Description and Background:
Turkey's are a wild bird that are bigger in body and have longer necks. There unique traits are that they have wattles which hang the top of their beaks, these snoods are able to produce unique sound waves from the turkey species.

While being a species that rarely flies but will use its feet and scrounge about on land. These birds still have the ability to fly but not for long distances, they normally take breaks in between trips. There skinny legs are very durable almost like steel, while there claws are long and extremely sharp.

These birds have one special trait which all turkeys will have and that is the ability to release a very potent melatonin vapour which can cause drowsiness in people. The vapour is released through the mouth of the turkey and can only span into mid range from the turkeys. It is a naturally proven fact that turkeys are high in melatonin and produce significant amounts inside there bodies.

The turkeys on the contract will vary in color and feathers to help with there abilities and defensive traits as well. These birds are incredibly hard to pin down or even catch as they are very evasive creature and have great instinct and sight.

Description:
The user begins by forming a single handsign and changes her arm into crystal lance which extends up to mid range range. This spear can extend at fast speeds leaving very small room for error when evading and can retract back to the user just as fast. The diameter of the spear is about a 12 inch diameter at the arm and gradually while extending slims down to a point . By controlling the users crystal chakra you can extend and retract this lance like arm. In the extended form the lance is more fragile the further away from the 12 inch diameter point.

Restrictions: the user can use this ability 3 times in battle
: the user cannot extend and retract more than once for each way in the same turn.

Description:
The user begins by forming a single handsign and changes her Finger nails into crystal talons which extend up to 1" past finger length. These talons can extend at fast speeds leaving very small room for error when evading freeform slashing and can retract back to Normal just as fast. The user also has the ability to at will shoot the nails like senbon from there hands, By doing this the fingers will revert back to normal and not be Crystal anymore. The user also once per turn can choose one of her two index fingers and discard it too increase the length of the talons further by another 1", which will still be able to extend and retract at will.

Description:
This jutsu requires three handsigns and then the user grows Crystal like scales out of all there sweat pores on there body. The user can control which portions of the body they would like scales to be on as well instead of full body. The scales are not very thick but are very dense Crystal, and dark pink colored in nature. These scales are in no way turning her body into Crystal but are making a layer of scales over her skin, which can move like dragon scales would thus giving considerable movements. The scales can be used to block taijutsu up to B rank and blunt force ninjutsu up to C rank. The scales can be shattered by Guren if they become a hindrance to her during combat.
As a full on release Guren can form one more single handsign and fully release the scales shooting them from her body in every direction within short range.

(Kuroi Getsuga Tenshou) - Black Moon Fang Heaven Piercer

Description: Similar to the chakra saber technique and usable with either a katana or chakra saber, the user executes a slice through the air to send a large winding arc of energy to fly through a predetermined path. The Strike is done with a flick of the wrist in order to make it fly in a curved path to possibly boomerang and strike the opponent from any angle regardless of the user's position. It is important to note that once the technique is executed it cannot have its predetermined path changed. The technique is also different in appearance compared to the chakra saber in that it appears black with a red aura.

-Declined- This just seems like a way of getting an S-Rank version of a canon technique. The boomerang bit holds little to no merit in mid to long range battles and short-range it could be OP. Also, most Bleach customs have been done to death.

Description: A unique and perplexing technique with this technique the user can recalibrate the auditory sense of the human ears by readjusting the amount of decibels they receive and reflect it back and disrupt the flow of sound. By charging chakra in both of his hands he can clap them together and it sends a sound in every direction once you hear this clap the perception of sound changes. The closer the object is the farther away the sound will appear to the ear and the farther away the object is the louder it will appear, this causes mass hysteria and makes the target paranoid as they wont be able to rely on the hearing sense as it has been disabled. Though it appears one can still use the eyes it can also be paired in conjuncture with other genjutsu as well. When used in conjuncture with the Bringer of Darkness Technique this move can be extremely fatal.

(Kyu Doragon Jutsu: Shiro Doragon Doriru) – Nine Arts Dragon: White Dragon Drill

Description: The user applies the basic principles of the Nine Arts Dragon. First they will simply launch themselves a few meters into the air and then immediately after release a massive burst of wind from their back launching them forward and repositioning themselves to lay horizontally. Simultaneously they will release wind from various points on their body that manipulate their body into a spin. As this happens the user will continuously release bursts of wind from their feet and these points to maintain a faster spin. Quickly the user will appear to be spinning like a drill flying in mid-air towards their target. This will turn the user into a drill missile capable of significant damage. While in this state the user is capable of releasing wind in any basic linear direction to reposition themselves and adjust the angle at which they will impact their target. If the target does put up defensive barriers the user can release more wind in front of them to stop their forward momentum. Additionally the user can, in between bursts of wind, use their own techniques that do not require hand seals to destroy these obstacles that are formed assuming they are able to see or sense them. This is possible by relying on user’s already incredibly fast momentum and using that to maintain itself. And then, after using the technique to break the obstacle, the user can continue releasing bursts of wind to maintain and restore their momentum. Upon direct impact the target will take incredible brute force damage combined with a sudden burst of wind that cushions the user’s impact and strikes the target.

✦ Declined, for one, this is too exploitable given how the first few sentences are worded. I believe I wrote on one of your jutsu in the past that I won't approve NAD jutsu that allow you to basically step off the wind as it would clash to much with EIG abilities. The second sentence speaking about a "few meters" is too vague and can be interchangeable when needed. This is also too powerful and collides with other jutsu as well; you word it so that you can basically use this to fly towards your target, and even wrote that you can use seal-less jutsu while this is in use. This also clashes with Azazel's Dreaded Horseman Wind jutsu where he spins like a wind cyclone and moves from short to mid range, clashing into the opponent with the wind. ✦

Description: After forming the hand signs Dragon → Tiger → Dog → Horse → Tiger → Boar → Rat, the user combines extremely precise chakra control and their mastery of Water Release to manipulate almost every sweat gland in the body this is done and can only be done by the user making contact with the opponent. The user then forcibly causes these sweat glands to perspire at a frightening level, causing all of the sweat in the body to expelled in one turn. Then, the sweat glands sweat blood as a result of the body losing control of the sweating process. The sweating continues until either the user halts the technique or the target bleeds to death.

