I once watched a beheading in a video. The criminal was beheaded, I couldn't sleep for several weeks and then to see that there are people like you who support "capital punishment".

I believe that people make mistakes and people sometimes act on impulses either due to intoxication, going through hard times etc while this is no justification for raping somebody it should be enough to spare them from death. Do you support sending a fresh man 18 year old college kid to death because he got drunk and violently raped his ''crush''? I do not. I believe the death penalty being used as a deterrent from crime doesn't work and there are several data to proof that, i believe that prison can reform someone and try to give them another direction. I believe that the only justification for murder is murder period.

Wish prison did more reform than it actually does, more often people leave prison with felony charge restricting them from options/jobs, less or the same skills, a prison lifestyle(s) mentality, and many years than have basically done nothing but jade them. Although some people reform and never go back, I feel too many levea prison without anything to stop them from doing crime (most likely the only thing they knew or know). Then again prison was made with the intention of putting the bad people away from society lel

It's really ironic that today the criminal has civic groups , lawyers and people thinking more about them rather than the victim. A rape/ murder's victim's life means so little to you guys.

Yeah it's all about rights - criminal's rights. Victims didn't matter yesterday because of patriarchal systems and easily killed of in name of honour even if they were rape victims or the idea of justice will get rapist's sister raped instead of dealing with the criminal. And today civil rights group are there to take care of criminal's rights. Victim is still just another statistics for them.


Rapists are getting lighter and lighter sentence. Even their ages are getting younger. 4 year old dead rape victim means nothing. People are worried about her 18 year old rapist.

Well solitary confinement takes effect just after 15 days. Leading the criminal beyond repair mentally.

Well making a flawed argument is an feat you would never find from me(I make wrong arguments on purpose sometimes to stir things but a flawed one never.) This is not the case today, it's simple: you just want the guy executed. . Just for interest I do have 280 credits on psychology .
