Description: The user will begin this technique by channelling fire chakra through their arms and into their hands. Due to the amount of chakra that travels through their arm, the user experiences an incredibly painful level of damage to the limb which causes a degree of numbness. The user then proceeds to clap their hands together and from them a huge amount of superheated, non-flammable ash will spew forth.The ash will first quickly envelop the user before it billows upwards to form into a large cloud that will grow to span the entire battlefield.

Due to the ash's density and heat it will not allow any threat to effect or pass through it(following elemental adv/disadv). After being released the ash would accumulate and grow into a cloud above the user over the course of the first turn. In the second turn the ash would begin to fall (S rank in strength) within short range only as it starts to spread over the battlefield. In turn 3 it would spread to include medium range and finally in turn 4 it would encompass long range as well.The ash would stick to any enemy targets or techniques and incinerate them from the exposure and temperature.

Once the ash has been created the caster can use shape manipulation to form a bolt of ash that erupts onto a targeted area once per turn(S-rank and reaches up to long range).The ash thunderbolt is capable of decimating the area which it strikes, causing a large amount of damage. The user will employ chakra control to insulate himself from the effects of the ash.

Note:
~Can only be used twice
~The cloud lasts for 4 turns
~No other katon techniques while this technique is in play
~Due to the numbness and damage to their arm, the user cannot form hand seals for two turns

Declined - Forbidden rank that lasts 4 turns is a no? Also you say it covers the user when it forms. Why wouldn't the forbidden ranked ash just kill you then and there? It would just look like what happened in pompei, cover burn and kill you.

Declined - i'm not gonna allow this to last, it's like costant raining S rank fire. Hell no. Spew out the ash into a ball in the air, clap and have it blast out in all directions. And user has to defend himself in that case. Or severely reduce the rank of this.

Description:
The user will focus their chakra into the water particles surrounding them up to mid range, altering the water and forming it into a thin haze while giving it sticky qualities. This haze is unique in that it can quite rapidly be condensed into sticky water wherever the user needs, its high viscosity allows it to stick to any surface. The user is able to do this in at least two points at once, forming a ‘string’ of sticky water between objects.

The other useful property of this water is that due to its nature the user is able to manipulate it freely, making it contract or stretch as they see fit for a range of uses, bringing the objects together at a rapid pace for instance. The mist passively absorbs chakra from the user to allow it to maintain its volume and allow it to form again in the area if it was dispersed momentarily. If this technique comes into contact with its user they are able to focus their chakra onto their skin which will cause the water to fall off quickly and harmlessly.

The user will condense their spheres into The size of a bullet, The user will then send the water to surround the enemy on all sides With a snap of the users fingers each one will release a stream of highly pressurized water at the enemy from all sides. This jutsu can also be used directly from infront of the user as a frontal attack rather then a surrounding one.

Note: In total there's 10 water spheres/bullets, that will surround the enemy, two on the left, two on the right, two above two infront of and two behind.

Declined - Needs restricting a bit more. You're attacking with water from all sides with S rank power, make it A rank and below the next turn.

Hyouton: Hiebie chi Bokushingu ​​ no tame ni)-Ice Release Cold Blooded Boxing

Description: The user will focus all their ice chakra into their hands, making them extremely cold. This will cause the users hands to take on a blue appearance, as well as freeze skin and water inside the enemy on contact. The user will engage the enemy in close combat with this jutsu active and attempt to strike them, or even just brush them, the freezing cold chakra being emitted from the users hands will cause the skin of the enemy to freeze, giving them frost bite and freezing any water inside the enemies body that was hit, even sweat. This freeze will cause immense pain and will make the hit area numb hard to move and control and Won't be able to control the affected area (including moving chakra to the area) for 3 turns. The user will not have the same effects even if he accidentally touches himself as he has control over the chakra, and due to his training with the jutsu has become immune to its effects.

Note: Lasts three turns

Note: Does not prevent the use of water jutsu from the enemy after they are hit.

Description: The user will make 5 hand seals while building up a large amount of ice chakra. He then condenses it into a white sphere between his palms made of compressed pure ice chakra the size of a small egg. He then releases his control on the sphere, releasing that huge amount of chakra in a form of an ice shockwave that freezes all non-organic matter up to mid range, leaving only a frozen small crater with the user in the middle.

Note: Can't use any more ice jutsu Above B rank for 2 turns and water or wind above A-Rank for 2 turns

Declined - Just needs a bit of work, if you make 10 spheres each one would be D rank at best, so would each stream shot forwards from them. Just incoporate that into the jutsu please. Will save time in argueing when people go to counter this.

Description:
The ring of the frost giant king of the north. Its made of a special metal that can channel Water, Wind and Ice chakra. Wielding the ring gives the user greater power for his Water, Wind and Ice jutsu and gives him the unique ability to materialize a weapon made of either one of these elements in the hand the ring is. For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.
Abilities:
+10 damage to Wind and Water
+15 damage to Ice
The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
Restrictions:
Creating the weapons counts as a turn
Weapons maintain themselves until destroyed or released
While wielding an elemental weapon, user can't make hand seals
Weapons can be thrown but another one cannot be made while another one is still active. Meaning if one is thrown but doesn't break the user can't make a new one unless that one breaks or is released.
Can't channel fire chakra while using elemental weapons
Note:Non Yuki clan members can use, but they will only be able to use its wind and water abilities. Aswell as have a plus 15 boost instead of plus 10 to either wind or water, which one must be stated before the match the other one remains 10

The sudden change in weight will cause the water and ice spheres to fall to the ground at a fast rate crushing whatever they land on and leaving creators where ever they fall. The ice will still be intact even after the fall unless it is broken by an enemy jutsu.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kaiyō Bumon) - Summoning Technique: Marine Division

Description: After drawing blood and performing the needed handseals, the user summons a 3 meter tall Shoebill wearing goggles, two kunai launchers on its sides and crescent shaped blades attached to the ends of its wings and beak. He is one of a group of Shoebills called the Sabres who excel at aerial battle. His affinity is wind, allowing him to perform wind jutsu B rank and below. Sabre's most notable feature is his flying skill which makes it able to fly faster than a ninja can sprint but not by much. By emitting wind from his wings as he flies, Sabre can propel himself and greatly boost his flying speed for a short time, though still traceable by normal eyesight. (1 turn) Sabre's signature methods of attack are using the three blades he wields to slash opponents or his kunai launchers that are activated by channeling wind chakra into them. This makes them shoot a barrage of wind infused kunai at high speed, almost like bullets. (B rank/Long range)

‡ Declined ‡ A lot wrong here. You need to clarify his speed better, at most I'll allow him to fly as fast as a Sage Ranked shinobi. How does a bird use swords? and that "almost like bullets" thing needs to go. At most they can travel as fast as shot arrows.

