Sasuke was nerfed.naruto fans making excuse that naruto was not at full power,however kurama provided healing and unlimited chakra supply to naruto,which make at his best against sauke.in addiotion ,if naruto was mentally exhausted,kurama was there to give him Intel.
Sasuke on the other hand ,lose his sword,rinnegan was new and it power was limited (due to plot),sasuke was not serious because he did not use tactic ,but fight randomlyl
