I think he didn't sense anything . Because Sasuke told him not to go out of Susanoo

Back at the start of Part two, Itachi used genjutsu on Kakashi's clone but that didn't affect the real one and that didn't destroy the clone either. So I do believe Naruto's clone would be affected but not destroyed unless the original Naruto does so himself.
By sensing I meant he senses the chakra change of others to know what's going on in his surroundings.

That still doesn't prove that he couldn't counter it. He was new to his powers like how he kept surprising everyone with sensing, healing, flying plus sage mode has danger sensing probably enhanced with the sage powers. It's not that far hard to actually think that he can counter IT.

Idk man thats up to debate whether he knew it was dangerous, because Sasuke stopped him from leaving. And nah I doubt he would've known when to react because he was destroying meteorites and then Sasuke comes flying down and surprised Naruto

Nah don't think the actual clones have souls otherwise they'd probably bleed when they're hit and not dissappear.

Not really he sensed what happened to the others and he sensed it happening everywhere. IT is not instant so that means he'd have enough time to counter it. But yes your right in that he didn't know what was going on until Hinata said his name.

We didn't see Naruto block Mt/IT with TSB. An at the same time, we haven't seen Sasuke use all 6paths..

We're all just assuming at this point an that's all.

Any1 can just say Naruto can't block IT/MT because we haven't seen him do it with TSB an Sasuke doesn't have 6paths because we haven't seen him used them..

But we can argue that Naruto can block MT/IT because he has the ability to... Just as we could argue that Sasuke does have all 6paths because we know that, that is what the Rinne grants it's users..