Description: Moonbeam is a peculiar metal staff designed by a master illusionist. The pole is entirely white and 5 ft long. At the top is a 2 ft wide sphere with a perfectly smooth, mirrored surface and at the base is a triangular spike. The wielder can take anything reflected on the mirror's surface and create an illusionary projection within 30 meters of it. This is done by channeling chakra into Moonbeam's sphere which is emitted to form the projections. The projections are identical to their originals due to being reflections but the scale, quantity, and positions are up to the user. They can range from tiny objects to entire landscapes which are either projected in 3D or 2D like a screen. However, obstructing Moonbeam from the original objects will erase part or all of the projection until the obstruction is gone. The projections cannot physically interact with anything, passing through objects and appearing hollow on the inside. Another separate ability of Moonbeam allows the wielder to link his vision to the mirror and see everything reflected by it. Once either of these abilities are activated, they will be passively maintained while taking chakra from the wielder.

Kokyū has pale white eyes and a steel-hard body that is dark grey in color and carries a large pickaxe capable of inflicting A rank physical damage. He is a master of the Earth element and as such can perform S rank and below Earth jutsu that do not require handseals. Due to his great size and tough body, he is immune to ninjutsu B rank and below, and earth jutsu A rank and below.

The first allows the user to merge other inanimate objects with the sphere and have it manipulate them. For example, the user may combine the sphere with a kunai and make the protruding blade slash enemies or shoot it out from the sphere. When not manipulating the objects they remain merged with the sphere, becoming part of it. Moonbeam's second ability allows its wielder to link his vision to the mirror and see everything reflected by it. Once either ability is activated, it will be passively maintained while taking chakra from the wielder.

Declined - is there a limit to what can be fused with the spear? What happens to lightning infused weapons and such, can they only be shot out the mirror at the top and no to the linked vision

Declined - so in total the power is S rank, so that means each arm would be A rank. As such both arms attacking at the same time would make S rank in power. It should take A rank to destroy one arm and S rank to destroy both. One arm attacking would then cause A rank damage, and if you don't want it to count as a move per turn reduce the useage to once or reduce it to two turns. Apart from that it's good.

Fuuton: Tōri o kurūzu)- Wind Release : Cruise down the street

Description: A stealth technique used to catch a foe off balance in battle, before using a Fuuton jutsu, the user performs a single handseal pumping more fuuton chakra into the technique, this chakra allows the user to dissipate the wind technique upon creation into a calm, yet fast non violent breeze that'll travel on a straight or curved path towards the target however this change is temporary, upon traveling a distance of the user's choosing 7 meters maximum, 8 meters if user has wind as specialty , the wind will form back into the original jutsu. The wind jutsu gains a +10 damage due to the increase in input chakra.
~ Can only be used on projectile wind jutsu i.e wind jutsus that travel from the user to the opponent
~ Can not be used on Forbidden rank wind jutsu

Declined - I want to approve it it's a goo idea. But remove the boosting part, reduce it to 3 times per battle, instead of 8 meters put mid range as 5m -20m is mid range. And give one example with a cannon jutsu, such as the wind blade jutsu. State that they can see the light breeze too

Description: Iris is a cloak said to be forged from darkness itself , it's black in colour and it fits itself to the height and desires such as color, shape, size and accessories e.g hood of the user which if used correctly allows the user to camouflage with his surroundings although ninjas of higher rank, can easily spot the user, the camouflage only masks the user's appearance, it doesn't mask chakra, sound, scent etc, when viewed up close, the cloak seems to be made of several tormented souls each trying to break free from the cloak, the true substance used to create the cloak is unknown but it is known the cloak can passively block basic ninja tools without sustaining so much as a scratch. Iris has only one special ability and that is the ability to create chakra human figures out of itself, it is rumored that it's simply the cloak releasing a soul and forcing it to do the user's bidding, these figures are black as night (Like an human with no face nor hair then covered completely in black paint), these figures also bend and move the same way the human body does i.e the joints and movements and they vary in height and body proportion(still within humanly possibilities), plus they pack quite a punch possessing with each attack counting as A rank similarly to how an earth golem's freeform attack depends on its rank e.g A rank golem freeform = A rank damage . Each chakra human figure counts as A rank Wind and costs the user 30 chakra per usage , also, each figure must be short range from Iris at all times or it'll simply vanish and if the user chooses, he might decide not to create the figure fully i.e creating upper body etc the it still counts as A rank
~ Only one chakra figure can be created at a time and it costs user 30 chakra plus it counts as a move and each figure stays for a turn before running outta chakra and vanishing.
~ Can only be taught by Lytes.
~ The figures are black due to the fact that they are creations of the cloak and hereby share the original color of the ckoak, besides ummm...I got nothing.
~ The cloak can withstand freeform Taijutsu and weapons such as kunais, even explosive tags, it can also withstand up to B rank jutsus, any more would damage the cloak, after accumulating a total damage worth of S rank(e.g A rank + A rank), the cloak is destroyed, however, after 5 turns the user can input 60 chakra into the cloak to repair its damages

Declined - regenerating the cloak is a no. For example hit it with S rank fire and there is no cloak left to repair. Now for the wind, really <_< say they pick up dust from the ground that gives them dark appearence like a black something something lol figure something out xd

Description: Iris is a cloak said to be forged from darkness itself , it's black in colour and it fits itself to the height and desires such as color, shape, size and accessories e.g hood of the user which if used correctly allows the user to camouflage with his surroundings although ninjas of higher rank, can easily spot the user, the camouflage only masks the user's appearance, it doesn't mask chakra, sound, scent etc, when viewed up close, the cloak seems to be made of several tormented souls each trying to break free from the cloak, the true substance used to create the cloak is unknown but it is known the cloak can passively block basic ninja tools without sustaining so much as a scratch. Iris has only one special ability and that is the ability to create chakra human figures out of itself, it is rumored that it's simply the cloak releasing a soul and forcing it to do the user's bidding, these figures are black as night (Like an human with no face nor hair then covered completely in black paint), these figures also bend and move the same way the human body does i.e the joints and movements and they vary in height and body proportion(still within humanly possibilities), plus they pack quite a punch possessing with each attack counting as A rank similarly to how an earth golem's freeform attack depends on its rank e.g A rank golem freeform = A rank damage . ~ The Cloak's is so evil and dark that everything that comes from it is affected by its color, In real terms, the cloak literally darkens any chakra that passes through it changing its color to black, furthermore, In the NV, it has been shown that elemental chakra can exist in various colour. If this explanation doesn't work, then, The wind chakra in the figures is so concentrated that the conc blue chakra appears to black
~ The cloak can withstand freeform Taijutsu and weapons such as kunais, even explosive tags, it can also withstand up to B rank jutsus, any more would damage the cloak.

