Boi read the manga, Tsunade and Sakura were making assumptions because they never witnessed the talent of an incarnate in their lifetime, they would have said the same thing had they witness Naruto go into 4tails mode with no side effect after being trained by Orochimaru.

Mate I am from India and I know who Indra is. So let me tell you, he's the ruler of heaven and has control over the rain and lightning. He was a selfish god though and got his ass handed down to him on numerous occasion by many Ahsura avatars. As for him being faster due to his lightning affinity then many of Kumogakure ninja should've been known for their speed and yet its only the Raikages who are famous for their speed.

Sasuke criticized Orochimaru due to being repulsed by his abominable tendency to obtain power through drugs which makes it preposterous that Sasuke even consumed drugs in the first place.

None of what you claimed is illustrated in the manga as Orochimaru is in awe from Sasuke's improvement as a ninja because he was a genius, not because of drugs. This is even accentuated by Sasuke's ability to tame lightning and thus, create a never before seen omnipotent technique. I'm just going to presume you claimed this under the pretense of appealing to the majority who are evidently wrong here.

Sasuke's ingenuity displayed after his three years of training alone connoted Sasuke's growth being tangible without drugs.