This technique is extremely risky to the wielder. If their chakra control isn't precise, the technique will turn on the user and they will sweat to death, their body no longer in their control. This technique also significantly drains chakra, leaving to chronic fatigue. This technique can be used on the user themselves, but it is risky using it on themselves can be beneficial to them as it will create a small sized water source for them to use for techniques that require a water source.

- Can only be used once per-match.
- No water techniques, before, or in the same turn.
- Sweat takes one full turn to perspire from either the users, or the opponents bodies.

Description: The user passively activates an innate ability of theirs which allows them to create earth techniques normally constructed from the ground from nearby mud/swamp sources. Techniques created via this mechanism will not differ in any way to those "grown from the ground", not even in composition as the mud/swamp they're made from will harden/petrify into solid rock virtually immediately on being used. This process highly resembles the seamless transition of the fluid earthly material spewed in several doton techniques into the sturdy, solid structures they become. The petrification of the mud used to create any given technique will happen as the structure is created rather than when its completed so that during no point in time will it be anything other than solid rock in composition. One limitation to this ability is that the source of mud/swamp used to construct a technique must be sufficient in size/quantity to create the structure in question. Applying this ability to techniques which require maintenance as the Stone Golems or the Earth Dragon will not result in their premature termination. Earth techniques which remain on top of and/or connected to the ground after creation will not sink into the swamp but will be capable of remaining on top of it. Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever. The reason this jutsu's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only initiated when the user utilizes other Earth Release techniques.

(Kakou no Ankoku) - Descent into Darkness

Description: The user will coalesce with his threaded blade in a similar fashion to how Kisame does with Samehada. Normally this wouldn't be possible (fusing with a weapon) since Kisamehada was a special case but this specific merging of two entities is made viable by a number of reasons. Raizu is made from the same substance which comprises his creator's body (dark threads), it like Samehada is a sentient being, numerous threaded creatures already live inside Kakuzu's body and the only organ it possess is one compatible with its creator's body (a heart with an elemental affinity). The user will focus their chakra throughout their body before making contact with the threaded blade. The dark threads which comprise the sword will suddenly react to it's master's chakra and latch onto his being in a similar manner to a parasitic symbiote. The core of the creature (its heart) will be plunged deep into Kakuzu's chest/back in order to be incorporated into his chakra system and the threads which make up weapon will spread over his body in order to form a "second skin". Since the pitch black layer encases the user in his entirety, his appearance becomes akin to a living shadow. The only thing which alludes to him remaining human and not a manifestation of darkness itself is the colour of his eyes. The threaded skin is expertly woven over Kakuzu's body to the extent it even covers his eyelids. Due to the nature of dark threads, the user's mobility isn't hindered in the slightest as the skin is the perfect balance between flexibility and durability. The skin doesn't inhibit the user from utilizing handseals, spewing jutsus or techniques which emanate from the body as it has become a integral part of the user's being (e.g. Earth Spear will harden the threaded skin and earth armours will grow over it). In order to utilize dark threads techniques (or simply bodily techniques e.g. hair based jutsus) the user can passively create small openings in the threaded layer (about the size of the user's clenched fist) so they can leave his body or the user can manipulate the threaded skin itself since its now a part of his body. The skin is the equivalent of an S-Rank dark threads technique. This transformation unlike its canon counterpart doesn't impart many abilities to the user of this technique that he didn't already have but it does succeed in strengthening the link between creator and creation. The initial merging momentarily destabilizes the user's chakra system to the extent any genjutsus he may be under the influence of will be systemically broken (excludes external genjutsus, Forbidden ranks and MS level Genjutsu). Kakuzu gains access to the elemental affinity of his sword if he doesn't already possesses it (e.g. the heart was destroyed). Despite gaining access to each other's elemental affinities, the ownership of the hearts remains unchanged (so a mask of it will not be formed). Similar to how Kisame's Fusion augments the damage of his water release techniques, the potency of Kakuzu's dark threads techniques increases. The link previously connecting the two has transcended simple telepathy and now allows the two to sense changes in the other's emotions. Raizu is now linked to his creator's five senses, both their personalities are contained in their unified body and it becomes capable of voicing its thoughts. However, there are significant drawbacks to this technique. The two now share one chakra system and so they lose the capability to perform two techniques simultaneously. The threaded layer also extends to covering/concealing Kakuzu's masks and so he becomes incapable of releasing them (as well as re-incorporating any released masks back into his body). Due to the sword becoming linked to the user's five senses, any genjutsu cast on him will resonate with it and so both of them will become trapped in the illusion. It also means any pain felt by Raizu will affect Kakuzu and vice versa. Perhaps the most grievous drawback of this technique is its permanency. Activating this ability is an irreversible process and this means the sword cannot restore its previous form in order to regain access to its former techniques and the advantages of its old body. It also means Kakuzu can no longer release his masks from his body (or return them). The only way to forcibly end this technique is if the heart belonging to Raizu is killed (either by Kakuzu himself or someone else). If this method is used, the user can at a later point repair the weapon by supplying it with a new heart (as stated in the CW's description).

Description: This mode essentially extends the user's mastery of Doton even further as he becomes capable of altering the very nature of his earth techniques drastically. To signify a technique being used the user's body will develop an aura of light green chakra. If the user has a primary specialty in Doton instead of using earth techniques with a single handseal, the user's earth techniques can be used without the need for handseals. While this mode is active, techniques which require maintenance can be sustained passively rather than actively as long as the user retains contact (direct or indirect) with the earth/ground or the technique itself. Aside from these minor abilities and a damage boost to earth techniques while this is active the user gains access to three main abilities (Shackles of Servitude, Awakening of Avarice and Conquest of Creation), all of which are described separately below. Each ability is symbolic of one of the principal qualities exhibited by one of the most tyrannical shinobi to have ever lived: his cruelty, his malice and his will to dominate all life.

