Make this early part II Sakura, restrict Katsuya and she still stomps the living shit out of Hinata. She has very impressive speed feats against Sasori when she got the hang of his moves. She evaded puppets, reacted to his movements and took his puppet out, blitzed Sasori when he was travelling at full speed for Chiyo; stood between him and Chiyo and took his sword hit.
War Hinata is shit-tier by comparison to the aforementioned Sakura. How the heck does she even react to a girl who ran for a few seconds in front of Kaguya's chakra arm? Sakura wasn't caught "off guard"
She was attacked from the front after she rushed in to attack omoi, this shows she is slow with no evasive skills and low reaction.
Also take some english classes and learn proper spelling, grammar and punctuation.
DB stats measure potential of individual characters, they are not for comparision to each other. Learn how databook stats work.
She has much more feats that sakura-one-kick-knockout-haruno.

Karui and Omoi are Killer Bee's best students; Kenjutsu masters. Omoi was much faster than Sasori, who not only cut his strings, but cut it so fast that got pulled down after Kankoro attached his own strings with his own.

How are you so sure that Sakura was attacking Omoi and not Karui. I'm pretty sure she was going after Karui because Karui was preoccupied with Naruto which would give Sakura the perfect opportunity to hit Karui. Not to mention after acquring yin seal, Sakura's speed and reactions are much better than before.
Sakura has multiple ways of beating Hinata. She wins low diff.
