Sasuke's base form is his Rikudou enhanced form whereas Naruto can switch between enhanced and normal. But outside of fighting he prefers to stay in his normal mode. And I think Hago made it pretty clear that Indra inherited his visual prowess while Ashura had his body and same goes for his descendants. So the answer to your question is no.

I don't ignore that, but fact is six path Senjutsu consists of the chakra of all 9 bijuu, and i do acknowledge his body being special is the reason he can combine their chakra in the first place, something Sasuke wouldn't be able to do.

They both have Hagoromo's chakra in base mode but fact is Sasuke has the stronger chakra and body in base form and Naruto needs to use the bijuu and NE to match it's potency.

Nope that was just an assumption made basedon the fact they never saw someone as talented as an Indra incarnate in their life.

Sasuke's lightning affinity is the reason he's so fast, it's why it took him two weeks to master a feat that took Lee years of training to achieve.

Kishi made him a reference to Indra the Hindu god of lightning and thunder hence why he's naturally faster than everyone in NV bar RSM Naruto.

Being rusty and losing power are two separate things. Naruto was rusty because he didn't need to use his power to fight in YEARS.

The fact him and Sasuke only relied on EMS and BSM to defeat someone with the power of a shinju proves how strong they became.

Kishi acknowledged this fact hence why he never made them use Hagoromo's feats, anyone below Kaguya and JJ Madara is literal fodder to them.