Shackles of Servitude
This ability is symbolic of "his cruelty" and acts as a testament to his total enslavement of every creature within his dominion. It makes it so sentient creations constructed from Earth Release can be made to be inexplicably linked to the user's bodily movements. Every movement or motion the user makes is mirrored exactly by the creature. There is virtually no delay between their respective movements, so little so that to the untrained eye the two appear to move simultaneously. Unfortunately this technique doesn't make it capable of performing elemental techniques but it does make it capable of complex taijutsu maneuvers such as flips, somersaults and rolls. Chakraless taijutsu maneuvers accomplished through the use of techniques will be mimicked but will not count towards the user's jutsu limit per turn. This ability can only be applied to creations such as the Stone Golems but not the Stone Dragon (essentially bipedal creatures). If more than one creature is created, then every creature will become linked to the user's movements as long as they were made through a single usage of the same technique. This ability is ability is symbolic of "his malice" and acts as a testament to the tortured mockeries of human beings he created in life through grotesque experimentation. It makes it so sentient creations constructed from Earth Release can be made with additional features, body parts or limbs such as wings capable of flight or prehensile tails. The added features can be anything from conventional limbs such arms and legs or they can be body parts exhibited by animals/summons such as horns, claws, tentacles, tendrils, spiked protrusions, scales and so on. The size of these added features will be proportional to the size of the sentient creation. The extra bodily enhancements can be made from solid rock or they can be made purely from mud. Tentacles, tendrils and any structures which aren't rigid/sturdy by nature must be constructed from mud rather than solid rock. If more than one creature is created, then every creature will be made with the added feature. Activating and applying this ability to techniques is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever. The reason this ability's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only realized when the user utilizes another jutsu. Using this ability doesn't count towards the user's jutsu per turn limit.

Conquest of Creation
The third and final ability is symbolic of "his will to dominate all life" and acts as a testament to the hordes of "living weapons" he assembled in life. This ability makes it so every earth technique the user uses becomes a "partially sentient creation" (much like the Stone Golems or the Earth Dragon). Now with most techniques, this added sentience doesn't really provide anything due to their structure e.g. Rock Scale Slab will just remain a cuboid slab of rock incapable of doing anything more. However, combining this ability with Awakening of Avarice will make it so the earthen creation will develop limbs/body parts, granting it the capability to move around and act on its own. For example a slab of rock can grow arms and legs, dropping lid can grow writhing tendrils, destructive rising rock pillars can grow smaller thorn-like spikes from the main body of the spiked pillars, etc. Through mental commands alone, the user can freely govern the actions of their earth techniques. Since this ability is passively applied to every earth technique used while this mode is active, it doesn't count towards the user's jutsu per turn limit. The provided sentience only lasts while this mode is active.

Wood release: Bird scout (Mokuton: Tori sukauto)

Description: The user performs a Snake hand seal and creates two birds each roughly about the size of a crow. The birds almost resemble real life birds and are made of light weight & porous wood capable of flight. These wooden birds can be created out of earth or wood by the user and they can fly up to long range. The user can control the birds movements using his wood chakra.
The wooden bird's eyes are linked with the user's and can see whatever the bird see but the user can only use one bird at a time for this purpose. When intended, the user can direct the birds towards the target at high speed like projectiles to attack them.
Notes:
- The birds last for 4 turns.
- The user can only perform wood, earth, water techniques while using this jutsu.
- Can only be taught by me (-Jiraiya-).

Description: When an attack approaches the user, they will focus densely molded chakra (making it neutral to elemental techniques) over the entirety of the desired limb. This allows the user to make contact with a technique without harming themselves in the process. Upon contact, the chakra transfers from the user arms and rapidly forms around the entirety of the incoming technique. This barrier forms around the whole object all at once, and does not gradually expand to cover the technique. Immediately upon forming around the technique, the barrier is then compressed into the size of a marble and implodes, destroying the technique within it. This can also be used on solid objects with the same effect, such as boulders, structures on the battlefield, etc. The user is also capable of using two separate barriers at the same time (one from each hand at B-rank strength). This could enhance their ability to defend from certain techniques that approach from separate directions. However, this also counts as two usages of the technique. The barriers can also be infused with an elemental chakra, which then follow the elemental strengths/weaknesses as normal. The basic application of this technique makes it neutral to elemental techniques of the same rank.

Declined. Non elemental chakra / techniques are always weak to elemental ones, even if of the same rank. The last part of your technique thus makes no sense. I also liked this until the fact that you could infuse elemental chakra into it, pretty much nullifying any use of what was said beforehand. So either elaborate more if you want to use this in an elemental variation for every type (and thus, incorporate a seal) or drop out the fact that you can make it elemental.

Description: Sensumpotens magnus, common name Astaroth Seers, are a species of flies with an extraordinarily developed sense of sight and smell, with abnormally gigantic eyes and antennae. This aberration allows them to perceive light, scent and chakra in a far superior manner than most, including the ability to see in the dark, which releases the Ninja World area restrictions ( Mist, Shadow, etc ). They have a very intimate relation with the Insect Spying Technique, which allows them to inherently perceive what every insect in the area is experiencing, and secondarily exert their dominance over them including insect summons with the same rank or lower than his own, or the home-bred insects of insect users like the Aburame of lower rank than the summoner. They are usually summoned with a swarm of average Zaebub flies, the Astaroth Legion. Astaroth Seers are usually the size of a wild boar, while the Astaroth Legion are each the size of Goliath beetles.

Note: Only last 4 turns in the battlefield, or until they are killed.
Note: Exertion of dominance over opponent's insects can only be happen once throughout their stay, and lasts only 2 turns.

