together, upon doing so the earth in the surrounding area will begin to rumble violently knocking anyone more than ten meters from the focal point off balance as it spirals inward in a way similar to the Antlion technique only in reverse instead of causing a pit to form the dust will rise up dragging any of the unusable gel deposits from prior pantheonic usages up with it. The solid dust will form something akin to a mold used for forging weapons that behaves as a chest cavity for the Cerberus of Pantheonic Dust that follows the chest forming. The hound itself stands at thirty meters in height and once formed is self sustaining. It's chest cavity will be filled with the formerly mentioned gel it drew up from the earth which will be shaped in to senbon in the chest cavity. The Cerberus is capable of performing free form attacks that reach up to ten meters using its limbs but is also capable of firing these gel senbon from its chest using solid Pantheonic Dust from its body as a propellant. These needle barrages are capable of causing A-Rank damage following Pantheonic Dust's strengths and weaknesses. However the creature can be created with no prior source being able to use only the freeform strikes which are capable of causing B-Rank damage.

Note: Can only be used once. If formed with the gel core it can use the needles three times before depleting it's reserves, each usage costs a move slot. If destroyed the user may reform using a move slot in his turn.

Description: Branched off from, "Pantheonic Dust Release: Lesser Constructs of The Pantheon", this technique is similar in nature when it comes to versatility. When Pantheonic Dust comes in contact with any sort of fluid, it naturally absorbs all of it's properties and turns into a gel-like state (corrosive fluids make the gel scalding to the touch, cold fluids make the gel denser and more rock-like, etc) which is unusable from then on. But by focusing their chakra into the ground around these gel structures, the user will encase the gel in "hardened" dust, much akin to the Third Kazekage's iron sand. This casing has small, porous like holes which allow the gel to be excreted constantly, covering the rough exterior in the coagulate with whatever properties it adopted prior. These creations and their complexity are only limited by the user's imagination and the amount of chakra they put forth, the amount of detail varying with the rank. The structures include (and are not limited to) things like walls, swords, spheres, buildings, pillars, furniture, and more. These creations can be used defensively, in order to intercept attacks coming towards the user, offensively, creating swords, spikes and the like in order to pierce or ensnare the opponent, and supplementary, forming structures to benefit the user and his allies without affecting the opponent in any shape or form. But unlike the basic application technique, this is incapable of creating more sources of gel if a creation happens to be destroyed. While this element is in a different state from it's usual, all former S/Ws still apply.

Description: Taking inspiration from, "Rain Tiger at Will Technique" and, "Dropping Lid", this technique encompasses the more supplementary aspect of Pantheonic Dust. By focusing their chakra into the air above the entirety of the battlefield, the user will manipulate the dust earth particles found naturally in the air and in doing so will form a large cloud of Pantheonic dust in the sky which would rain down a mass of dust, very akin to a blizzard. As this dust falls in large quantities, it's very essence is connected to the user in the sense that if the opponent has a sensory technique active, they would be incapable of divulging where the user was, due to the dust acting as a sort of buffer in order to prevent detection (this is due to the user's chakra being present within the blizzard). It doesn't stop there, not only does this dust allow the user to hide their location from the opponent, but it also has another function. As it falls and latches onto object fueled by foreign chakra (deducting a rank of damage points), this dust will sap the energy from the constructs (only applicable on techniques with a solid form, e.g, Earth, Ice, Steel), lowering their damage output and overall strength in comparison to their former state, this ability of the sand is passive in nature. The intensity of the blizzard can also be remotely controlled passively (if the opponent is long-range away, they can only see up to mid-range, if the opponent is mid-range away, they can only see up to short-range, if the opponent is within short-range of the user, they can only see directly in front of them, within a two foot distance). There are also two additional usages of this technique that can be applied to the weaknesses of pantheonic dust namely earth and water and wood, which is the combination of both. By applying this technique to an inert creation of these elements I.E an old earth pillar no longer in use or a water source not in use, the user will be able to focus pantheonic dust chakra in to the source causing it to splinter and fracture in the case of wood and earth or be absorbed in the case of water before ascending in to the sky very rapidly dragging anything that was on top of the source along with it be it weaponry such as kunai or even a person, though it wouldn't drag larger summoning creatures or anything bigger than five meters diameter such as a giant weapon. This ability can also be used on items containing chakra following strengths and weaknesses meaning it could destroy up to B-Rank earth and water and C-Rank wood, when used in this version the dust will continue to fall for an extra two turns reverse the original release, this is due to an increase in the materials available for the dust and will also boost its rank up to B-Rank.

Note: The "blizzard" lasts for four turns, and requires a three turn cooldown in between usages

Before his...conversion, Edmond was a man with a lively look, one that attracted the gaze of others due to his fair skin and inviting eyes. His snow white hair hung shaggily from his noggin', swaying with each step he took in whichever direction, he was a man that no one could ignore. Though overtime, his appearance began to whither, his dark green suit became tathered around the edges, the cherry red tie fastened so neatly around his neck was noticeably corroded and his signature hat...the hat he got from someone dear to his heart was littered with holes and burn marks; the ever so neat and poised Edmond was gone. Underneath it all, underneath the peasant looking clothing, etched into his now milk colored skin, would be various tattoos, tattoos that served no other purpose than to assist his endeavors to keep "balance" amongst not only his fellow clansmen, but in the world.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Personality wise, she gives off a laid-back vibe, not wanting to get into pointless skirmishes that have no value to her, or the village. But before she actually assimilated into Kirigakure, she was a bounty hunter who roamed the lands to acquire currency. Renown for her services, she came across a theatrical woman who went by the name of Lexi Blades, formerly known as the Mizukage herself. Lexi was ambitious, she had dreams and aspirations of repairing the village after it was damaged, but she bailed when it needed her most. Though no one particularly resented her for it, after her defection she was quickly forgotten, almost erased from history. Kakuzu, a dark skinned man cladded in nothing but stitches, resumed control of the country. His previous reign was perhaps the shortest in history, hailing at a maximum of two weeks. But under his rule, the city momentarily prospered, until he was impeached. Despite that, he did have one Disciple, Lancer. If you didn't know him, he seemed polite, well collected, calm, but in actuality he was a practical jokester who was capable of relating to the villagers on a pretty deep level. He assumed the mantle of Mizukage, and eventually recruited Hana as one of his most trustworthy comrades. Their relationship eventually grew, and now they have more of a brother and sister type vibe going. Though recently, the Siren's personality was twisted and contorted, who she used to be didn't exactly exist anymore. During the first annual Headhunter Games, she did something that went against her moral code, she murdered one of her friends Canderous, for a chance at a reward. Disgusted and repulsed by her actions, Hana went into an almost deep depression, and in that state, she subconsciously created a new personality. One that was sinister, sadistic, twisted, and had almost no regard for those around her. There were obvious exceptions, but the majority of the people she knew realized they needed to keep away from her as much as possible.

Surgebinder

Once a Surgebinder is initiated into the clan, their body essentially becomes an "open doorway" for the ethereal energy. This means that prana energy will constantly enter and exist within their chakra systems and any quantity of foreign chakra or energy inserted into their bodies will immediately be transported to the Throne before they can take effect. Chakra inserted into their bodies for the use of illusions will be absorbed before their induction time is complete, meaning the genjutsu never occurs. However this also means Surgebinders will be incapable of having a Curse Mark or using Sage Mode. It will also become impossible for others to heal them through medical Ninjutsu or transfer chakra to them. If an ally or opponent tries to absorb the chakra of a Surgebinder into their own body, they will instead absorb this ambient Prana energy and be frozen internally.