Declined - I want to approve it it's a goo idea. But remove the boosting part, reduce it to 3 times per battle, instead of 8 meters put mid range as 5m -20m is mid range. And give one example with a cannon jutsu, such as the wind blade jutsu. State that they can see the light breeze too

Declined - regenerating the cloak is a no. For example hit it with S rank fire and there is no cloak left to repair. Now for the wind, really <_< say they pick up dust from the ground that gives them dark appearence like a black something something lol figure something out xd

For this cycle you can make one post containing up to three jutsu in total

Once i check your post you may not edit, and once you've posted you can't post again until i start a new cycle :hint:

Now, a few little tips to help you all get your cj approved:

1. Check your restrictions, compare them to other stuff i've approved of the same rank, for example, S rank usable twice.
2. Limit the uses of jutsu
3. Give summons a turn limit
4. Explain what summons are immune to
5. No speed increases or power boosts
6. no passive stuff, all attacks count as a move per turn and must have a rank

This blade was the most treasured item of Rai Uchiha, but years to pass, the sword ended back into a Uchiha home. Soon Ikiru's father presented the sword to him, but with simple understanding of where it came from and nothing more. To Ikiru, young and with eagerness to learn more, it led him to the deep library of knowledge in Land of Keys. He then learned more of his past and how the blade came into being. Ikiru understanding that the Katana's true name for which it wasn't the 'Uchiha Sword of Creatures and Encryption' like he was told, but rather 'The Death at the Bottom of the Well'. For now the blade was much more now redefined, he understood its meaning and how to use it beyond his previous knowledge.

Abilities of the blade:

╳ When the user draws the blade from it's scabbard, the user needs to place the tip of the blade toward the ground to summon (aka Phase 1) enormous ounces of water from the underground's natural aquifers, until returned into the scabbard the end result will be Crater Lake (Passive). Then after phase 1, the user can choose to either make puddles, many mini-versions of lakes or leakages from nearby rocks (Passive). If water is already present (aka Phase 2) before phase 1, the user can (passively) manipulate (either through mental command or directing it by using this katana) the presented water to link both parties of the shinobi(s). If its after the Phase 1, they can gain this ability but, they'll have to spend 1 of their battle Jutsu slots/moves. If phase 2 was successfully initiated, the user can also stream their chakra (+20 chakra max/B-rank limit) through the water into whomever is connected to their water-stream.

Notice: The water sources that are summoned would be fairly large in size (water ounces summoned would be able to fill up a standard sized pool). Phase 1, takes 2 of the user's turns for the underground's natural aquifers water to appear on the field and after 6 of the user's turns, the area will surrounded by water appearing as a crater lake, concluding the completion of the ability (Phase 1).

╳ The most potent form of abilities for this sword is that, whenever the user of the sword's blade makes contact with the opponent or an subject that is connected/touching to the opponent or if a water source, the user can draw -20 chakra from the subject with every contacted strike. This is a process known as "Kyokotsu-no jutsu".

Notice: The user can only Draw up to S-rank chakra (Max) per turn from the "Kyokotsu-no jutsu" ability.
Notice: Once maximum chakra is drawn, the user can't use same ability until after 1 turn.

Description: The user can create up to four blue lightning dragons creatures which emanate at a different vibration then regular Lightning jutsu. This different vibration of lightning chakra will have a spring coil likeness to it. These dragons are each 3 feet in length and 2 feet in diameter thickness (when 4 have been released, but as one, x4 each width & length). The spring like coil and hoping state of this lightning jutsu, gives the miniature dragons ability to outwit objects in the way as they head forward only. They behave much like pawns on a chess board, moving only forward and never backwards toward their enemy when released from the hands of the user. These Dragons once released, they will lock on and track the target till they shock them, unless the target(s) manage to get passed them. While these dragons are coiled they'll appear as a ball of ration in their user's hands, in that state of a sphere that covers the user's hand as if boxing gloves. Given that they don't kill on contact but, will rather shock the enemy also paralyze them. The user can install the jutsu's launched dragons with kunai(s) and similar entities.

Notice:These dragons can chase up to 4 people, as they'd split up the targets upon themselves.
Notice: Once shocked paralyzation lasts 1 turn if successful but is ineffective against bios who have a primary Lightning Specialty.

Declined - State that with each dragon you make it reduces the power 1 = A rank, 2 = B rank, 3-4 = C rank, not only that, but are you sure you want this jutsu. If they were about to hit me i'd just use an earth pillar to shoot me up over them, as they can only go forwards they would then be useless, just a penny for a thought and all that.

Using shape manipulation, they can release the lightning chakra in the form of a claw that they can manipulate to stretch out on their arm to only equal 15 inches before full-release. While in this state, the initial standard form will appear as a clawed form of ration in their user's arms, in that state of a hardened crest that covers the user's arms. Whenever the user releases the Lightning Dragons, the ration chakra appearing as crests cracks as it vibrates at a high frequency, it creates a short loud strained-bird roar chirp-like sound. S/he can create up to 4, blue-lightning dragon creatures, which emanate at a different vibration then a regular Lightning jutsu. After using a Katon Jutsu to heat the atmosphere and create thunderclouds in the sky, the user will perform the following handseals Ram → Horse → Snake → Tiger while as they use Ration with their hand lifted toward the sky or so as, then they will surge enormous Ration chakra from their body through their body to take control of the lightning above. After at which they can then release a massive amount of lighting chakra, which they use to create a blinding light that appears to emanate from all-over the heavens (designated area) in less than a blink of an eye at any moment. The momentous light would blind any enemy that sees it but, its main ability isn't only that, through skill and precise chakra control and timing, only a Uchiha user could use it as a cover to put the enemies into a genjutsu by using the light as a decoy, preventing the opponent(s) from noticing the genjutsu placed. Keep in mind that this jutsu is powerful enough to bring visible light that will temporarily disorient an enemy's senses (Fyi, Lightning Flash is many times brighter than Sunlight).This jutsu will be able to pass through Doton jutsu up to B-rank, so they'll see it's flash, as a light that would shine through a paper-thin wall or a wall made of glass. Without causing any permanent injury by the flash produced momentarily. It will still activate all photoreceptor cells in the eyes, making vision impossible for approximately 1 turn for all opponents within the area, until their eye's restore itself to its normal, un-stimulated state. An afterimage will also be visible for a considerable time, impairing the victim's ability to aim with precision for 1 turn, after their vision restoration.