✦ Declined, these are doing too much. Smell and sight based sensing "far superior than most", so they're aiming for a times x tracking speed for both, overlaying to form a single tracking boost. See through the mist, shadows, fog etc is a very useful ability, though complete sensing is a no for me. I'd say it extends their visual range +1 range is fine. Also, the Insect Spying Tech works on one bug, this is applied over a larger group of flies. I'm fine with that, but this secondary ability of exerting their dominance over other insect summonings....how does this work? What exactly does this mean? ✦

Any Aburame techniques used through the Behemoth Gore swarm has a +20 damage buffer, essentially increase the overall power of the technique when clashing with ninjutsu and taijutsu. The Behemoth Gores store their eggs within their own gullets. When they're near an uncouth target, they will open their mandible and deposit the eggs directly inside the victim, through a extensible proboscis ( a 3 meter tube-like mouth with a ring of jagged teeth ). The eggs will then have an accelerated growth spur, eccloding into horrible fat maggots with spiked mouths, that will devour and essentially burst through their host, fit to their name. The Behemoth Gores are capable of doing this directly onto other organic substances, the ground and other earthen features or water sources, creating a clot of giant eggs or maggots that will then travel up to mid-range from the point of deposition, before exploding outwards in an eruption of slime and maggots.

The White Bugs are specialized in the absorption of chakra. Their mandibles are thinner and less sharp, and they possess instead a long needle-like proboscis which they use to retrieve chakra better. They have pearly white hairs covering their body and legs. The Black Bugs are specialized in sustaining damage. Their black exoskeleton is more robust and thicker, with several rows of spike-like protrusions. They are neutral to all elements, instead of being weak to them, though they are heavier and slower than normal Parasitic Destruction Insects. Their mandibles are thick and sharp, almost like horns, and their teeth are dense like spikes. They have just one pair of wings, though they are quite heavy and long to support their weight.

Charging chakra through the scythe allows the user to activate one of the bug types, which will eclode from the eggs and leave the scythe in a swarm made of their own color. When they leave, the scythe itself will retain only the color of the remaining bug type. While either of them are active, the user is unable to access his own bugs. These bugs can be used to perform any Aburame technique the user knows, except they will lower the range restriction to Mid range, as they can't go past that distance from the scythe. Twice per battle, the user can apply the Insect Cocoon technique to either the Black Bugs or the White Bugs. These means that, for 2 turns afterwards, the white bugs will have double efficiency and the black bugs will be stronger than any basic element, while still retain their neutrality to advanced elements. Each insect, in Scythe Form, is equivalent to S rank, and, in Swarm Form, is equivalent to the rank of the technique used to manipulate them.

Charging chakra through the scythe allows the user to activate the shards, separating them and creating a sort of swarm of shards, white or black, which appear to eclode from the drawn eggs and leave the scythe in a swarm made of their own color. When they leave, the scythe itself will retain only the color of the remaining shards. These swarms will be manipulated through chakra to levitate around the user, and can be used as a medium for Aburame techniques, similar to actual insects, in terms of what type of structures and motions the swarm of sharpened mandibles is able to do, or by actual kenjutsu techniques, in which the swarm aggregates as the typical flying slashes, and gives a more tangibility. Being leaner and sharper than actual insects, and more tangible than chakra slashes, they can move faster and pierce further than the original techniques, so much so that, while they share the same elemental S&W, techniques used through the sharpened mandibles are one rank stronger than the technique used.

In pure scythe form, the user is able to utilize Kenjutsu, actual techniques or free-form, at will, and the flying shards will not gain any extra power. When manipulated in swarm form, the Black shards will be associated with Kenjutsu, aggregating to make the structures that the technique entails, be it simply a flying slash or actually producing an aggregated blade to remotely slash someone, while the White shards will be associated with Aburame, and manipulated through Aburame techniques. This restriction allows for an observing opponent to understand how each type of swarm works, despite the user being able to activate both swarms at the same time.

Description: The premise behind this technique is creating tractor beams composed of lightning either from the sky or the ground that can lift anything within them. These beams can either be used to envelop an object/person/technique in a shroud of lightning in which anything contained within will be lifted upwards at the peak of the user's base speed (Similar to Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation). When used from the sky, the user's lightning chakra will cause the accumulation of storm clouds and these clouds will immediately release a beam of non-damaging lightning capable of reaching the ground in the blink of an eye. When used from the ground, the beam will travel upwards at normal speed in order to reach its target. The narrow beam of lightning will proceed to cover the structure on capturing it while moving ever-upwards towards the sky. This "shroud" of lightning will augment the piercing capabilities and by extension the potential to inflict damage of anything solid it is made to surround (even the bluntest of instruments). When used on water the coating of lightning will instead simply conduct into the water thereby by electrifying it and thus it can still benefit from the damage boost. While the vertical movement of the tractor beams is relatively beyond his control (he cannot stop them from pulling things upwards and keep things stationary), he can freely control their horizontal movement (which can be shifted around at the peak of the user's base speed). This technique can be used on oneself's as an evasionary measure or on the opponent to locate them elsewhere. It can also be used to carry around objects and techniques before depositing them in another location. Instead of a single beam, this technique can be used to create multiple tractor beams but the potency (pulling power) of the beam decreases the more its split. Naturally, the beam will lift heavier beings/objects (such as large boss summons or the Greater Stone Golem) more slowly than it does lighter ones. The beams can be released at any time in order to drop anything/anyone they may have been carrying and the coating of lightning anything/anyone developed while being attracted skyward will not dissipate for one whole turn. Logically, splitting the beam will equally split the the damage provided by the lightning shroud. The beam can split into a maximum of four smaller beams and the number of beams can only ever be one of the following values: One, Two, Four. In terms of size the beams know no bounds, they simply adjusts to size and shape of whatever they're trying to pull.

