Naruto had the Kyuubi to gather chakra for him as he was too busy fighting Sasuke to do so himself - remember when the Kyuubi gave him all the NE above ground?

Furthermore the Kyuubi gave Naruto intel on their opponents abilities,and battle plans - plus as you said, the Kyuubi even noted on how Sasuke being new to the Rinnegan worked in their favor.

Anyway, it didn't matter whether they were in full condition or not, if Sasuke had his sword, the battle would have ended very quickly.

Sasuke without his sword is like fighting naked. He been using his sword in every single fights in part 2. naruto wasn't missing anything at all that forced him to fight differently.

Again, this makes no difference, even at full power things would go easily in Sasuke's favor if he had his sword. Masashi knew this, so he made Sasuke lose it.

You are mixing things up - when Madara ran away Sasuke used A Lightning Sword, not his physical sword.

Earlier he teleported his Physical Sword in front of himself while Madara was charging towards him, and it peirced him througj the chest.
