Correct me if I'm wrong but if there's no base for Sasuke then there's no base for naruto because he to has Rikodou chakra.

It's a bit different for Naruto considering he has transformations that turn OFF/ON, meanwhile Sasuke is always in the Rikudou state unless he uses techniques that lower his power level (EX - S/T)

Right the moment Naruto/Sasuke were enhanced their base transformed into stronger versions of themselves. Naruto's powers are quite hard to determine due to there being a regular Naruto, and then his RSM forms come in many varieties.

He even has a RSM mode without the chakra cloak itself, weirdly enough.