Note: Requires 3t Sharingan for Genjutsu casting.

declined - not only is this a copy in a sense of a cannon jutsu, it doesn't need to be F ranked, not only that the flash going through B rank earth doesn't even make sense? If they are in B rank dome of earth that is 4m thick, how can light shine through it. DNR

Galvantula's body consists of a head and abdomen. Its head is yellow on top and light purple on the bottom. It has two large, blue, forward-facing eyes with black pupils, and four, smaller, simple eyes sitting in a 2x2 pattern on its forehead. It has two long pedipalps connected from the underside of its head, which are blue and hairless on their lower half and covered in thick yellow fur on the upper half. Galvantula's body is covered in yellow and light purple fur on top with blue fur under its abdomen. Four tufts of hair sprout from under its abdomen and grow upward. Two large tufts sprout from the left and right of the rear, while two smaller ones sprout from each side. The fur on its back is light purple and with three thick, yellow stripes running up from its rear. Galvantulas natural affinity is lighting and so it is able to use lighting techs up to A rank. Along with with this galvantula has a special ability. Using its spider silk galvantula can can send the silk though out the earth, up to mid range from her. She then electrifies the spider silk. This stops either person from using any earth techs B rank and below. This ability is B rank in power. During this time she has to actively concentrate on the silk and can't perform any other jutsu.

-Stays on the field for four turns
-Electric web can only be used once.
-Electrifying the ground counts as a move.

Declined - just work on the effect a bit more. Does your summon spit out the web or spread from it's ass, does it jsut appear? just a bit of detail to give an idea

Merging the CWJ and the weapon together, removed two of the abilities, to make it smaller.

Excalibur's primary strength, as shown in the hands of Artoria, is its ability to store large amounts of chakra channelled into by its wielder. Utilizing this chakra, the user can lessen the chakra he uses from her own reserves in battle, allowing her to continue fighting for longer periods of time. Particularly, she stores fire natured chakra in Excalibur, and then channels wind chakra into it during a fight, combining these elements for a special form of chakra flow he calls the Wind of the Fire Sword (Hiken no Kaze).

Avalon: Subete Tōki Risōkyō | Avalon: The Everdistant Utopia - Avalon is the hallowed scabbard of Excalibur, the embodiment of the utopia Artoria seeks. It is a luxurious piece of equipment made of gold and decorated with blue enamel that seems more like a treasure to show dignity and nobility like a crown or staff than a weapon, it is a scabbard. The scabbard is quite special in the sense that it doesn't quite act as what a normal scabbard would, this one actually resides within Artoria's body and can be materialised with the use of her chakra. The holder of the scabbard is granted minor healing, allowing for only minor injuries such a minor burns, and surface wounds. Anything more severe then that it cannot heal. This small healing ability is done by residing within Artoria's and connecting with her chakra, leeching off her chakra in a manner of speaking and creating a small healing. Another ability this scabbard holds is a type of ultimate defence of sorts. The scabbard dissipates into countless tiny particles in the air and engulfs the user to become a "portable fortress" that shuts out all interference. This is done by placing Excalibur within the scabbard which releases chakra into the scabbard which causes the scabbard to create a type of barrier made out of chakra and the scabbard itself that protects the user from attacks from all angles, this in turn causes the user to lose access to Excalibur for the turn the defence is active. The barrier protects the user from A-rank and below techniques. The scabbard on its own is nothing more then a useless artifact, as the scabbard only reacts to either Excalibur or Artoria herself, if someone else tried to use it, it wouldn't react to them, it only reacts to Artoria's chakra. This technique is equal to that of a S-rank technique

Hiken no Kaze | Wind of the Fire Sword utilizes Excalibur ability to store chakra over long periods of time, and then combines this stored chakra with chakra. The user flows into the blade during the heat of battle. The user accumulates chakra of the fire nature inside of Excalibur, until the sword possesses a great enough reserve of that chakra, which is necessary for the technique to be used without exhausting the chakra supply. When the user flows her wind chakra into the blade, it works together with the stored chakra; first, flames erupt around it, and then the wind comes forth, taming the flames and condensing them against the blade like another layer of metal, just that this one displays a darkened version of Excalibur, with a spiral like pattern laid on the while blade. This has multiple effects: for one, the wind strengthens the fire, resulting in a super-heated blade which can easily meld rock and cauterize the wounds inflicted with it; it also dramatically increases the cutting potential of Excalibur, being able to slice though earthen based substances with ease, and metal based weapons, that hold no special abilities such as kunai, swords, and so forth. Due to this form, it always increases the damage output of any wind, or fire ninjutsu used by the user by +20, the only set back with this damage boost is that the techniques need to be released via the blade, the boost isn't counted if the techniques are released though any other means.This ability is equal to that of a S-rank technique. Wind of the Fire Sword transformation lasts a max of four turns. After that the sword reverts back to it's standard form, and will not be able to channel any more fire or wind chakra chakra into it for the rest of the match. Also the user will be unable to use any fire or wind techniques for one turn after the revert.

Hiken no Kaze: Mōka Tsujikaze | Wind of the Fire Sword: Roaring Flame Whirlwind - It uses the fire chakra stored inside Excalibur to release a trail of flames around the blade, which then enhances with wind chakra for attacks. In its most basic form, the user just slashes in the direction of the desired target, resulting in the creation of intense flame waves that follow the trajectory of the previous swing. The user can also completely surround an area with the flames, forming something small like simple walls to trap enemies, or even a massive twister which draws opponents in with its winds to burn them to death; the user can also utilizes this ability defensively, engulfing the immediate area around themselves in such fire.
- This ability is equal to that of an A-rank technique.
- Wind of the Fire Sword: Roaring Flame Whirlwind ability may only be used twice per-match and is only usable while in the wind of the fire sword form.

Declined - So first of all the scabard breaking down fo that defnese just wouldn't work in that way, not enough material to cover your entire body based off that size, but the reason i'm saying no is S rank defense with no drawbacks? Boosting fire and wind by +20 is a no, i stated this in my post starting this cycle. It's effects just aren't balanced, no chakra cost per jutsu? It needs work, toning down and don't make it so long >_< lol

Description: Bite of the Dragon is both a defensive and offensive type technique that falls under both sword, and body arts. To pull off this move the user must have a good amount of strength, chakra, and precision as this technique is rather a quite complex move. Observing the target the user will match the exact breathing pattern of the foe and channel chakra to one of their dominant hand's fingers. Then as the foe strikes the user is able to catch and absorb the impact of the strike with the mid section of their finger. The user will then bring down the top half of their finger onto the target's weapon, causing the absorbed strike to semi-instantly be redirected as slashing damage back at the foe. Depending on how powerful the foe's strike was, this technique can possibly kill the foe.
Notes:
- Can only be used three times per-match.
- Can only redirect sword damage up to A-rank (60 DMG)
- Cool down period of one turn before usage again.
- Non-elemental, and elemental attacks work, as long as they are from a bladed weapon, and of that of an A-rank and below.