Most commonly this is done to obtain two handheld weapons if the user only possess one e.g. the user picks up a stick with one hand and imbues it with the properties of the sword they hold in the other. One limitation on this technique is that it is still an A-Rank ninjutsu technique in power meaning the targeted material/object can only defend against B-Rank and below elemental techniques. Unlike its lesser counterpart, this technique can be sustained passively as long contact with the material in question is maintained. Maintaining this technique doesn't hinder the user in any way (doesn't restrict the user to certain elements since it is a ninjutsu technique) and he can freely utilize other techniques. However his ability to use handseals may be prohibited depending on how he's in contact with the two separate materials. If used on an ally, this jutsu can be used to prevent them from being caught in an attack by "pushing" them out of the way. If used on any part of the terrain in very close proximity (e.g. walls/the ground), this jutsu can be used in a similar manner to Wind Release: Hurricane Fist, allowing the user to propel themselves in a certain direction but with more much effectiveness due to the force behind the beam. If used on an opponent, whilst non-damaging itself, this attack can push them in a certain direction allowing them to be hit into walls and other parts of the terrain. This jutsu can also be used to knock away small to medium sized solid attacks such as Earth Release: Rock Scale Slab making this jutsu even more versatile in use. When used on techniques of equal or lesser rank, it does not result in their destruction but simply changes their trajectory, direction and flight path. Against techniques of greater rank, this technique is useless. The beam itself reaches its target near-instantaneously however since it deals no damage this jutsu itself isn't dangerous to the opponent. The user can modify the force of the beam to a certain extent but at most the beam can only push/propel something as far back as ten meters. Description:The user channels Ototon chakra into his throat and simply whistles (or any noise from the mouth basically) to release an echoing & high frequency sound throughout the battlefield to affect the user’s opponents. The high frequency and high pitch sound would affect the opponent’s body with an annoying sound. This would trigger a Genjutsu on the opponent, where he feels and sees his body vibrating to the rhythm of the echoing sound at an uncontrollable rate. This Genjutsu mimics Molecular Oscillation on the opponent. Their body would start to vibrate rapidly to the point where they slowly begin to phase through the ground or whatever they're on (as if they're sinking in quick sand, a slow process.) and they become unable to touch their own body, because they would simply phase through their own body. The opponent’s molecules vibrate rapidly to the point of them being intangible. In reality, the opponent simply loses his sense of balance making him clumsy to the point where he can’t walk properly or control his body for specific movements as long as the sound is on-going. Even after this Genjutsu is release, the opponent will feel slightly disoriented to the point of him feeling groggy and nauseous. This after effect will seem normal compared to his clumsiness when he is still within the genjutsu.

Notes:
-Can only be used once every 3 turns.
-User can continue with the sound (continuing to whistle etc) to sustain the genjutsu for up to 3 turns max.

Sealing Technique: Gaia's Loving Embrace (Fuuinjutsu: Aigyou Houyou no Gaia)

Description: The user concentrates his chakra, and places a small sealing tag onto the ground through physical contact. The sealing tag has the kanji for 'Earth' written on it. Through this sealing tag, the user seals a small portion of his own earth chakra into the sealing tag, and uses it for future earth jutsu. Normally, most earth jutsu cannot be performed without being in contact with the ground. But as long as this seal remains undisturbed on the ground, and upon paying an extra '5' chakra (which is the key to the seal) the user will be able to perform earth jutsu without being in contact with the ground, the earth chakra from the seal being used as a substitute for the user's own physical contact. The medium would be a seal placed upon the user's body in a location of his choice which is placed upon his body in a location of his choice. This is optional however, like if for example if the user is already standing on the ground and does not wish to expend the chakra he wouldn't have to. Thus, it is more practical for this to be used in the beginning of a battle.

Description: The user would (using extremely precise chakra control) concentrate an unfocused lightning into the center of his palm using raiton chakra. The user would then thrust his palm forwards, aiming for the left side of the opponent's chest, aiming for the heart. In the center of the axilla, on the medial side of the axillary artery, at the lateral , inferior margin of the pectorals major muscle and in it's deep position the point lies in the coracobrachialis muscle wherein lie a set of nerves called a nerve cluster. Upon delivering a raiton infused strike to this point, the opponent's heart would immediately stop beating, as the opponent enters cardiac arrest. The opponent would be in agony, feeling as if his chest had been ripped open, and taking extreme damage. The palm strike itself is fairly light, only dealing minor damage. The normal electrical conduction in the heart allows the impulse that is generated by the sinoatrial node of the heart to stimulate the cardiac muscle into beating. By delivering an electric palm strike, the user becomes capable of disrupting this impulse. However, if perchance the opponent is able to block the strike, then he would still take some damage to the guarding limb associated with mild shocks, and burns.

Description: Amun Ra is the chief of the Pufferfish contract, and resides in the Oceans of Blood along with the other elder summons. Amun is a kindhearted summon, with golden orange scales and stingers. It moves by combining pectoral, dorsal, ****, and caudal fins. This makes it highly maneuverable, but very slow. Its tail fin is mainly used as a rudder, but it can be used for a sudden evasive burst of speed that shows none of the care and precision of its usual movements, being able to avoid one attack per battle within reason (won't be able to avoid large scale jutsu such as Majestic Annihilation, and in addition will only be able to occur whilst Amun is deflated). Like all other pufferfish, Amun is able to inflate his elastic summon with water or air. He's able to do this to such a degree that once per battle, he's able to absorb a water or wind jutsu up to S rank in order to inflate his elastic stomach. Pre inflation, he is the size of a standard fish. Afterwards however, he's able to inflate to the degree of other boss summons such as Gamabunta. His spines become visible when he inflates, and are as hard as steel. This makes it extremely difficult to be able to harm him, and thus Amun is able to survive any A rank or below jutsu, as well as one S rank or below jutsu per battle. His real strength however, lies in his skill with the earth element, and he is able to 'swim through the earth' much like with the 'Underground Fish Projection' jutsu, at the speed of a regular kage ranked member. Whilst underground, he can cause his spines to protrude through the ground (A ranked), appearing similar to the 'Rising Rock Pillars' with a mid rank reach jutsu, albeit much more toxic, as each spine contains the regularized pufferfish venom. He's able to use S ranked and below earth jutsu, without the need for handseals. Finally, Amun's final ability is meant to distinguish him from the rest of the pufferfish family. He changes his color into a dark black before changing into a dark armour, with his spines protruding. The armour is worn by the user, and seemingly poofs onto him. This armor affords the user a basic protection against up to B rank jutsu. It increases his taijutsu usage by +10, due to the sharp spines. The user becomes capable of manipulating the spines of Amun as tendrils, appearing similar to dark shadows, able to pierce or slash the opponent. The tendrils are extremely sharp and strong, as much so as the average katana. This
is meant to aid the user in his close range battles, and each tendril is up to five meters long.

