Things are still undecided. Don´t put too much weight on apparent similarities cause there are a couple of characters that look pretty close and are completely unrelated (Naruto/Obito for example). Kishi is playing it safe, he puts evidence on both sides of the scale (the DNA test was portrayed in a pretty hilarious light tbh, with the tester not being completely sure of what/who was he matching up).
