Seals were only temporary, they both lost them. BUT in their prime they should have the same power the seals gave them, if not more. Sasuke only needs to learn SM to produce black lightning.

Smh, when Naruto is at full power he has the faster foot speed obviously

BUT the fact remains he needs to mix the chakra of the 9 bijuu to use six path Senjutsu, without them Sasuke has the higher foot speed and therefore the stronger body.

It makes sense thematically. Indra is naturally strong and Ashura's power blooms when he uses outside source of power (NE + bijuu)
