Description and Background:
The sea otter (Enhydra lutris) is a marine mammal native to the coasts of the northern and eastern Nanmen Ocean. Unlike most marine mammals, the sea otter's primary form of insulation is an exceptionally thick coat of fur, the densest in the animal kingdom. While sea otters lives mostly in the ocean, they can do fine on land as well.

The sea otter inhabits offshore environments, where it dives to the sea floor to forage. It preys mostly on marine invertebrates such as sea urchins, shellfishes, various molluscs and crustaceans, and some species of fish. They are a very organised society of animals, its foraging and eating habits are noteworthy in several respects. These otters are very skilful and intelligent of using tools and crafting, for one they use of rocks to dislodge prey and to open shells makes it one of the few mammal species to use tools.

Summon General Abilities:
While most of them don’t pose much physical strength, these otters are exceptionally swift and agile. As a part of their living culture(as much as humans shave sheep for wool or skin cows for leather), Sea otters collect sea shells from their prey/ocean as materials to craft for their daily lives. Most notably tools and equipment, they wear armours made of shells to protect themselves from stronger predators, and sharp shell weapons to increase their lethality. As such both otters and contract wielders can use Otter's Armaments, a group of summoning ninjutsu that deploys various sea shells made by Sea otters.

Description: The user performs a Snake hand seal > clap hands and then pulls their hand apart. As they do, a wind sphere expands between their hands, possessing a kanji seal mark on it. It can then be shot towards the target, however the unique part of the technique is if an opposing elemental ninjutsu(of basic 5) enters the sphere’s short range vicinity, the seal triggers to suck in the opposing element to combine with the wind sphere, resulting: Wind+(sealed element) combination. The wind sphere is only about the size of a bowling ball, however travels at high-speed and great reach. When absorbing an technique it doubles the size and explodes on impact, with enough power to create a short range crater.

These can sprout anywhere from the body and limited to the same physical size, capabilities as the user’s real limbs. They can do extra things for the user like throwing ninja tools, hand seals, or move, etc..

Description: The user will focus their Kōton chakra into a source of earth and convert it into black steel. This conversion will not gradually spread across the earth source in question but will instead change the composition of entirety of the area targeted by this jutsu at once. Converting the earth to and within mid-range in terms of size into steel expends the chakra of a single technique but converting the earth long-range away from the user in terms of size will expend the chakra of two S-Rank techniques (80 chakra). This conversion will mean both the user and the opponent cannot use any earth-based techniques from that source for this jutsu's duration except Steel Release ones. This technique can convert any type of earth encompassed in Doton e.g. solid rock and mud. The latter works by simultaneously petrifying the mud into solid rock and then seamlessly converting it into steel. This technique cannot be used to convert the opponent's techniques directly but it can be used to counter jutsus which emerge from the earth by changing the ground into steel before they begin surfacing or as they surface. The latter method works by cutting off the technique's source of earth and overpowering the opponent's doton chakra and thus it will be unable to form completely.

Nah, this needs to spread from your location, you being the epicenter and it spreading in a wave outwards. Long range is also too far imo as this then becomes potentially abuse because, knowing NK, I know he is creating a steel jutsu that likely converts all Earth into Steel jutsu. ✦

Description: After using Conquest of Camelot, the user will passively activate an innate ability of theirs to convert all future earth techniques created from the affected portions of the ground into steel release ones. Techniques created via this mechanism will not differ or be affected in any way except in what they're composed/made up of (the earth dragon will be made of steel rather than rock). Affected techniques become Steel Release jutsus and so their elemental strengths and weaknesses also change. Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever. The reason this jutsu's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only initiated when the user utilizes other Earth Release techniques. Applying this ability to techniques which require maintenance as the Stone Golems or the Earth Dragon will not result in their premature termination. This ability only affects the user's own earth techniques and it only works with earth techniques solid rock in composition.

(Koton: Banjin no Kousei) - Steel Release: Resurgence of Savagery

Description: The user focuses his koton chakra throughout his body and uses it to create a mass of black steel which appears to grow over his body. The metalllic armour envelops him entirely (with the exception of his eyes and mouth) and takes the form of a medieval armour with a glossy metallic sheen. Unlike its earthen counterpart (Hardening technique) the armour is not as bulky since not as much material is required to make an equally formidable defense (steel is much harder than earth) but its mass still takes its toll on the user. Consequently the user's overall movement speed is reduced by half. What makes this technique unique and not just another elemental armour is the fact that the armour is a partially sentient being (like the Stone Golems) that is worn as a defense. Through mental commands alone, the user can freely control the chassis of steel throughout its duration granting him an unparalleled ability in combat. Aside from its sentience, the armour possess two abilities. The first ability is a variation of its earthen counterpart's capability to create tools from itself. The user can create and/or extend spiked or blunt weapons from anywhere (or everywhere) on the armour's body, which are capable of bludgeoning or skewering through the body of anyone they come into contact with. Any weapons made via this method can be a maximum of five meters in length and one meter in width. Each weapon is also fully equipped with a hilt, in which can be used to hold onto the weapon, much like one would do with a sword. Any weapon made via this method is physically attached to the armour but can be detached and thrown as a projectile or retracted into the armour's body at any time to restore its original form. The second ability essentially allows anything inanimate that's solid in composition touched by the armour to be converted into black steel. As a result the user can make use of anything as if it were an actual weapon, from sticks to the weapons of others (excluding Custom Weapons). The bond between the user and the armour is stronger than that of most sentient creation techniques because the two are always in physical contact. Thus the armour passively leeches a portion of chakra from the user's body every turn in order to sustain itself. However in a way it is also more dependent on the user than most sentient creations as it acts like a symbiotic parasite. It cannot leech chakra from the user without physical contact and so when the user sheds the armour it will drop lifelessly to the ground. Since the armour is a sentient creation it cannot be manifested in only specific parts of the body and initially must always be made to encase the user in his entirety (excluding eyes and mouth).

