Description: A rather advanced technique utilizing the static properties of lightning. The user will focus large amounts of lightning chakra into the ground. In doing so the ground will become filled with unfocused lightning that has the properties of static electricity. Causing the opponent to stick to the ground face first upon the first movement they make, unable to move. However the technique isn't limited to effecting only the opponent, the effect applies to summons and any conductible material on the field. Upon being bonded to the ground, the target or targets become unable to move at all, making them unable to preform physical movements. They also become somewhat limited in their use of actual elements, due to the large amounts of static electricity in the ground, earth techniques of S-rank and lower are immediately destroyed with anything higher being weakened by a rank. Water also becomes a tricky option, due to the target(s) also now having a large amount of static electricity. Contact with water could potentially cause severe harm to the target due to conducting the electricity present. In no way does this forbid a target from using said elements, it merely makes them difficult options. Although the technique is not without limitations. Only able to effect targets touching the ground or an extension of it, such as trees or rocks, essentially any extension of the earth. Making anything flying through the air unaffected by the technique. Despite the technique being purely supplementary it causes pain in the form of shocking which is only magnified if the target(s) try to forcefully separate themselves from the earth. In the case of the NW this technique can be used once to effect an entire landmark and everyone in it.

Description: A rather advanced technique combining both the static properties of lightning and the effects of Magnetism. The user will focus large amounts of lightning chakra into the ground , while refining some of it to jiton. In doing so the ground will become filled with unfocused lightning that has the properties of static electricity. Causing the opponents to stick to the ground face first upon the first movement they make, the jiton chakra then completely immobilizes them via messing with the electric fields in their brain similar to the cannon technique "Demonic Illusions" in the case of living beings while the user is unaffected due to changing his own polarity. However the technique isn't limited to effecting only opponents, the effect applies to summons and any conductible material on the field. Upon being bonded to the ground, the target or targets become unable to move at all, making them unable to preform physical movements. They also become somewhat limited in their use of actual elements, due to the large amounts of static electricity in the ground, earth techniques of S-rank and lower are immediately destroyed due to lightning natural advantage over it with anything higher being weakened by a rank. Water also becomes a tricky option, due to the target(s) also now having a large amount of static electricity. Contact with water could potentially cause severe harm to the target due to conducting the electricity present. In no way does this forbid a target from using said elements, it merely makes them difficult options. Although the technique is not without limitations. Only able to effect targets touching the ground or an extension of it, such as trees or rocks, essentially any extension of the earth. Making anything flying through the air unaffected by the technique unless its metallic as the magnetic pull of the jiton chakra will easily pull it down. Despite the technique being purely supplementary it causes pain in the form of shocking from the unfocused electricity in the ground. In the case of the NW this technique can be used once an event to effect an entire landmark and everyone in it.

‡ Declined ‡ Take off the "face first bit". They'll be glued to the floor, nothing more. They can still move the rest of their body. Wood is an insulator so remove the part about trees. The wind restriction makes no sense. Also, clarify what Demonic Illusions does, I'm not reading a technique from the canon list to check a CJ. :|

Clarification-Magnetism is just refined lightning so I'm not using two different things I'm just refining the lightning.


Jiton: (Yūi-sei no uwaya no kamae) — Magnetism Release: Shed's Stance of Superiority
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defense

Damage Points: Depends on the technique
Description: Having heard of the Kazekage of the sand whose ultimate defense was powerful to the point he was rarely ever touched, Atemu set out to create an ultimate defense of his own. The user focuses Jiton chakra all throughout his body and constantly releases it around him to mid-range. In doing he sets a magnetic field all around himself that constantly repels everything around him, stopping anything from getting close to him whatever it may be. The magnetic field of course is invisible to the naked eye but can be felt the closer the opponent tries to get ( its chakra can also be sensed and seen by kg) harbors another ability. Once an entity makes contact with the magnetic field which is mid-range all around the user, once it is repelled whatever it may be, people, summons, techniques, it gets magnetized. In the case of techniques this can lead to the user being able to control said techniques via shifting the polarities and being able to redirect them, this of course has its limitations.

Metallic and earthen based techniques are most compatible logically but some techniques of other natures can be controlled as well, namely water and lightning. To control techniques, they need to be at least one rank lower in strength (so A-Rank and below techniques only). This control only applies to techniques that are not connected to the target, things like streams coming from the user are not applicable. If it is the opponent that is magnetized, they can either be given the same polarity as the user to attract the target towards him or the opposite to keep them repelling each other. Either way the user has the option to change his own polarity to make that happen.

Notes for checker - Added 2 notes and took away a note. Also added supplementary shape manipulation. Also the extension of the shape manipulation was kind of broken with no real limit so I properly set a limit. Also added a cosmetic change of being able to be created in 2 more different colors, blue and white.

Raiton: (Kami no dorei) — Lightning Release: Servants of the Divine
Type: Supplementary/Offensive/Defense

Description: The user will gather a large amount of Lightning Chakra and perform 3 hand seals. The user will then release the chakra, manipulating it to create a creature or creatures composed of extremely focused lightning. These "servants" take on the appearance of small, yellow, white or blue, cylindrical, creatures with either one or two eyes. The lightning composing their bodies is extremely focused, that it makes little to no sound. These servants require constant chakra to stay on the field. The technique revolves around affecting the servants in 3 specific ways. Their first way is through their ability of complete mastery of shape manipulation, allowing the user to freely manipulate their focused body, or parts of it, into any form they desire. For example, the user can manipulate a servants arm to become a spear of lightning (extends to that of mid-range), form both arms into a shield of sorts for both offensive and defensive purposes, or manipulation for supplementary uses such as manipulating their arms into wings to fly and etc. The second ability comes in two forms. The first form involves reverting the focused electrical bodies of the servant(s) into an unfocused electrical current, similar to a Chidori Nagashi, they can revert back to focused form through a handseal. The other form is simply causing their body to explode into an electrical explosion. However, servants that are self-destructed via the electrical explosion method are completely lost afterwards. The final ability allows the user to have the servant(s) passively split and combine following basic Rank Splitting principals (e.g. 1 S-Rank Servant can divide into 4 B-Rank Servant & 4 B-Rank Servant can combine into 1 S-Rank Servant.) A user is capable of forming 1 S-Rank Servant or several lower-rank Servant from the beginning. In the event that a Servant is destroyed, the Rank of the existing Servant do not change (e.g. 4 B-Rank Servant are out on the field, one is destroyed and 3 remain, the 3 remaining B-Rank Servant stay B-Rank). Also due to how focused/concentrated the lightning is, it does not get conducted by liquids such as water (This of course does not apply to when a servants reverts to unfocused electricity).

Note: User can only use lightning based techniques or techniques utilizing basic chakra while sustaining the servants.

Suiton: (Shio o no jūsetsu) — Water Release: Followers of the Tide

Description: This is the brother technique and water variant of "Servants of the Divine". The user will gather a large amount of water chakra and perform 3 hand seals. The user will then release the chakra, manipulating it to create a creature or creatures composed of extremely focused water. These "followers" take on the appearance of white, blue, teal or sea green, cylindrical, creatures with either one or two eyes. The water composing their bodies is extremely focused, that it makes little to no sound. These servants require constant chakra to stay on the field. The technique revolves around affecting the servants in 3 specific ways. Their first way is through their ability of complete mastery of shape manipulation, allowing the user to freely manipulate their focused body, or parts of it, into any form they desire. For example, the user can manipulate a followers arm to become a spear of water (extends to that of mid-range), form both arms into a shield of sorts for both offensive and defensive purposes, or manipulation for supplementary uses such as manipulating their arms into wings to fly and etc. The second ability comes in two forms. The first form involves reverting the focused water bodies of the follower(s) into a body of mist impervious to physical attacks that has the ability to absorb incoming elemental jutsu (solid earth cant be absorbed) of the same rank and assimilate their elemental traits, they can revert back to focused water form through a hand-seal now harboring the elemental trait assimilated. Or changing their composition into that of sticky syrup water which makes them immune to lightning techniques A rank and below due to how thick the gooey composition is, also able to revert back through a handseal. This however is a double edged sword as the user can not enhance his followers by having them conduct lightning like many other water techniques while in this from. The final form is simply causing their body to explode into explosion of sticky syrup water towards the target meant to bind him. However, followers that are self-destructed via the sticky syrup explosion method are completely lost afterwards. The final ability allows the user to have the follower(s) passively split and combine following basic Rank Splitting principals (e.g. 1 S-Rank follower can divide into 4 B-Rank follower & 4 B-Rank follower can combine into 1 S-Rank follower.) A user is capable of forming 1 S-Rank follower or several lower-rank follower from the beginning. In the event that a follower is destroyed, the Rank of the existing follower do not change (e.g. 4 B-Rank follower are out on the field, one is destroyed and 3 remain, the 3 remaining B-Rank follower stay B-Rank).

