(Hijutsu no Aburame: Gaijo no Zaigo) - Aburame Secret Technique: Removal of Sin

Description On the users command or simply because the aburame's kikaichu are self active, the aburame bugs will, being connected to the users chakra flow, know when their hosts chakra flow is interrupted. They will simply proceed to suck any foreign chakra from the hosts body or from a friend's body (After having correctly figured their friend is in a Genjutsu) with extreme precision; (Ninpo: Mushi Genjutsu) - Ninja Art: Insect Illusion Technique is a technique that can be compared to this one in the sense of sucking chakra from a ninjas body. Having trained with Aburame bugs and several Aburame members, having sparred with Uchiha's, developed this concept in order to defend against their never-ending stock of Genjutsu. The Kikaichu, after having sucked the foreign chakra from the selected system, will proceed to unlatch from the target and die.
Note: Can't be used to suck an opponent's chakra at all
Note: The Kikaichu have been proven to be self reliable when protecting its host, so there's no need to command them to perform this action unless it's relieving their friend from a Genjutsu.
Note: Requires extreme control, therefore this technique can't be used with any other Aburame jutsu in the same turn.
Note: Must wait 2 turns in between uses

Approved. Added a note that it must be stated in the biography as it is an 'automatic' counter. Note that this one will not work if you use a previous that in any way renders you unable to use S-rank. For example, if you have are unable to use S-rank in the next turn, you will not be able to use this as a defense, as your restricted your chakra flow due to the power of another custom.

(Aburame no Jitsu: Ubuge Shindou) - Aburame Secret Technique: Soft Impact

Description Aburame, not being well-versed in either Genjutsu or Taijutsu, sought of other ways in order to defend against something they weren't good at. Taijutsu is definitely not a field an Aburame would have practiced a lot, so they made up for the inability to defend with their bugs. If a user is unable to defend against an incoming physical contact from an opponent or object, their Kikaichu will act on their own accord and proceed to branch out in the incoming direction of attack and meet the attack head on. Using their ability to track and notice chakra, as well as swarm, the Kikaichu will intercept the blow or object by bending around the object while stringing themselves together with chakra to act as a kind of net. This net forcefully slows or completely blocks an incoming attack while greatly softening it, rendering it useless or slowed. If the attack is slowed, it will be enough so the user can maneuver out of the way of attack, moving to safety.
Note: If the user is unable to defend properly from an attack, the Kikaichu bugs will act on their own
Note: The bugs can defend from attacks that would be outside the users tractability, but will follow the S&W of Aburame jutsu

I have permission from Serpent to resubmit his Body of Storm Technique with added modifications( .) Here's the original technique:

(Ranton: Shinjouran) Storm Release: Body of Storm

Description: The user will push all of his Ranton based Chakra out of his body forming a bright aura around the user. This aura takes shape of Ancient Battle Armor that is semi-transparent. This drastically increases the users ability to use Storm Element, allowing the user to use stronger Storm based techniques then normal. Because of the Ranton Armor the user is able to achieve greater speed in similar fashion to "Raiton Armor", however this only allows the user to move at half speed compared to "Raiton Armor". Thanks to the speed gained by this technique, Taijutsu becomes more efficient. Not only allowing for faster delivery of Taijutsu, but an increase in strength as well. Ranton Armor seems like an excellent technique, but it has it's drawbacks. The amount of output needed for the Ranton makes it impassable for the user to use other element bases, the user can only use Ranton based Ninjutsu and Taijutsu during this mode. Upon deactivation of this mode the user will feel totally drain. As a side effect, the user will feel dizzy and move at half their normal speed because of the lack of chakra and the strain on the users body.
Notes:
-Last 5 turns.
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Only Ranton and Taijutsu during this Mode.
-User moves at half speed for 2 turns after Jutsu.
-No S-ranks for two turns after this Jutsu.
-No Ranton Rest of Battle after this mode is deactivated.

Description: The user will focus his chakra deep within themselves forming it into Ranton before pushing it fourth from there body. This creates a semi-transparent chakra shroud that, with the use of advanced shape manipulation, forms into a full body armor of Ranton.This drastically increases the users ability to use Ranton, allowing the user to produce it's nature faster and without the need of hand seals. In similar fashion to "Raiton Armor", This technique increases the user speed drastically, however this only allows the user to move at half the speedincreased compared to "Raiton Armor". Thanks to the speed gained by this technique, Taijutsu becomes more efficient. Not only allowing for faster delivery of Taijutsu, but an increase in strength as well. The user will become immune to B-ranked Raiton and B-ranked Suiton or lower, while being completely unaffected by Ranton techniquesThis seems like an excellent technique, but it has it's drawbacks. The constant focus needed to maintain this technique drains at the users chakra supply while also preventing them from utilize elements outside of Suiton, Raiton and Ranton. Lastly, because of the vast amounts of chakra being withheld against their body the user will continue to take small amounts of electrical damage ultimately affecting there performance one the technique ends. This will cause the user to feel dizzy and drained. Causing their movements to become slower, equal to that of a ninja 2 ranks lower then themselves while not being able to use powerful techniques for a short time.
Notes:
-Can only be used once per battle.
-Cannot use Raiton or Suiton 2 turns after use.
-Cannot use Ranton for 3 turns after use.
-The user will feel drained for 2 turns after use.

