Naruto did not physically move the Amateratsu. He extended it off using the cloak. He didn't wind his arm back and extend it. He merely leveled it away from his body (probably so it wouldn't spread) and removed amateratsu.

But you see what proves my point is the motion of the arm he is using to push off Ama. It is not a completely mental ability like chakra arms to use the physical claw of the Kyuubi.

If it was Kurama's paw made from his chakra, it would have the black lines. Or it would have the bubbly look, if it was like V1 cloak.

Also when Naruto used a Kurama paw in the past, it was still connected to his body in some way. That one isn't.

That can still be Naruto manipulating the wind with the swipe of his hand, causing it to have a hand or "claw" like appearance that moved in the same direction.

It's not a new jutsu. Just shape manipulation, which Naruto can already do.

He moved it mentally. Amateratsu didn't go out when he physically moved his arm, he had to move it mentally off with the cloak

I guess we'll have to agree to disagree. I'm not opposed to the idea but there is no proof naruto used a new jutsu which is what the OP was mostly about. Most of the proof points to NAruto using the kyuubi claw and imo it looks exactly like the chakra from the nine tails...

It's possible that he just activated a partial cloak on his arm like what was done at the end of The Last in order to utilize a chakra arm. It could be that we don't see the visual glow on his arm/hand because of the motion blur that is indeed the case.

If Naruto can channel the kyuubi chakra in base in the last. then he should logically be able to extend a paw for a brief moment. It's more than plausible.

I can argue that... it could just be freaking tails chakra, maybe he´s just learnt his way to be in the ninja world is spamming huge amounts of chakra like Madara but without techs.