(Yamanaka Ichizoku Shisha no Supīchi) - Yamanaka Clan Speech of the Dead

Description: The user will perform the Snake hand seal and create a link between the user and his/her target, in a similar fashion to 'Yamanaka Clan Telepathy Technique' which allows a Yamanaka member to communicate telepathically with one or multiple members at once. However, this jutsu is different in its aims, and instead of simply communicating with someone, it's used on an opponent and for the duration of the technique, all those this jutsu is used on can hear are whispers and screams of the same voice, repeated and echoing, all being quite depressing in nature as a single voice talks about death, whilst screams and subtle noises of agony go on in the back ground, as if someone is being tortured. The aim of this jutsu is to break the thought process of opposing ninjas and becoming extremely distracting. Due to this, it prevents the opponent from using techniques of S-rank and higher due to the focus needed to manipulate chakra of such amounts.
~ Can only be used four times a battle, and must wait a turn each time it's used. Must be taught by Kuroh. Can be used on multiple opponents but chakra cost increases per additional person. Lasts a total of 3 turns, or until stopped appropriately.

Declined, DNR. You already have Killing intent and multiple genjutsus that do the same thing. There's no need for a Yamanaka version of this.

Description and Background: An earthworm is a tube-shaped, segmented worm commonly found living in soil, that feeds on live and dead organic matter. Its digestive system runs through the length of its body. It conducts respiration through its skin. An earthworm has a double transport system composed of coelomic fluid that moves within the fluid-filled coelom and a simple, closed blood circulatory system. It has a central and a peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system consists of two ganglia above the mouth, one on either side, connected to a nerve cord running back along its length to motor neurons and sensory cells in each segment. Large numbers of chemoreceptors are concentrated near its mouth. Circumferential and longitudinal muscles on the periphery of each segment enable the worm to move. Similar sets of muscles line the gut, and their actions move the digesting food toward the worm's anus.

Summon General Abilities: Earth worms are generally found moving through soil feeding on dead organic matter. By this, Earth related techniques become useless against Earth worms considering they have the ability to move through Soil/Earth without any repercussion. While moving through the earth, Earth worms are also capable of forming underground tunnels, which would make the upper-part of the Earth unstable. They can also sometimes emerge directly under opponents and swallowing them whole. Furthermore, When Earth worms are multilated, they don't die but instead grow another new body.

Description: After several battles, Hidan great love for Fire made him devised a technique aimed to finish his opponents. After performing the Tiger hand seal, the user will mold a large portion of their Fire chakra and then channel some of this fire chakra at base of their feet whilst condensing it. By releasing it against the ground below, the user would create a upthrust force, that would enable them to be able to propel themselves upwards in a height 7 meters. At that moment in the air, the user would then channel all their dormant fire chakra into their mouth whilst using shape manipulation simultaneously, and transforms it into a condense fire Skull. When this is done, the user would then expel out the condense fire Skull aimed at the opposing target. Just as the Fire skull gets about 1 meters towards the target, The user will manipulate it in such a way the skull would open its mouth, and swallow the target whole. Thus burning them into ashes. Furthermore, since the Fire Skull is coming downwards, it speed would be greatly enhance due to gravity.

Description: To performed this technique, The user will execute the necessary hand seals Rat → Rabbit → Dog → Tiger and mold huge part of their futon chakra whilst using shape manipulation. Thereupon, the user would cover both themselves and their opponents in a condense Wind spinning dome. Once surrounded by the spinning dome, the user will manipulate the condense spinning dome and forge out near invincible hands emitting from the dome. This invincible hands would be capable of grabing the targets from all directions (360 degrees), compressing them with great force, the target would be enable to breath and also becomes immobile.

Note:
• The dome would have a radius 5 meters
• Once the opponent is caught by hands and rendered immobile, the user can relay further punishments by manipulating the Wind dome and forge Wind spikes.
• Can be used twice per battles.
• Can only be taught by Savage.

(Jūkenpō/Fūton: Tekken no Shippuu) – Gentle Fist Style/Wind Release: Gale Fist

Description: One of the most basic weaknesses of Gentle Fist is it's raw nature, unable to withstand elemental chakra of the same level unless it possesses a greater density or an advanced shape-.. this technique has been developed to overcome said weakness. Just before executing a Gentle Fist technique and in the same timeframe a Hyuuga converts the raw chakra to wind chakra a split second before exerting it. Due to the nature given to the chakra it gains a slight cutting ability aswell as a slight gusting force behind it, potentially being even more dangerous then Gentle Fist utilized through raw chakra as the cutting ability would also deal slight cuts to the target internally or externally depending on the technique used. This technique however can only be utilized in combination with gentle fist techniques that do not require advanced shape manipulation nor the ones that possess an increased density such as the rotation techniques.
Note: Requires mastery of Gentle Fist.

Pretty simple premise, not an issue. But once converted to wind chakra it wouldn't be able to impact internal organs like gentle fist usually does.

(Ittounaki-no-Tsurugi) – Bladeless Cutter

Description: The Bladeless Cutter as a unique ōdachi or great sword of unknown origins. When sheated inside it's scabbard it appears as a regular great sword, the hilt's length being a total of 12 inches whilst the scabbard would fit a blade upto a length of a whopping 59 inches. The scabbard however, is entirely empty and no physical blade is attached to the hilt. When the wielder grabs onto the hilt and channels their chakra throughout it a blade materialized on it though entirely based of a silverish chakra appearing like a regular blade from a distance though the chakra based blade is actually intangible unable to cut any actual matter and the wielder has to continously pour their chakra into the hilt to sustain it. The Bladeless Cutter's true purpose however is quite fearsome, only capable of cutting through chakra it is unable to be stopped by a regular blade and although leaving no exterior injuries on those struck by it the victim would find part of their chakra pathway severed it. The chakra based blade is also capable of cutting through chakra based techniques by cutting them in half such as techniques of the fire/wind/lightning elements though unable to stop techniques with a solid nature such as those of the earth and water elements. When materializing the blade atop of the hilt the wielder spends the same amount of chakra as they would when performing an S-Ranked jutsu and spends additional chakra points each turn they sustain it and following the same strengths and weaknesses of a regular S-Ranked non-elemental jutsu the blade can only cut through upto one A-Ranked elemental jutsu or one S-Ranked non-elemental jutsu. Being solely chakra based and unable to cut through solid matter wielders of the Bladeless Cutter usually carry a regular blade alongside this one as it cannot be used to perform Kenjutsu based techniques either.
Note: Materializing the blade costs as a move and the user is unable to weave hand seals when sustaining it.
Note: Attempting to sever a target's chakra pathway or cut through a technique in another turn then which the blade was materialized counts as a move.

(Katon: Hi no Ame) – Fire Release: Rain of Fire

Description: The user weaves the Snake hand seal and sends their fire natured chakra into rain clouds but instead of causing the moisture within them to vaporize the user heats it up to a great extent resulting in the raindrops that fall down from the clouds attaining a boiling temperature dealing damage over time to anyone standing within the rain which has been affected by the increase in temperature. The area of clouds affected by the increase of temperature is solely upto the user, able to heat up the moisture within every single cloud above the battlefield or merely a smaller area in order to avoid standing within the boiling rain themselves. Due to the increased heat of the rain any rain release techniques used whilst this technique is active gain a boost in damage. This technique does not have to be sustained by the user as they merely heat up the moisture but therefore the time this technique is active is limited and is also quite indiscriminate even damaging the user were he to stand in the target area of the rain.
Note: Remains active for four turns before the temperature in the clouds returns to a normal degree.
Note: Any rain release techniques used whilst this is active gain a +20 damage boost.
Note: No fire release above A-Rank in the same turn or the next.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kaiyō Bumon) - Summoning Technique: Marine Division

Description: The user wipes blood on his summoning tattoo to summon three locusts each 5 meters tall. They all specialize in the water element, individually capable of using B rank and below water jutsu that do not require handseals. Working together they are at their strongest. In collaboration, these locusts can produce a large volume of water around them in the form of a giant humanoid creature controlled by the locusts that remain connected to it or else they will lose control. (A rank) It can attack using its arms and legs which can extend to reach distant targets. (Mid range normally/Long extended) The locusts can use this creature to perform water jutsu A rank and below, forming any needed handseals using its hands.

(Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Sabre) - Summoning Technique: Sabre

Description: After drawing blood and performing the needed handseals, the user summons a 3 meter tall Shoebill wearing goggles, two kunai launchers on its sides and crescent shaped blades attached to the ends of its wings and beak. He is one of a group of Shoebills called the Sabres who excel at aerial battle. His affinity is wind, allowing him to perform wind jutsu B rank and below. Sabre's most notable feature is his flying skill which makes it able to fly faster than a ninja can sprint but not by much. By emitting wind from his wings as he flies, Sabre can propel himself and greatly boost his flying speed for a short time, though still traceable by normal eyesight. (1 turn) Sabre's signature methods of attack are using the three blades he wields to slash opponents or his kunai launchers that are activated by channeling wind chakra into them. This makes them shoot a barrage of wind infused kunai at high speed, almost like bullets. (B rank/Long range)

‡ Declined ‡ A lot wrong here. You need to clarify his speed better, at most I'll allow him to fly as fast as a Sage Ranked shinobi. How does a bird use swords? and that "almost like bullets" thing needs to go. At most they can travel as fast as shot arrows.

Description: Moonbeam is a peculiar metal staff designed by a master illusionist. The pole is entirely white and 5 ft long. At the top is a 2 ft wide sphere with a perfectly smooth, mirrored surface and at the base is a triangular spike. The wielder can take anything reflected on the mirror's surface and create an illusionary projection within 30 meters of it. This is done by channeling chakra into Moonbeam's sphere which is emitted to form the projections. The projections are identical to their originals due to being reflections but the scale, quantity, and positions are up to the user. They can range from tiny objects to entire landscapes which are either projected in 3D or 2D like a screen. However, obstructing Moonbeam from the original objects will erase part or all of the projection until the obstruction is gone. The projections cannot physically interact with anything, passing through objects and appearing hollow on the inside. Another separate ability of Moonbeam allows the wielder to link his vision to the mirror and see everything reflected by it. Once either of these abilities are activated, they will be passively maintained while taking chakra from the wielder.