‡ Declined ‡ You can't resubmit someone else's technique for them lol. As restricted as the storm armour is, I don't think you should attempt to update it. Such things are no longer approved and when you re-submit things they're liable to being revoked entirely.

Description: The user channels a strong, yet precise amount of wind chakra to their blade while gripping the handle and while still in the scabbard. This technique has two variants of usage. The first, the user will draw there sword and high speeds, but using shape manipulation and control, the user will stop drawing the blade when its ¾ out. This will create a linear burst of wind chakra to be launch in a path. This is sent behind of a fire technique, which could enhance the technique. This can also below back an enemy from the user one range away. The second application of this technique the user with is sword already drawn, will begin to sheathe it back into his scabard and then using his wind chakra, the user creates a liner vacuum path, and allows him to draw the target closer to him. This allows the user to bring enemies from mid-range into short range; roughly 6 meters from the user.

*Both applications can only be use once per battle*

✦ Declined, first part makes little sense; if the sword isn't fully unsheathed then how and why would a burst of chakra be released like you say? Furthermore, this not only resembles one of Cali's sword jutsu, but also other kenjutsu attacks I've seen that release blades of chakra when unsheathed. DNR ✦

A fonic glyph of flame appears underneath the user and he once again leaps into the air, this time surrounded by fiery energy in the shape of a phoenix, hitting the opponent repeatedly performing a 16 sword combo

(Fūton/Katon: Aiorosu `Ikari ) - Wind/Fire Release: Aeolus' Wrath

Description: The user releases their Wind chakra from mouth or through hand movements (short ranged release when used in either of these forms), from the skies above, or send their chakra into the ground and cause it to emerge from the ground at a specific position. This releases what appears to be little light-green rain drops (ranging from 3-10 inches in size) which are extremely sharp and naturally fast due to the nature of Wind, and the way they are shaped, being extremely slimline. As these little rain-drops of Wind form, the user would add his Fire chakra into them, causing them to become extremely heated. Their colour would change into one extremely similar to the colour given off by '( Katon: Onidōrō ) - Fire Release: Demon Lantern', giving off a yellowish colour as the light-green and red from the Fire chakra mix together. Upon colliding with any other jutsu, regardless of whether it's Energy, or Matter based, the Rain drops would explode outward, releasing heated Wind which has blowing force with the addition of scalding effects. The jutsu is designed to always explode in the direction of the point of contact with the foreign chakra. Due to their size, each outburst of heated Wind would be quite small but since they always rain down/travel as a group of heated wind 'raindrops' the damage is done is nothing but. Moreover, the addition of Fire also allows the jutsu to travel towards bodies of heat which do not belong to the user, making this a double edged sword if used in a fight alongside allies.

‡ Declined ‡ Aside from being beyond weird, I have a few problems with this. I don't allow wind techniques to be created from the ground. How does this last four turns? Doesn't seem like that type of jutsu. This seems like a straightforward attack that you have no control over once aimed/released (the instant you move onto adding in your katon chakra, this jutsu is no longer in your control) unless you have Yin/Yang. Also, is there any way for the opponent to detect these?

Removed being able to use it from the ground and four turns thing.

‡ Declined ‡ The bit you added is a little more than cosmetic if these drops are created from the sky. The opponent needs to be able to detect these via means other than sight. I can remove the usage from the sky and approve this or you can find another way to make this detectable.

Description: Having seen the creation of many tornado based Wind techniques which simply emerge from the sky, Roy decided to take the concept and further develop it further. With the release of his chakra into the area around him, the user of this jutsu would create a horizontal tornado which at short range would have a cone like shape, with the base being open and the area closest to him being the spike. Upon its creation, the jutsu would be sent flying forwards, allowing the natural speed of Wind to take it at great speeds despite its size. Although it is able to simply smash into the opponent and deal blunt damage. However, the main of this jutsu is to counter projectiles/other jutsus which aren't stream-based sent towards the user. Should a projectile/or a non-stream based jutsu of any kind be sent towards the user, with the use of this technique, the user is able use this technique and have the object/jutsu go into the tornado through the base, where its momentum is slowly slowed down as it travels further down into the tornado due the way the inside of the tornado is spiralling in a forward direction. Once it's close to reaching the end, the end of the tornado (end closest to the user) would burst forwards, taking with it whatever has been slowed down and forced to spiral in the direction of the tornado. Doing this will allow the user to defend against A-ranked Water/Earth/Wind (basically anything matter based which isn't strong against Wind] jutsus whilst adding +15 damage to this jutsu as it increases the concussive force/create a cutting effect upon striking the opponent. However, this jutsu can also be used to simply counter other jutsus of equal rank, according to the strengths and weaknesses of Wind.
~ Can only be taught by Erzo. Usable three times per battle, with a two turn wait after each usage. No other Wind jutsu above S-ranked can be used within the same turn as this.

‡ Declined ‡ Coloured bit makes no sense. Ok no, this is simply unreasonable. +15 damage to anything that's sent back at the opponent? Is your technique weakened in the slightest in such "clashes"? Or does your attack become an S-Rank Wind + an attack up to A-Rank boosted by 15 damage? I don't see myself personally approving this.

