They aren't.. Naruto needs a cloak that isn't base speed ***** that would mean sasuke gets to use ameno since naruto is basically using other power to even move that fast. But he would instantly win so he is in fact faster. It was already shown twice.

You make it sound like Naruto was going full speed; Yang Kurama KM full speed was compared to Minato's FTG (which is where he looks like a yellow flash); Naruto full speed in KM is just a flash. Now when you factor in full Kurama doubling that chakra and making the chakra more powerful plus natural energy not only boost your body capabilities, makes a stronger chakra, and increase the reserve even more; Naruto's full speed wouldn't be seen at all.

Sasuke's chakra is larger and more powerful then it use to be but so is Kurama's chakra which is larger plus Naruto's own reserve which he didn't have in the later fights because the God tree absorbed pretty much all of it and Naruto used the rest which is why his own reserves were out when he fought Sasuke even though he has been using Yin Kurama chakra for the last 3 fights. From what I understand, wasn't Naruto kidnapped and almost had Kurama extracted from him before this fight? Yes Sasuke would be weakened after teleporting them to that dimension but Naruto used a ton of chakra tanking that giant TBB/TSB then got captured and almost lost Kurama which is a painful process for the Jinchuuriki unless it happens fast and they die quickly.

There no reason to have Naruto move faster than Sasuke when they're fighting as a team; Naruto only needs to go as fast as Sasuke.

yes sasuke was also weakened somewhat due to shifting so dont bother mentioning naruto almost getting his bijju extracted which weakened him because sasuke is in the same boat.

Don't forget he also has itachi's power/chakra infused with his own thanks to implanting his eyes. 'Base Sasuke" simply doesn't and can't exist. :bdpf:
