Bro, Neji's only chance at survival is remaning in constant state of rotation. As soon as he stops rotating, he dies. EMS Sasuke is at least as fast as KCM Naruto. He also has the ability to track, intercept and tag JJ Obito. Neji isn't touching him.

Sussano is restricted. This Kyuubi Cloak not only enhance Speed and strength it also gives u durability which Tanked Madara's Magatamas and Juubi's attack(don't remember name).... it easily tanks Amaterasu and rotation removes it. Raiton Jutsus won't even come close to pierce it, Kirin is also restricted. Taijutsu? Well, yah it will be better for Sasuke if he keeps distance somehow.

Lmao and you quoted me talking about joke posts.

1. He tracked Obito w/ Naruto and Kurama's chakra which enhances speed as shown when Naruto himself uses it, even then that was only a mental reaction.

2. EMS Sasuke is not at least as fast as KCM Naruto. He's nowhere near as fast as KCM Naruto when it comes to actual foot speed. :lol The only scans of him ever matching KCM Naruto in foot speed are scans where Naruto was clearly not using Shunshin, same goes for Sasuke so I'm not sure how you are coming to the conclusion he's on Naruto's speed tier let alone "at least" as fast as him.

Sasuke literally can't hurt Neji. His Enton and all forms of flame are useless. His Chidori is blocked by Rotation. Hinata's Air Palm is strong enough to repel the Juubi's hand (bijuu sized) into a Mountain. That's far stronger than Hiashi's own. Neji>Hinata. All Sasuke can do is run until he's eventually hit by an air palm, then Neji finishes him off.

Feat doesn't really prove anything here, especially since:

1. Minato is shown reacting before Sasuke reaches Naruto.
2. Sasuke noticed Naruto in danger first, so he could've Shunshin'd before Minato actually tried anything and not at the same time like it was believed.

Him not being at Naruto's location in that scan doesn't mean he didn't move until Minato moved, that simply means he didn't reach there until the scan shows.

Possibly, but it was more to the point that Sasuke traveled a significant distance while being weighed down by Susano'o before Minato even used Hiraishin.

Except for the fact you have no idea when he used Susanoo. For all you know he could've arrived and then activated it, not to mention Susanoo doesn't weigh down the user especially if it's in a stage like Ribcage. No evidence of that ever shown. The fact that Sasuke could've moved before Minato moved invalidates the feat of "he did X before Minato could use Hiraishin".

Are Hyugas susceptible to Genjutsu? I imagine you still need direct eye contact to initiate it.

If Neji gets caught in Genjutsu, Sasuke will have more than ample time to run him through with Chidori. Chidori isn't getting past Rotation but I don't see why it can't pierce Kyuubi Cloak.