Looks: When I met him...O'Dimm that is, he seemed meekly, almost peasant like, he was certainly nothing to fancy. He looked like a simple man, a merchant who traveled the lands in hopes of selling his wares, constantly moving day in and day out, to dawn to dusk; his clothes showed it. If I were to take the time to describe his features, Gaunter is someone you can glance over and notice absolutely nothing of consequence, he looked pedestrian. His eyes when they weren't flared bore a dull black color, his head almost cleanly shaven, the scalp always looking recently buzzed and trimmed. He wore a ragged long-sleeve dark mustard colored tunic with six blue blue lines stretching across the bottom and upper portions of his sleeves, deep navy blue pants with black, scuffed knee-high worn by low ranking officers in the Redanian army up north. Around his neck was a small brown necklace with a strange powdery like substance inside, even foreign to an experienced alchemist such as myself. If there was one thing that I noticed, it was around his shoulders was a satchel that he carried during our brief and...ominous meetings, like the rest of his attire, it was brown and corroded, but unlike the rest, he tended to it with care, despite it's certainly humble appearance. There were a few times where I noticed the skin covered by the under-class styled clothing though, on his fair yet at the same time ghastly looking skin, he was riddled with markings, strange ones I couldn't decipher, seals filled with purpose.

Personality: At first, he received me with open arms, I was in a southern tavern looking for answers, and he was the only one to give me even a glimpse of what I was looking for. I had sat at the table by the window, and there he was, lounging about, fiddling with an assortment of wooden spoons smiling at those who passed him. He was open, almost too open, the way he spoke, the way he made his gestures, if I hadn't known better even I would've assumed I had known him for years. O'Dimm is very upfront yet enigmatic, he's a man who knows what you're thinking and how to purge your thoughts from your mind with oddly strung together puzzles and riddles, but he knows when you're trying to play him for a fool, i've learned this first hand. Never, ever, cast judgment on him based on his outwardly appearance, though what I described is a warm man who is capable of giving everyone around him a taste of comfortability and peace, this man from my very own experience, is a demon at heart.

Description: This seal can either manually be placed on the user, or whenever the user is placed in a position where they are restricted in their elemental usage, it will "bleed" out and reveal itself. The seal is written in Kanji form (援) and is titled "Aid". The seal will act as a systematic tunnel within the depths of the users main chakra source, funneling out chakra to be used on behalf of the user, through the seal as its medium. This allows for the seal to act on its own accord, but also on behalf of the users will, as it is obviously controlled by him. The seal can than be used to release attacks, defenses, or supplementary techniques in other elemental forms, which in specialized cases, would not be allowed with the seal. E.g. Hardening technique armor is generally known in restricting the user to only using earth techniques. The seal plays a role in revealing itself on the surface of the armor, while still having a consistent connection to the users chakra reservoir (hence the +10 chakra points expense). With this seal, in connection with the users direct chakra, and not interacting with the interference of the earth armor, the user can perform jutsus of other elements, with the seal becoming its main medium. The main difference is, jutsus that originate from the body, will be released via the seal (projectiles and streaming) but jutsus that appear out of thin air, the ground, or sky, will be released normally. Moreover, the seal will act as a separate entity, but the chakra will still be of the users, so elemental combinations can still be complete, insofar as it is not a dangerous combination within close proximity of the user, that might logically jeopardize their life (e.g. performing a ash based technique, while wearing a lightning armor; risk being an explosion due to their reactive nature). But as long as it is performed and done within logical grounds, the user will relatively not have to worry about such predicaments.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. Technique can be performed 2 times, and lasts as long as the restriction is placed on the user, via the other supposed technique. The user may be able to perform forbidden ranked techniques, but this will automatically destroy the seal upon using it. Cannot be used in consecutive turns, every two usages. This technique does not enable the user to perform two separate techniques at once

Description: The user will release an jutsu from their body or from away their body, while lacing the jutsu with a unique seal. The seal has a property of absorbing characteristics of an opponents jutsu when clashing against the users jutsu. This will weaken the opponent's jutsu by 20 CP and the 20 CP will be transferred to the users technique. However, this doesn't just simply improve in power, rather it steals byproducts that relate to the element and combines it with the users technique. E.g. if the seal absorbs properties of fire, specifically it will absorb either its heat, ash, or gas (this is for the user to decide) and whatever is chosen will coincide in aiding the users jutsu, so this can include heating up an earth or water jutsu, inflaming a fire jutsu to larger size, or make a lightning jutsu violently explode. This works logically with just about any elemental jutsu element, KG and CE included. Lastly, to reiterate, even when the users technique is up by 20 damage, this doesn't mean they will not still clash with the opponents technique, but the clash will be weakened (from the opponent's perspective) and this also follows elemental strength and weakness. In a lot of cases, this can also enhance the size of the jutsu, especially when two of the same elements clash. The process of attaching the seal is performing jutsus from the body through a seal (either on the tongue, or limbs) or slamming their hands on the ground and channeling seal simultaneously with the jutsu. Does not work with techniques that come out of thin air.

Note: Can only be taught by Joker. This does not work with water (unless absorbing the water jutsu of the opponent) mainly so it doesn't clash with Noni's Davy's Devilish Devouring technique. Description: The user will perform the Dragon handseal during the creation of a barrier technique, allowing them to induce a layer of Elemental Chakra to the barrier that amplifies it's effects, giving the barrier it's used on one additional rank. The user can choose one of the five Nature Elements at a time, with each Nature Element granting an additional property, either offensive or defensive, to the barrier depending on the Nature Element. Fire Releases increases the barrier's offensive capabilities through increasing its heat and allowing it to burn those who make contact with it. Earth Release increases the barrier's defensive capabilities through reinforcing it, due to the Earth's sturdy nature. Water Release increases the barrier's defensive capabilities by inducing malleability to it due to water's freeflowing nature; as an attack or object of inferior rank strikes the barrier, its shape and form distorts as though made of rubber, before snapping back into place and reversing the trajectory of the attack. Lightning Release grants the barrier electrical properties, allowing it to shock and paralyze those that come in contact with the barrier. Wind Release grants the only supplementary usage of the technique, allowing the user to move the barrier across the terrain after its initial creation due to Wind's nature to easily transverse. Though with this, the barrier takes on the elemental strengths and weaknesses of the chosen element. So if infused with wind, it will now be weak to fire and strong to lightning attacks.

Description: This seal is laced on two places of the user, their palms, and their shoulders. The seal is basic in its usage, due to the overabundance threat of chakra absorption, the seal when placed on a variety of the users techniques, or on themselves, will activate in a violent explosion. The activation of the explosion occurs when the user or technique in question begins to have its chakra absorbed. Essentially, the chakra being absorbed will be the "key" for the seal, which will create the violent reaction. The explosion is of size and strength equivalent to the medium that is absorbing the chakra, thus the damage is proponent to the medium jutsu. The multi-rank of the jutsu allows for the seal to destroy other higher ranked jutsus despite whatever rank of the users jutsu it might be attached to, this allows for C-Ranks with the seal be able to negate the absorption of S-Ranks (the seal will automatically draw the needed chakra from the user to acceptably defend against the absorption technique). The seal is written in Kanji form (生) and means survival. Methods of placing this seal on techniques include performing earth based jutsus through the palm of the users hands or always slamming their hands on the ground to release the seal (this includes for all matter-like subjects such as steel, water, etc) for energy, they would have to be created directly from the users palm for the seal to contact it. Lastly, the explosion will be directed outward away from the user to assure no damage placed on him/herself or the technique, but rather just the medium. Though the activation/creation of this seal spends no time, when clashing against other jutsus, the laced jutsu will naturally slow down as it makes its way to the target.

