We can all agree that Kaguya was not that fully developed as a final villain. Madara had too little a connection to the main characters and Obito, despite having ALMOST everything, still didn't quite fit the bill as perfectly as most of us would've liked.
So was the Masked Man truly the best option for a final villain?
It seems so. He is still very much threatening, unlike Obito, and he is powerful, has connection to both the main characters, a viable goal...I don't know. Maybe if he'd been handled differently, maybe even given a different identity, a different reveal....well, anyway, what do you guys think?