(Fuuinjutsu/Raiton: Tsuki Jishin) - Sealing Lightning Arts: Luck Voltia

Description: Luck Voltia is represented by a Thunder shaped seal in each palm of the user's hands - these are not visible until the actual technique is activated. Upon activating the seals by pouring chakra into them, both seals unleash a wave of lightning which rapidly envelopes the user's hands and arms in lightning constructed gauntlets. These can shred flesh with relative ease and have similiar effects to most lightning techniques, however their real purpose comes to light when facing lightning techniques. Luck Voltia allows the use to, with the gauntlets, physically grab onto a lightning technique so long as it has a shape (doens't work with waves, blasts, etc.). At this point the seals beneath the gauntlets begin to absorb the chakra fueling the lightning technique (if it belongs to another person) while leaving behind the raw lightning itself. The user then infuses this lightning with his own chakra using the same seals and can either throw it away/back at the target in the same shape, or alter the shape to something else. The technique only works with Lightning techniques up to A rank, and can be used on the user's own lightning techniques as well. The technique's proportions are also taken into account, even with a shape or form, the lightning cannot outweight that which the user can hold onto, such as a giant lightning blade or the size of a colossal pillar. The user's taijtusu based attacks involving his hands increase +10 damage points because of the lightning gauntlets, they are however unable to use other elemental based taijutsu (that is not lightning) through their hands while this technique is active.

Declined - being able to be active for up to 8 turns in total i too much. So it's like fuuin chidori that covers your hands and allows you to handle solid lightning, i have similar cj in my cj thread of stopping lightning, but to be able to grab them this needs more explaining, you're grabbing something that is intengible even with shape manipulation.

After pervy's initial decline on wanting to reduce the CW size, I spoke to him and he allowed me to do so after his initial check, . Much respect to Pervy for giving me the one time exception and hopefully I can fix this better.

Kami Fōmu | The God's Form
Type: Weapon
Rank: S
Range: Short (Long)
Chakra: 80 (For activation ; +20 to sustain)
Damage: N/A
Description: An advance armor that covers the body and back of the head/neck of the user. An aquatic emerald color with taints of dark blue on the joints and slashes of lighter blue on the side of the user's abdomen area acting as gills. The armor is shark themed. What the user cannot make up by himself, the armor uses its dormant chakra to create artificial material "similar" to that of a shark to replicate its abilities. The process of activation consist of the armor thinning out on top of the skin and chakra begins to dig into the pores of the user and covers these areas of the users insides to effect them in accordance to the armors purpose. An example is covering bones of the user and "changing" bones into an artificial substance similar to cartilage through the act of chakra manipulation and transformation to create an alternative similar to cartilage. A lightweight alternative to bone, with more flexibility and mobility, allowing the user to conserve energy with the weight of the user decreasing. The skin of the armor showcases certain unique advancements. Able to pick up electrical currents and transmit them to the artificial electro-receptors located in the back of the users neck. This works in areas that have liquid bodies of any sorts (mist, bodies of water, regular air that isn't dehydrated, etc). This benefits the user by being able to any type of scaled movement of whatever is within the natural electrical current in the area. The skin also allows thermo-regulation. The skin to detects extreme temperature changes and generates the opposite type of temperature to either cool the body down, or warm it up (often seen in the NW landmarks). This helps maintain their healthy body state of frame. The gills located on both sides of the users oblique area are specific to situations in terms of breathing. They draw in oxygen giving the user a consistent supply when needed, as oxygenated water will flow through the gills and enter the blood of the user. These gills only play a role in times activated/needed and in areas of water because they only act to work by extracting the oxygen located in water (mist, areas not dehydrated, etc). This armor also is able to create artificial fins by allowing the skin of the armor to branch outward when needed on the side and lower back of the user. These fins possess the innate ability to freely travel and maneuver around aquatic areas (mist, ocean, lake, etc). The speed of the swim is faster then most "regular" ninjas when having to swim without some sort of added benefit, giving the user an advantage in the water. Lastly, the users teeth become sharper through chakra enhancement, slightly increasing their size and making them as sharp as Kunai, at the same time, if any tooth is broken off, immediately it is re-grown from its same socket to mimic sharks, beneficial for various close range fighting. Everything specified here for the armor and user are considered passive abilities and counts for the chakra cost per turn.

The ninjutsu-based abilities relate to two elemental natures, lightning and water element. This armor contains four basic applications that are used within the realm of battle. The user can pick two applications that are "ready-to-go" so to say upon the armors activation, as some are to be used when threat occurs at that exact moment, while the other two applications might be more direct in its usage and requiring more time to be spent.

Poseidon
The application of "Poseidon" allows the user the capability in being able to enhance the electrical current they already have grasp of. The user will generate large amounts of electricity throughout the currents on the terrain in such a way that anything that disturbs the currents will generate a blast of electricity in an unfocused manner to accomplish one of two things. Sudden terrain disturbances that trigger the current will be destroyed at that moment, as electrical currents will ravage along its body, destroying its structure completely. Large summons, or power being placed into the ground will also be able to trigger the current, but the amount of electricity is dependent mainly upon how much of a significant change is being placed. The current can be enough just to numb someone who is running at insane speeds, slowing them down, or it can be enough to completely paralyze a large beast that lands on the terrain. This is an A-Rank ability and can only be done three times.

Neptune
The user can at any time call upon sharks composed of condensed water, giving them the thick appearance and power of normal sharks, this includes the sharpness of their teeth. The summon can happen either through a simple hand seal and appear anywhere on the users body or close range (in a water source the user can extend this summon ability up to mid range) or by swinging their fins/arms or legs and release the shark through their body movement (though this method requires almost always to have the shark appear out of the specific body area moving) in a projectile-like manner. These sharks are A-Rank and this application can be used 5 times (body parts and/or whole body) and can even split into more sharks, dividing the ranking.

Whenever the armor picks up signs of corruption upon the users brain it will release out of its pores a thick coating of mist that covers the user from head to toe and circulates within the users chakra system and points as well. This mist contains chakra negating abilities, by absorbing what might be causing the initial disabling of the user mental fortitude, this might include genjutsu, Yamanaka, or some custom ability. The figuring out of such problems comes from the electrical receptors on the head/neck of the use,r that when foreign chakra enters these receptors do they release a shock to the body as an emergency alert, allowing for the thick coating of mist to be released with the chakra needed at the exact moment to negate the threat. The mist will then disperse away into thin air. This ability can be used three times, and is A-Rank.

Suijin
The application here provides the ability for the user to release out of their pores a sticky solution of liquid with the ability to perform two actions. Absorb the innate abilities of specific elements, or absorbing the chakra of the jutsu sent at the user instead (can only pick one of the two). The sticky solution after gathering the elements ability will be able to release itself as a blob or a stream of sticky water to the opponent along with its absorbed element to harm the opponent (S-Rank ability), or if the user absorbs the chakra of the jutsu, the chakra will be replenished onto the chakra system of the user (half of the chakra of the technique will be replenished to the user). In addition, if the user can get direct contact and link the syrup onto the opponent (living sentient that might be the opponents summons or ninjutsu count as well) and themselves, they can further absorb their chakra (100 max points) for their system. This application can only be used three times. This can also absorb chemicals and then re-releasing it back to the opponent or simply absorb its chakra and have the by-products disperse away.

This armor would not be complete without having a strong correlation with its animal counter-part. The armor will constantly leak a certain amount of mist from its pores, the mist is very thin and allows easy vision and no real battle priority outside of the weapons realm. It allows the user the ability to summon sharks with an accessible water source by forming into a blob of water to be used for the shark to sustain itself on the battle. The user can also summon sharks from their other body parts. Active as long as the armor is active, or destroyed. This is C-Rank when done and the mist extends up to mid range. Not consider a main application but does count a move when done.

Notes: This armor may only be possessed by Noni and two successors of his choice. The user must have signed the contract of the sharks and possess primary affinity to at least lightning or water. This armor can be activated at least two times, with the first activation lasting 8 turns, and the second activation lasting 4 turns. Which in between requires a two turn cool down before re-use. After a first deactivation the user won't be able to perform water or lightning S-Rank and above, as well as no shark summons or ninjutsu. After the second deactivation, the user won't be able to perform water or lightning A-Rank and above, with again no shark related techniques.

But anyway, this armor going into your body in that way to create new bones and such is too much medjutsu style for my like.

Secondly Thermo regulator is too much, like give it a limit, what if an ice user lowered the temperature around you does your armor make it passively useless?

I break your arm, it passively gets fixed through the wording of this armor. I punch you hard enough to break all your teeth but they regrow passively with no actual effect, like i'd ever allow that. Give all of this stuff a rank, and cost per turn if i haven't mentioned it in this check.

