So who do u guys think are the favorites for winning the next seasons UCL, I know its still too early to give a prediction but anyway just do it for fun, and which league do u guys think will flourish next season in European competitions overall seeing how Liga BBVA has been doing it for quite a time now do u think any other league will take the spot next season.

I'm just going out for an obvious choice; Barca or Bayern. Real and Juventus as the only ones to even contest them. Fully healthy I still think Bayern are the best team in the world. Simply because, in the first tie, without Robben and Ribery, they were forced to attack from the centre of the field the entire time. With Robben and Ribery they could have ripped Alba and Alves to shreds while feeding Lewandowski and dominating possession. Without them, Barca were given much more freedom to launch the ball upwards to the front three and wreak havoc on their defence. Plus, you have to acknowledge that Bayern will be flexing their financial muscle this transfer window to fill in some spots for the aging areas. A marquee signing up front to cover for Robben and Ribery and eventually replace them with make them insane. Barca will obviously be carried by MSN. Juventus have already made some strong signings and Real will obviously buy and improve on what they have. So any of those 4, with the two favourites being either FCB's. Dark horse is Chelsea IMO. They have a very complete squad and shedding some dead weight while strengthening the depth of their squad will make them the obvious choice out of England.

Though I agree to an extend about the Bayern vs Barca part but u cant really speak of Ribery as he is giving an wonderful performance anymore, the guy was one of the best wingers out there and probably the best winger along with Ronaldo on the left during his golden days but not anymore, after the treble Ribery was only a shadow of himself worse, he barely played, as much as I like that player after 2013 he literally had so much injuries and downsides that he was more on the teams hospital than in the pitch, sadly anyone could have seen his poor performance against RM on the 2014 UCL final, yet that was the final decent performance he had, so I dont really think Ribery would have made any impact to the game, the only one that Bayern was missing was Robben and Alaba but its not like they suffered on left backs since bernat has been world class throughout the whole season and is listed in the top team of the best transfers and Alaba has played most of the season as a MF, where he even got his position as a MF on the Bundesliga formation, I'm not really talking as a fan of Barcelona but I'm talking what I really think is true, for me Bayern in 2013 was just too good but the age has caught up to them, they are not the same and for me I still think Barcelona would have edged out the win with or without the players u listed.

Completely agree with ur choices for the UCL favorites.

Completely agreed. Ribery has sadly been injured so much since the treble win. I suspect Bayern will attempt to replace him though. I could totally see them buying someone like Antoine Griezmann. He's a much better natural goalscorer than Ribery. And they need to add some younger players in their mid. Someone like Gundogan to go with Thiago would be amazing.

I know :( But at least we're winning now. Now we have a true wonder kind as well. Domenico Berardi. Only 20 years old. Has more goals at 20 years old than Messi did in his first two seasons in a top 4 league. He's going to be staying at Sassuolo on loan for one more season most likely, but his talent is sublime. This to add on to Pogba, Dybala, Marchisio, Vidal, Bonucci etc. We're not only winning, but also building for the future. Hopefully we can enter the big 3 of Bayern, Barca and Real Madrid and make it a big 4.
Have to look that kid up never heard of him.

I don't think that theres something like a top 3. Europe is pretty unpredictable and teams like PSG, Juventus, Chelsea are fairly capable to beat all 3 of them. There is also always a chance that a team you never thought of a year before will reach the final like Atletico and Juventus did.

I mean the big 3 as in they're a cut above the rest in quality. Bayern has the deepest squad. Barca have the best attack. And Real Madrid have just an all around good squad. No other teams in the world have the same quality all around.

Well yea as of now that's correct. Could look completely different next season though. Young squads evolve so Juventus and Chelsea are forces to reckon with.

I'll pick Chelsea, I know this sounds biased since I support them but we have a squad capable of winning it. I think the english sides will do better in general.

Firmino to Liverpool.. Don't know if I should be happy about this one or not ?
Good signing imo, a bit expensive though.

Douglas Costa is almost an Bayern player now, I dont know what to say about this, I know the player but is he good enough for the bayern team?

Firminho to Liverpool, pretty good transfer I'd say but maybe a bit expensive.

Mandzukic to Juventus, I dont really know for how much did he go there but hope he will do better at Juve.

Vietto and almost Martinez are Atl Madrid players, they together with Griezman are really a good striking force.

This Brazil team right now is embarrassing for the history the great team brazil once was, literally the worst brazil team I have ever seen in my life, remove neymar and the other players are all mediocre ones and this is the most mediocre brazil team ever.

At this moment of time what's happening is all the good youth prospects who are very promising are being traded off by their managers(the ones who hold their right) in lieu of their development to big teams where they only sit on the bench rather than playing regularly. While in reality these players need week in week out football to hone their skills.

See Alexis Sánchez for example, he's a good example of great development:

>Cobreloa (Chilean 2nd Tier Team) -> Colo-Colo (Chilean 1st Tier Team) -> River Plate -> Udinese -> Barcelona -> Arsenal

He didn't jump from a Chilean team to an EPL team right away, and that helped him to learn and grow a lot.

Brazil should overhaul their system and get a stricter and an experienced coach like Bielsa.