Description: The user will place their seals on various material and jutsus through basic creation methods such as, placing the seal on earth techniques through the palm of the users hands or always slamming their hands on the ground to release the seal (this includes for all matter-like subjects such as steel, water, etc) for energy, they would have to be created directly from the users palm for the seal to contact it. This jutsu works by retrieving lost chakra when performing jutsus. Essentially, when the users techniques are no longer under control (such as streams or humanoids) or on the battlefield (terrain changing jutsus like the swamp or topography) after the jutsu is either released by the user, or destroyed, the dormant chakra that was sustaining the jutsu(s) will automatically be sent back at the user so no chakra is wasted. The mathematics of the retrieved chakra is basically the user will obtain three quarters a turn, and each turn a jutsu is active, another quarter is taken away. Example: 40 CP jutsu, first turn the jutsu is released, 30 CP is sent back at the user; second turn the jutsu is released, 20 CP is sent back at the user, and so on and so forth. The user will place a seal on their bio (can be mentioned in their bio) which acts as a destination for the chakra to be sent at. What the seal does is absorb lingering chakra after a jutsu has been deactivated or destroyed, this way their will be no weakening of the users jutsu. Chakra will only be sapped when deactivated or destroyed, not while the jutsu is active, that way the jutsu doesn't become weakened either, this is primarily why projectiles are relatively inapplicable (but not impossible) to this technique, it usually depends on the type of projectile, jutsus like water dragon bullet and thunder vortex dragon can work as a projectile, but fireballs, not as much.

(Fuuinjutsu: Akiresu Ihan)- Sealing Arts: Achilles' Breach

Description: The process of this jutsu is done through direct contact with the opponent if in short range, or weaving through two seals, then the slamming of the hands of the user if in middle, erecting a barrier around the opponent, in a very similar fashion to that of (Tajū Mugen Hōyō ) - Multiple Infinite Embraces. What makes this technique different, however, is the barrier works to "rip" apart any chakra based armors up to A rank on the opponent's body. The actual process is the barrier will act to absorb the chakra based armor, with the visual illusion looking like the armor is being torn from the body of the user. One may compare this visual to when the tool of the sage of six paths (Kohaku no Johei) traps somebody inside of itself. The process is similar, where the barrier acts to tear the chakra armor from the body of the opponent, with the armor traveling and attaching itself to the inner walls of the barrier, being no longer "connected" to the user in a physical stand point, and a chakra stand point, it will be weakened slightly (down to one rank) allowing for it to be torn off the body of the opponent with more ease, and as the armors chakra mixed with the users own chakra, it will become volatile, causing an explosion from the inside, with the explosion being composed of pure chakra with damage characteristics similar to that of the armor that was absorbed (so if the armor was heat based, it will be a burning explosion, if it was lightning based, a more shocking explosion). This barrier can also be used against material/matter based elements, by simply tearing the material from the body of the opponent, and the explosion being composed of the debris/material that was composed of the armor. This barrier can work against virtually any kind of element (up to A-Rank), and in some cases against jutsus that require the opponent to hold, or have the jutsu be on the opponent's body, so it isn't narrowed down to just armors, but it is simply a more practical usage due to the longevity of an armor. What the user will do in stripping away specific elemental jutsus that correlate with the purpose of this jutsu, the user will erect the barrier with a specific chakra nature infused into the barrier, the chakra nature infused will target those jutsus specifically. Example, the user can summon the fire version of this barrier, and in doing so, can strip away fire armors. This allows for the barrier to hone in on specifics and focus its strengths on these specific elemental jutsus.

(Fuuin: Bachi no Kindachi) - Sealing Technique: Damocles, The Curse of Kings

Description: The user will have four seals on their body (must be stated in the biography) with the Kanji for “Curse” that can be passively activated (instant but still counts as a move) whenever the opponent uses a technique. The seal will will release an intangible barrier that expands outwards in all directions. The barrier instantly reaches long-range in every direction and serves to absorb chakra from the given technique in order to weaken it by a quarter . The amount of chakra absorbed is proportional to the power of the technique but one thing that remains the same is that the remaining technique will fall to three-quarters it's original power i.e. a 120 damage technique would fall to 90 damage (Forbidden Rank). The barrier is destroyed soon after coming into contact with the technique if it exceeds a traditional S-Rank in power but not before it leeches a quarter of it’s chakra in order to weaken it by the same degree. The user can instead activate two barriers rather than one to reduce the targeted technique to half it’s original power rather than a quarter. This will count as two of the user’s three moves per turn. This means this technique does not counter other jutsu in itself but rather aids the user in countering more powerful techniques by weakening them. Due to the barrier’s intangibility, it will can work on solid techniques as well as liquids, gases and energy-based techniques. It will also only shatter against non-physical techniques due to their ability to clash with the intangible barrier. The reason this seal needs to be passively activated (still counts as a move) is so the user can use a technique in the same-timeframe to counter the opponent's weakened jutsu. This technique can be used thrice per battle, be it three usages of the single version, three usages of the double version or any variation/combination of the two.

B A C K G R O U N D § I N F O R M A T I O N

Nagato lived with his parents: Fusō and Ise on the outskirts of Amegakure. When he was very young, Madara Uchiha secretly transplanted his Rinnegan into Nagato without his or his parents' knowledge. Sometime later, during the Second Shinobi World War, Nagato and his parents took shelter in their home to avoid the fighting going on around them. One day, two Konoha shinobi broke into their home looking for food and Nagato and his parents tried to sneak out unnoticed. When they were discovered, his parents attacked the shinobi so that Nagato could escape. The Konoha ninja killed his parents in self-defence and, upon realising they were only civilians, tried apologising to Nagato. Overcome with grief, Nagato used Madara's Rinnegan for the first time to kill them and avenge his parents.

After burying his parents, Nagato, now an orphan, was forced to leave home and begin wandering in search of food and shelter. With resources scare due to the ongoing war, no one he met would help him until Nagato, who had collapsed from hunger, was found by Konan and Yahiko, orphans like himself. They banded together, acquired food to survive through any means, and shared dreams of a future where they were in charge and could use their power to eliminate war. Yahiko was particularly passionate about this point, which inspired Nagato to adopt the same goal. In order to accomplish this, the three would need to become ninja. With few options to choose from, they approached Konoha's Legendary Sannin and asked to be taught ninjutsu. Orochimaru offered to kill them in order to end their suffering, but Jiraiya, guilty over his participation in the war, offered to teach them how to look out for themselves.

Jiraiya found a place for them to live and taught them how to fish, but he would not teach them ninjutsu. While the orphans were out one day, they were found and assaulted by an Iwagakure chūnin. Fearing for his friends' lives, Nagato used his Rinnegan to kill the Iwa-nin. When Jiraiya arrived on the scene to help them, he noticed Nagato's eyes for the first time and was reminded of the legends of the Sage of the Six Paths, the original possessor of the Rinnegan. Because of this, Jiraiya changed his mind and began teaching them ninjutsu. Nagato was remorseful for killing the Iwa-nin, but Jiraiya convinced him that sometimes violence and personal pain was necessary to protect others. In time he even shared his belief that Nagato was the Sage of Six Paths' reincarnation and that, like the original Sage, Nagato would use his Rinnegan to usher in a world of peace.