So if you use a lightning blast and i hit it with a chidori to stop it, you blow it up through your armor and i'm screwed

" I see what you're trying to but no. No absorbing foreign chakras or water going through your chakra system like this. The mist will then disperse away into thin air. This ability can be used three times, and is A-Rank." breaking gen and such like this is a no from weapons.

B]Suijin[/B] - basically all of this a no, releasing a liquid than absorb an attack, take on it's properties and replenish the user, all of it is just not gonna happen on my watch. Reguardless of rank. If you want to absorb chakra and replenish yourself, make a bio involving samehada and his fusion with kisame.

Not consider a main application but does count a move when done." SUmmoning from body parts is a no just that whole paragraph really.

Summary: This is longest damn check i have done and ever will do >_< now aside from all of the above that i have mentioned to top it off it's an S rank armor which you haven't described what defense it gives you ect. You've got too many abilities for one weapon. Stuff like the sharks shooting out you can make into a separate cj, but in general the whole armor needs reworking, every ability needs a rank, chakra cost, needs to count as a move per turn and follow any of the above mentioned notes i've made.

(Kōton: Babiron No Sōjō Geitsu) Steel Release: Layered Gates Of Babylon

Description: The user gathers an immense amount of steel chakra and channels it into the earth through his legs, which in turn causes the ground in the user’s immediate vicinity to be converted into black steel. After the ground has been converted the user will clap his hands together in order to have multiple (4) layers of thick steel rise from the ground and surround him completely in a dome like manner, which takes the form of a Aurochs. The dome will have a split down the middle and can be opened on the user's command, and it is strong enough to withstand the destructive force of S-ranked techniques and remain undamaged. Employed as the ultimate defense, Babiron no sōjō Geitsu can be used to defend against any F-Ranked attack following elemental weaknesses and strengths. After protecting the user from an incoming attack the corroded layers of steel will peel away from the split in the middle of the dome and fall away from the user.

Description: This is one of the three ultimate sage jutsu created by the pervy sage. It was designed as a last resort should all else fail to bring down the evil in the world such as the likes of Madara. While in sage mode the user will hold their fist up gathering sage chakra for a second or two (if fused with ma and pa it's much faster as they add to the chakra too), due to the amount of chakra for the first time the sage chakra becomes visible to all like a glow of purifying light that lies within Nature. The chakra will give of a bright light not enough to blind but enough to give the feel of power, a ring will then form in the air made of sage chakra which can vary in size depending on how the users wants to use it, for an normal man around 3m diameter, for a large summon, 20m diameter. The user will then bring their first down so that it's pointed at their target and the ring will shoot down like a pillar of light surrounding them and on the users command shrink crushing inwards, hitting the target on all sides in a fast bright motion and on impact crush them and explode in a barrage of preasure from all sides. Though it sounds like a long process it's all done in mere seconds. Due to the strain of such a jutsu this will end sage mode and leave the user quite tired.

It was inspired by the bonds of the village hidden in the leaves and their bonds to stick together and that was reflected in the jutsu. Like the other Two Great Magic's, this uses the art of sage chakra with the enhanced glow effect. The user will release all their chakra in sage mode in a sphere on their desired location that will encompass up to mid range around the target, or small range if required. This can be made around the user or around another location as it was designed to help protect those he loved. The user will release all their sage chakra at once creating this barrier which has such a high concerntration of sage chakra it has a light glow like sunlight reflecting off it and lasts for 1 for turn. While this is active the user can't do anything else but hold the barrier in place but at the cost of his sage mode.

Description: This is one of the three ultimate sage jutsu created by the pervy sage. If all else fails the sage mode user can use this jutsu save he who he cares about most. The user will pour all their sage chakra into an orb in their hands focussing on those he cares about around him. Due to the mass of sage chakra and some of the users normal chakra being in this it gains a yellow glow being able to be seen by others as light between the user's palms, this takes a couple of seconds and most and is even fast with the help of ma and pa if fused with them. The user will then crush their hands together and release the sage chakra in a wave of light all around them at high speeds shooting outwards with temedous force all the way up to long range in all directions (50m). This chakra is infused with the users own chakra and would recognise his friends and allies and pass around them through intense chakra control, it was designed to hit all those who meant harm to those he loved. This was the law of konoha to fight for those he cared about. Though the strain from this jutsu and the mass amount of chakra used will end sage mode.

 All Declined  First, some minor conditions:
1) only the user can perform these techniques - no summons, clones, or anything of the sort.
2) 50 chakra, 90 damage.
3) bigger drawbacks
4) I want this to clearly note how this is simply raw powerful senjutsu chakra (much like the rasengan's naruto uses in sage mode) and thus simply fights on equal terms to elemental techniques; its not raw natural invisible energy.
5) This ends Sage Mode and prevents any other Senjutsu tehcniques from being used afterwards.
6) The barrier needs some definition as to what it can stop and how long it can last and what is its cost to sustain, etc etc.

The two sides parallel to the blade are long, whereas the four sides above and below the blade are shortened, making it into almost a diamond or prism-like shape. It has a green handle. The name Kyōka Suigetsu hints at its illusionary properties; the moon reflected in water and a flower in a mirror are things that can be seen, but not held. It is a Chinese saying for seeing and desiring something that is a dream that cannot be easily grasped in hand, teaching people about temptations. Thus, the name gave to it's main power and ability. Kyoka suigetsu, is sentient, in the sense that it understands Sosuke's Aizen's will and does his bidding. It does not speak or talk, it simply has a strong empathetic connection with it's master.
The main and somewhat only ability of the blade, is to cause illusions, however external. By channeling raw chakra, into the blade, the blade reflects on image of it's owner in another area on the field. It does this by reading the chakra put into the blade and projecting an life-like copy on the field. This causes no harm to the opponent or user, and only serve as a means to project an visual illusion.
The False Image of Aizen is controlled via chakra, so it can move, run, fly as it can but can't do damage as it is only serve as a distraction. The image of Aizen can't be any bigger or smaller than the original version of Aizen and the image can only be created within a 15 meter radius of Aizen. The user can change the color of the image, make it's hair green or its teeth red, however with careful usage, one can create a fake corpse of Aizen to deceive the enemies.
Similar to regular shadow clone, coming into contact with the image will cause it to disperse as the light will unrefract and go back to it's original state.

Note: Image ability can only be used thrice a battle

Description:
Symbiote is a living weapon of sorts. Symbiote is a parasitic spider that forms a symbiotic relationship with the user. Once the spider has embedded itself at the base of the users neck it can then begin to produce its special black silk. The black silk produced is almost a living entity of its self as it reacts to the users will. One of the most basic forms the silk will take is a full body suit, this is more to protect symbiote itself as the suit will only protect against freeform tai and ken. The suit is jet black with a white spider symbol across the front. Once the suit is formed the user can reshape it as they see fit, mostly to form weapons from the hands. These constructs can't reach any farther short range from the user.

-Reshaping counts as a move and doesn't have a rank.

Description: Amethyst is a light purple salamander that is extremely poisonous. While it is about the same length and height as Ibuse, it Is more slender and mobile. Amethyst secretes a deadly liquid toxin which gives her the purple appearance. If Amethyst is summoned in water (or comes in contact with a water source) she has the capability of contaminating the entire water source. Thus any suiton based attacks will carry her toxic properties. Likewise the area underneath Amethyst becomes a pool of toxic liquid spanning up to mid range around her. Amethyst can control the secretion which allows the user to stand on top of the creature without being harmed by her abilities. Simply coming into contact with this creature, or her poison, will result in immediate paralysis. Amethyst receives little to no damage from A rank physical attacks, and can withstand B rank elemental attacks. Outside of her abilities Amethyst possess the natural abilities of most ordinary salamanders such as digging underground, and swimming.

Declined - needs a turn restriction as it's an S rank summon. Change the wording of little to no damage from A rank physical attacks, make it so can be hit my only one A rank physical attack. Also spreading the toxin into the water, make it count as one of your jutsu per turn, finally, say how long the paralysis lasts.

Description: The user will perform six handseals, and then they will generate large amounts futon chakra to create a very powerful being known as Durga. By manipulating the winds, the user will form them into a giant head possessing four faces with different emotions, surrounded by 8 hands that are about 1/2 the size of the head. The head of this being is the same size as a Great Golem, and is capable of floating 15 meters above the ground. It's hands connected to the head via chain links made up of fuuton. They are used to attack enemies, and defend against them. The user remains in the center of the head, carried by the powerful winds. The being itself can be seen clearly with basic visions; however, it maintains some transparency. If need be the head can be used to crash directly into the enemy resulting in powerful winds releasing in all directions. Due to the chakra drain the user takes damage when using this technique. The user also takes greater damage if they opt to crash into the enemy. The only way to end the jutsu (before its turn limit is up) is either for the user to cancel the technique, or to destroy the head. The hands, fueled by the users chakra, continue to reform as long as the user provides them chakra due to them being created from the air. While this jutsu is active the user can only use fuuton based attacks A rank or below.