Declined - creating an illusion of any landscape or item through this weapon goes against so many jutsu that exist.

Description: The user forms one hand seal to concentrate his doton chakra. He then infuses it into the ground all around his area, up to long range. Using this chakra, the user is able to ensure beyond clean breaks of the ground. Meaning that something were to emerge from the ground, it would do it in a very smooth, almost mechanical way. If one were to investigate the emerging object, they would find that the edges would be as smooth as glass. They would be so smooth, infact, that anything emerging from the ground that has a direct tie to the users chakra source would emerge totally silent. This has also been seen to slightly speed up the emergence of objects.

Description:
Burning Thunder is the name of a set of two axes which are each about a foot and a half long. Inside of the handle of each axe is a rod similar to the ones which Nagato and Pain used which can be launched towards an enemy by aiming the bottom of the axe towards them. Each metal rod has a number bomb tags on them which can be detonated by the user's will (doing this is freeform). By channeling katon chakra into each of the axes and hitting them together to create a spark, the user can send the katon chakra from the axes into the sparks to increase their number, heat, power, and speed. The sparks will travel towards the direction where the sparks first appeared and expand into a wild storm of flames once they make contact with something or reach that location.

I can see this working seamlessly on things like the stone golems, the earth dragon, even the water prison (after it goes to completion) but what about things like Destructive Rising Rock Pillars or the Antilion technique?

This technique works up to S-Rankeda as it partially affects it and not as a whole.

‡ Declined ‡ While I like it, the concept here is flawed. Turning part of a technique into mist doesn't guarantee your escape and I don't see how that would work for something like a prison-type technique. The example you gave about the golem would work if it wasn't for one thing. We simply consider the golem to be infused with S-Rank chakra throughout its being. This chakra isn't spread thin along its body for many reasons. Fights would become a lot messier if something like this were to be implemented.

Description: The Vector Blade is a legendary blade that was found on Mt Myoboku, said to have been left by one of the very few travelers that had actually managed to make the journey. Aside from being able to be used as a conductor for the user's lightning or other elemental based attacks, the Vector Blade has a very special and unique ability called Vector Arrows. By slashing his blade in a specific direction, the user can create special plates shaped as black arrows called Vector Plates. These plates send anything that touches them or comes within the space that they occupy into the direction that the arrows are pointing. If used on actual people, such as the user, it doesn't increase their speed however it allows for quick "dash" like movement in the specified direction, even if lateral, it is comparable to being boosted by a powerful gust of wind. The blade is 130 cm's long and the hilt is 30.

Description: A Sound Genjutsu which is fairly simple in nature. Through the formation of two hand seals, and a simple whistle, the user would induce the opponent in a Genjutsu. Within the Genjutsu, the opponent would feel the effects of being extremely anxious, to the point of struggling to form hand seals and profuse sweating. They would struggle to focus on the situation at hand. A phenomenon based upon the research on Binaural Beats, by resonating two different frequencies, one in each ear, causing an entirely different frequency to be created. This frequency then has various effects on the human body. However, this effect only occurs in the Genjutsu, in reality, the opponent is immobilized with the thought that his anxiety is real.

Declined. Reasoning and description you give make this an actual technique, not a genjutsu (apart from the fact that you say it's a genjutsu). In case of genjutsu, these is generic and has been made in so many ways. I'd suggest making an actual jutsu of this, not a genjutsu.

Description: The user releases their Wind chakra from mouth or through hand movements (short ranged release when used in either of these forms), from the skies above, or send their chakra into the ground and cause it to emerge from the ground at a specific position. This releases what appears to be little light-green rain drops (ranging from 3-10 inches in size) which are extremely sharp and naturally fast due to the nature of Wind, and the way they are shaped, being extremely slimline. As these little rain-drops of Wind form, the user would add his Fire chakra into them, causing them to become extremely heated. Their colour would change into one extremely similar to the colour given off by '( Katon: Onidōrō ) - Fire Release: Demon Lantern', giving off a yellowish colour as the light-green and red from the Fire chakra mix together. Upon colliding with any other jutsu, regardless of whether it's Energy, or Matter based, the Rain drops would explode outward, releasing heated Wind which has blowing force with the addition of scalding effects. The jutsu is designed to always explode in the direction of the point of contact with the foreign chakra. Due to their size, each outburst of heated Wind would be quite small but since they always rain down/travel as a group of heated wind 'raindrops' the damage is done is nothing but. Moreover, the addition of Fire also allows the jutsu to travel towards bodies of heat which do not belong to the user, making this a double edged sword if used in a fight alongside allies.

This seems like a straightforward attack that you have no control over once aimed/released (the instant you move onto adding in your katon chakra, this jutsu is no longer in your control) unless you have Yin/Yang. Also, is there any way for the opponent to detect these?