(Ototon: Jentoruekō) - Sound Release: Gentle Echo
Type: Defensive/Supplementary

Description: A sound jutsu versed in it's defensive abilities, Gentle Echo allows the user protection from specific techniques. The user must first focus on the vibrational frequency of the opposing jutsu, having done that then releases Sound either through a clap, or via the mouth, creating a sound of equal frequency, mimicking the incoming form(s) of energy/chakra. By altering it's vibrational frequency and mimicking that of the opponents jutsu, the sound is able to displace the incoming form of energy, allowing the two to clash and nullify each other, leaving nothing behind but dispersed energy. This jutsu is able to defend against Wind/Fire/Lightning, and other elements of that nature, and anything which is Energy-based, as long as it is created using chakra (so can't use this against SM) of equal rank. But it would not be able to handle the physical attributes that come with Water/Earth based techniques.
~ Can only be taught by Erzo and is usable three times per battle, with a turn between each usage. Within the same turn, the user is not able to use other Sound techniques of S-rank and higher. It can only nullify up to A-rank wind due to the elemental disadvantage.

Description: After performing two hand-seals (dog -> snake), the user slams his hand on the ground and spawn three moles underneath the targets feet in which they coat their heads in earth chakra and rotate upward from the ground, and crash into the target, launching the target into the air from the blunt force. After they attack, the moles will burrow underground, ready to launch another attack. Alternatively, the user can perform this by himself but, he has to be underground before-hand through the Hiding-like a mole technique.

Notes:
-Can only be used by the moles and those who have signed the contract.
-When the head is coated, it forms a helmet that resembles Excadrill’s jagged helmet.
-Can be used up to four times.

The saw attack is merely a feint for the actual attack. The orbs are then discharged, each forming a pillar of lightning energy that is shot from underneath and violently shocking the target (s). When performing it in of the wolf transformations, the user will launch a single large ‘handball’ at the target while rolling. The ball will explode with whatever it comes into contact with.

( Shikkyaku Rensei) – Falling Drill

Description: The user and his ninken will jump into the air while building up massive amounts of water chakra and then spin furiously. They then release and combine that chakra, and shape it into a massive drill-like vortex of water with two additional drills facing in opposite directions, as well as smaller ones on the sides. The drills’ tips take on the form of the sharp protrusion on Excadrill’s head except it is extended (3 meters long). They will then dive downward or launch forward, depending on where the target(s) is and crash into them. The drills are strong enough to tear through a large summoning’s tail without losing its momentum.

Notes:
-Can only be used twice with a two turn break in between usages.
-Requires at least two ninken to use this
-Must use the four-legged technique beforehand
-Can’t use Inuzuka and Water techniques for two turns

✦ Both Declined, as far as I'm aware, Inuzuka dogs can't use elemental affinities. If this is different, show me proof and I'll recheck these but I'm almost 100% sure they cannot ✦

(Moukinrui no Kuchiyose: Namazu) – Raptor Summoning: Namazu
Type: Summon
Rank: S

Description: Namazu is an average sized raptor, smaller than most and too small for the user to stand upon but he is no less than any other raptor as Namazu possesses a unique affinity towards the earth element, capable of hardening his wings or beak to a great extent similair to that of the Hardening Technique in order to strike his target with a strength equal to that of an A-Ranked earth technique literally cladding said parts with a layer of solid rock. Namazu also possesses the ability to literally dive into solid earth, merging with it much like the Hiding in Rock technique, leaving the earth undisturbed whilst 'flying' throughout it at the same speed he flies through the air whilst being aware of whatever is happening on the surface of the earth, preying upon his target and he can fly through earth techniques of B-Rank and below by merging with them as he does so and thus this diving ability counts as an A-Ranked earth technique. Namazu is able to execute his hardening ability whilst merged with the earth allowing him to strike his target as he emerges from the ground.

Note: Utilizing Namazu's hardening technique counts to one of the summoner's three moves per turn and is an A-Ranked earth technique.

‡ Declined ‡ The hardening technique, despite it's name, doesn't harden anything. It just coats the user in a layef or rock so remove any reverences to the wings becoming harder. The weight of the rocky material surrounding the bird would obviously take a toll on it so you need to account for that in your description. The merging ability would work on any earth that's devoid of chakra as well as well, so you might want to add that (as it is this can only merge through techniques like the canon Hiding in Rock technique).

(Moukinrui no Kuchiyose: Mōkinshizen) Raptor Summoning: Mōkinshizen

Description: After performing the summoning technique, the user summons Mōkinshizen: The Elemental Streak. Mōkinshizen (Nature Raptor), like the rest of the Raptors, is a large Raptor that is roughly the size of of his user, which makes him too small to allow users to fly on him. He has a regular Raptor appearance along with a unique streak that identifies himself, in this case a streak that may be 1 of 5 colors (Red - Green - Yellow - Brown - Blue) at a time that appears running down his back and when Mōkinshizen flies, he leaves a shining streak of light along his flight path, in this case whatever color streak is currently on him. Mōkinshizen has a unique ability to create certain geographical and weather effects depending on the power he activates. The power correlates to the current color streak along his back. Description: Heavy Pressure is a microphone-type weapon that amplifies the user's voice into deadly sound waves. It was once owned by a sound ninja until his death, the weapon works when the user speak into the balled shaped end while channeling chakra into the weapon, as the user speak the weapon can amplify the user's voice and turn it into ultrasonic sound waves capable of pulverizing the enemy by shattering their bones or placing them in an induced sleep illusion.
It seemed to have different output levels; with full power output presumably being its strongest the sound it produce can shatter a A-rank defense, at low power output presumably its weakest state it can induce the target into a A-rank illusion and at mid power output can exhibit both action at the same time but at C-rank effect.
An added feature is given to the Heavy Pressure to make up for the nature of the weapon being poor at close range, though this latest edition was made by a kumo ninja after the previous owner had died. At the base of the weapon (the cylindrical bottom) the user will materialize an element of their choosing to form an elongated blade just about the same length of a regular katana (1.8meters in length).
Note: The ultrasonic sound waves can travel up to long range in the absence of a barrier.
Restriction:
- The three ability of the weapon count as a move and each can only be used four times per battle.
- The weapon require a one turn cool down before used again.
- The weapon when combined with an element to form its blade does not take the form of the element.

