I don't believe in the death penalty. I think it's a barbaric form of punishment.

The only exception I will ever make for it is if the individual is so dangerous that his death would ensure national or international security.

No, it's too harsh of a punishment and the term rape doesn't have the same meaning as it used to have. If both a guy and a girl get drunk and have *** the girl can claim that it was rape and the guys life is ruined by being send to jail.

That's the point I've been trying to make. Majority of rapes out there are deals that never mutually worked out between the two brethren and sistren. Now one is taking advantage of the word "rape". I am telling you getting a "serial killer rapist, torture rapist" is a rare spectacle. Meaning majority of those deaths will be for different meaning of rapes than what others think... what can we say, second chances are fairy tales nowadays

Well people shouldn't jump in debates reading half the posts. That may help. But if rape is to be described as a sexual encounter I suppose a highway robbery that leaves you in coma and crippled for life, is just a financial encounter.

I suppose you spent your life time studying all the rape cases , the effects to generalize and that much and have a really great know how common law works when it's time to give a sentence.