Description: Having seen the creation of many tornado based Wind techniques which simply emerge from the sky, Roy decided to take the concept and further develop it further. With the release of his chakra into the area around him, the user of this jutsu would create a horizontal tornado which at short range would have a cone like shape, with the base being open and the area closest to him being the spike. Upon its creation, the jutsu would be sent flying forwards, allowing the natural speed of Wind to take it at great speeds despite its size. Although it is able to simply smash into the opponent and deal blunt damage. However, the main of this jutsu is to counter projectiles/other jutsus which aren't stream-based sent towards the user. Should a projectile/or a non-stream based jutsu of any kind be sent towards the user, with the use of this technique, the user is able use this technique and have the object/jutsu go into the tornado through the base, where its momentum is slowly slowed down as it travels further down into the tornado due the way the inside of the tornado is spiralling in a forward direction. Once it's close to reaching the end, the end of the tornado (end closest to the user) would burst forwards, taking with it whatever has been slowed down and forced to spiral in the direction of the tornado. Doing this will allow the user to defend against A-ranked Water/Earth/Wind (basically anything matter based which isn't strong against Wind] jutsus whilst adding +15 damage to this jutsu as it increases the concussive force/create a cutting effect upon striking the opponent. However, this jutsu can also be used to simply counter other jutsus of equal rank, according to the strengths and weaknesses of Wind.
~ Can only be taught by Erzo. Usable three times per battle, with a two turn wait after each usage. No other Wind jutsu above S-ranked can be used within the same turn as this.

Description: The technique is initiated with a performance of a single hand seal, Ram, and release of a great amount of doton chakra around and beneath the ground where opponent it standing. With application of basic processes of manipulation onto the chakra, user would cause for the ground where chakra was sent to spiral inwards and break apart in a similar manner in which it happens whilst using Earth Release: Tearing Earth Turning Palm. However, in this case, as soon as they send forth the pulse of Doton chakra, user would release Katon chakra where he previously released his earth one, materializing vast amounts of flammable gas around and within the broken earth. Interesting feature to the technique comes in place in case when the opponent uses a technique which is based on Lightning release. The heat and the sparks which are emitted due to the lightning would cause for gas to ignite causing for arousing of a massive explosion which reaches up to short range around the epicenter of it.

When the ash streams come in contact with any foreign object, provided it has tangibility, they "push" away the object, while burning it and forming an explosion, which spans up to short range. The explosion is always angled away from the user, so that he doesn't get himself affected by it. The streams are guided by mental commands, and the user can form up to 4 streams and collectively they will always amount to the power of an A-Rank. The user can use the solid ash streams so as to propel himself away from the ground, however he can manipulate them in such a way that they don't explode when they come in contact with the ground, but rather only burn the ground.

Description:
The user sends out his chakra up-to mid range all around him, the user manipulates the earth to make an under ground to surface syringe out of earth. This is done by having the user create large pores on the surface and condense the earth in certain areas underground, forming the shape of a syringe. This earth is also coated with the users chakra all the way to the surface, except the pores on the surface, giving extra strength, seal ability and helps guide water into the cavities. When water is present over the earth and pores the water completes the seal and the user moves a large section of earth further underground causing a decrease in pressure which leads the water to become unstable and be sucked into the cavities above ground and pulled below ground, this is further accelerated by the users chakra and gravity. The size of the syringe depends on the users manipulation of the earth and how much water needs to be absorbed. Essentially if the user wanted he could absorb even large water techniques that rival large bodies of water. The user can then force the lowered chunk of rock back up, forcing the mass of water back up and out of the cavities. However this time the user eliminates the above ground layer of chakra so when the water raises up it bursts through the earth sending debris flying everywhere and the water aswell. Due to the nature of the jutsu, only water jutsu that touch the ground are affected.

At the same time, the stream of fire is then manipulated to come back down to the ground forming a wide wall that blocks the opponent from seeing the user and the user from seeing the opponent. This acts as a sort of distraction as the user is still continuing the stream which moves underground before turning into two separate snake like entities of fire that erupt from underground, to surprise the opponent and attacks them. The flaming snake entities give off scorching burns on contact and can set the opponent on fire burning them to death. They can also follow the opponent around at the intent of the user upto a max of mid range. Although the user is hindered from his inability to see, making it harder to hit the opponent.

Attached to the top of the chains are 4 duck like birds each B rank in strength and together S rank. They are composed of focused lightning and do not have a tangible form. These ducks can fly around and go under ground with input from the user via the chains connected to them from under ground, thus the user must remain onto the ground. These ducks are capable of easily cutting through earthly/wood objects and so are their attached chains. If a bird strikes the opponent, it is capable of paralysing the opponent for a short time although if more than 1 bird hits the opponent, the affects do not stack. If the chains connecting the ducks are severed, the ducks dissipate and the happens if the user were to go airborne. The user can only use raiton and basic ninjutsu fields as long as the jutsu is active.

Description: The user starts by channelling his lightning chakra into one or both of his hands. Using shape manipulation, they can release the lightning chakra in the form of a chainsaw. The length of the chainsaw blade (which is in a triangle) extends up to a maximum of a meter length. When the lightning blades rotate like a machine, it creates a loud strained-bird chirp-like sound. The blades when they rotate, they do so at such a high speed, that the temperature of the blades increase, to do more damage. Hōndochā is an extremely powerful and devastating melee weapon in close quarters combat. A single strike can penetrate through solids as butter, being able to slice through the toughest metals or jutsus [all depending on the Elemental S&W]. Hōndochā in most cases is fatal — as the blade passes through the body, the innards of the body are burned and cauterized by the temperatures produced by the blades. Survival is minimal at best and in the case of non-vital organs being stabbed with the energy, proper medical treatment must be applied as soon as possible to ensure long term survival.