Descripton: After performing a series of 4 handeals ( Snake -> Boar -> Snake -> Monkey), the user focuses their chakra into an earthen structure whether it be found in nature or infused with chakra. Making its foundation from Stone Lodging Destruction, the user focuses their chakra into the structure and using that chakra to near instantly find its weak point or structural weaknesses. The chakra works at eating away at the weaknesses causing the earthen structure to crumble instantly. The points of the structure are constantly battered with chakra until they give in. Using this jutsu on naturally occurring earthen structures is relatively easy. Since there is no opposing chakra within the structure the effects of the jutsu would take hold faster. In fact, it is twice as fast if there is no chakra present. In regard to the chakra infused structures, the jutsu can only be used on jutsu that are equal in rank to it or below. When performed on non infused structures, the rocks and debris are capable of raining down on the opponent inflicting damage equivalent to an S rank jutsu. However, this spells a problem for the user also. The main focus at that point would not to be hit with the crumbling rocks because he/she can also be affected by the damage. But also, the debris is not chakra enhanced and can easily be defended against by any rank earth techniques if applicable. Due to the advanced nature of the jutsu, it can only be performed by those who have earth as their primary specialty.

Descripton: Black Canvas is a defensive fire jutsu that forms around the users' body. Performing 2 handseals ( Tiger -> Dragon), the user concentrates fire chakra within their body and release seven basketball sized fire balls that orbit their body. Unlike most fire techniques, the fire is almost solid in form as the chakra in them is compact and more dense than the run of the mill fire technique. The basketball sized fireballs take the form of wisps, energy based creatures shaped like small humanoids. These wisps orbit around his/her body entirely leaving trails of orange light behind them as they fly. These near solid constructions of fire are capable of defending the user from an opponent's jutsu of the same rank(following elemental weaknesses and strengths of course). On a more offensive note, the seven wisps can be commanded to attack the opponent through mental command. On contact with an obstacle, the wisps will deliver blunt force impact and explodes on contact. The explosions resemble an explosive tag with each fireball. Because they are solid they can be deflected as projectiles. This force allows them to break down defenses easily. The flight path of their attacks are completely dependent on the user's wishes. However, once they are sent to do the users' bidding it releases them of their defensive properties and disperses them once they are used. When attacking, the wisps do combined damage equivalent The initial creation of the wisps are incredibly fast, forming immediately after the hand seals for the technique are complete.
Note: Lasts 3 turns if not sent to attack; sending the wisps to attack count as a move.

Description: This Sound technique was developed by a specialist task force from Otogakure, whose missions almost always required their presence to be unnoticed until after they were done. They developed this technique so they could carry out their missions without fear of attracting attention, while not requiring them to maintain a high level of care or concern for their actions, as this Jutsu prevented them from revealing their presence through sounds they made. One man, known as "The Mime" or "Corazon" was able to use this technique so effectively that he was once able to infiltrate an enemy stronghold, kill the majority of the guards and escape without his presence ever being discovered or detected until he was already long gone. This technique is based off a interesting concept known as the . The user starts by gathering Sound Release Chakra either in a specific part of their body, or throughout their entire body. The user then releases this Chakra in the form of a "bubble" around themselves which can be as large or as small as they wish, but it's size is restricted to Short Range of themselves. The bubble consist of high frequency, low energy sound waves, which vibrate at an extremely high frequency, so any noise that the barrier makes is above regular hearing, but this also creates an interesting effect. As the sound waves are vibrating at a higher frequency than most other sounds, especially those that are not created as a result of Sound Release, they act like a barrier for all but the most powerful Sound Waves, making it impossible for sounds from outside the bubble to be perceived inside the bubble. This applies in reverse too, making sounds from inside the bubble impermeable from the outside.