Restrictions/Notes:
-Lasts for 3 turns

Description: Murushierago, Kakomare te i masu Koutsubasa no Shinseidesu is a katana said to have been forged within the Land of Iron by a legendary sword-smith named Gorō Nyūdō Masamune. It is said to have kept the ruling Shogun in power for hundreds of years by making them invincible in battle, however; the beauty of the sword rests not in its appearance, but in the way it was originally forged. A hammered and folded blade, comprised of millions of layers of steel with a carbon content that's off the charts, each layer only atoms thick. It was lost in history for decades and the incomplete blade was discovered within a dig site in Ekō Shima, an island located northeast of Kirigakure no Shima. The High Officials of Kirigakure no Shima then decided to offer the sword to the Land of Iron's presently ruling Shogun in a ceremony until it was stolen from the embassy where it was being housed before the presentation. At the time, Murushierago was being stored without a piece critical to its construction: the tsuba, a disk shaped guard between the blade and the handle which was not found within the Ekō Shima dig site, but was known to have been in the possession of an antiques dealer in Hābāairando, a harbor located westward of Kirigakure no Sato. The tsuba was then presented to the Sogun as a symbol of peace between the Water Country and the Land of Iron. Half a decade later, the curator of a museum recognized the sword that had been presented to the Land of Iron as the mate to the tsuba in the museum's collection and offered to reunite the two pieces at the gifting ceremony that was going to take place. The tsuba was brought to Kirigakure's ANBU building for safe keeping until the ceremony. When implosions struck the building and the ceremony was cancelled, the tsuba was scheduled for return to the museum before the pieces could be reunited. The tsuba was eventually recovered and reunited with the blade at Umi no Shima, an island southwest of Kirigakure no Shima. Rumor has it that the blade is so perfectly forged that its balance and alignment make it possible for light to split in its path and go around the person holding it, rendering them invisible.

Murushierago embodies the typical structure of a katana, with a signature curved, single edged blade. The scabbard is an emerald green with a gold tribal design wrapped around it and its guard is an emerald green as well. The grip has an emerald green braid with gold rayskin and the ornament at the bottom of the the grip depicts the head of Mizuchi, a river dragon and water deity in Japanese mythology.

Abilities:
Helios' Muffled Silence - Murushierago's main ability; The blade's unique design is the result of Masamune's copious studies in relation to the refraction of light. The master sword-smith understood that in order for refraction to occur light would not only have to pass the boundary between two media, but that the boundary must also be created in oblique angles. Along these lines, as Masamune tempered the millions of layers of steel he would intricately fold them at precise angles so that the incoming light-waves would be able to propagate around the wielder of the sword entirely. Furthermore, in order to satisfy the second media required Masamune reasoned that raw chakra could easily be manipulated by the wielder to guide the light, and that, most importantly, the wielder would have the capability to inflect the chakra consistently in order to attain the desired effect. When a light source is near, the sword's edge naturally guides the waves of light through inward, omnidirectional arcs. Through the use of the wielder's chakra they are able to take this a step further by steering these light waves around their bodies, and, since the user is taking control of these light waves themselves, this is the reason as to why the size of the individual does not play a factor in complete envelopment. Finally, the light waves are bent inwards due to the oblique angles from which the edges were tempered to, and this has been done so that the sword, instead of the wielder, would have to bend the light backward toward its owner's body. The pinnacle of covert abilities, invisibility is often considered to be the supreme form of camouflage, as it does not reveal to the viewer any kind of vital signs, visual effects, or any frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum detectable to the eye. Thus, following a similar effect to that of the Hiding with Camouflage Technique, the user's shadow and body are suppressed, although the opponent may still distinguish deviations around their environments to perceive the user's location through the sound of footsteps and air current disturbances. The most prominent downside to this skill is the inability to use any elemental techniques whatsoever; Whereas raw chakra simply requires the mixture of both spiritual and physical energy, elemental chakra, which involves the altering of the chakra's properties and characteristics, disrupts the user's inflection competency. Should the user so much as begin channeling any elemental chakra the refraction ceases and the user's visibility is returned once again. It is because of this that the sword is deemed more suitable for samurai and not shinobi, as non-elemental based kenjutsu and taijutsu do not impede the sword's ability to refract the light around the user.
Indestructibility - The sword's strength comes from the folding of millions of layers of steel, masterfully forged with an extremely high carbon content, with each layer only atoms thick. As such, the sword has been deemed indestructible.

Half a decade later, the curator of a museum recognized the sword that had been presented to the Land of Iron as the mate to the tsuba in the museum's collection and offered to reunite the two pieces at the gifting ceremony that was going to take place. The tsuba was brought to Kirigakure's ANBU building for safe keeping until the ceremony. When implosions struck the building and the ceremony was cancelled, the tsuba was scheduled for return to the museum before the pieces could be reunited. The tsuba was eventually recovered and reunited with the blade at Umi no Shima, an island southwest of Kirigakure no Shima. Rumor has it that the blade is so perfectly forged that its balance and alignment make it possible for light to split in its path and go around the person holding it, rendering them invisible.

Murushierago embodies the typical structure of a katana, with a signature curved, single edged blade. The scabbard is an emerald green with a gold tribal design wrapped around it and its guard is an emerald green as well. The grip has an emerald green braid with gold rayskin and the ornament at the bottom of the the grip depicts the head of Mizuchi, a river dragon and water deity in Japanese mythology.

Abilities:
Helios' Muffled Silence - Murushierago's main ability; The blade's unique design is the result of Masamune's copious studies in relation to the refraction of light. The master sword-smith understood that in order for refraction to occur light would not only have to pass the boundary between two media, but that the boundary must also be created in oblique angles. Along these lines, as Masamune tempered the millions of layers of steel he would intricately fold them at precise angles so that the incoming light-waves would be able to propagate around the wielder of the sword entirely. Furthermore, in order to satisfy the second media required Masamune reasoned that raw chakra could easily be manipulated by the wielder to guide the light, and that, most importantly, the wielder would have the capability to inflect the chakra consistently in order to attain the desired effect. When a light source is near, the sword's edge naturally guides the waves of light through inward, omnidirectional arcs. Through the use of the wielder's chakra they are able to take this a step further by steering these light waves around their bodies, and, since the user is taking control of these light waves themselves, this is the reason as to why the size of the individual does not play a factor in complete envelopment. Finally, the light waves are bent inwards due to the oblique angles from which the edges were tempered to, and this has been done so that the sword, instead of the wielder, would have to bend the light backward toward its owner's body. The pinnacle of covert abilities, invisibility is often considered to be the supreme form of camouflage, as it does not reveal to the viewer any kind of vital signs, visual effects, or any frequencies of the electromagnetic spectrum detectable to the eye. Thus, following a similar effect to that of the Hiding with Camouflage Technique, the user's shadow and body are suppressed, although the opponent may still distinguish deviations around their environments to perceive the user's location through the sound of footsteps and air current disturbances. The most prominent downside to this skill is the inability to use any elemental techniques whatsoever; Whereas raw chakra simply requires the mixture of both spiritual and physical energy, elemental chakra, which involves the altering of the chakra's properties and characteristics, disrupts the user's inflection competency. Should the user so much as begin channeling any elemental chakra the refraction ceases and the user's visibility is returned once again. It is because of this that the sword is deemed more suitable for samurai and not shinobi, as non-elemental based kenjutsu and taijutsu do not impede the sword's ability to refract the light around the user.
Indestructibility - The sword's strength comes from the folding of millions of layers of steel, masterfully forged with an extremely high carbon content, with each layer only atoms thick. As such, the sword has been deemed indestructible.

Description: A technique that is typically used as a method of deterring enemies while under the invisibility effect of Murcielago. The user will instead of guiding the light waves around themselves, manipulate the chakra that is currently being used to sustain the invisibility effect, forcing the light waves outward from the blade itself with one cohesive burst, causing a mass of light to radiate forward. Anybody, friend or foe caught looking in the blade's direction at this time falls under a temporary state of flash blindness due to an over-saturation of their retina and their photo-receptors going into a slight state of shock (flash blindness can be described as seeing a multitude of bright spots while suffering from blurriness in vision). The duration of this is dependent on the distance in which the affected are from the source of light; those who are mid range away from the blade at this time are only visually impaired until the end of the very same turn in which this technique was used, while those who are short range away from the blade suffer vision impairment until the end of the following turn. Naturally, if this ability is used during the night, or in areas that have little to no light source, these effects become more grave, as the target's pupils are dilated even more, causing them to absorb more light. In this case, they would also experience a minor case of disorientation. As a result of expelling all of these light waves at once, the main effect of the weapon ceases prematurely.