Jiraiya trained the orphans for three years. Because of his Rinnegan, Nagato easily mastered everything he was taught. Once they were able to defeat one of his shadow clones in a fight, Jiraiya decided they were ready to forge out on their own and he returned to Konoha, confident they would bring reform to the country. The three formed an organisation they called Akatsuki, with Yahiko as its leader, and began advocating an end to war. Their message proved popular and they gathered many followers; even Jiraiya would sometimes hear news of their exploits. During the Third Shinobi World War, they were approached by a disguised Obito Uchiha. Introducing himself as Madara Uchiha, he offered to help them in their pursuits and show Nagato how to unlock the full potential of his Rinnegan. Yahiko refused the offer, suspecting Tobi only meant to use them.

Throughout their quest for peace, Akatsuki's ranks swelled and became known throughout Amegakure, so much so that Hanzō of the Salamander, the village's leader, began to feel Akatsuki threatened his rule. He approached Akatsuki, offering to work together with them to help negotiate with the other warring villages. The next day, at a meeting to finalise the arrangement, Yahiko and Nagato were ambushed by Hanzō and his men, with support from Konoha's Danzō Shimura. Using Konan as a hostage, Hanzō threatened to kill her if Nagato did not kill Yahiko. Unwilling to let Nagato have that on his conscience, Yahiko impaled himself on Nagato's kunai, using his dying breath to state his faith that Nagato would change the world. Enraged by Yahiko's death, Nagato took Konan back from Hanzō, though his legs were badly damaged in the process. He then summoned the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path and, upon linking with it, used it to slaughter Hanzō's men, though Hanzō himself escaped. Afterwards, Nagato severed his ties with Amegakure by slashing the village's symbol on his forehead protector, no longer wishing to be affiliated with Hanzō's village.

Yahiko's death ultimately convinced Nagato that his philosophies about achieving peace were foolish; the world would never willingly end the cycle of death and hatred it had operated on for so long. Only through direct experience of war and all the losses and agonies it brought could anyone truly desire peace. Intending to personally bring that level of despair to the world, Nagato took on the name of "Pain".

O T H E R

Rinnegan (輪廻眼, Saṃsāra Eye) → Perhaps his most noticeable trait, Nagato's Rinnegan was implanted unknowingly to him by Madara Uchiha when he was very young. The dojutsu had not been seen by the world since the time of the Sage of the Six Paths. Unlike Obito Uchiha who was seen unable to wield the power of both Rinnegan, Nagato was seen time and time again to be able to greatly control both eyes even in his weakened state. With his Rinnegan Nagato came to master every form of Ninjutsu and came to master all five basic nature transformations. Nagato also was seen being able to track much faster speeds with his Rinnegan up to three times his movement capability allowing him to keep up with faster targets. In addition to this he could also perceive chakra and barrier techniques with great clarity. With his Rinnegan Nagato came to possess the Six Paths Techniques (六道の術, Rikudō no Jutsu). In total there are seven paths that are granted to those who wield the Rinnegan and grant nearly godlike abilities to its user.

Description:
One of the 3 great Doujutsu, the Rinnegan has, like the other, the ability to see chakra and the chakra flow of individuals. It also allows the user a great clarity of perception and tracking abilities, although its levels vary from user to user. Dispicted as the eyes of the SO6P, the Rinnegan awaken on Madara Uchiha after he obtained his EMS and implanted Hashirama's Senju cells in himself. Having both lineage from the SO6P allowed him to awake the Rinnegan. When Madara activates the Rinnegan, he seems to not suffer any kind decrease in his EMS abilities in terms of tracking speed, clarity of perception or seeing chakra. Eventually his eyes were bestowed upon Nagato Uzumaki and in him manifested lower abilities (equal or comparable to MS). While Nagato was never able to deactivate his eyes, Madara could switch at will between his EMS and Rinnegan eyes, although he wasn't able to go from 3 Tomoe to Rinnegan directly. Eventually Obito transplanted Nagato's (and subsequently Madara's) Left Rinnegan into himself. By doing so he gained access to both Doujutsu at the same time although losing the ability to deactivate the Rinnegan and as such, losing chakra constantly to maintain it.

The Deva Path (天道, Tendō) → Representing the control over Heaven and Earth; the power of the Divine. The Deva Path enables the user to manipulate the attractive and repulsive forces of gravity. This grants the user access to techniques such as Shinra Tensei and Chibaku Tensei.

The Asura Path (修羅道, Shuradō) → The Asura Path represents control over ones body; it is the power of a demigod. It allows the user to apply their imagination to themselves and create mechanized limbs, weaponry, and armor.

The Human Path (人間道, Ningendō) → The Human Path represents the control over the human soul; the power of humans. The Human Path grants the ability for the user to remove souls and read one's mind against their will.

The Animal Path (畜生道, Chikushōdō) → The Animal Path represents the control over animals. It allows the user to summon a large variety of creatures and animals all of whom can possess the Rinnegan. Unlike regular summoning techniques the Animal Path does not require hand seals or a blood sacrifice. It simply requires the user to clap their hands together.

The Preta Path (餓鬼道, Gakidō) → The Preta Path represents the control over insatiable hunger; the feeling inside all beings to achieve more and to grow. This path allows the user to absorb all forms of chakra, including ninjutsu all together, and use that energy for himself.

The Naraka Path (地獄道, Jigokudō) → The Naraka Path represents the connection to the Underworld; the realm of the afterlife. This path allows the wielder of the Rinnegan the ability to summon and control the King of Hell allowing them access to its abilities of regeneration or to exert absolute judgement over another person's actions.

The Outer Path (外道, Gedō) → The Outer Path represents divine control over destiny; control over death. This path allows the wielder of the Rinnegan to utilize the King of Hell to revive those who have died and even summon the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path.

Description: The user will activate the Asura Path which grants him the ability to summon mechanised armor, augmenting their body with extra limbs and various robotic weaponry. It allows the user to create up to 4 extra arms which can be used in a variety of ways. Such as grabbing their opponent and using a hidden chakra cannon in on the arms to attack his opponent. He can also alter his ownhead to manifest additional faces with additional pairs of eyes, all linked together. The possibilities are multiple. He can use this activation to access all of the Asura path abilities.

(Jigokudō) - Naraka Path

Description: The user activates the Naraka path which grants Nagato the ability to access the interrogation ability of the path but not the regeneration ability. The interrogation ability requires the user to merely grab his target and causing the King of Hell to appear before them. With the victim seemingly paralysed, the King Of Hell will unzip its mouth to release tendril-like arms and would draw out an apparition of the victim's life force energy in the form of an enlarged tongue. The King of Hell then proceeds to pass its judgement. If the person was lying or refused to answer the questions, the King of Hell would remove their tongue and consume it, killing them. However, if they told the truth, they would be spared, although left extremely exhausted.

(Gakidō) - Preta Path

Description: Nagato will activate the Animal path which grants him the ability to summon various creatures to help aide in battle. Each creature served a different purpose in battle. Each animal summon also has the Rinnengan and as such Nagato is able to see through their eyes as well. Each animal had various body piercings as well, suggesting that they too were under his control. The user needs to clap his hands in order to do the summons, not needing the traditional blood sacrifice and can summon 2 animals at the same time.