In addition to acting like "soundproofing", Dumb Hole has another application, which is far more violent and destructive than it's more supplementary application. By compressing the same high frequency, low energy Sound Release Chakra in their hand, the user is able to create a much more violent, but controllable Dumb Hole, which visually resembles a Rasengan, that acts like a Black Hole for Sound Waves, drawing in any Sound from the immediate vicinity and trapping it inside the Dumb Hole. Once inside, the user is able to use their own Chakra to amplify and change the Sound trapped within the Dumb Hole, changing it into a sound wave that has low frequency and high energy, or in other words, destructive qualities. It doesn't really have a purpose in the submission and I get that you want to explain some background info but its just making it look bulky for no reason. You talk about the offensive version being controllable and in their hand but later talk about the being "inside" it, making me think you're talking about the full body version being offensive. I'm not really sure about how I feel about the Rasengan-like one; I think Nagato.. has one like that or Oraan, but I'd have to check later. Overlooking that, cap the max range of this to mid range. In addition to this, you have an S rank that can be used 6 times overall. I get it's 3 and 3 but 6 overall is too high for an S rank imo. Make it a cap of 4 or 5 times (depending on how you edit it) in all, including any mix of usages that equals the number. This is like a more powerful Whispers of the Canine canon tech that somehow has more offensive properties lol nice tho. ✦

Description: The user will activate an ability which allows them to infuse Koton chakra into the ground in order to augment their own Earth Release techniques for the following four turns. Whenever the user utilizes a technique which is created/emerges from the ground a coating of black steel scales will envelop it as it rises, the result being the fully surfaced technique being completely clad in a chassis of glossy metal. It could be said that the technique is "wearing an armour" as the glossy coating boosts the defensive abilities of the technique considerably. The armour of scales "worn" by the technique is the equivalent of an A-Ranked Steel technique and is purely defensive in usage (meaning it will not boost the damage techniques can inflict). Affected techniques do not become dual-elemental, simply layered. For example, using this on a B-Rank Earth technique will make it so the exterior is an A-Rank Steel technique and the interior is a B-Rank Earth technique. Destroying the exterior of metallic scales will expose the underlying rock and this will leave a B-Rank Earth technique. While seemingly powerful, an S-Rank Lightning technique would destroy a S-Rank Earth technique coated with this A-Rank Steel armour and still continue onwards. The main purpose of this technique is to make the user's own earth techniques superior to that of the opponent's. It is still vulnerable to Lightning. Formation of this metallic armour is passive and does not result in the premature termination of earth techniques which require maintenance such as the Earth Dragons and the Stone Golems. Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever. The reason this technique's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only initiated when the user utilizes another earth-based jutsu. This technique's effects do not have to be applied to every earth-based jutsu used from the ground while this ability is active. Only the initial activation of this technique counts towards the user's jutsu per turn limit.

Description:
This jutsu requires 6 handsigns and then a great amount of chakra to build and maintain this jutsu. This jutsu is one of Guren's last ditch attempts at truly killing and vowing to put someone In there grave. She forms the handsigns and releases an incredible amount of chakra creating a giant dome of dark Crystal inside the dome is 1000 circling swords make of pink Crystal which hover inside the dome. The swords cannot be sent at the enemy in no way but the user can hold out an open hand and willfully manipulate the swords into her hands so effortlessly. Guren can only have up to two swords being used at one time, and while the swords are A rank in strength they do A rank damage as well. The swords will glow with Crystal chakra and also light up the dome with light from the glowing swords. The dome itself can be shattered but the enemy would have to take into effect that the swords are hovering around the perimeter of the dome and would take some of the damage as well.
If a sword is shattered while being used the user will simply open their empty hand and manipulate a sword into it from the perimeter of the dome.

These two meerkats that once summoned to the field are both 6 feet tall and have an athletic build Jose and Quervo both males. Neither of them carries any weapons but they have the ability to transform into two special cylindrical canister's which are both open on the top, and 10 feet in diamter and also length. Once per turn these two meerkats once transformed can recieve any elemental chakra blast and suck it into one cylindrical canister and then fire it out from the other canister. These two meerkats can only transport elemental chakra between themselves, meaning no weapons can pass through one canister and out of the other. They can be aimed in any direction even back at the enemy sending elemental attacks back to them once per turn. After the attack has been sent away the meerkats change back to there regular forms. These two meerkats are able to use a elemental transportation jutsu because they have a mental link between the two of them which enables the transfer between summons. One could say they were the two most famous pets of the legendary sage who use this ability to transport booze to his mansion.

Description: By performing 3 handseals, the user focuses chakra into his shark tattoo and extend his arm forward. A gushing stream of water appears out of his arm. This wave of water is extremely sticky by nature and adheres to any surface. This water stream contains many tiny sharks that travel with sticky water. This sticky water has two uses one that is used on jutsu and one that is used on the opponent. When used on the opponent, the sticky water latches on to their body or any part of the body that it intercepts. At this point, the miniature sharks(thousands of them all about the size of a pebble) swarm on to the opponent latch on to him. They do this by digging their teeth into his/her skin. The sharks begin to take chakra from the opponent and siphon it through the sticky water connected to the users' arm. At this point, the user would be absorbing the chakra directly from the opponent at a distance, using the same Tiny sharks to transmit the chakra into his own system. Due to this being a streaming water jutsu, it lasts as long as the user can sustain the technique and as a result has to cancel it if he wishes to use another jutsu that requires chakra. Interaction with a jutsu is a tad different. The user will begin the same process but use the sharks to drain chakra from the jutsu itself, namely other water jutsu of the same rank, fire techniques and wind techniques. As the jutsu collides with the sticky water, it begins to lose the chakra that was placed in it making it all together weaker and weaker until it is snuffed out. Unlike when it was being used against a human, the chakra from the jutsu does not fuel the users' own chakra.