Description: A unique technique that can only be used in collaboration with another jutsu that is held in a liquid form. While it doesn't need to be specifically water, it must be liquid based. By focusing water chakra in to the moisture in the air around an already formed liquid technique, the user of this jutsu will cause a shell of highly compressed water to form around the outside of the liquid technique. This will cause a drastic shift in the pressure inside the liquid technique. Causing anyone trapped inside to experience the effects of a violent shift in pressure. Their ears will pop almost instantly. Deafening them completely for two turns unless defended against. Additionally the shift in pressure will cause the liquid already present to quickly be compressed in on itself causing an implosion like effect that will cause the damage portion of the technique should the opponent have any part of his body inside the original liquid.

Declined - You form a shell of water around a water jutsu, but how does that cause preasure? It doesn't it would just hold it's shape, like a baloon holds the shape of water inside it doesn't cause any preasure, if you use this to compress the water to cause the preasure that would clash with an existing water crushing jutsu that i believe belongs to HBA And pressure on water wont cause an implosion the way you want it to.

He has ventral scales that make him capable of slithering on the ground. Due to its small size user can summon Laticauda from his sleeve, much like Hidden shadow snake hand. Just like the jutsu, Laticauda can extend from user’s sleeve and attack his opponents.
What makes Laticauda special are his distinct abilities: One of them is, he can create water source, by expelling water from his mouth, while remaining attached to the user. Water source created this way is enough to create a small lake(enough to perform A-Rank jutsu using it). It can also travel through the water source, its speed is around 1st gate activated Rock Lee. Laticauda itself can perform water jutsus upto B-Rank, while remaining attached to the user, with which user can form combo.
It can also detach itself from the user and act independently. It can perform water jutsus upto A-Rank, without the need of water source, when it is detached from the user.

Description: The user wipes blood on their Summoning Tattoo or on their Summoning Scroll and performs the Seals for the Summoning Technique (Boar → Dog → Bird → Monkey → Ram) then, by slamming their palm into the ground or performing the Summoning technique in the air, they summon the Chrysopelea Kiyohime.

Many years ago in the outskirts of the Land of Fire there was a woman named Kiyohime, her beauty was known far and wide. She would entertain and provide lodging for travelers passing through her town, until one day she fell in love with a traveling priest by the name of Anchin. She was instantly entranced by his charms and he by her beauty, however Anchin's intentions were not sincere. He left soon after, leaving Kiyohime heartbroken. She decided to track Anchin down and confront him. She caught up to him near a temple by a river river in the Land of Grass. Anchin paid a boatman to allow him across the river and extra to not take Kiyohime across. Kiyohime was enraged by these actions and tried to swim across, as she did her form changed. Her humanity was being swept away by the waves, every stroke closer to Anchin she lost a little bit more of herself. Anchin watched in horror as Kiyohime slithered out of the river and along the ground towards him. Frozen by fear, Anchin couldn't do anything as Kiyohime killed him. Her revenge complete, she turned her back on her family and her home, deciding to take refuge at Ryūchi Cave, the only place left for her to go. She remained there for many years, until she entered into a contract with a young man from the Uchiha clan.

Kiyohime is a large, 20ft long Chrysopelea (commonly referred to as the flying snake) that is able to achieve flight by sucking in her stomach and flaring out her ribs, creating a space that catches wind on her underbelly and allows her to fly. She is a deep purple color with piercing green eyes and a white underbelly. Her transformation was born from an overwhelming desire to kill the one who broke her heart, and therefore the transformation is permanent and irreversible, she cannot turn back into a human. Also, because she was once human, she can speak English. She likes to constrict, either to show affection or trap and kill her prey. Kiyohime is adept in the usage of Wind Release and can use any normal Wind technique up to A-Rank. By using her knowledge of Wind Release and her anatomy, she can easily achieve sustainable flight for long periods of time. Because of her size she can support several people on her back during flight, as well as endure attacks of up to B-Rank. Kiyohime can survive 1 A-Rank technique by shedding her skin using the Snake Body Replacement Technique, after that if she is hit by an B-Rank or higher Jutsu the Summoning Jutsu will be undone. Because she has a affinity for Wind, she cannot tunnel under the ground like most Snakes in the contract, but she can swim in water. Since Kiyohime can fly the user can also perform the Summoning Jutsu in the air in a similar fashion to Sasuke summoning his hawk. She has small curved fangs to help constrict targets, these fangs are filled with a mild paralyzing poison that only affects the bitten area. (Eg: A bitten arm will not be able to properly hold on to tools, weapons, form seals etc. A bitten leg will not be able to properly support a standing position, walking or running, etc). In the turn the bite is administered, the target will begin to feel the effects, but they won't properly halter the target's movements until the opponent's 2nd turn after the bite. These effects will last for 2 turns, then the target will be able to move without hindrance.

Description: The technique requires the formation of two hand seals prior to activation (Boar and Snake). Then, with a sword in hand or just a fist the user will leap into the air and slam said fist or sword into the ground. With this motion they release copious amounts of Katon chakra into the terrain around them up to 5 meters (Short ranged). This chakra will immediately adapt the most careful of shape manipulations and burst from the ground (in the same Short ranged radius) as 5 spear tipped chains of fire. As these chains burst from the ground they wail about in the air (up to mid ranged) latching on to any and all that they can while delivering searing hot fire damage. After conception these chains can stretch as far as Mid ranged of the user and latch onto to opponents, objects, or even medium sized summons. Once latched, the chains will then retract to whence they came, the ground, while pulling all they had caught with them. The spears at the tip of the chains are backward spiked so that once plunged into something such as flesh, to remove them would be to tear open the wound which would be most inconvenient for the victim. During this time the user would be motionless as a column of fire erupts directly around him. This column of fire is what destroys the opponent(s) while they are pulled within short ranged of the user via the chains. After the technique the chains disappear and the user would be left slightly fatigued from the chakra expenditure.

Description: At first appearing to be a minature soccerball about the size of your thumb. This is simply for the purpose of easy transportation. The weapon itself is primarily wind based. The user can expand it in size by filling it with air by channeling wind chakra into the ball through physical contact with the user's skin. This doesen't take much time at all, and it can reach the size of a normal ball. When in normal size, the ball can do extreme blunt damage to the opponent if it hits him, and is able to bounce a very far distance. It is extremely difficult to pop the ball, normal weapons won't do the trick. It takes an elemental jutsu of at least A rank, or a regular ninjutsu of S rank to pop. The ball also has the ability to return to the user whenever he wills it to, and it moves at the speed of a thrown kunai. This ball is usually used in the application of Football Arts.

Description: Akira is a stratified fully organic arm, imbued with chakra in a similar manner to the prosthetic arms gained from Hashirama's cells, however these specialized cells feed primarily on the Yang aspect of the user's chakra. The arms' muscles and skin is a slightly darker shade than the skin on the rest of Vex's body. Usually, hidden beneath clothing, this prosthetic arm was grown via the use of stem cells, before being attached to the body. The arm's chakra circulatory system is separated from the rest of the body, being completely cyclical within the arm itself and mostly self-reliant and self-sufficient from the rest of the body. However, the arm itself is fairly durable, and is slightly stronger than Vex's opposing right arm, being able to block freeform sword, kunais, etc. Akira contains many more mechanoreceptor cells than a normal human arm (cells that detect different types of sensation), thus it is extremely sensitive to touch, and is able to detect even the faintest trace of a touch on the user's body. However, realizing that the arm would be used by a shinobi, it was outfitted with numerous features to help its owner in battle. Most notably, the 'blood' of the arm was composed of a highly malleable chakra-infused water based solution that was slightly viscous in nature (being equivalent to water in terms of strengths/weaknesses). Thus, whenever the arm 'bled' the solution would allow the user to manipulate it in a way that he saw fit. For instance, he could cause the solution to form around his arm in the form of claws, hammers, spears, swords, or even . These constructs are always connected to the arm and cannot be separated. They are able to grow to a length of, at max, 15 meters and are A rank in strength (each construct taking up a move slot and requiring 10 chakra to use). Unfortunately, the usage of these abilities causes the user extreme pain, worse than the pain associated with losing the limb in the first place, making the weapon a 'last resort' of sorts for Vex. However, the arms contain one final ability. Three times per battle, the arm is capable of taking a mass of the solution and shaping it to form an object that would then detach from the arm, being formed completely of the solution. These objects require a chakra cost of 20, and are A rank in strength. However, as they aren't connected to the arm the user can create objects like chairs, or even footballs. When not in use, Vex wraps the arm in a bandage - keeping it sealed until needed. Upon breaking the seal, Vex expends 40 chakra in order to 'activate' the arm, and to keep on restocking it full of blood solution. The blood solution is constantly and passively remade via chakra, at a cost of 5 chakra per turn. Thus, by spending an extra 10 chakra, the user is able to use his solution as a source for a water jutsu thrice per battle. By tapping a small red seal on the user's bicep, he is able to seal the weapon back up, with bandages appearing from the seal.