The Hoatzin are pheasant-sized while as eggs, with a total length of 65 centimeters (26 in). Hatching in a toxic strong stench, with a long neck and small head. The hoatzin is an herbivore, eating leaves and fruit, and has an unusual digestive system with an enlarged crop used for fermentation of vegetable matter, in a manner broadly analogous to the digestive system of mammalian ruminants. There known to being in tune with the nature as even called the 'gardens stabilizers'. This is a noisy species, with a variety of hoarse calls, including groans, croaks, hisses and grunts. These calls are even often associated with body movements, such as wing spreading. Calls are used to maintain contact between individuals in groups, warn of threats and intruders.

Description: This technique fundamentally revolves around the fusion of two very simple ninjutsu concepts, the Transformation technique as well as the Shadow Clone technique, the amalgamation giving rise to a far more complex technique. Initiated with a simple hand gesture, the user is able to release an innately non-damaging raw chakra pulse, that is omnidirectional in nature and rather transparent, maybe slightly translucent(bluish hue). This pulse of chakra has a mid-range reach. The primary purpose of this pulse is to utilise the raw chakra as a means of infusion with other objects. Objects could range from rocks on the battlefield, to even ninja weapons, to even techniques, logically speaking. The infusion of one’s raw chakra into the aforementioned object serves a simple purpose; through the influx of chakra, the user is able to apply the Transformation technique to it, transmuting it into anything the user desires, provided that it is a sentient creature. That is to say, inanimate objects may not be created. This can range from animals to even human; of course, this is merely the physical aspect, and would not serve to create an exact replica, merely the exterior and basic anatomical traits. Needless to say, the size of these transformed objects may also vary, though the maximum size(a rough gauge) would be that of the Great Stone Golem technique. Also, a maximum of 3 objects may be infused with a single usage, though of course, the scale of all the transformations would be equivalent to an S-rank technique. The physical appearance aside, the infusion of raw chakra would also serve to animate the sentient creations, giving life to it, much like a real shadow clone. As a result, the sentient creatures, apart from having realistic exteriors, would also be capable of moving independently of the user, and attacking separately. They move at the same speed as the user. This ultimately means that the transmuted creations are very akin to shadow clones of the user. Another similar point between this and shadow clones is that the animated creations are capable of using techniques, utilising the chakra source bequeathed to them by the user. This would of course, count as a move. Due to the highly advanced nature of this technique’s raw chakra usage, the raw chakra actually plays on equal terms with elemental chakra. The transformed objects’ transformation, unlike its parent technique, is far more durable and would require for the entire object to be destroyed/chakra to be neutralised in order for it to wear off. The transformed objects have the ability to reach up to long-range, though the pulse may only reach till mid. Also, it is worth noting that while the transformed object may take on whatever material it chooses, its primary construction material is raw chakra, and as such does not entail any special elemental interactions. That is to say, one could transform a rock into a metal golem, but the golem would still interact as raw chakra, and not as ‘Steel Release’.

Description: This technique revolves around the creation of ash particles within earthen sources, such as the ground, and the like. This includes KG/CE variants of the Earth element. With a single hand seal, the user is able to form numerous small particles of ash inside the bodies of these substances. This particles would occupy the spaces within these sources, both internally and externally. On the surface, these substances would not change much, and opponents would barely be able to feel the change. The surfaces that may be affected can range from anywhere from short-long range, but the maximum radius for the creation of ash is within a 5 meter radius. Taking into account the characteristics of ash, the ash that is formed would be highly flammable and even explosive. As such, upon ignition by means of fire, lightning, or friction, the ash spread around the earthen source would violently erupt in flames, burning everything standing atop the earth source, or near it. These flames constitute as an S-rank attack, regardless of the magnitude of the source of ignition. Alternatively, the user may also manually cause the ash to explode, though this constitutes as an additional move. In addition, this technique may also have implications on other techniques that come from the earthen source in which this ash is created and stored. Techniques that originate from the source material, such as earth techniques emerging from the ground, would gain an additional +20 damage, due to the ash amalgamating with the earth techniques, giving it the ability to deal some smouldering damage as well as greater impact from the additional ash. This technique may be used to create ash within any earthen source, including earthen techniques, though techniques that require constant fuelling of chakra would be rendered null due to the usage of another technique.

Description: This is a technique that revolves around the mist variant of Water Release, and also incorporates certain principles from the Water Release: Grudge Rain technique. The user activates an ability which allows him to infuse additional water chakra into all his future water techniques. As a result, subsequent water techniques used would emerge with an additional property; upon emergence, they would be cloaked in a thick veil of mist, akin to that of the Hiding in Mist technique. The ‘opague’ mist, chock full of chakra, would not only hinder the naked eye, but also confuse advanced chakra sensors. This is done by infusing additional chakra into the water technique, thereby causing it to emerge with an additional layer of water that is similar to that of the Grudge Rain technique; this water is then rapidly vapourised, leading to the envelopment of the emerging water technique in a thick veil of mist, that is composed of water droplets(with the characteristics of the Grudge Rain technique) suspended in air. Ultimately, the additional cloak of mist around the emergent water technique serves several purposes. Firstly, the mist helps to obscure the opponent’s vision, though this could prove to be a double-edged sword, as the user’s vision would also be obscured. This could be potentially dangerous in conjunction with sneak attacks. Secondly, the mist, being composed primarily of chakra-absorbing water, would seemingly serve to provide added protection for the water technique. Techniques that pass through the veil in attempts to combat the technique would be drained of their chakra, resulting in a -20 in damage output. Hence, this grants water techniques an advantage in combat. Moreover, this absorbing of chakra may also benefit the user; should the user be in contact with the mist, any absorbed chakra would be transferred to the user, enabling the user to replenish his chakra. The amount of chakra received is basically half of the original technique’s required sum. That is to say, draining a B-rank technique would produce an additional 10 chakra. Of course, the mist does not provide much in the way of damage, as it lacks corporeality. This effect may be applied on all water techniques, be it projectile techniques to sentient creation techniques(such as the Water Dragon Bullet technique). It is worth noting that the mist is not something that is strictly attached to the water technique; it is more so a trail of mist, that is continuously produced as the water technique travels. As a result, it leaves behind a rather aesthetically pleasing effect - projectile techniques would seemingly be succeeded by a trail of mist(note that this trail of mist has the same chakra absorbing property, despite not being directly tied to the water technique). The created mist is certainly not permanent; it is only capable of draining the chakra of one technique, before dispersing, and if no such draining occurs, the mist would simply remain there for two turns, before dispersing a well. Activating this ability is instant and this is because the technique does not do anything independently and is unable of causing harm.

