Unlike Boruto's new doujutsu, MS has been in the manga since early part 1, when Kakashi fought Itachi.

You do know that Sasuke didn't awaken 3T until VOTE 1, right? He was still around 1-2T, which means that his Sharingan wasn't at its full potential.

On top of that, the Curse Mark was hurting him and restricted him. He wasn't able to hone the CM until the ritual was complete by Sound 4.

Well, Bolt's eye is bound to become OP seeing as how it's his main power, so it depends on what he gets tbh.

Itachi saved Bee and KCM Naruto, who were about to be killed by Nagato. Nagato wasn't even in control of himself at the time. On the other hand, you have different brands of the Rinnegan like Sasuke's.

You're telling me Toneri can beat a fully powered Rinnegan Sasuke, who could practically use Ameno to stab him like he did Madara in 674.

Toneri even got beat by KCM Naruto, who was struggling against Nagato and would've been killed if it wasn't for Itachi's plan.

Well Kishi likes to keep them pretty much equal with their power ups, but this manga scan takes place after the Pein fight. Naruto couldn't take Sasuke down even when he was out of chakra and blind after he fought Danzo and the 5 Kage.

Then Naruto admitted that he can't beat Sasuke with Kurama's help hence why what you said was fanfic.

No, Toneri obviously doesn't beat Sasuke. But considering he fought a Rikudo-enhanced Bijju/Sage Mode Naruto without any prior battle experience in his life is telling of the Tenseigan's powers.

Because the Sharingan always had that evolutionary dynamic - since the very beginning it was stated that the Sharingan can always evolve. It's only natural that it has an evolution past 3T.

And I don't know if you can call Boruto's doujutsu an evolution of the Byakugan since Boruto never really had a Byakugan to evolve.