Pre inflation, he is the size of a standard fish. Afterwards however, he's able to inflate to the degree of other boss summons such as Gamabunta. His spines become visible when he inflates, and are as hard as steel. This makes it extremely difficult to be able to harm him, and thus Amun is able to survive any A rank or below jutsu, as well as one S rank or below jutsu per battle. His real strength however, lies in his skill with the earth element. He's able to use S ranked and below earth jutsu, without the need for handseals. Finally, Amun's final ability is meant to distinguish him from the rest of the pufferfish family. He changes his color into a dark black before changing into a dark armour, with his spines protruding. The armour is worn by the user, and seemingly poofs onto him. This armor affords the user a basic protection against up to B rank jutsu. It increases his taijutsu usage by +10, due to the sharp spines. The user becomes capable of manipulating the spines of Amun as tendrils, appearing similar to dark shadows, able to pierce or slash the opponent. The tendrils are extremely sharp and strong, as much so as the average katana. This is meant to aid the user in his close range battles. Each tendril is up to five meters long, and can be manipulated with simple thoughts and movements. The user is able to condense these tendrils into tools, and weapons for him to use, being as hard as steel yet still remaining 'attatched'. So the user would not be able to form a spear and throw it at the opponent. Created weapons and tools are A rank in strength, and are neutral to elemental chakra. Due to this being Amun's main ability, he can be summoned in the form of an armor if the user so wishes.

Description: A simple sealing technique, wherein the user has the kanji 'Zekkai (絶界, Absolute boundary)' placed upon the tops of his hands. By simply tapping it, the user is able to release the seal. A purple coloured armour forms around the user, protecting him from offensive techniques B rank and below (does not include genjutsu), as well as being able to take the brunt of one A rank jutsu before dispersing. The armour itself is free moving, molding itself in order to fit the user's movements, and stances. This makes it extremely versatile in close quarters combat, as it allows the user a high degree of protection. Furthermore, the armour is able to supplement the user's close quarters taijutsu, and makes the users attacks much harder, delivering much more impact. This gives a +15 to all of the user's taijutsu while the armor remains active.

Description: A simple sound technique which is designed to affect the opponent's vocal folds. The Vocal Folds are composed of twin infoldings of mucous membrane stretched horizontally, from back to front, across the larynx. They vibrate, regulating the flow of air being expelled from the lungs during respiration, and speech. When the opponent speaks or uses their vocal chords at all, then the user would cause the vocal folds to vibrate at an extremely intense rate using a simple snap of his fingers. This not only causing them damage, but it also makes them unusable for the duration of the battle. This leaves the opponent with their throat in extreme pain, finding it agonizing to even attempt speech, and impossible to actually use their vocal chords.

Description: The user forms the Rat -> Dog -> Bird hand seals and places a genjutsu on the opponent where the opponent will see the user creating a small (1 foot size) miniature statue of the opponent out of ground or any solid material.
The user then demonstrates that he can control the opponent's movements by bending, squeezing the miniature statue, etc which produces the similar effects in the opponent's body.
As soon as the opponent sees & feels this demonstration, his brain is tricked even more into strongly believing and accepting that the user can control his body and his movements using the statue of him as a medium and as the demonstration is over, the user takes full control of his opponent's brain.
Thereafter similar to as demonstrated, the user can squeeze, bend/break the limbs of the statue or cut the statue with a kunai, etc which will produce similar effect in the opponent along with pain where he will feel as if his body is squeezed, his hand has been broken or he is bleeding from the cut, etc depending on the user's doing to the miniature statue.
Notes:
- Can be used only 2 times per battle.
- Must have mastered genjutsu to use this jutsu.

Description: A simple combination of Wind and Taijutsu, the user will channel wind chakra into their feet and hands. Then, by rotating on their legs as an axis, they will outstretch their arms (with closed fists) and spin like a top. The rotational force allows the user to deflect incoming projectile-based techniques up to B-rank, barring Fire. Lightning is also not deflected as it is simply dissipated (up to A-rank considering elemental interactions). If the opponent is within short-range of the user, they will suffer multiple wind punches. However, one of the most useful aspects of this technique is its lateral travel capability. The spinning top the user mimics has the ability to swiftly close the distance in between him/herself and the opponent, even if the opponent is up to long-range from them. However, this only works if the user is in contact with the ground. If this technique is used in mid-air, the user loses this lateral advantage, but can maneuver in such a way to avoid techniques, much like a helicopter. Likewise, the user can also perform these maneuvers if they're on the ground.

Description: Vishnu is a longsword with a total length from sword hilt to the tip of the blade of 115 centimeters. The sword’s history is relatively short having only recently been created by Yoanna with the help of Konan after she learned the secrets of Paper Ninjutsu. The sword itself is composed of thousands of small chakra infused sheets of paper each being razor sharp, excluding the hilt and hilt guard of the blade. The guard of the blade itself appears to be the bottom half of a golden flower while the hilt beneath it extends past and possesses the same color. The blade created by Yoanna

Vishnu constantly drains the user’s chakra to sustain itself allowing it a certain degree of self-manipulation. Its thirst for chakra is quite great in that when not held by the user it will actively seek him or her out. As a sword composed entirely of small razor-sharp chakra infused sheets of paper Vishnu does not slice similar to how a sword does. Instead, the sharp sheets of paper will shave albeit user can change direction of paper edges and thus allow for different kinds of cuts being made upon their target. This can even be used once the sword penetrated through the body of intended target which would cause increase in deterioration made upon them. Each sheet of paper capable of leaving deep paper-cuts along the afflicted area of the opponent’s body. While the ''basic'' form of direction of paper sheets is not as lethal it is still very painful and can cut and shred flesh quite easily. Additionally, because of the sword’s paper nature the user’s chakra flow into the blade will allow it to remain its form and rigidity quite similar to that of an actual sword although with small spiked out edges. Should the sword be damaged the user can continue to feed it chakra and allow it to reform by reconnecting the scattered sheets of paper. Explosive tags as well as flash tags mixed within the normal sheets which would increase capabilities of the sword. Replenishing the hilt of the sword would drain user of 5 chakra points.

