Japan doesn't exist in a bubble nor are they a hive mind :lmao:

If you can't see the difference between a manga continuation approved of by the author as an offical continuation of the original series VS jutsus made for video games and storylines that are never referenced and even contradict the manga, then there's no helping you.

It is canon, it's not my own words, it's Kishimoto's words and he also edits the manga, so he's still in charge of what goes into the story.

And the new author writes both the manga and anime so his material is still canon to "Bolt" series, even if you want to ***** about them not being canon to the "Naruto" series.

Your opinion doesn't matter though :lol

Just as I guessed, it really does come down to you being a butthurt, salty Uchiha stan who's upset at Part 3 focusing on the Hyuga XD

I already knew reading was not one of your strong suits. This response does not surprise me.

Yes. He's the editor, so he deciedes what happens. Even if you want to argue that it's not canon to "Naruto" it's still canon to "Bolt"

Thanks for agreeing with me. Boruto is non-canon within the contexts of the Naruto manga. Might as well be fanfiction. Approved fanfiction, but still fanfiction.

if u used to travel to some place with a car then changed it with Motorcycle....does that mean teh destination isn't teh same ??

The car (the story) is staying the same, the driver (the author) is different. The original driver is gone. At the very best he's on the phone giving the new driver directions.

teh car isn't teh story (facepalm)...or u know wut just 4get what i said...

my point is : your mother of all your arguments is that boruto manga isn't canon...so if its proven that its canon...then everything you stated will turn against you...

as for me i dont care about these boruto manga and those fodder otsutskis...all i care about is tobidara reveal

The Boruto manga is not written by the author responsible for the Naruto manga. That should be all the evidence you need.

I don't care if it is or isn't canon either. I'm right there with you on that. But the fact remains that the Boruto manga is just as approved by Kishimoto as most filler Anime episodes, most filler moves, and all recent filler game abilities and story lines.

So when people say that this manga is canon because it is approved, they must accept that all the rest of the approved filler is just as canon. They cannot have it both ways.

i think instead of keep believing that boruto manga isn't canon, you should 1st check weither it's canon or not (even if u dont care about it)...

- just becuz the Mangaka changed dont necessary mean that his manga wont be canon...

also just becuz kishimoto writes another sequel for naruto doesn't mean its canon...we always need teh author's confirmation

but i do see where u coming from cuz what made all these worst is the fact that all of Boruto:Manga ,anime and movie tell different versions of teh same story to the point i started kestioning wich is canon and wich is filler?? ...this could be a proof that kishimoto isn't controlling or doesn't care about what they are doing to his original work..

I mean... you can't just "check" whether something is canon or not. There are many definitions.

But most agree that in a linear story line such as this, where a single author has been in charge of the creative processes throughout the entirety of the original work, only that which is created by the author's hand is considered canon.

Imagine if J.K. Rowling approved a Harry Potter screenplay that was written by a third party. Now imagine that screenplay turned out to be garbage and actually contradicted many of the established rules, character motivations, and themes of the original books. No one would consider that work to be canon.

Oh wait... that's exactly what happened.

Actually, I didn't agree with you. I said even if YOU don't want to consider "Bolt" canon to "Naruto (emphasis on the if), "Naruto" is STILL canon to "Bolt" regardless, and what we are discussing here is "Bolt".

But even then, you're still wrong about Bolt not being canon :lol

Look at the art. It's completely different than before. Once or the worst manga art styles i have ever seen.

As far as anime goes, I don't generally watch anime

Oh god don't remind me of cursed child. Can't believe they did that to the series. I always try to pretend that never happened

Come to think of it I haven't read a single next gen series which was good.