Description: Deprived from the Assimilate All Creation Technique, The user will inject his chakra into an already existing earth technique, or infuse it with a technique that is already being created (an activation based technique). This technique grants its fellow earth-based jutsu the ability, on touch, to take on the earthy material it has subjective itself to. This technique can turn a solid rock jutsu, into a muddy jutsu if it makes contact with that kind of earthy substance, or even vice versa, turning any muddy jutsu and harden it if it makes contact with a solid substance of earth. These substances can include anything earthly, such as dust, mud, sand grains, etc. This jutsu helps self prepare the user for future techniques by taking advantage of the earth technique new bodily structure. Also, a concern might be, that if a solid technique (such as a earth golem) was to make contact with a muddy substance, the golem will still retain its size, strength, and structure, however, his body will be composed of condensed mud, similar to the Earth Release: Mud wolves technique (less harder then regular stone rock), everything in size, strength, and structure is the same, the composition is just different, compressing the light material to retain its shape, and how the technique attacks effect the opponent will also be different, corresponding with the earthly material it came into contact with. This applies to earth techniques with shape manipulation, or techniques with less of an advance shape. This jutsu can be used on natural earthly material, or an earth technique (of the users, an ally, or an opponents, but when contacting with an opponents technique, the original technique must be able to overpower the opponents technique in rank to take on its composition, even when doing so, the original rank of the technique will be lowered by one rank.) Just like its composition that changes, the earth will also retain the abilities, strength, and weaknesses that the technique material mimics. The activation of this technique if requested, is instantly, and lasts up to four turns. The reason for its instant activation is because it basically does no harm or effect until an earth object has touched and injected its chakra. Works on mainly all earth jutsus, or jutsus that have some sort of solid composition (mud). This jutsu can be used on earth techniques that are already in contact with mud, however, the user would need to inject this technique's chakra into the earth technique for it to change (So won't be an activation).

At least 50% of what's written here needs to go and you need to re-write this completely. Make the two disticnt usages clear. This can be used on a existing technique or this can be used as an activation technique. Preferably split them into two paragraphs but that isn't necessary. Mud-based techniques will only turn into solid ones if they come into contact with solid rock (not dust, debris or anything like that).

Techniques like Tag Hiding Technique, hiding in a rock, etc will be completely rendered useless, due to the chakra preventing people from phasing physically in. A great defense to prevent most stealth attacks. Despite its great defensive purpose, it does not extend to S/T phasing (Obito ability). ‡ Declined ‡ This is kind of cool but it won't work in the way you imagine. This is B-Ranked raw chakra, meaning its on par with C-Rank and below elemental techniques. Techniques with a higher rank than this (pretty much every worthwhile one is above C/B-Rank) would be unaffected by this. The extraction bit is a copy of a canon technique, so I'm not sure if I'll allow that. I suppose it can be a byproduct of your technique's use (so you can't control what you want to extract, everything inside another medium will surface whether you want it to or not). This has to be at least A-Ranked but I recommend S-Rank. Choose between them, I won't allow for this to be multi-ranked. Just to clarify, if you make this S-Ranked this will only affect A-Rank and below elemental techniques, S-Rank and below non-elemental ones.

Description: This technique is based off of the natural occurrence, for when which things that erect out of the ground, or from solid matters, will naturally have dust and/or debris pick up around the construct. The user will either, forcefully inject their fire chakra into that dust, or beforehand activate this ability (instant activation due to it being stand alone, and does not grant ability until another tech is used that works with it), to apply to all logical structures that erect out of the ground (Both KG and CE alike, example could be wood, earth, etc). The process that occurs, will allow the dust like particles to forcefully heat up, with composition from fire chakra, it will turn this dust into regular, fire-style ash. The ash will be dark in color and extremely hot, able to conflict third degree burns, and be set by external methods or techniques to explode violently. The amount of dust created, is logical to the technique that it corresponded with, a small spike might be able to produce a rather small amount of ash, while a much larger pillar of earth, will produce much more ash, and the explosion will be equivalent to the size of the structure it rose out of, a ten meter pillar, would have a ten meter large explosion, so on and so fourth. The ash will freely linger around the atmosphere, and/or ground. It can not be manipulated no more, but it can be used as a source of explosion, creating other ash based techniques, or combination purposes. This technique does not add onto damage, it simply creates ash, the structure or medium used to provide the ash, will remain stable and have the same sort of effects as it was meant to have.

