She has reaction and speed feats far surpassing his after war arc so why is this irrelevant scan still being discussed lol. Strength wise she's much stronger than Hinata, but strength alone can't win you the battle and Hinata's gentle fists can easily disable her chakra points rendering the use of Byakougo or her chakra based attacks impossible. On top of that Hinata has got ranged attacks like her air palm technique where Sakura is absolutely lacking. Sure if Sakura is able to land even punch on Hinata then Hinata would take severe damage but that would be extremely difficult for Sakura to manage. Compared to the hyuga's gentle fist taijutsu, Sakura's taijutsu is to direct and easy to avoid and that gives her the disadvantage.

Regarding Hinata's counter to Katsuyu's acid attack only rotation and her air palm technique comes to mind. Though I'd choose the air palm over rotation. As evident from the panels you provide, Katsuyu spits the acid at the target, so simply using the air palm technique should suffice to blow away the acid.