Description: This is a sealing technique designed to be both lethal and effective to the user. After forming a set of three handseals and clapping the user's hands together, the user's palms glow in a bright yellow aura as a sealing formula activates, bearing the Kanji letter of (鶏), Literally meaning (Deprive). The sealing formula allows the user to draw in natural energy from either one of his summons that is already in Sage Mode (like Ma and Pa for example) or on an opponent who has Sage mode active. The seal has to be applied by physical contact with either the opponent or the summoning, depriving the touched entity of all the natural energy it has and adding it to the user's own chakra reserves, basically replenishing natural energy that the user already has, however, the user cannot use the absorbed natural energy to enter Sage Mode, but he has to have Sage Mode already active in order to use this sealing formula. If the sealing formula used onto an opponent, it draws all the natural energy that the opponent has, effectively forcing him out of Sage Mode due to the lack of natural energy. If the sealing formula is used on either the opponent or the user's summoning, the summoning vanishes after it's natural energy been deprived out of his system. The sealing formula draws the natural energy of the touched entity immediately after being touched by the user's hand.
Note: Can only be used once per battle.
Note: Replenishes the user's Sage Mode duration by 4 extra turns, whether the opponent's natural energy has been absorbed or a summoning creature.

Description: The Grim Reaper's Scythe is said to be the Scythe of the death god himself, made from the strongest mixture of indestructible metals along with the blood of the dead fused together to form the strongest Scythe the ninja world ever known. There was a myth that the reaper gave this Scythe to someone who has reached a certain level of evil and corruption in order to wield it. It appears as a large Scythe of pitch black colored metal, which is unknown exactly which metal structures are used to form the texture of the scythe. It has a metallic skull fused with the blunt tip of it's blade, with a thin skeletal structure down it's handle. The Scythe is 2 meters in length and can be summoned in battle through a sealing formula. The Scythe's power mainly consist of the usage of sealing formulas that are engraved onto it's handle and blade, mainly three sealing formulas that each does a specific task, laying hidden from sight and dormant until activated, and when it is activated, the sealing formula glows in a bloody red light, glowing more bright according to each sealing formula's power and rank. First sealing formula, bearing the Kanji letter of (御), Literally meaning "Summoning", which is engraved on the lower part of the scythe's handle, using the blood of the dead that's mixed into the scythe's structure, this allows the user to summon an animal that he has a blood contract with, without a blood sacrifice from the user, and requiring the Tiger handseal used from a single hand of the user, when it is used, the sealing formula glows, appearing as if the summoned animal is summoned from the scythe itself, but actually, it is summoned anywhere short range from the user, whether he is onto the ground or in mid air. This sealing technique costs no move (apart from the summoning technique itself) and is considered a passive ability of the scythe, costing double the amount of chakra used in the summoning technique itself. The second sealing formula bears the Kanji letter of (喫), Literally meaning "Absorb", which is the most used ability of the scythe. The sealing formula exists onto the upper part of the scythe's handle. This sealing formula revolves around the usage of the original (Ho/Mizu/Kaze/Tsuchi/Rai Houin ) - Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method) Which allows the user to seal a basic elemental technique but with a twist of the scythe's power, requiring two single handed handseals, the user swings the scythe towards the incoming technique, releasing the sealing formula in the process. While the speed of the original sealing technique ( Ho/Mizu/Kaze/Tsuchi/Rai Houin ) - Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method) revolves around how big a technique is, the bigger the technique the longer it takes to seal it, when used through the scythe, it no longer applies to the sealing technique, all techniques are sealed with the same speed, which is the same speed as Nagato's (Blocking Technique Absorption Seal). The sealing formula costs no move and requires posting of the original (Ho/Mizu/Kaze/Tsuchi/Rai Houin ) - Fire/Water/Wind/Earth/Lightning Sealing Method) in order to be activated, acting as another passive ability of the scythe that is activated along with the activation of the original sealing method technique. When the chakra of the sealing formula collides with the incoming technique that is to be sealed, the chakra of the sealing formula overpowers that of the intended technique and in turn stops it in it's tracks, negating it's effects and chakra within the technique itself, finally being absorbed into the sealing formula that is engraved on the scythe, this sealing formula only applies when sealing an elemental technique of the basic five (Water, Wind, Earth, Fire and Lightning) elements, and costs double the amount of chakra the original sealing method technique requires. Third and last sealing formula of the scythe, which is engraved onto the blade of the scythe and bearing the Kanji letter of (機), Literally meaning "Reaper", which is the original and most powerful technique of the scythe itself. The sealing formula requires a type of elemental chakra to be infused into the blade of the scythe, releasing a manifestation of the reaper of death himself, appearing as a large spirit holding a scythe when released. The reaper is colored according to the elemental chakra that is used in order to bring him forth, [Fire = Red, Lightning = Blue, Wind = Green, Water = Skyblue, and Earth = Brown] Each following the elemental weaknesses and strengths, the reaper proceeds to attack or defend against incoming techniques or attack targets. What the reaper does is that it uses the large scythe it is holding to slash through the technque/opponent and cause damage when doing so according to the elemental infusion used (Fire will cause burning damage, Wind will cause slashing damage, Water and earth will cause blunt force damage and lightning will cause numbing and paralysis). The manifestation of the reaper can be used also in another way, in order to actually attack sealing formulas instead of elemental techniques or opponents, basically slashing through the sealing formula and destroying it, in this case, this technique can be used to destroy up to A-rank sealing techniques, and requires normal non elemental chakra to be infused into the blade of the scythe and the reaper's manifestation will have no physical presence, appearing as simply a pitch black spirit. This technique is equivalent to an S-rank technique.
Note: When the scythe summoned into a battle it counts as a move, and requires posting the technique.
Note: Summoning a creature through the Scythe can only be used three times per battle.
Note: Using the (Fire/Wind/Lightning/Water/Earth Sealing Method) technique through the seal can only be used twice per battle, acting as an A-ranked technique instead of a B-ranked one, and no other Fuinjutsu technique can be used in the turn this sealing formula is used.

Description: guren upon making two hand signs releases from her mouth a mist like granule crystal into the battlefield in the air, the Crystal is also clear but will sparkle from the light. The crystal will hover in the air like normal mist however this particular crystal has been imbedded deeply with Guren's chakra and will harness the sunlight in the battlefield to refract and create optical illusions through the crystal. The user has the ability to imbed a command into the chakra/light illusion. The projection/illusion is able to completely harness the colour pallete to project any colour needed to make a full projection of the imbedded chakra's desire.


Shunpo- an illusion cast by the light being refracted and reflected through the crystal mist which will project five copies of Guren scattered around the enemy. These copies cannot do any actual damage as they are simply a projection from the light through the crystal. The projections cannot be dispelled unless the crystal is disrupted or dispersed completely.

Taorero- Is the ability to for Guren to make the most as dense as she would like in any area while also being able to clear zones for herself. The dense crystal most will slow anything caught in it down by 2X. This will have a feeling of moving through water which has a feeling of restriction. The crystal will also attach itself to anything it touches within reason (ie solid substances) and slowly build up during the three turns. This will also add weight to anything it attaches to. By the end of the first turn it could add 3 times the users weight. While gaining more and more weight.

The crystal will simply encase and not fully crystallize the inside of the area.

Declined - I haven't got a problem with the crystalising part, but not to activate when they charge chakra into it. Think of it this way, if they get the seal on them and go to use the jutsu that removes fuuin seals, this would activate anyway? Say the crystal only covers the body and you must make contact with their body to place it.

By crossing your pinky fingers with the finger beside them the user is able to erect an unusually different barrier. This barrier has a refracting light look to it and will always look that way from the outside. However when inside the barrier it reverses ones hearing. Things that are loud like explosions and the ground making sudden structures will become extremely quiet. While other things like a heart beat or things that one normally wouldn't hear will become louder. This barrier is able to muffle and trap the sound waves of things that are loud and enhance and expand on the things which are normally quiet. Making it harder for an enemy to know what's happening around them and throw off one of the important sense's.

Description: The user will channel their water chakra around the opponent, droplets of highly condensed water will be created inches away from their body and then quickly attach to and around their body. The water is also syrup water. They are around the size of a shuriken and remain on the body until a set of turns or disturbed. Essentially, whenever they become disrupted they will implode on the opponent, covering them in extremely sticky water- the same implosion occurs after three turns of not touching the water droplets. Now, the unique part is there is ability to absorb the elemental attributes of their surroundings. If it is relatively hot (such as fighting in Suna; NW purposes) or the opponent is using a short range fire technique, the water will effectively absorb this heat and burn them, making the implosion that much more difficult. This goes along with electricity (shock), wind (the droplets create cuts, and implosion slashes their body). Without elemental interaction they become nothing more then regular sticky water. Each turn left on the body delivers a 15 damage point, and the implosion itself is 35 damage points, making the entire jutsu a total of 80 damage with turns involved, implosion of course can happen when highly disturbed (such as trying to stab, under go serious pressure, or break the droplets).