(Gedō) - Outer Path

Description: The Outer Path has control over Life and Death. Its the user himself who embodies the Outer Path and wields its abilities. However, he cannot use them directly but only through the King of Hell. Known as the Seventh Path, this path is required to use the (Gedō: Rinne Tensei no Jutsu) Outer Path: Samsara of Heavenly Life Technique, the technique through which the user releases the soul of those deceased into their bodies, using his regenerative abilities to revive them and bringing them back to life.

Chakra Receiver Manifestation (黒い棒, Kuroibō) → These cylindrical black rods allow the user to transmit their chakra across vast distances through an application of the Outer Path's ability. According to Shizune, these rods act as high-frequency chakra demodulators, which become appreciably warm to the touch whilst currently receiving chakra. They possess incredible durability, damaging every scalpel Shizune used to extract just a small sample during her autopsy of the first Animal Path, and even displaying some resistance when struck by Naruto's Rasengan. These chakra disruption blades are made from the same material as the chakra receivers used by Nagato. They originated from the black rod in the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path's abdomen. Nagato creates the blades as needed from both arms of any Path, with no apparent limit to their length. Pain can also detach the blade from the arms when requiring to use several of them, or to be thrown as spears. These blades disrupt the chakra of its victim, rendering them incapable of moving. When a victim is stabbed by the blades, the Rinnegan appears in their mind, implying that Nagato has some degree of influence over them, similar to how he controls the Six Paths. The blades are very sharp, as they were able to pierce the skin of Sage Mode users. Though the blades are made from durable material, they can be broken with enough strength.

Sensor Type (感知タイプ, Kanchi Taipu) → As a Sensor Type ninja from the Uzumaki Clan Nagato is capable of detecting chakra and techniques. His skill as a sensor type allowed him to perform great feats such as being able to detect the build of Amaterasu. He was even capable of sensing Kabuto Yakushi's position at a great distance allowing Itachi to confront Kabuto after his encounter with Naruto Uzumaki.

(Chakra Henkanshi no Jutsu) - Chakra Sensing Technique

Description: This is a very advanced of advancing the ability to feel and sense chakra. The technique allows the user to concentrate and detect someone's chakra. Users can use this to determine the nature of a jutsu used as well as sense masses of chakra. The use of this can be compared to Sharingan's brutish level of sensory, able to sense collection of chakra but not the level of clarity and precision Byakugan has.
Note: Can only be used by bios with Sensory ability.
Note: After having on a bio for 1 month, users gain the ability to activate Sensory passively.

This makes it impossible for chakra sensory-type ninja to track them via their chakra signal. However there is some downside to the technique, whilst suppressing their chakra they cannot use any of the ninja skills.

Stamina and Life Force (生命力, Inochiryoku) → Nagato possesses an exceptionally strong and resilient life force and incredibly long life span. Nagato's chakra is incredibly strong as well even being capable of wiping out Konoha and being able to maintain battle with Uzumaki Naruto after this immense display of destruction. After their fight he possessed enough strength left to revive all of those killed in Konoha with the Rinne Tensei no Jutsu which is noted to be a technique that requires an immense amount of chakra. He is also capable of altering his chakra signature such that other sensor type ninja are incapable of detecting him. Due to his possession of the Rinnegan Nagato is granted an additional 750 chakra to his already large reserves.

Sealing Techniques (封印術, Fūinjutsu) → Nagato is adept in the sealing arts. He is adorned with certain seals, talismans, and sigils which both compliment his combat abilities and supplement his defenses. All of these seals are reinforced with an infusion of fire chakra to supplement their defenses (via Scripture of the Templars).

Description: The user will have a seal on their body with the Kanji for "Eternal". The seal lies dormant and is passively activated whenever the opponent tries to seal or drain the user's chakra and/or abilities. The seal will instantly release an intangible barrier that surrounds the user's body like an armour. Any abilities which act externally such as the canon techniques Multiple Infinite Embraces or Living Barrier will be unable to affect anything inside the barrier, namely the user's body. Seals which act internally will first have their chakra be absorbed by the barrier (happens instantly and so before they can come into effect) and once erected, the barrier will prevent any further insertion of chakra while active. The seal is self-sustaining and will involuntary leech chakra from the user's body. This is for the express purpose of maintaining this technique even when the user can't use or mold chakra. This is possible as the chakra still exists within the user as it is equivalent of their very life-force. This can counter S-Rank and below sealing techniques. This cannot be activated manually and will only ever activate under the aforementioned conditions. Description: This is a simple yet effect sealing technique that's composed of a sealing formula of the Kanji letter "力" or in literal meaning "Speed" which is located on the user's right palm, in order for this to work, the user extends his hand forwards while opening his palm, releasing a sealing barrier that contains a mass of the user's chakra, this barrier affects anyone that moves at fast speeds that are not at all traceable with normal eyes, by using chakra as a medium, the barrier forcibly slows down the fast moving body drastically to the point where it becomes barely noticeable by normal eye sight by compressing large amounts of chakra around the bodies of the fast moving person, however, the downside of this technique is that the user can also be affected if he's moving at that speed, this is not a counter attack, but simply a forceful reduction of speed for both parties. This sealing barrier does not work on EIG users, due to the amount of immense chakra pressure released out of their bodies when activating the chakra gates, only works on ninja bodies that move at speeds above the normal eyes tracking abilities.

Description: This seal, Mayer's Band, was created by an Uzumaki prior to their village's destruction. The jutsu's purpose revolves around the ability to identify and seal foreign energy produced by the user's enemies. The seal itself is placed onto a wrist band and it is a kanji line shaped like a pentagon with open circles placed at every point of the shape. When foreign energy enters short range of the user, the circles on the wristband emit a bright colorful light signifying to the user that an energy different from the energies known to them has broken their perimeter. The sealing band cannot inform the user about the type of energy being used, but it can and does tell the difference between the various energies it comes across, and thus repeats the same color glows corresponding with that energy when met again. Once the energy is close enough the seal will release a special energy absorbing barrier around the user protecting them for that one attack before sealing the foreign energy into the wristband protecting the user. The jutsu is quite helpful for shinobi who don't have any energy sensing abilities, and its sealing effect only lasts a limited time. After sealing its maximum amount of energy the band will only work as an energy identifier for the user, but it will no longer be able to seal energy.

Description: Chuubuu Gekitai is a special seal located in the users back. The seal automatically activates when the user has been shocked or paralyzed by an electrical current. Upon activation, the seal will start pouring out wind chakra, manifesting wind throughout the users body. Wind having an incredible resistance to electrical currents, will cause the prevention of further spreading. The after effect of this process will be numbness throughout the body for one turn, due to the electrical current straining the body.

Theory of Waves and Wind (波と風の, Namikazeron) → Nagato specializes in a unique style of close quarters sealing assisted combat known as the Theory of Waves and Wind, or Namikazeron. To utilize the style Nagato wears a pair of golden chakra metal finger claws into combat. The claws are utilized to produce Jutsushiki-Sen, or the formulae used in the creation of Kanji for Fūinjutsu. The formulae are unique in that they are gravity-defying creations exempt from the effects of the environment and tangible interactions. They are very much like Inton, or Yin Release, in that they are created from the finger claws as products of one's own will power. Typically they will be produced as threads and are used as the medium for the Kanji used in Fūinjutsu, Namikazerian or otherwise. The style effectively frees Nagato from the need of mundane scrolls, tags, and generic sealing mediums. Because of his specialization Nagato is capable of producing Jutsushiki-Sen at will and in accordance to his imagination. He is also able to use Namikazerian Fūinjutsu at half the normal chakra cost.

