That's a good question but I think Naruto can take care of that with his RSM sensing abilities or he can use his clones to do the job for him.

Genjutsu can't kill Shadow clones ?? idk but Impure World Reincarnation will kill them , no ?

That's doesn't prove that can't. Black zetsu didn't know it couldn't be countered saying it would penetrate everything and then sasuke uses his rinnegan. Obito doesn't get affected by it and the Edo Hokage's don't either. BZ on Sasuke eye working was a question as he didn't know that could happen.