Description: As seen with Swift release, lighting and wind can indeed be combined with precise chakra control. This jutsu acts upon that notion but in a different form. The user begins by molding Raiton chakra through their body releasing it outwards unfocused. The user then quickly makes one seal and molds their fuuton chakra through out their body as well, releasing and manipulating it to closely surround the lightning chakra, like the rubber insulation around electrical wiring. Once achieved, the wind will act to shape the lightning into any form the user desires, as the lightning will be trapped inside the wind chakra unable to penetrate thru it's natural insulation (Could be in a spherical shape, or like a whip, or could surround the users body like Lighting armor). The user can extend it outwards in an attack up to mid range, the wind chakra carrying slicing properties like a sword however, once the attack strikes anything, the wind chakra, while cutting, will split an opening, like a break in an electrical wire, allowing the lightning chakra to escape the break and shock anything it touches (comes out as an unfocused blast, and the user can will the wind chakra to split on it's own without contacting anything). Another usage would be surrounding oneself in the lightning/wind chakra as protection, however doing so slices up the user as the wind chakra surrounding the lightning is dangerously close to them making this usage Forbidden.

If timed perfectly this can leave the opponent wide open to be attacked from the front because as the ground turns the opponent is forced to turn with it if his feet are placed upon the ground. This jutsu works a lot like (Doton: Chidōkaku) - Earth Release: Moving Earth Core but instead of moving the ground up or down it rotates it along with everything on the rotated piece of ground.

Description: To start off, the user will perform three handseals and start gathering great amounts of air around a specified point in the battlefield. In order to do no harm to the user himself, these air currents will need to be formed mid range from the user. When the user has made sure he fills this requiriment, contninously he will apply more chakra to the winds and give it a shape of a gigantic drill which spirals in a right side manner. Due to wind’s natural properties, it will gather around dust, debris and little rocks, which will raise up some obstacles between both sides. After finishing this process, the user will proceed by kneading his water chakra and also repeat the same process they did with the wind. Leaving up a gap of few centimeters between the primary wind/dusty layer, the user will perform another two swift handseals and concentrate his water chakra and engulf the wind drill with a thick, fluid water layer which will spiral in the opposite side of the wind, which is left. Maintaining this position, the user directs the combined elements towards his target, and upon impact the combination will burst upon them. Due to having spiraled on different manners, the disrupted wind and water flow would crash onto the target in a rampaging fashion, which would send off the caught target all around where the technique covers, simultaneously massively harming them due to the force of the impact and the elements respective properties.

Description: Barrier Law is a unique fuuinjutsu technique that is similar to the Dead Demon Consuming Seal due to the technique's involvement of a spiritual being named Pànduàn, meaning judgment, which is a tall spirit with a green hue as well as pure black eyes that matches the long black robe it wears that drags along the floor. Made by an Uzumaki clan member before their village's destruction, the jutsu was based off of a game used to train aspiring Uzumaki shinobi as they tested their limits in battle while obeying a set of rules depending on the circumstances called. The game had three different ways to play, each field holding their own set of rules, and those field's became the three different laws of Baria-hō. The Law of Energy, Body, and Mind. This jutsu serves as a pact between Pànduàn, his summoner, and those within the technique's range, a pact to follow the rules established upon summoning Pànduàn who acts as a non biased referee between opposing sides using its powers to set the field as well as enforce the rules of the game. This jutsu can be activated by performing the first 4 core hand signs followed by the last which changes based on the game chosen to play, and with the waving of the fifth hand sign the user will summon Pànduàn within short range above their location. Upon being summoned Pànduàn rises at swift speeds towards long range as it erects an A ranked barrier over the battlefield with special chakra suppression and visual blocking properties that allows the summoner and their opponent to remain hidden from outside disturbances as they battle under the conditions of the game. Advance chakra sensors and dojutsu users would be able to see/sense the barrier at most, but its content within will remain hidden as the game commences, and users with normal sensory would see nothing but the terrain as if the battling shinobi were not there but the barrier can still be touched if stumbled upon seemingly acting like an invisible construct to them. This is Pànduàn's domain, and within it he monitors the game as it commences using his powers to bestow punishment on those who break the rules, rules established in the mind of both players upon the barrier's formation. The spiritual being has an A ranked durability allowing it to only be killed by an equal power that matches its intangible energy based body composition, but each unsuccessful attempt results in the loss of 25 chakra points. The law of Baria-hō established must be followed or else punishment will be bestowed, and the jutsu lasts for 4 turns upon activation.
Law of Body | Dog
While the Law of Body is in play the players are only allowed to use non chakra based techniques on the battlefield for the duration of this jutsu. Basic hand to hand combat, techniques utilizing weapons and basic skill, etc. are primarily used while active, as long as it doesn't require the user to mold or release chakra in any form. This field in Baria-hō is primarily used to show a shinobi's resolve and raw talents as they battle without chakra, yet using chakra isn't taken away from the players, but in doing so they will receive punishment. While this game is in play the punishment for using chakra related techniques is a 50% increase on chakra consumption which can be detrimental to any shinobi in the long run.
Law of Mind | Snake
The Law of Mind is quite special due to the fact that when it is activated it strips both players of any active or passive sensing they may have as the game promotes the usage of the basic 5 senses in battle. One must be true to themselves, opponent, and their surroundings while this game is in play making illusionary/sensing skills tabooed while active. While the Law of Mind is in play the players should battle straight up, with a clear perception, with no tricks or schemes whatsoever. Un top of sensing being jammed while active, players who use illusionary techniques will have their own illusion rebounded upon them the moment it would have taken effect within their opponent. This is the punishment of breaking the Law of Mind.
Law of Energy | Ram
Similar to the Law of Mind in terms of jamming a certain skill while in play, while this game is active the players will have the choice of using only two elements on top of their other basic skills while in battle. Law of Mind primarily focuses on elemental expertise as it limits the players from using all five of the basic five or any other element while in battle. Once activated both players will mentally choose their two elements of choice, Pànduàn knowing all thoughts while in his domain, before partaking in battle with their opponent. The elements that can be chosen are not subjected to the basic five alone, but if an elemental KG is chosen for example that does not mean that the player can use the two elements it is composed of separately. When trying to use an element not chosen the user will still expend chakra points, the jutsu even starting to form on the battlefield, before it gives out before even reaching half of its potential making it a waste of time and energy.