Description: Bite of the Dragon is both a defensive and offensive type technique that falls under both sword, and body arts. Description: This technique is derived from " ", which basically is: "Solfeggio frequencies make up the ancient 6-tone scale thought to have been used in sacred music, including the beautiful and well known Gregorian Chants. The chants and their special tones were believed to impart spiritual blessings when sung in harmony. Each Solfeggio tone is comprised of a frequency required to balance your energy and keep your body, mind and spirit in perfect harmony." To start the use of this technique, the user gathers up a large amount of sound chakra that can either be released, or used in two options. The user then either starts to vibrate the chakra, either within their own body, or the body of their intended target Using their chakra, the user is able to manipulate and alternate between specific frequencies the chakra vibrates at, resulting in various beneficial effects on the receiving party. The available frequencies, and the effects generated by them, are as follows;

174 Hz - "Do" (Pain Relief) - The lowest of the Solfeggio Scale, this frequency uses the slow and calming vibrations to act as a sort of anaesthetic, relieving the affected of pain and trauma. While under the effects of "Do", the user/ target is more tolerant of any form of pain, lending them a brief respite from the burden of physical damage. The target is unaware of their body's own pain for 2 turns.
285 Hz - "Io" (Healing (Increased Efficiency) - The "Io" frequency is perhaps one of the most beneficial forms on the Solfeggio Scale, as its soothing waves help to repair or "return" the body to its natural state. In other words "Io" helps the repair of damage done to it's target, allowing them to be healed faster and more effectively by Medical Shinobi. Any Medical Jutsu performed on a target under the effects of the "Io" frequency cost 50% less Chakra, which last for a max of 3 turns and expire when a Medical Jutsu is performed on the user.
396 Hz - "Ut" (Killing Intent Resistance) - "Ut" is a rather unique frequency, as it grants its target a feeling of liberation from negative feelings, such as guilt, fear or anger. Through this liberation the user is granted a high level of mental clarity, the likes of which may seem alien to them. Thanks to the relief of the burden of negative emotions, a beneficiary of the "Ut" frequency will be less susceptible to techniques that prey on such emotions. This makes the user one level more resistant to the "Killing Intent" Jutsu for 2 turns.
417 Hz - "Re" (Added Buff Over Time) - One of the more "neutral" tones from the Solfeggio Scale, "Re" produces additional energy to the user upon receiving medical treatment. When a target of "Re" recovers Health from the effects of Medical Ninjutsu, the vibrations contribute to their recovery, granting the user an additional 100 chakra on top of the base Medical Ninjutsu. This chakra is recovered at 25 chakra per turn, over the course of 4 turns.
741hz - "Sol" (Slowed Poisoning) - It cleans the cell (“Solve polluti“) from the toxins. Frequent use of 741 Hz leads to a healthier, simpler life, and also to changes in diet towards foods which are not poisoned by various kinds of toxins. Tone ‘Sol’ cleans the cell from different kinds of electromagnetic radiations. Another application of this sound frequency is solving problems of any nature. This frequency of the Solfeggio scale will also lead you into the power of self-expression, which results in a pure and stable life. If the user is poisoned the poison is slower acting then it would usual be, lasts for two turns.
852hz - "La" (Genjutsu Resistance) - Tone ‘La’ is linked to your ability to see through the illusions of your life, such as hidden agendas of people, places and things. This frequency can be used as means for opening a person up for communication with the all-embracing Spirit. It raises awareness and lets you return to spiritual order. Regarding cellular processes, 852 Hz enables the cell to transform itself into a system of higher level. This creates a situation for the user to become more aware of genjutsu being used on them, and with that allows the user to see though low level genjutsu much easier (B-rank and below), lasts for two turns.
Notes:
- Only one effect can be used per-usage.
- Each effect can only be used once per-match/twice per-NW event.
- Cooldown of two turns before re-use.
- Not a medical ninjutsu technique, this is rather a technique that enhances the use of medical ninjutsu though the use of specific frequencies.

(Fuuinjutsu: Goshiki no Shōheki) - Sealing Arts: Five-Colored Barriers

Description: The user will perform the Dragon handseal during the creation of a barrier technique, allowing them to induce a layer of Elemental Chakra to the barrier directly proportional to the rank of this jutsu. The user can choose one of the five Nature Elements at a time, with each Nature Element granting an additional property, either offensive or defensive, to the barrier depending on the Nature Element. Fire Releases increases the barrier's offensive capabilities through increasing its heat and allowing it to burn those who make contact with it. Earth Release increases the barrier's defensive capabilities through reinforcing it, due to the Earth's sturdy nature. Water Release increases the barrier's defensive capabilities by inducing malleability to it due to water's freeflowing nature; as an attack or object of inferior rank strikes the barrier, its shape and form distorts as though made of rubber, before snapping back into place and reversing the trajectory of the attack. Lightning Release grants the barrier electrical properties, allowing it to shock and paralyze those that come in contact with the barrier. Declined - place this on an S rank barrier and from the wording of it, you add an S rank layer to it. So if you had a barrier up, and someone went to destroy it with S rank wind, your barrier now S rank. You then use this jutsu, choose fire and add an addition S rank fire porperty to it for someone to break through. From the wording that's the impression i get. Make it only useable on A ranks and below and it give +1 rank to that barrier with the element methods you described above. No fuuin for two turns after too as this is quite the powerful technique. And while this is active it takes up one of your moves per turn.

Description: The user will release steel chakra into the sky above and after performing the bird handseal, the released steel chakra will be condensed into a huge cloud of small spiked steel balls which will rain down on the whole battle field for four turns. The stardust will rain randomly on the terrain which means it can harm enemies, allies and the user unless protected by suitable defense. The momentum gained by falling allows the stardust to penetrate through solid structures equivalent to C-ranked steel jutsu (w/s applied). On each area of five meters radius (short range) three dozens of spiked balls will fall per turn.
note: can only be used once per battle.
note: only Beifong can teach this jutsu

made it four turns and changed it to S rank.. I think the jutsu is better as S-ranked as it's extremely powerful one

Declined - After thinking about it, i don't want this to be a lasting jutsu. Make it so it rains down for one turn, it can stay as S rank, covers up to Mid range if you want and name how many balls their are, more the balls the weaker they are

Approved - you could make a cj that is like steel palets that fall, each is E rank like hail hitting, can be used as a steel source ect, just an idea to throw out there xd