Description: Niji no Rekuiemu(Requiem of Rainbows) is a special scarf which is said to have been created by the Gods themselves. At first the scarf gives you the idea of a normal looking one, but it's secret stands in it's composition. It's composed of a super light, flexible and nearly indestructible material. The scarf itself has many abilities. Firstly, because of it's composition, the scarf can stretch up to Mid Range. The scarf is permeated by some lines, which act as a medium to transfer chakra from the user to the scarf. The user, by transferring chakra to the scarf, can make the scarf edges very sharp, strong and thin, which can cut easily through human flesh. It can also be used to protect the user against incoming weapon projectiles and D rank attacks by changing the form of the scarf to a shield like structure, thanks to it's composition. Another usage is that it can trap incoming opponents while in mid-air by turning into a net-like shape structure. The best and most useful ability of this scarf is that is can be enlaced by any elemental release, basically covering and turning itself into fire,earth,wind,lighting and water. But it can only do such, meaning it can't shoot projectiles or perform any elemental attack. The damage the scarf can cause in any of it's elemental form varies depending on how much chakra the user puts into it, starting from D-rank to S-rank. The user, to prevent damaging himself, surrounds the palm he is holding the scarf with a thick layer chakra, so that the elements used in the scarf won't hurt him.

Note: Can only be used by Exōn.

Description: The user uses either of both hands he has free and pulls in the 2 last fingers, the pinkie and the ring finger into his palm. He extends the other two(middle and index fingers) and simply bends them at the first knuckle creating a space between both of those fingers. The user pulls the thumb inwards, also bent. In that pose the user starts charging chakra into either hands, while with shape manipulation he creates a line of chakra in the hook created by the space between the middle and index finger, which looks like a bow. The chakra connects to the thumb from high up and from below the pinkie, until it creates a small string like shape. The rest of the palm starts glowing bright in chakra and then starts changing shape into a very small bolt made out of compressed chakra, which can be fired in any form just by releasing the "string" with his thumb. The bolt will fly towards the enemy in great speed. The bolt, when released, will use every bit of the chakra the user put into it. Before the bolt of compressed chakra hits the opponent, the highly compressed chakra is released, resulting in a big explosion.

Description: Niji no Rekuiemu(Requiem of Rainbows) is a special scarf which is said to have been created by the Gods themselves. At first the scarf gives you the idea of a normal looking one, but it's secret stands in it's composition. It's composed of a super light, flexible and nearly indestructible material. The scarf itself has many abilities. Firstly, because of it's composition, the scarf can stretch up to Mid Range. The scarf is permeated by some lines, which act as a medium to transfer chakra from the user to the scarf. The user, by transferring chakra to the scarf, can make the scarf edges very sharp, strong and thin, which can cut easily through human flesh. It can also be used to protect the user against incoming weapon projectiles and D rank attacks by changing the form of the scarf to a shield like structure, thanks to it's composition. Another usage is that it can trap incoming opponents while in mid-air by turning into a net-like shape structure. The best and most useful ability of this scarf is that is can be enlaced by any elemental release, basically covering and turning itself into fire,earth,wind,lighting and water. But it can only do such, meaning it can't shoot projectiles or perform any elemental attack. The damage the scarf can cause in any of it's elemental form varies depending on how much chakra the user puts into it. The user can keep the scarf covered with a S-Rank element active for only one turn, with an A-Rank for 2 turns, B-Rank for 3 turns and the lowered ranks for as much time as the user sees fit. If the user switches between elements, he has to switch to a lower rank of the previous element, regardless of it's nature. The user, to prevent damaging himself, surrounds the palm he is holding the scarf with a thick layer chakra, so that the elements used in the scarf won't hurt him.

Note: Can only be used by Exōn.
Note: The lines act as an indicator when the user transfers elemental chakra through them. The lines turn green for wind, red for fire, blue for water, brown for earth and cyan for lightning. This kinda gives the opponent a warning of what the user will use next.
Note: When the scarf is covered in any of the five elements, it needs one turn cool down to switch to another.
Note: The user cannot keep the the scarf covered in any of the elements more than one turn.
Note: The user cannot do perform more than 2 of his scarf's special abilities in one turn.

‡ Declined ‡ I really don't like the variable ranks in this and I'm not too fond of the ability to infuse any and every elemental chakra into your scarf. You need to give weapon a more unique set of abilities until I'd consider approving this.

Description: The user uses either of both hands he has free and pulls in the 2 last fingers, the pinkie and the ring finger into his palm. He extends the other two(middle and index fingers) and simply bends them at the first knuckle creating a space between both of those fingers. The user pulls the thumb inwards, also bent. In that pose the user starts charging wind chakra into either hands, while with shape manipulation he creates a line of chakra in the hook created by the space between the middle and index finger, which looks like a slingshot turned backwards. The wind chakra connects to the thumb from high up and from below the pinkie, until it creates a small string like shape. The rest of the palm starts glowing bright in chakra and then starts changing shape into a very small bolt made out of compressed wind chakra, which can be fired in any form just by releasing the "string" with his thumb. The bolt, when released, will use every bit of the chakra the user put into it. Before the bolt of compressed wind chakra hits the opponent, the highly compressed wind chakra is released, resulting in a big wind "explosion".

Note: Can only be used 2 times per battle.