Declined. Really neat jutsu, but it needs some guiding imo. First, put a maximum amount of turns because having this up forever could sway too much in your favor.

Second: Law of Mind: Snake should be different. If a KG is chosen, the user should automatically take up those two natures or else he wouldn't be able to use that KG in the first place. Not only that, but I would just restrict KGs in general and just let them choose two. Also: who goes first? I assume you do as it's your technique, so the opponent could just choose accordingly. Can you still use customs techniques? What about space time techniques? You would not be able to forbid these from using them to get out of this domain would be in essence the perfect way to use it and you can not so easily bend space-time as to say an A-rank being would be able to stop it.

Third: what happens if they attack the Pànduàn? Sure, you can say it's not possible, but lets be honest it might as well just be "friendly fire".

I like the core concept a lot but it really needs some tinkering to get the loopholes out.

The game had three different ways to play, each field holding their own set of rules, and those field's became the three different laws of Baria-hō. The Law of Energy, Body, and Mind. This jutsu serves as a pact between Pànduàn, his summoner, and those within the technique's range, a pact to follow the rules established upon summoning Pànduàn who acts as a non biased referee between opposing sides using its powers to set the field as well as enforce the rules of the game. This jutsu can be activated by performing the first 4 core hand signs followed by the last which changes based on the game chosen to play, and with the waving of the fifth hand sign the user will summon Pànduàn within short range above their location. Upon being summoned Pànduàn rises at swift speeds towards long range as it erects an A ranked barrier over the battlefield with special chakra suppression and visual blocking properties that allows the summoner and their opponent to remain hidden from outside disturbances as they battle under the conditions of the game. Advance chakra sensors and dojutsu users would be able to see/sense the barrier at most, but its content within will remain hidden as the game commences, and users with normal sensory would see nothing but the terrain as if the battling shinobi were not there but the barrier can still be touched if stumbled upon seemingly acting like an invisible construct to them. This is Pànduàn's domain, and within it he monitors the game as it commences using his powers to bestow punishment on those who break the rules, rules established in the mind of both players upon the barrier's formation. The spiritual being has an A ranked durability allowing it to only be killed by an equal power that matches its intangible energy based body composition, but each unsuccessful attempt, or accidental strike, results in the loss of 25 chakra points, and do to the spiritual beings powers it is quite difficult. Being a neutral factor in the game all of Pànduàn's abilities are defensive and only able to protect him alone. Pànduàn is able to create and sustain an A ranked barrier around himself when threatened, fueled by concentrated chakra that can block jutsu of the same rank, but he is left vulnerable afterwards as he has to wait a turn in order to use it again. The law of Baria-hō established must be followed or else punishment will be bestowed.

Law of Body | Dog
While the Law of Body is in play the players are only allowed to use non chakra based techniques on the battlefield for the duration of this jutsu. Basic hand to hand combat, techniques utilizing weapons and basic skill, etc. are primarily used while active, as long as it doesn't require the user to mold or release chakra in any form. This field in Baria-hō is primarily used to show a shinobi's resolve and raw talents as they battle without chakra, yet using chakra isn't taken away from the players, but in doing so they will receive punishment. While this game is in play the punishment for using chakra related techniques is a 50% increase on chakra consumption which can be detrimental to any shinobi in the long run.

Law of Mind | Snake
The Law of Mind is quite special due to the fact that when it is activated it strips both players of any active or passive sensing they may have as the game promotes the usage of the basic 5 senses in battle. One must be true to themselves, opponent, and their surroundings while this game is in play making illusionary/sensing skills tabooed while active. While the Law of Mind is in play the players should battle straight up, with a clear perception, with no tricks or schemes whatsoever. Un top of sensing being jammed while active, players who use illusionary techniques will have their own illusion rebounded upon them the moment it would have taken effect within their opponent. This is the punishment of breaking the Law of Mind.

Law of Energy | Ram
Similar to the Law of Mind in terms of jamming a certain skill while in play, while this game is active the players will have the choice of using only two elements on top of their other basic skills while in battle. Law of Mind primarily focuses on elemental expertise as it limits the players from using all five of the basic five or any other special/KG element while in battle. Once activated both players will mentally choose their two elements of choice, mentally due to Pànduàn knowing all thoughts while in his domain, before partaking in battle with their opponent. The elements that can be chosen are subjected to the basic five alone, and while this law is active no other element other than the two chosen can be used. The punishment for trying to use an element not chosen results in the user still expending chakra points, the jutsu even starting to form on the battlefield, before it gives out without even reaching a third of its potential making it a waste of time and chakra.