The drops of sticky water are created inches away and for the very very small chance your opponent doesn't touch them prior to, they will just implode on him and stick to him no matter what and restrain and possibly burn him from the absorption of elemental nature right? I realize how greedy people can get with their customs...

Description: By focusing their water based chakra in an area around the opponent, the user is capable of creating adhesive, glue like blobs of water on the opponent's person. Parasitic in nature, these blobs or blotches continue to essentially devour their target, by using the chakra they're feeding off of to grow exceptionally, until they completely devour and suffocate whatever they're on. Despite this most basic function, the blotches carry another purpose, when negated they change phases, and take on the form of mist with similar absorbtion properties, except in this case, the mist absorbs the properties of the technique the opponent is using. Fire would cause the mist around the opponent to heat itself, causing minor burns, wind cuts, water would slow down movements making the mist sticky, lightning numbs and paralyzes, and so on.

Description: The user will generate water chakra outwards and manipulate it in a way to create a sphere around the user. Initially very difficult to notice for the normal eye, it becomes even clearer to see when it clashes with a technique. Essentially the water acts as a cushion against techniques, absorbing the impact of the attack. The moment the technique is rendered useless, the sphere will begin to form itself around the technique it negated. Creating what many would consider an exact replica of the technique, but this time in a watery form. However, depending on the nature of the technique, it might contain a trait, done by waters unique elemental interaction with different - but logical working - elements. Example is if the sphere touches fire, it will create a replica in a watery form, but very hot to touch. Lightning makes the water shocking. Wind makes the water sharper. Regular water will simply recreate exactly how it was. This transfer will only work on techniques A-Rank and below to (Strong S-Rank fire and below and other elements weak to Suiton ; A-Rank and below for elements strong to Suiton). Not all elements will be able to cope with this, such as, solid earth, wood, steel, etc. Solid elements that might have a chance to be effective (lava, mud, etc), after contact will exist as material devoid of chakra. Elements that do not reciprocate with the technique at all, will not be effected, and clash with the original technique making the sphere nothing more, but a defensive tool. The reflection can be of any sort streams, projectiles, humanoids, self-sustaining techs, etc. As well as elemental variants (ash, gas, unfocused electricity, etc).

Description: Taking complete and almost total inspiration from it's parent technique, "Mother's Beloved Protection", when using this the user will lace in one extra seal when prepping a barrier. This seal invokes an almost translucent layer of water on either the outside or inside of the barrier (it's up to the user's discretion), that's capable of absorbing the impact of the technique. Once the impact is absorbed, the thin veil with begin to contort in order form an exact replica of the technique it clashed with, carrying all of it's properties along with it (KG, CE, etc). Fire based techniques would give the water a scalding property, capable of inflicting burns, water/earth would result in it being adhesive, lightning combines in order to achieve a numbing effect, while wind "sharpens" the water, increasing it's cutting power. Because this is in fact water, all of it's strengths and weaknesses apply, meaning the transfer will work for A-Ranks and below for elements equal or weak to water (S-Rank for fire), and B-Rank and below for elements strong to it. Streams, humanoids, self-sustaining techniques, and projectiles can all be impacted by the reflection.

Description: One of the few Single Sword Techniques known in Konohagakure, but still strong in it's own right. The technique begins with the user gripping his sword with his two hands, channeling a precise amount to the entire sword to increase its cutting power and weight, and the point facing the opponent. Then, the user moves towards them and makes three attacks, the opening a horizontal slash, then followed by a diagonally right strike, and finished with a vertical attack. The three strikes happen happen consecutively after another and make it difficult for a same-ranked Shinobi to escape the 'Cage' that the sword creates after the technique has been started. Pre-emptive action via Sharingan or clairvoyant-esque reflexes are the only sure way to avoid this, aside from never letting it begin in the first place. Due to the user channeling chakra to his sword and the added weight by holding with both hands, this technique gives the user the ability to smash through any A-rank or below defensive counter-measure that try to stop this. Higher ranked Shinobi will find lesser difficulty in avoiding this technique due to the slower swing speed but could still face considerable resistance if they try to meet it head on.

Declined - Few reasons, first of all, with chidori and samurai jutsu ect you can easily do these slashes, almost like free form with an jutsu enhancement. Next is the way you say the only way to avoid it is sharingan and such, adding weight to a sword can be done with a cannon technique too, but if you add weight to your sword what's to stop you from dropping it due to it's added weight and not only that have can you be so fast with such a heavy weapon. I suggest you use existing kenjutsu and when you go to strike, as you bring your sword down use the added weight jutsu which will increase the damage and the falling speed of your sword strike then, find a balance between that and reduced weight, so reduce weight to swing fast, added weight to increase damage. Could be a nice cfs if it's not been done

Description: After charging a dangerous amount of Raiton chakra into his hands, the user will the violently rub them together like a heart defibrillator. He will proceed to slam two open-palm strikes into webbing created beforehand, causing a dome of Raiton chakra particles to erupt around the user a split second later. As long as the user's hands are touching the webbing, the area affected up to mid- range will become a trap zone. All within range will be completely immobilized as long as he continues channeling chakra; however, the user is also immobile as long as the technique remains active. To be freed from the technique effectively requires the user to discontinue chakra flow. It should be noted that he is capable of moving the field by simply traveling to a new location. However, this requires the user to temporary “muffle” the Raiton chakra with the Dragon hand seal, and as such, still drains chakra even during this phase. In essence this technique completely immobilizes those caught within the field by wrapping condensed bundles of silk, no thicker than a senbon, enveloped in miniscule Raiton chakra particles around a target’s body. Appearing as many small vines, the tips of the silk bundles are sharpened to razor-sharp nails, digging into the skin and piercing all nerves within the area. The only part of the body which retains mobility is the head and upper chest; while targets while not die of asphyxiation, performing jutsu while within the dome is virtually impossible. Before activating the technique, the user can create “dull fields” of static electricity by designating targets with a single open-palm strike, then proceeding to perform the Tiger seal. The force of the strike, coupled with his “dulled” Raiton chakra will create a burst of kinetic energy from all points on a target’s body. By doing so, the targeted person(s) will essentially be charged with Raiton chakra, allowing them to move through the electrified field unhindered as if coated in an “armor of non-friction.” This effect cannot be transferred from target to target however, as only the user can grant the "dull field armor.”

Gerantetsu is a large crab, about 5 X 7 meters, with multiple unique abilities. He is also 130 years old, being young for his species. He can use water techniques up to his rank like most other crabs, and can also spit an acidic foam from his mouth which can be used to erode through any substance up to B rank. Gerantetsu also has a very hard shell in comparison to other crabs, being able to withstand blows up to A rank. Gerantetsu is also known for his speed, being able to move as fast as the average size crab, even though he is about twice as large as one.

The technique can be used as a method of simply dodging, or the user can take the 3 seconds in which the afterimage remains to attack from a blind spot.

Description:
The silver gleam is a weapon of extraordinary craftsmanship. It was created by Kirito Uchiha's father, and was entrusted to him post-mortem. It is about 83 centimeters in length, a standard single handed katana, and is made of a bright silver steel. When exposed to light of any kind, this blade's main ability activates. It will absorb the lumens from the light and will begin to glow. When exposed to normal sunlight, it will take two turns to fully charge. However, lights like a fireball or lightning will cause it to become instantly charged. After this, the blade can release all this light in the form of a directed flashbang, releasing an extremely bright light, capable of blinding an opponent, from it's tip. From behind the light, the user will see a black shield appear, blocking them from the light. If seen head on, the opponent will not be able to see for 3 turns. If looked away from, 2 turns, and if shielded from, no turns. The second ability of the sword is it's uncanny ability to conduct fire chakra. At the expense of a turn, the user can ignite the sword. This fire chakra is A in rank and the sword instantly gains all advantages and disadvantages of the fire element. The finally ability, or rather property, of the sword, is it's metal. Due to it's unique metal, the sword can cut through B-Ranked substances without fail, and can shatter normal steel blades with enough power behind it. It can also resist attacks of up to S-Rank, breaking after taking forbidden rank damage (accumulating over a battle).

-The sword can only be used by worthy uchiha chosen by Kirito Uchiha.