One of the abilities of the sword is as to make paper sheets leave the hilt of it within users hand and fly away forming like a cloud around both the user and their target. Each paper sheet would be self sustaining, self aware and represent sovereign defense due to being apart of Vishnu. Their velocity would be so great even being capable of defending user of almost instantaneous techniques as well as techniques up to A rank made by either taijutsu movements or solid like elemental techniques. This ability counts as an A rank and upon defending from an A ranked technique (following elemental strengths and weaknesses) paper which was dispersed would lose its effects. (Suiton: Euryubiā no Chronosphere) - Water Release: Eurybia's Chronosphere

Description: Eurybia's Chronosphere is a technique of water release whereas user manipulates water molecules around his surrounding reaching up to short range radius. With application of processes of both nature and shape manipulation they would cause water molecules to change their properties to a sticky, adhesive like nature. However such process wouldn't quite be visible by a normal eye nor would it make much damage. The water molecules would stay around the user in a four turns span and user won't be able to use them as to directly attack their target however everything that enters radius of the water molecules would have its speed decreased until it completely loses its momentum and collapses. The decrease in speed wouldn't affect the user themselves due to at all times, molecules not completely surrounding user but rather having a small distance creating like a cloak. Same would apply to jutsus user uses. The molecules however wouldn't have to react but they would rather be mentally maneuvered by user's will. This technique is especially good against those who are mostly CQC users. Although the movement of user wouldn't be effected within the Chronosphere, movement of those whose chakra signature is differing would. One interesting feature of this jutsu is ability for water molecules to surround users jutsus with application of a single hand seal which would cause for molecules to envelop the jutsu they so wish. This would increase their durability as well as forcefulness by adding additional 20 damage to them. Which is especially good in combination with earth elemental jutsus as well as its variations. Water and wind jutsus would gain a sticky like exterior whereas lightning will become deadlier.

Note: The ability to envelop other elemental jutsus would be performed almost instantaneously with a performance of a single hand seal due to water molecules already being spread around user

‡ Declined ‡ Make this span at least mid-range. This wouldn't affect you as the water is infused with your chakra (but it will affect allies). You need to clarify to what extent things are slowed down. You can only move these water molecules around, you can't use them to form shapes or constructs. If they happened to be attached to anything, by extension you can move those entities around too. Combining this with other jutsus is iffy and I'm not sure if I'll allow this. For one, remove combining this with anything but earth-based elements. On my next check, I'll decide whether or not I'll allow it. If not, I'll simply remove it if everything else is fine. You could a lot more with this.

(Suiton/Katon: Tamashī no rekuiemu) - Water/Fire Release: Requiem of Souls

Description: Requiem of Souls is one of the more powerful techniques which is actually a combination of both fire and water release. It was named Requiem of Souls due to the amount of souls it so took within time of its existence and its power also increases with every new one it so takes. User would through the rapid release and conversion of chakra focus suiton chakra within one of their limbs before slamming it onto the field upon which they are standing. With the slam onto the ground they would cause for firstly and omnidirectional wave of flammable oil to spread out within mid range radius. The flammable oil would by its characteristics be similar to the one seen by utilizing (Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds. As soon as they release the flammable oil they would release a pulse of warm katon chakra, igniting the oil and causing for an omnidirectional wave of demon like souls of fire to spread all around the user in mid range radius whilst leaving a wave of heat behind it. The two actions would be almost concurrent as the most time consuming thing would be actually be spreading out the oil. Although the flames would ooze off, the heated air would be left on the battlefield as well as the oil closest to the ground during three turns span. Due to the warmth of heatwave it would constantly make damage to those who are within their radius. Additionally, because of the chakra from one who performed this jutsu being present within the heatwave they would be able to notice any kind of movement shift. Moreover, the heatwave wouldn't be so easy to get rid off. Any kind of solid like object would merely pass through it whilst having its overall power depleted due to the wave. Using water as initial source against this jutsu perhaps wouldn't be for the best as force of water indeed would be able to disperse the flammable oil however the coolness which is a way in which water extinguish the flames wouldn't quite take place. Another ability which comes with this jutsu is one to be able to control the heatwave to a certain degree. Any wind jutsu coming in the way of one who performed this technique would merely cause for the heatwave to gather together into a single location and consume the wind as well as envelop it before descending towards the one who initially released it.

Note: Can only be used once per battle
Note: The jutsu would leave a great tool on the one using it and drain them off 20 chakra points
Note: Per each turn the heat waves are present, those within its sweep would be drained by 5 damage points

Description: ''Chikyu no naka Kami'' is a fabled technique, only known to few, and those who ever lived to tell the tales of such majestic traits it carries when activated. However, before even dreaming about to use the technique itself, it requires immense training throughout the years. Amaimon Katsuryoku found himself viable after many a years of hard work, and labour, and first then only found himself capable after having undergone Sage training, getting adapted to his Curse seal, and overall Yin-Yang training progress. All these, needed for him to balance out the energy within the technique to activate it. Another visible feature to note upon activation aside from the aura, is that the user's pupil will seemingly become invisible while the iris will turn completely brown emitting a similiar aura to those from the Kanjis.
Once the activation have concured, the user will become affected by the harnessed energy which will in turn of his manipulation and sustainment, drastically increase some traits of the user. While as earlier stated the users affinity which have to be earth, will be empowered, the user will also find himself increased slightly in speed and overall melee prowess(+2 Speed, +15 Taijutsu). Alas, much akin to the Earth Release, the user's skin becomes much more durable, being able to resist B-rank Ninjutsu and A-rank Taijutsu. Now, through hand motions, body gestures, and otherwise movements the user is capable of controlling the earth short-mid-range of himself, which would equal that of an A-rank, while he still have to perform hand signs for prolonged range. This counts towards the user's three moves per turn.
''Chikyu no naka Kami'' will also enable to use to passively gain the ability to detect pressure throughout the ground in a radius of mid-range around the user, much akin to the detection ability given off 'Hiding like a mole technique'.
However all techniques does not only come with a bonus, and ''Chikyu no naka Kami'' isn't an exception. ‡ Declined ‡ One of the few differences between this and Goro's Creation Mode is the mechanism by which you accomplish it by. There's no connection between the abilities imparted by this Earth mode (other than the fact that they're all encompassed in Earth Release). If you want something like this, you need to make it different from existing earth modes. Focus on one thing. I made an earth mode which solely revolved around sentient creations. It was declined for having some generic abilities like using earth without handseals and etc. Freeform manipulation of the earth (even if its only within short-range) is neither allowed and is already an ability of Goro's technique. Personally I suggest making a mode which revolves around and expands on one of Earth's principal qualities. The hardening part would suit you due to your Sage title but you could also look into one which focuses on Hiding in a Mole (the sensing bit) + Hiding in Rock. This might sound like too little to work with to create an entire mode but again, that's up to you. Oh and wrong template.