(Genjutsu: Ekitai no shintō) Illusionary Arts: Liquid Penetration

Description: Liquid Penetration is a high skilled illusion that can only be triggered once the opponent is submerged in a liquid preferably, but not limited to, water. Triggered by waving 4 hand seals as the opponent is moving within the water, they will notice their own movements becoming increasingly laggish as the water pressure around them seemingly increases ultimately prohibiting their movement as well as making them surcumb to the sensation of an immensely growing pressure pressing against their body also holding them in place. The rising pressure can be compared to the feeling of being buried by numerous rocks that continually pile on the target, but in the genjutsu the growing pain will be felt nonstop on all sides of the body until it is replaced by a greater sensation of pain caused by the next step of the illusion. The surrounding liquid will then forcefully and swiftly penetrate every hole within the target's body ranging from pores, mouth, nose, etc., filling their inner body cavity with water damaging skin, muscles, and organs within the genjutsu, the target feeling every aspect of internal damage in detail as the illusion makes them simulate near death pain. As this happens the target's body responds to the penetration by swelling up as if they were an Akimichi clan member growing to a very large boulder like size as the illusion simultaneously takes the target's eyesight replacing it with a white realm in which their most cherishable past memories flashes before them, and before they know it they reach the apex of their body enlargement where they then seemingly explode. Their consciousness drifting into a vast nothingness lost for all eternity. In reality the target is unable to move while they are submerged in the water which can lead to expiration of oxygen and ultimately drowning as they fall victim to the illusion's effects, and since the level of the genjutsu is so high, even if a large amount of water enters their body they wouldn't feel the effects of drowning since their senses are currently severed from reality. If the genjutsu takes effect and the opponent didn't have an instant defense yet the opponent has still broken the illusion they would still be somewhat dazed and sluggish due to the mental stress that their mind has somewhat undergone.

Declined. The last part is what makes it declinable. The level of genjutsu being so high that even suffocation won't end it? It doesn't work that way. The genjutsu is ok considering you already need the opponent to be under water, but it would just counter itself at some point. Remove that part and it's fine really.

This is a jutsu that was made specifically for use upon allied summoning creatures. The user will perform one hand seal and focus their chakra into the summoned animal, by doing so they can create an earthen coating over part of the animal (arm, leg, tail etc). By doing so they can protect that limb from attack while also allowing the animal to use it to augment their physical attacks, giving it more utility or killing threat. The earth can take multiple forms, sticky mud that upon contact will cause the target to stick to the creatures limb, unable to move. This makes it much easier for the animal to bind or attack the target while they are stuck. The earth can also be formed into a dense coating that protects from attacks (following elemental adv/disadv) that can be shaped into any form the user wishes though it cannot be bigger than short range from the creature. This technique can only cover one limb or body part at a time

‡ Declined ‡ You didn't specify how this earthen coating is formed. Is it formed from the user's body and spreads over the creature or does it form from the ground? I don't understand the sticky mud bit. I imagine this as a solid rock coating. Do you mean the rocky coating is covered in mud? If so, clarify that. However, using this mud will be problematic. It will bind to anything it touches, not just the opponent. So if this coating is formed over one's leg, walking becomes impossible and your summon is essentially pinned to the ground. Personally I'd just make this solid rock only, abandon the mud entirely.

The user of this technique will focus their Katon chakra and active this technique, which stays active for a set amount of time. The techniques effects will activate whenever the user wishes, as he can also choose not to utilise it. So that after activating this technique, the user can direct the technique to target a pre-existing fire source or fire technique. By doing so this changes the nature of the fire so that it is now explosive, as seen in some other fire techniques. So that on impact or as it is released/burning, the technique will detonate into a concussive wave of flames outward from the techniques current position. If struck by this technique not only would the target be burned by the flames but also receive great blunt force damage from the force of the explosion. The explosion travels up to mid range from its origin and by utilising their chakra the user can angle the explosion to whatever direction needed so as to maximise or limit the area affected.

~The technique lasts for 4 turns

Description: The user will focus chakra within their own mind, creating a sort of mental shield that protects the user from attacks that damage or take control of the user's mind. This technique works by isolating the user's mind with chakra and rejecting foreign chakra that seeks to directly harm or control it. Should the user be hit by one of these attacks while the technique is active, the mental barrier will either be weakened if the attack is a lower rank, cancelled if the attack is of the same rank, or overpowered if the attack is of a higher rank. The mental barrier also serves to suppress the thoughts and intentions of the user, preventing even those with powerful abilities of precognition, observation and awareness from gleaning information from the mind of the user itself. This technique is however incapable of protecting the user's sense from being fooled or controlled, and thus does nothing to protect from genjutsu.

Note: Only usable twice per battle.
Note: Lasts a maximum of four turns.

‡ Declined ‡ I wanted to make something like this but you got here first z.z. This would work a lot better as a seal to be honest. Rather than activating this, it could come into effect whenever the opponent tries to use one of these mind-invasive techniques on you. You could expand a bit more on this concept. Also, the restrictions are lacking for an S-Rank.