Intelligence (インテリジェンス, Interijensu) → Besides his Rinnegan one of his more subtle traits is his great intellect. Time and time again Nagato has proven that he is an extremely gifted analyst and strategist. Nagato successfully launched an invasion against Konohagakure and did so simply with his Six Paths of Pein. Each path served a strategic purpose and successfully brought about the downfall of the village until Naruto arrived to defeat the Paths. Throughout the invasion Nagato was capable of engaging the entire village at once while keeping his true intentions secret and ultimately was able to accomplish his object of locating and engaging with Naruto.

Bright teal eyes, and perfect golden hair, some could say Hana's looks are nothing short of beauty personified. She usually dons a sleeveless burgundy hoody, the hood's lining covered in light brown fur, but because it's sleeveless, one could see her bright pink sports-bra from underneath. Short shorts, with a utility belt around her waist, then brown cuffs on her right arm, inches below her shoulder, then again on her forearm; same goes for the left side. As for shoes, it follows the same design as her hoody, dark brown, but the ends are covered in fur of a lighter color. Though despite her humanistic appearances, she's able to differentiate herself from the masses. Being a fishman, naturally they're almost like genetically modified humans, not being constrained by their model in terms of looks, speed, and strength. Well, Hana has the ability to willfully shift into her more fishlike form. The form she takes is merely cosmetic, revealing the gills along her jawline, the upside down arrows underneath her eyes, much like other fishman, and subtle scales that shimmer in very precise lighting.

PERSONALITY

Personality wise, she gives off a laid-back vibe, not wanting to get into pointless skirmishes that have no value to her, or her friends. But before she decided to become a pirate she was a bounty hunter who roamed the lands to acquire currency. Renown for her services. As a rookie in the pirate game, she did something that went against her moral code, she murdered one of her friends for a chance at a reward. Disgusted and repulsed by her actions, Hana went into an almost deep depression, and in that state, she subconsciously created a new personality. One that was sinister, sadistic, twisted, and had almost no regard for those around her. There were obvious exceptions, but the majority of the people she knew realized they needed to keep away from her as much as possible.

HISTORY
In history, things weren't fair. There was always a side being prosecuted for something they couldn't help. Their heritage, color, physical traits, or abilities. Because of human nature, things that aren't understood are meant to be destroyed, thus leading to the supposed eradication of their clan. Hana's story is the same, but told just a tad bit differently. She was a fishman, or woman, she was part fishman from her mothers side. For as long as she knew, she had the ability to breathe underwater, run faster than any boy she knew, including her dad, she was unique. Though, their kind was looked down upon heavily, some were killed, imprisoned, or enslaved. A group of humans called the "Shark Tongues", banned together to rally them all up, you know, get rid of the problem? Pillaging villages, killing anyone who harbored the "inferior race", was a creed. A word they lived by, bound to it like a religious text. Hana, was with her parents the day they attacked, fire was spread about, a ruckus through the whole town. Her mother took her by the hand, and raced through the rubble, Hana's father stayed behind to fend them off as long as he could, it was courageous, and poetic. He was a human, he could've easily turned on his family to save his life, but he didn't. Though his acts didn't buy them enough time, he was disposed of, quite easily at that. Using their best trackers, they were located by Natsa's Creek, the creek itself was mostly used for a water source, but the waters flowed heavily with blood all around. Bodies littered the ground, they reeked of dried blood, her mother bent down on one knee, and wiped her tears. Pulling her daughter in closer, their foreheads touch as she sings the sweetest lullaby. The softness of her voice filled the air, and even blurred the screams, Hana's body went limp, she fell into a deep sleep, but just when her pursuers got there.

She woke up in a cell, the brick underneath her was cold, her fingers were numb, and the constant sound of chattering teeth filled the halls. Slowly getting up, she looked about, walked to the opening and placed her hands on the cool steel bars. Hana couldn't remember a thing that happened from before, nothing. Her mother had destroyed, or rather, suppressed all her memories of her previous life before she was captured. Though her memories were scrambled, millions of thoughts ran through her head at once, where she was, was ironically he birthplace. The group had somehow formulated a base off the shore, skillfully keeping themselves hidden from the sensing ability of the clan leader at that time. On Fishman island, the atmosphere is special, and can allow the inhabitants (the fishman), to communicate through strange clicks utilizing the water molecules. The stench of stained blood on the cold pavement reeked, children of all different types of clans and ethnicities were hung, burned, murdered in cold blood. That was all she remembered of her childhood.

Eventually ending up a bounty hunter roaming seas, Hana's special abilities caught the eye of many, after many years of hunting down pirates and marines alike. Hana decided to try out a new type of life, travel the seas for the sake of adventure. The world was unfair that was a fact, but this didn't mean the world was a bad place. Hana would try her best to help create a world where all were accepted and not oppressed by marines, or other pirates. She was truly a righteous woman.

Born to parents from two different clans Shouto was gifted both clans' abilities. His father hailed from Konohagakure's Hyuga Clan but defected to Kirigakure where he met a woman who would later become Shouto's mother, a beautiful white-haired woman from the Yuki Clan. Being the only one of his siblings who had inherited both his parents' abilities a lot of pressure was put onto him by his father who began training his son when he was only five years old. The training Shouto received was harsh and brutal and as time passed this led to him resenting his father's very existence. At the age of fourteen Shouto left the Mist, escaping from his father's grasp and taking control of his own life. The journey that followed eventually brought Shouto to Iwagakure where he, to this day, still resides. In Iwagakure Shouto met Inchato Yuki, a senior of his per say who shared with Shouto his expansive knowledge of the Yuki clan's abilities, teaching him various techniques of his own creation aswell as the basics of Frostbite Fist, a fighting style he devised. H A L F Y U K I Shouto has the ability to manipulate both water and wind in order to create a third and much stronger element, Ice Release. Due to being adjusted to the cold temperature of this element Shouto has developed a higher resistance to cold temperatures than the average shinobi.​
H A L F H Y U G A Shouto possesses the Byakugan. Activation of his Byakugan provides Shouto with a 360 degrees peripheral vision and allows him to see through virtually any matter, whether it be solid or liquid. Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

B A R N A C L E S Shouto is a signer of the Barnacle summoning contract, having signed it under Tasuke. Besides summoning various Barnacles to aid him in battle Shouto can use various Arts related to them to enhance both his and the Barnacles' battle capabilities. Shouto sports a summoning tattoo on the inside of his lower left arm across which he can swipe blood to summon the Barnacles and he wears two seemingly identical rings bracelets, one on each of his arms. These bracelets are both fitted with acorn shells, being dormant Barnacles until called upon by Shouto. These specific Barnacles are also referred to as "Kozui", which are Barnacles unique to the summoner that can morph into a humanoid appearance to further aid them in battle. The Kozui on Shouto's left finger is named who specializes in Kenjutsu and the Kozui on Shouto's right finger is named who specializes in Taijutsu. Shouto also carries a few regular coin-sized Acorn Barnacles in his pouch.​

Description:
From the very body of The Gravemind (Sprout the Gravemind Summon) it's flesh is in the control of a Rhizecephalia Parasitic type barnacle which manipulates the flesh to it's entirety, this is normally called a Kōzui. In this case these Kōzui are personal to the user and are seemingly trapped inside an ordinary sized Acorn Barnacle shells which are attached to the user's body, armor or some accessory they keep on their body due to the way Barnacles permanently attach to surfaces. The Shells are pretty small so can be attached to places like the underside of the tongue and the summon can seemingly grow out from the mouth or can act as the jewel on a ring that the user wears. The user channels chakra into the Shell on their person and the Kozui will pop out (like they are growing out from it) and have a humanoid shape, they can take the form of a Human if they so wish (As long as they have two legs and two arms and are around the same size as a person they can look as cosmetically wacky as the user's preference), a realistic transformation very similar to the Shadow Mirror Body Change Method with clothes and all. The "Zombie" can be spawned with a weapon each made of Calcite Shell, and can be any weapon the user desires - they're just an ordinary weapon. They can be summoned through ordinary summoning means if the user so wishes.