(Fuuinjutsu - Shiketsu no Rikudo) Sealing technique - Six paths of Hemostasis

Description: A unique sealing jutsu designed with the sole intent of sealing the natural flow of chakra through a persons body temporarily. The technique is applied to any weapon the user happens to be wielding at the time. Covering the weapon in visible sealing script that differs from traditional sealing scripts in color. Being a dark crimson almost black still but more red. This script can also be applied to the opponent via direct touch, cutting out the middleman so to speak. When applied this technique directly targets the chakra flow of the opponent. Causing it to move much slower throughout the body in a similar way to hemostasis in medical fields. Hence the name of the technique. By causing the opponents chakra to move throughout the body slower it can create clots of sorts around the tenketsu. Not only does this cause the afflicted person to take longer to mold chakra it can also prevent them from using certain powerful jutsu over time as the chakra flows slower over time. Provided the seal remains. Overall the affects of this jutsu effectively doubles all the handseals required for techniques. A technique that requires one handseal would now require two. Two handseals, four would be required. Additionally the afflicted will find themselves requiring a singular handseal for techniques that usually require none. This is applicable the moment the seal is applied.
In terms of limiting the usage of powerful ninjutsu. The moment this seal is applied the afflicted loses access to techniques of a forbidden ranked nature. The afflicted then lose access to S ranks on their next turn, then each one of the afflicted subsequent turns they lose access of an additional rank this effect stops at rank C. The afflicted would always be able to access C ranks and below. The clotting of the Tenketsu causes chakra to leak from the afflicted body, causing them to lose 20 chakra each one of their turns by default before using any jutsu. In a similar way to how the Hyuuga expel chakra forcefully the clotting causes this without the afflicted intending it, thusly the chakra is wasted.

~Notes~
- This seal lasts for eight turns, at which stage the afflicted regains usage of up to A ranks however the clots of chakra prevent access to enough chakra for higher ranks.
-This seal can be removed prematurely by one skilled in fuuinjutsu, while it's rank is powerful it's design is simple. Being removable with the basic sealing release technique taught canonically.

✦ Declined, while Im not exactly sure if something similar to this has been done with Fuuinjutsu ( sealing the target's ability to use high ranking chakra over a set amount of turns ), I can confirm that I dont remember seeing a fuuinjutsu that altered chakra control to the point that it requires doubled seals, so that part is valid. Lasting 8 turns is way too much for an A rank though, something I cant approve. Also, you mention the seal can be removed prematurely, but dont state how. If this is applied by hand or weapon and the sealing script itself appears, then the seal would be on the body, and not like a paper seal, making removing it difficult. ✦

(Taijutsu - Sekai no omo-sa) Taijutsu - Weight of the world

Description: A unique taijutsu striking combination used in quick succession. From a grounded position the user will spread his legs slightly lowering his center of gravity in almost a very loose horse stance. From here they will deliver a single straight punch to the opponents upper rib cage immediately swinging there other arm as the first strikes, repeating this process to land a total of eight punches in a split second. While not that damaging the attacks serve to soften up the opponents rib cage creating a slight separation in the middle of them. This is where the final strike comes in to play. The part about losing 10 speed levels should be removed as well, no references to the speed chart are allowed. I'd suggest a more RP friendly decrease of, say, 30%, and this needs a set time limit on how long it lasts, like 3 or 4 turns. I cant allow the limiting of a foe for the rest of the fight with this. Description: Minato Namikaze using his incredible speed and reflexes, is able to intercept a taijutsu attack aimed for the upper body, he pushes his body weight using both hands on the attacking limb, launching himself skywards whilst pushing his opponent down. Similar to the intersection method however both hands are above the limb so it does not behave as a pincer, more of a lever.
Once airborne he twists his body rolling over and performing a descending sky kick similar to the type used by Hashirama Senju and Tsunade Senju, lacking a large degree of the force, the speed factor more than makes up for the lack of power. However it can not cause large scale destruction, in terms of damage it behaves in a similar fashion to the kick used by Rock Lee against Gaara in part one, causing a mild aftershock effect.

Being one of Sasori’s newest editions of Human puppets, Ludger was equipped with several mechanisms and modifications to make it unique from any other puppet. Ludger was most famed for his special kekkei genkai, known as steel release. Along with the usage of the steel kekkei genkai, Ludger also possessed the ability to use all 5 basic natures. Ludger’s entire body is covered with steel plates which offer extra defense and, supplementary usages for his steel release technique. Due to the toughness of the steel plates he was covered in the puppet was capable of surviving taijutsu based attacks A-Rank and below. Another modification of this puppet is that it has large wings made of metal plates.These wings would be capable of offering offensive support or defensive support from behind. Each wing both had the property of an A-Rank technique. Weapon wise, the puppet has holes in its palm just like Sasori which can be used to fire out chakra waves, due to it being a human puppet, and capable of forming chakra. Along with it being able to fire out chakra waves it was also capable of launching itself forward in a linear/upward pattern with the added holes which were placed on its feet, allowing for it to travel long distances by blasting chakra through the holes in its feet. Inside of the puppet would be thin metal wires of varying lengths and diameter. Additionally, the human puppet is capable of firing out steel bullets and plates from in front of its body. Also there would be a hole in the middle of puppet’s chest allowing for Sasori to quickly switch into the puppet’s body. Its right hand would also be capable of launching off like a grappling hook allowing for it to drag around for long distance, along with that it could pull the puppet in the desired location. Lastly, another ability of the puppet was the heat generator within the puppet which allowed for the puppet to be heated to extreme temperatures. Ludger uses that form in order to power up his attacks, but it also has its drawbacks.

When in this state it is similar to how the salamander puppet stands. Her four arms are all capable of being protracted into long distances. On the puppet’s front arms are tags which are used to release puppet arms which the user will launch at the target. The puppet’s front arms are also capable of launching off like a grappling hook and attach itself to whatever it grabs hold of. There are holes placed on the puppet’s hand enabling it the ability to emit streams of storm release. With the chakra threads spread throughout the area it’s like a large circular spider web spread throughout the ground all which come from the user at the center. The main ability of the chakra threads is to track enemies, for example once the enemy has crossed one of threads the user will be notified of their location.

Description: A powerful technique which requires the user to be in the possession of three amulets from Mount Myoboku. These green amulets which the user will be carrying around with them at all times are used to perform a summoning technique. This technique allows the user to summon three former masters of Sage Art to his side in the form of the fighting style which these three masters utilized themselves, meaning if said master was a master of the Kung Fu Tiger Stance, he would be summoned to resemble that of a tiger. In this case the three masters that can be summoned through this style are Agamotto, Hoggoth and Osthur. These three masters can be summoned separately or together with the green amulet. When the three masters are summoned, their body is a form of earthen material with a powerful green hue and aura emanating from their bodies as their bodies is rich on natural energy. It is important to understand that these three masters are not animals but they are so to say sentient beings that are depicted as the animals said below.