Declined - so no range, theres me thinking a sword would be able to hit stuff in short range especially if it's 83cm long. The flashbang ability has been done before. Also does it just absorb light or power form a jutsu, clear that up. How can it blind someone who isn't looking at it for two turns? Abosrbing fire is a no. And cut through any B rank? Can't really be broken, and none of these abilities cost chakra and most act passively. I would DNR this but i wont, it needs alot of work though

Gerantetsu is a large crab, about 5 X 7 meters, with multiple unique abilities. He is also 130 years old, being young for his species. He can use water techniques up to the user's rank like most other crabs, and can also spit an acidic foam equal to B rank which can burn through earthen substances. This however does not apply to solid structures made of a material stronger than standard earth, and can only burn through up to C-Rank of those types of things (Steel structures, CE's harder than earth release, ETC.). Gerantetsu also has a very hard shell in comparison to other crabs, being able to take blows up to A in rank. He will however disperse after taking S-Ranked damage. Gerantetsu is also known for his speed, being able to move as fast as the average size crab, even though he is about twice as large as one.

-Gerantetsu will disperse after four turns
-Gerantetsu can only be summoned once
-Spitting Acidic Foam costs a move

Suiton/Taijutsu: Kakusare ta Ono | Water Body Arts: Hidden Axe

This is a taijutsu suiton combination technique. It involves use of the water clone technique, except on a somewhat odd level. The user will begin the water clone technique, except instead of releasing the clone from their body, they will keep the chakra form and nature that creates the clone inside their body. Then, as they reach short range of their foe, they will leap above them, and as they jump, the water clone will be left standing where they jumped from, as the chakra is released from the users body. While above the opponent, the user prepares an axe kick. The clone will then jump and fake a flick-front kick to the enemy's face, but will then suddenly disperse into water. The water from the clone will then be controlled by the user above the opponent and formed into a blade around their leg and foot used in the axe kick. The user will then bring down the leg, causing the blade to be released like a sword slash, cutting everything in short range and whatever is below the user (like say, an enemy). The blade is powerful enough to slice through solid rock.

Declined - not gonna allow you to make a clone inside your body, you can rework this. Of if you're a hozuki you can do this freeform actual, hydrification then as you go to kick, clone from your water leg

The user will surge lightning chakra through their body. Using this chakra, they will release it through the back of their shoulders, forming mid sized, wings of lightning. These wings aren't solid, looking more like a wireframe of actual wings, except where the wire is a dark blue lightning. These wings do not, however, enable the user to fly. The effect of this lightning chakra through the body causes all of the user's physical attacks to become imbued with lightning. These attacks will have an effect similar to Nagashi when used on an opponent, and after about a full second of contact, will release an electrical explosion directed in the way of the attack. These explosions will blast enemies backwards and inflict heavy burn and impact damage. However, this is not the only effect of the technique. When used by an Uchiha who activates their Sharingan under usage of this technique, their eyes instead of turning a bloodshot red, will become a dark, unnatural blue.

Description: The user performs this technique without the use of any traditional hand signs, instead it has what could be considered a charging phase. By raising both palms out to either side of his body the user will focus a considerable amount of water chakra around each palm before slamming them together causing the water to seemingly disappear when it actuality it will have been shattered into thousands of tiny microscopic droplets. Once this has been done, which takes very little time. The user will focus large amounts of lightning chakra into the droplets. Providing them with a powerful electrical charge causing the jutsu to refract light appearing as though the user is holding a tiny rainbow of light in his hand, hence the technique's name. Once this is done the user is capable of either throwing the jutsu or holding it in his palm to augment his next physical attack. If thrown the jutsu is able to be controlled via hand movements in a minor way to redirect it slightly. However this control is only present for the turn the move is used and the users following turn at which point the jutsu will lose control and explode wherever it is at the time. Should the jutsu explode or strike an enemy or another technique the tiny droplets will disperse inside any holes it can find. Usually pores and cause whatever is struck to violently degrade into nothingness, this can prove fatal should it directly strike an opponent and at very least would cause severe injury.
Note: May only be used twice per battle

Description: The Spirit Sword Gloves are a unique pair of relatively plain white gloves. However the fingertips of the glove are composed of pure chakra metal for the purpose of enhancing chakra from the user to be used as a weapon. The gloves have a fine network of veins that run down the gloves and meet the user's skin meeting up with his chakra circulatory system. The gloves can feed on any elemental chakra the user runs into them, and will even work with raw chakra. This allows the user to manifest chakra from his fingertips in the form of a thin sword like mass of chakra that can be extended up to mid range from the user. At the cost of one of the users moves per turn. It's secondary ability is essentially an enhancement of the first that uses the storing capability of the chakra metal. This allows the user to channel any two elements into the gloves to create a dual elemental blade. This can only be composed of elements of the base five nature such as fire or wind. It costs two jutsu slots to use this ability, and takes up timeframe for charging both elements into the blade but the benefits of this allows the user to effectively double the damage of the blade by using 2 S rank level attacks combined. It should be noted that the gloves themselves are indestructible though they can't destroy everything.
Note: The second ability of the Amplification Gloves can only be used to defend against attacks targeting the arm, or if the user uses his arm to defend the specific region being attacked. Otherwise, the Gloves cannot defend the user by themselves.
Note: A single glove can individually perform the second ability.
Note: The second ability of the Amplification Gloves can only be used once per battle, regardless of which variation is used. It counts as move per turn and can't use A rank or above wind in the next two turns
Note: Creating a blade from any element prevents further usages of that element in this and the user's next turn. Creating a blade of two elements provides the same drawback, but for both of the elements used.

This seal causes the target to intake rabidly fluctuating amounts of natural chakra, requiring them to concentrate more on their chakra/natural chakra ratio so as to not suffer any negative effects of natural chakra. For the duration of the seal, the target cannot enter Snake Sage Mode or if they are already in Snake Sage Mode, they are unable to gain any boosts or use any Snake Sage Mode abilities.
Notes:
- Lasts for four turns or until removed by another fūinjutsu.

Declined - Sorry after reviewing a few things i can't allow this. For an animal to fuse with them it would fall under like a custom kinjutsu. The only other way i could see this working is if Sai shot out an ink snake that took the form of a snake seal when it landed on them. The only other way i could be is placing a seal on them like FTG that then causes the effect but i believe gutsy jiraiya has a cj that does something like this.

The user tightens their fist, focusing and compacting an extremely dense amount of lightning chakra in it. Inside of the fist, the user forms a compact orb, about the size of a baseball, of lightning chakra, which if released, would usually be Much, much, much larger. The user then throws the ball at the opponent. As soon as it nears the opponent, the user will then clap their hands together, causing the lightning chakra inside of the ball to release. This causes a massive explosion, resulting in a shockwave that levels nearly everything nearby. This is why the user cannot be in short range of the opponent when using the attack, as they could be caught in the explosion.

The Silver Gleam | Shiiruba No Gureemu

Description:
The Silver Gleam is a sword forged by Kirito Uchiha's father, a great blacksmith. It is made of a white metal containing chakra blade alloy, and is extremely durable. The sword gets it's name from the silver light it reflects while in the sun. Kirito Uchiha inherited the sword from his father, post mortem, and always has it on person. The sword has many abilities, all of which will be mentioned here:

The Metal:
The metal which makes the sword itself is odd, as it isn't steel, and also seems to have the properties of a chakra blade. The sword is very durable, able to withstand S-Rank damage before breaking. The other advantage of the metal is that it is extremely sharp, able to cut through B rank defenses of a durability equal to or lower than normal Doton techniques. Anything harder, and the sword can only cut it equivalent to C-Rank. (Things like Steel, or CE's harder than Doton.)

Edge Manipulation:
The major ability of the blade is the power to almost, manipulate its "sharpness" in a way. Through manipulating the blade, the user can make a side or part of the blade sharper than another, at the expense of 20 chakra points per use, and the dulling of the opposite part of the blade. (Right edge gets sharper, left gets more dull ETC.). Through usage of this, the edge empowered by this ability becomes able to cut through A-Rank defenses of Doton strength or less, and Harder defenses of B-Rank or less.

Black Silver:
The user, when confronted by a non-physical attack made of a non solid substance (lightning, fire ETC.) of a reasonable level of power (B-Rank or less), the user will force an immense amount of chakra into the sword, and then attempt to absorb the projectile. This will however fail, as the chakra inside the sword, attuned to the user, will reject the foreign chakra, spitting it out instantly, appearing as if the user deflected the attack. This can only be done three times a battle, and the user needs to pay chakra equal to twice the amount the attack being deflected costs each time it is used. This technique is named Black Silver because when the user forces the chakra into the sword, it gains a black color until the chakra is released when the technique is deflected.
Notes:
-All of the sword's extra abilities cost a move. (Chakra infusion as the sword does function as a chakra blade, Black Silver, and Edge Manipulation)
-User cannot use black silver more than once a turn, and must wait a turn between each usage.
-The sword can only be used by those deemed worthy by AnbuKirito