The Kōzui have a very strong resistance to ordinary weapons and taijutsu, anything powered with chakra would hurt the Rhizecephalia normally and being sliced in half with an ordinary blade would still cause the drawbacks of having no legs for example, however the Kōzui can still move and drag themselves with their hands. Kōzui can still feel pain and can break out of genjutsu through pain, however they cannot really be crippled by it (For example pain so severe it would paralyze them or stun them). Kōzui can perform B-Rank Ordinary Strong-Fist Taijutsu OR B-Rank Kenjutsu that the user knows (must be stated when summoned or in the user's bio which of the two they are allowed) and can use Legs of the Thoracica and Body of the Thoracica, and even be fused with the Organs of the Thoracica, the Kōzui also Wield Gadget Barnacles. The Restrictions of the Barnacle Arts when the Zombies use them apply to them separately as they are a singular entity with it's own abilities, their number of usages of an Art will not clash with the Users. Moreover, The Zombies can through the mental command of the signer use ONLY the Legs of the Thoracica and Body of the Thoracica from their Shell which they are trapped within until summoned that is on the User's person.

The Rhizecephalia act as travelling companions and last indefinitely on the field upon summoning, when they take C-Rank Ninjutsu Damage they will disperse from the battlefield back into their shells. They usually come in pairs, but each use of this Technique is a single separate Kozui and so the user can have up to two of these on their bio - each being different.

Description:
The user will perform one handseal and summon what seems to be a generic Acorn Barnacle about they size of a coin in their hand, this isn't a summon and just a barnacle art that the user can use. The user can throw this Acorn Barnacle onto a target and it will permanently bind to it as long as it is solid (Person, Summon, Rock etc), the Gadget Barnacle has a number of effects and can only use one.

Source-cle
This Barnacle is used to bring up sources that may be needed depending on the user and their abilities. For example if the user is a water user then the source-cle will be thrown and it will release a puddle of water that will splash on the ground (can also be used as a C-rank water defence). Also creates an Ink Source if needed, (Puddle of Ink) or a source for Dark Release; The shell is gripped in the palm of the user's hand and the chakra is absorbed straight into the user capable of utilising one Dark Technique with it. Creates a Flame from the opening of the shell if that is a required source (Makeshift Lighter), can be used as a Mist Bomb which creates a small veil big enough to hide a couple of persons.

Spider-cle
Six tendrils will act as legs from the Shell and be able to move around, capable of carrying an item like a Shuriken or Kunai, Scroll or a Message (For RP use in the Ninja World) in a couple of their tendrils whilst the other four are used to move around. The Spider however is also a Bomb, is basically an explosive device that can be exploded at any time, before sticking to a target or after it. It creates a C-Rank explosion with a radius of 2 meters, the explosion isn't enough to kill and only blow the opponent away and cause minor burns. It can either be a Flame Explosion, Wind, or Lightning. The spider-cle moves at the same as their user's base speed.

Weapon-cle
The Acorn Barnacle actually becomes a powerful transformation, taking the shape of a weapon of the user's choosing. They can withstand up to C-Rank Elements before breaking, the barnacle can transform into a pair of weapons splitting the rank into D-Rank each.

Corrupt-cle
The Acorn Barnacle will be thrown at the ground where it will attach to it permanently with it's natural ability too, through this natural ability they have gained a knowledge and sort of affinity to earth of sorts. So the Earth is taken control by the barnacle and they will manipulate it into a 2 foot earth golem, it is capable of communication with the user and attacking with it's mouth and fists - like the Bomb-cle this acts like a C-Rank earth technique.

- These don't have to be summoned, they can already be on the user if stated in the bio.
- Body of the Thoracica and Legs of the Thoracica can be used through a Gadget Barnacle
- Barnacle Community Summons like "Oregon", "Barbaracle" can use Gadget Barnacles from their body.
- To use Varieties like Ink and Dark of the Source-cle then you have to be a user in that form of Ninjutsu

W E A P O N R Y Shouto carries a variety of weapons with him at all times, varying between flash bombs, explosive tags, smoke bombs aswell as standard ninja tools such as kunai and shuriken. He also has several ninja wires wrapped around his wrists beneath his wristbands.​

There they were, they had just touched the shore of the Lightning Country. Immediately, Jon noticed the river. The water rushed black, just like the riddle had told. Slightly bigger than a human, he is a capable toad warrior, with the ability to use Water techniques up to A-Rank, Genjutsu up to B-Rank as well as like most toads, he can use Oil techniques.

He also wears a silver-colored belt with metal capsules and wristbands with small metal plates.​

H I S T O R Y O F S H O U T O

Born to parents from two different clans Shouto was gifted both clans' abilities. His father hailed from Konohagakure's Hyuga Clan but defected to Kirigakure where he met a woman who would later become Shouto's mother, a beautiful white-haired woman from the Yuki Clan. Being the only one of his siblings who had inherited both his parents' abilities a lot of pressure was put onto him by his father who began training his son when he was only five years old. The training Shouto received was harsh and brutal and as time passed this led to him resenting his father's very existence. At the age of fourteen Shouto left the Mist, escaping from his father's grasp and taking control of his own life. The journey that followed eventually brought Shouto to Iwagakure where he, to this day, still resides. In Iwagakure Shouto met Inchato Yuki, a senior of his per say who shared with Shouto his expansive knowledge of the Yuki clan's abilities, teaching him various techniques of his own creation aswell as the basics of Frostbite Fist, a fighting style he devised. H A L F Y U K I Shouto has the ability to manipulate both water and wind in order to create a third and much stronger element, Ice Release. Due to being adjusted to the cold temperature of this element Shouto has developed a higher resistance to cold temperatures than the average shinobi.​
H A L F H Y U G A Shouto possesses the Byakugan. Activation of his Byakugan provides Shouto with a 360 degrees peripheral vision and allows him to see through virtually any matter, whether it be solid or liquid. The Byakugan also enables Shouto to see Chakra Flow with great detail and gives him access to the Hyuga’s unique fighting style, Gentle Fist.​

Description: One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the dōjutsu kekkei genkai of the Hyūga and Ōtsutsuki clans, inherited from Kaguya Ōtsutsuki. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, shinobi with have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters and Otsutsuki clan members will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. Not only can they see chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu (even of their own). Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if they're a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot; slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away.
Note: For Hyugas, activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil
Note: Hyugas must be activated to use Gentle Fist (Jyuken)
Note: Its tracking abilities are equal to that of 3 Tomoe Sharingan.