The first master that one can summon is Agamotto, he is a former user of the sage arts and a master of a style known as the Porcupine. He was known to utilize archery combined with martial arts. As such when he is summoned he is summoned in the form of a porcupine half the size of a normal human. He is completely green, almost resembling the jade color, while having many quills on his back which he can pull off and shoot with his bow at his target. He is also a very powerful martial artist and a master of natural energy, which is shown when he is summoned already in a state where his body flows with natural energy. This means he is incredible agile as well as fast and has heightened reflexes, due to him being in the heightened state with natural energy, due to his body being enhanced by natural energy. He is capable of using Taijutsu up to A-rank as well as Sage Art techniques which are hand to hand combat based, such as the Frog Kata. His arrows that he shoots with the bow, are also enhanced with natural energy as they are the quills on his back, meaning they are inheritantly stronger than the average kunai, shuriken etc. piercing through the air with grace and power. Master Agamotto has a unique technique known as the Storm of Green Shards. This is where he uses his extreme reflexes and speed to enhance his quills with natural energy and using it to blast them off his back at extreme speed and with such piercing force that it will with its enhanced power and intense speed slice and shoot through trees, rocks, earth and even some metals. When the technique is used, it is seen that it is faster and more lethal than Jiraiya’s Hair Needle technique enhanced with natural energy which he used against Pein at point blank range. The quills on his back will be replaced by new ones which grow out when he shoots them off his back. When he is summoned he is a form of sentient being which does not require the user to control him, rather he acts on his own accord and with the natural energy flowing through his body, he has the inherited sensory ability allowed by the natural energy.

Hoggoth & Osthur, also known as the badger twins. Two masters who grew up together, fighting side by side and mastering natural energy. Both being masters of sage art, taijutsu and weaponry, they are agile and physically strong compared to Agamotto. When summoned they resemble two identical badgers, wearing sashes, but just the same as Agamotto, when summoned their bodies are the same green as his, and they are slightly smaller than Agamotto. These so called badger twins are masters of natural energy which allows them to move at high speeds as well as their physical strength allowing them to wield their staffs in close combat. They are masters of taijutsu being able to perform A-rank and below techniques as well as Sage Art techniques that revolve around weapon or hand to hand based combat. They can also perform weapon based techniques of any kind, up to A-rank. The badger twins’ staffs are also enhanced with natural energy and made of the same green color, which makes them stronger than the average weapon, allowing them to smash through the weapons they collide with, and on occasion it has been seen that they have been able to smash through trees and rocks. The badgers possess a unique technique known as the Crushing Double Gong Technique, which is a synchronized double jump high into the air, and striking down on their target with their enhanced staffs together, delivering an extremely powerful blow which would be equal to that of a large house being dropped down upon a person, crushing them into the ground leaving the it cracked beneath the staffs and the target. As with Agamotto, the badger twins also have the inherited sensory ability allowed by the natural energy, as well as also being sentient beings acting on their own accord in battle.

This dome can be created anywhere within mid-range also in mid-air or underground.

Description: Ragnarok, also known as the Demon sword was confiscated by Priest when he fought kishin. It was perhaps not an easy feat, capturing the child of the Demon God and through years of training of the body and mind, Priest is able to wield the sword as if it were his own blood.
Raknarok has two forms which he uses in battle or outside battle and he is able to transform between forms at will and passively.

I hate the wording passively, and curses? That's not a thing in the rp, it's making something up, i know it's for an rp sense but leave the rp for the battle arena not cjs. Cutting through an S rank restrictions? And no to cutting through a forbidden rank.

The user having trained himself with the bouncy effect make him the only person to be able to use the technique and still maintain his balance. Having used this technique, The explosion would now become something similar to a baloon, rubber net or trampoline and instead of damaging the intended target, it propels him to any direction the user wishes at double his running speed. The amount of chakra expended depends on the magnitude of the explosion. For freeform explosion caused by explosive tags, the user only needs to expends a D-rank chakra to tame them. While their are other greater explosion which includes elemental explosions, the user then expend chakra according to their magnitude and rank.

 Declined  The first aspect of thw weapon exists already in countless fforms and ways. Its just a sword that zaps an unknown quantity of chakra and shrinks in sizen when it takes an undefined amount of damage and can cut for whatever reason other techniques. Done too many times before to be approved. The last part is overly complex and confusing and it doesn't actually explain what it is or does. You need to revamp this to be approvable. Completely.

Instead of making three balls emerge from the ground, He can use his legs to kick back the opponent's earth or solid jutsu taking earth's strenght and weakness into consideration. Though he does not need to stomp his foot, however he would still make the tiger handseal, coat his leg in earth chakra and kick back the opponent's earth or solid jutsu of S-rank and below. Kicking it back also cause the solid object to rub against air pressure and be coated in fire giving a burning aftermath.

Description:A very deceptive yet highly advanced illusion. The user is unable to cast this until three turns has passed, to which once done will make four hand seals inducing the illusion. “Revival” is a genjutsu that works on the concept of the Butterfly effect which in simple terms is when small or large changes can impact the way something works. The target will “wake up” to their positioning exactly three turns before the activation of the technique but while in this dream like state, all the moves and jutsu are replayed as normal but some changes will appear. These changes can range from the sequence of hand seals , to temperatures in area all the way down to even dialogue being said previously. Once in effect the target will be motionless in reality but not immobilized but due to the sheer similarities of the fake events seen is hard to decipher if they are underneath the illusions effect. When changing the details, the user can only change up to two things per usage in order to avoid giving away the illusion. Things such as thoughts or anything the user have no knowledge of cant be replicated but due to the effects of the illusion the target is fooled into those are also part of the dream. To further make the illusion harder things such as heat, wetness etc are also recreated to further mask the genjutsu.

Description: The user will make a single hand seal causing an illusion , to which after the hand seal is made the user seemingly sustains the seal(though this is not the case and is only an illusion) to cause red-purple ash to raise from underneath the target(s), and latching onto the skin causing immense burns into the skin. The ash net will lock the target down and once ready the illusion will remain dormant for two turns to which the illusion will then trigger, and cause the surrounding ash to begin to erupt swiftly heading towards the victim and exploding in a huge blaze of fire causing immense mental strain and causing them to fall unconscious for one turn. The technique can also activate when the target channels chakra equal to A-rank or above, prematurely triggering the effects of the explosion The target is unhindered in the two turns and as such can move around freely.

Declined - how can it be dormant if the illusion happens when you do the handseal? You create ash that rises up on their skin burning them, don't mention forming a net but say the ahs net will lock them down, but then you say it's dormant for two turns then it tirgger? Or are you trying to say this is a delayed genjutsu? Eitherway this needs work and needs to be made clear.

Description: Stella’s Gift is a special designed weapon that was forged many ages before the current time in the ninja world. The weapon itself to the untrained eye is a simple leather whip but on second glance, the whip is a highly powerful and dangerous tool that can’t handle alone. Stella for short is a dark red colored whip , having near sentient properties as the whip can respond in conjunction to its master’s chakra similar to Samehada. Though not alive, the weapon is indeed chakra sentient and as such carries several abilities that can be used with its user.