B A R N A C L E S Shouto is a signer of the Barnacle summoning contract, having signed it under Tasuke. Besides summoning various Barnacles to aid him in battle Shouto can use various Arts related to them to enhance both his and the Barnacles' battle capabilities. Shouto sports a summoning tattoo on the inside of his lower left arm across which he can swipe blood to summon the Barnacles and he wears two seemingly identical rings bracelets, one on each of his arms. These bracelets are both fitted with acorn shells, being dormant Barnacles until called upon by Shouto. These specific Barnacles are also referred to as "Kozui", which are Barnacles unique to the summoner that can morph into a humanoid appearance to further aid them in battle. The Kozui on Shouto's left finger is named who specializes in Kenjutsu and the Kozui on Shouto's right finger is named who specializes in Taijutsu. Shouto also carries a few regular coin-sized Acorn Barnacles in his pouch.​

Description:
From the very body of The Gravemind (Sprout the Gravemind Summon) it's flesh is in the control of a Rhizecephalia Parasitic type barnacle which manipulates the flesh to it's entirety, this is normally called a Kōzui. In this case these Kōzui are personal to the user and are seemingly trapped inside an ordinary sized Acorn Barnacle shells which are attached to the user's body, armor or some accessory they keep on their body due to the way Barnacles permanently attach to surfaces. The Shells are pretty small so can be attached to places like the underside of the tongue and the summon can seemingly grow out from the mouth or can act as the jewel on a ring that the user wears. The user channels chakra into the Shell on their person and the Kozui will pop out (like they are growing out from it) and have a humanoid shape, they can take the form of a Human if they so wish (As long as they have two legs and two arms and are around the same size as a person they can look as cosmetically wacky as the user's preference), a realistic transformation very similar to the Shadow Mirror Body Change Method with clothes and all. The "Zombie" can be spawned with a weapon each made of Calcite Shell, and can be any weapon the user desires - they're just an ordinary weapon. They can be summoned through ordinary summoning means if the user so wishes.

The Kōzui have a very strong resistance to ordinary weapons and taijutsu, anything powered with chakra would hurt the Rhizecephalia normally and being sliced in half with an ordinary blade would still cause the drawbacks of having no legs for example, however the Kōzui can still move and drag themselves with their hands. Kōzui can still feel pain and can break out of genjutsu through pain, however they cannot really be crippled by it (For example pain so severe it would paralyze them or stun them). Kōzui can perform B-Rank Ordinary Strong-Fist Taijutsu OR B-Rank Kenjutsu that the user knows (must be stated when summoned or in the user's bio which of the two they are allowed) and can use Legs of the Thoracica and Body of the Thoracica, and even be fused with the Organs of the Thoracica, the Kōzui also Wield Gadget Barnacles. Description: The user will load their wristlauncher with one of five arrowheads before firing it towards the opponent or another location on the battlefield. Each of the arrowheads will have the kanji for one of the basic elements applied as well as the kanji for "Soul". At any point after the arrowhead is released, the user can unseal the contents of the kanji to release an elemental familiar composed of the chosen affinity. This sentient creation will have an ability related to the basic element of which it's comprised, all of which will be outlined below. All of the familiars will be humanoid in appearance, be S-Rank in strength and will be double the size/dimensions of their creator. Earth, this sentient creation will be made of sturdy rock and will possess the ability to use an ability akin to Hiding in Rock passively. It will be capable of merging in and out of the earth at will, following the same mechanics as the Leech All Creation technique. Lightning, this elemental familiar can passively diffuse into an unfocused current of lightning that spans short-range, possessing the same paralyzing abilities as Chidori Nagashi. Upon doing so, it can reform it's body just as quickly and essentially use this as a method of travelling to locations within short-range. Wind, this elemental familiar can passively transition between being tangible and intangible wind. In it's tangible state, the air which constitutes it's body will be compressed to the point that a stray spark or a small flame will be capable of igniting it. This will produce a sudden and violent combustion, generating an explosion that spans a short-range radial reach. In it's intangible state, people and physical attacks alike will phase through it. Fire, this elemental familiar is composed of flammable gas similar to Fire Release: Mist Blaze Dance Technique. It can disperse into a mist that spans short-range around a target or it can merge into one of the user's own Fire Release techniques to increase their damage by +20. Water, this elemental familiar is composed of chakra absorbing mist. It's body will be capable of absorbing techniques following Suiton's elemental S/W. This translates to being able to absorb A-Rank and below of neutral elements (S-Ranks for strengths; B-Ranks for weaknesses). It will also be capable of sapping 50 chakra on each contact with the opponent.

Description: The user will load their wristlauncher with an arrowhead that has the Kanji for "Drain" for applied. At any point after the arrowhead is released, the user can unseal a barrier from within the kanji that will expand five-meters in every direction. The barrier will exhibit the same properties as the Chakra Draining Seal. Everything inside the barrier will have it's chakra drained and people will become unable to mold chakra while inside of it. However much like the predecessor technique, the effects of this jutsu can be dispelled by merely leaving the barrier.

Description: "Robin Hood, Warden of the Common" is the basic technique of the Trick Archery fighting style meant to showcase the style's extreme versatility in usage and effect. Using several already prepared "Trick" Arrows. The user through the insertion of chakra through the fighting styles exclusive launchers and its seal, will be able to release the specialized arrows from it, forcibly launching them towards a particular target once the specific arrow needed is launched. The arrows themselves are capable of releasing various materials centered around different effects in battle, weaponry, adhesives, props, and etc of various strengths and sizes. First there are the basic tools, through these "trick" arrows, the user will be capable of releasing various basic ninja tools as projectiles towards a target with the intent to harm, bind, or hinder depending on the tool itself. Offensively tools such as kunai or shuriken, even paper bombs can be released in barrages to overwhelm the opponent. While other ninja tools of a more supplementary usage can be used such as ninja wire to wrap around and bind the target, or tools such as flash bombs and smoke bombs to effectively blind and or hinder vision. The amount of chakra used dictates the amount of the tools released from the arrow(s) and thus the overall power of the technique itself. This ability is B-Rank. Next there are props, through these "trick" arrows, the user will be capable of releasing various "props" as projectiles towards a target with the intent to harm, hinder, or bind. Unlike the release of basic weaponry, the props released in reality can be anything within reason. Classified as props due to their potentially creative nature as almost anything can be released. From a normal boxing glove to a spiked steel glove, mist that envelops the field, flowers, even food or clothes. The only real restriction when it comes to props is the inability to release anything living or sentient such as animal, and or lesser creatures. Description: Shifting Tides is a technique that is to be used in conjunction with another. By adding an extra to seal to an existing set, the user will focus their chakra around an attack, or defense. This chakra solidifies itself into an extremely malleable barrier capable of taking on any shape the user desires. As a result of this shift, the technique encased by this barrier can do one of two things. The first would be to condense it's shape and size. This allows the encased moved to be come more compressed and focused, giving it a rank in strength and durability at the cost of it's area of effect. The second usage would be to expand it, allowing it to cover ground at the cost of a single rank.

Description: Shifting Tides is an advanced fuuinjutsu technique that is to be used in conjunction with another technique, be it elemental, or basic ninjutsu anything that requires chakra. By adding an extra to seal to an existing set, the user will focus their chakra around an attack, or defense. This chakra solidifies itself into an extremely malleable barrier capable of taking on any shape the user desires. The barrier, when first formed is invisible, and can only be seen when the user applies one of the functions of this technique. As a result of this shift, the technique encased by this barrier can do one of two things. The first would be to condense it's shape and size. An example of this would be condensing a colossal fireball, into an single arrow composed of the flames. This allows the encased moved to be come more compressed and focused, giving it a rank in strength and durability at the cost of it's area of effect. The second usage would be to expand it, allowing it to cover ground at the cost of a single rank, in this case the user could transform a blast of water into a tidal wave.