Abilities
Stella’s Gift, also known as The Trickster’s Whip is a well-designed red velvet whip. The whip’s entire length can reach out to mid-range alone with one swing, coupled with its light weight and durable structure allows it to use to great extents. The whip is not indestructible but is highly durable, needing A-rank energy based techniques (Lightning, Fire etc) in order to actually break the whip but also S-ranked to chakra based physical damage attacks(Earth Release, Steel etc). Stella’s Gift also has a unique gimmick in with from the handle and the whip itself can create barbs. These barbs are used as a defensive and offensive means, causing the whip to spurt them passively due to not needing chakra to utilize. The barbs run alongside the edges of whip and can be used to shred through a target. In the case of a stranger trying to grab hold of the whip, it will grow barbs onto the handle in an attempt force the user holder off. The user can infuse elemental chakra into Stella and allow it to shoot said barbs at the enemy. This can be used three times per battle and counts as a move each time, taking 20 chakra and dealing 40 damage reaching up to short range. The user can only infuse Lighting(which would shock the target), Fire(which would burn the target on contact), and Wind(which would increase the cutting power of the barbs).

Advance Summoning is an ability of Stella’s Gift. This ability is similar to Termari’s Summoning: Quick Beheading Dance in which she used her fan as a summoning tool. Stella’s Gift is quite similar by wiping blood into the handle of the whip and then swinging it outwards, the user will touch the ground/water source with the whip in order to summon an animal of the contract. This ability cost a move directly as it replaces the normal summoning method for the user. All the chakra costs and summoning restrictions still apply.

The last ability of Stella’s Gift is the Genjutsu affinity behind the whip. The original creator being fascinated with the arts of illusions wanted to bestow onto the whip properties in which it can help the user. Stella’s Gift has a close relationship with its owner is constantly monitoring its user chakra flow and as such when foreign chakra enters the body of the user, Stella can react this and using a special chakra surge release Genjutsu casted onto the user. This can only be done onto 1 F-rank , 2 S-ranks , 3- A ranks , B –ranks and unlimited times for C and below but each use counts as a move. In the case of an F-rank, Stella is rendered unusable for the rest of the match having needed to recharge.

Declined - the barbs being passive - you need chakra to change the shape of it, so it needs a rank and count as a move, or just say it's always barbed. Summoning i like this part, counts as a move per turn though. And no to this genjutsu part, i've seen too many of these recently, Kamishiro has a necklace that does this as it's only ability, so wont allow it with others.

The user's speed is also increased while under the effects of this technique. Their speed, if not already faster than this, becomes about the speed of Naruto under the influence of Kurama in the original series (video below for reference). All basic ninjutsu techniques, as well as the user's primary specialty (only if it is one of the 5 basic natures or a kekei genkai) gain a +10 damage bonus to all techniques that do damage already. If their primary specialty is none of those, this applies to their secondary specialty. If it still does not apply, the bonus is ignored for specialties, and only applies to basic ninjutsu.

The leaking chakra effect of the zone. The color is by default light blue (to match chakra), but if the users chakra is a different color for some reason, it would be that color.

-Due to there being a set amount of chakra put into this technique that leaks out over time, the user does not need to focus on this to sustain it, and can preform other chakra techniques while this is active

Declined - a mode that boosts which isn't allowed.

He got his name for sporting large incisors and is capable of communicating using the ultrasonic waves like the rest of the bats. His wings are as hard and sharp as a normal sword and he is twice the size of a sloth. Unlike the other bats, when Fangs is summoned, he brings with him ultrasonic waves that can shatter crystalline structures and incapacitate opponents in front of the user, affecting their minds. It is called Ninja Art: Utrasonic Fangs, lasts up to a full turn, has a mid-range reach, and can only be used once. With his wings he can use them to perform any kenjutsu technique excluding samurai techniques, cloud style kenjutsu, and bio bound techniques. His legs are strong enough to allow him to jump above his opponent and combine this with his kenjutsu when delivering attacks. Fangs also has the ability to transform itself on the user and/or ally into a bat-themed armor to protect them from the damage of either taijutsu attacks or explosive tags including element-based ones. This counts as a B-rank move. The last ability of Fangs is that he can create extra scythe/blade-like wings made of chakra in kenjutsu usage to increase damage.

Declined - the ultrasonic part would require you to have sound release. Being able to communicate is fine but using it for an attack is different. Same as summons that have venom like spider, if they bite they can poison an opponent but they can't control the venom without the user being a med ninja.

Description: The user will make the ram hand-seal and either raise steel from the ground or release steel from their body. Upon physical contact with the steel, the target is placed in an illusion with the user and steel seemingly vanish, and the victim seeing a “playground” modeled after a scrap yard and factory. It features creatures made of old rusty fragments of steel, streams of oil flowing throughout the area, mountains made up of scrap, and pressurized steam shot through pipes. There appears to be no signs of people other than the victim and it’s quite calm and busy with none of creatures inhabiting the area showing any hostility. This would cause the opponent to lower their guard until the creatures begin to move to them and attack them from every direction. These creatures at first will consist of mobile machine-like recyclers and birds searching for specific scrap, but when attacked, Goblins and Golems will emerge from ground and piles of scrap.
-Lasts for four turns unless the opponent releases themselves.
-Can only be used once.
-Can only be used in Landmarks that are made of metal or in wastelands.

Declined - it's declined for 4 turns is too much but at the same time this would be an elemental gen which i don't think you can submit, i'll confir with my fellow mods

It's a technique to where three concurrent arching blades close on the enemy from all sides to create a prison, allowing no chance for defense or evasion. While the user downplays it as simply successive slashes, it is actually using lightning chakra to the highest potential to overload one's arms and sword to increase speed and cutting ability. It starts with the user raising his sword above his shoulder, channeling lightning chakra to the nerves in the arms and to his sword. Once the user has done that, he performs a flashing slash from his right to his left, followed by two seemingly simultaneous, over-lapping flashes that appear to disregard the concept of time and space, producing a slash attack that arrives from three different directions due to the increased reflexes of one's arms. The user then lifts his sword as it gathers all his lightning chakra towards the blade and delivers another downwards slash resulting in an explosion of chakra, damaging the user and the opponent. Due to the speed of the sword slashes, it is very difficult to keep up with its speed, thus only being able to be tracked by doujutsu users (3t sharingan+, Byakugan, Rinnegan, etc.) or countered by those with increased reflexes (Eight Inner Gates, Sage Mode, etc.). After using this technique, the user's arms are unable to mold chakra A-rank and above for the rest of the match, limiting his use in Ninjutsu (including elemental), Genjutsu, Kenjutsu, and Taijutsu.

Note: Unable to use any Lightning techniques for 3 turns after use.