Amaimon Katsuryoku found himself viable after many a years of hard work, and labour, and first then only found himself capable after having undergone Sage training, getting adapted to his Curse seal, and overall Yin-Yang training progress. All these, needed for him to balance out the energy within the technique to activate it. Spear of the Earthen Deity | Yari no Tsuchi Kami
''Yari no Tsuchi Kami'' is applied by mustering earth release throughout their body forming an extremely dense drill around the user's desired arm that can reach the perimeters of short-range in length, while easily covering the wide of a round-shield. ''Yari no Tsuchi Kami'' Can be generated if damage should be sustained by applying an additional +15 chakra in order to replenish the weapon. The technique does also possess the ability to be fired off by a burst of chakra, allowing it to reach greater ranges but in turn gets disconnected from the user. It equals that of a S-ranked Earth Technique, and can only be used thrice per battle. Applying this ability counts towards the user's 3 jutsus per turn.
Earth Temple Sanctuary | Chikyu Tenpuru Seido
''Chikyu Tenpuru Seido'' is a technique triggered through a the wave of both the users hands, forming a perfect circle infront of himself. Upon activation the user activates the most fabled defensive earth technique known by mere plainwalkers. By extracting the strongest minerals from the ground below, the user will forcefully cause smooth eartern pillars to emerge by high speeds around the user in circular formation that can range from short to the mid-range. The earten pillars themselves do not move, however emit a continuous flux of Earth chakra so that the space between the pillars is filled with chakra, forming a complete dome around the user, however it remains transparent so that the user still can see through it. Because this dome of fluxated chakra is spinning, it not only can defend against offensive jutsu's, but also against things like smoke, dust (not the element), poison clouds etc. as it purifies the air in and around the sanctuary. ''Chikyu Tenpuru Seido'' equals that of a Forbidden Ranked technique, and can only be used once, and lasts untill deactivated. It drains additional chakra of 35+ chakra per turn its activated. Applying this ability counts towards the user's 3 jutsus per turn. Earth Temple Sanctuary can remain on the field should the Energy leave the users body prematurely or when the parent technique ends.

Verdant Haven | Shinryoku no Hebun
''Shinryoku no Hebun'' is the ability and overall manipulation of the earth and its various minerals through the usage of hand motions, gestures, stomps or slamming hands the user is capable of rupturing the earth in various areas causing several(3) cuboid, platforms or rectangular shapes of earth to emerge from the ground, levitating above ground, and through further manipulation to expell them at high speeds towards targets or otherwise treats. ''Verdant Haven'' also proves capable of taking control of previously used earth techniques. Equals an A-rank Earth Technique, while counting towards' the users 3 jutsus per turn.

Garruk is a monstrosity said to differ between night and day within the realm of basilisks, and so tremendous in size that the user is actually only capable of summoning a part of him. Well, it is never really known if the entirety of Garruk is summoned or not, considering the fact that upon summoning Garruk, the heaven goes black as the giant silhoutte of Garruk blocks out the sun's light, covering the entire field in a nightmarish world of pitch-black darkness. Garruk is summoned above the user, long-range. The Basilisk hovers the skies with humongous basking wings, never able to turn, attack or prove any threats in any kind, before it would disperse once more and return to the realm of Basilisks. Signifying its creation during the duration of the technique a booming brumming sound is echo'ing through the field. Garruk lasts 4 turns, unless dispersed prematurely.

‡ Declined ‡ No idea what the coloured part means. I don't think it contributes anything to the jutsu itself so you might as well remove it. Make this S-Rank due to its sheer size and make it usable once per battle. Also, can you show me proof of your summon having wings? The summoning contract contains virtually no information.

Through a stomp, like an omni-directional explosion, everything within the user's vicnity and the range of the technique, will cause a surge of earth particles being expelled through the pores of the earth, throughout the entirety of the field, shooting up small shrapnels of earthern particles. These of course aren't lethal, but can still prove harm and otherwise shredding and cutting injuries unless properly defended. The particles will lay dormant on the field for three turns, while obscuring both user's and target's visiorn, impairing their senses. However while the particles lay dormant - considering the user's close relation to the particles he will be able to monitor whenever anything within the plume of dust that moves, e.g. someone running through it, much alike to motion sensory. But alas, this wouldn't enable to user to differ between chakra natures, only the size and speed of objects, while perhaps more experienced user could make a qualified guess due the 'flow' and 'shape' of the object. The dust itself upon eruption ascends only mid-range. The secondary application of the technique, where it is triggered from the user itself as explained above, is much akin to the first. Rather than ultilizing it through the pores of earth, the user makes it surge through his own, in an omni-directional burst, that would only reach mid-range while its counter application would reach long-range. Inhalation of the technique can cause heavy coughing, irregular breathing and otherwise impairment in the CQC-field for the targets aside the user. Unbound Might can only be used a maximum of four times per battle, and restricts the user from above S-rank earth techniques the following turn.

The silent emerging isn't something I'm too keen on in general especially not when its concerning a Forbidden Rank. This also feels too similar to Dork's Diving Serpent. Also, a Forbidden Rank causing you slight strain?

‡ Declined ‡ I can't approve a Forbidden Rank technique that can seamlessly enter and emerge from the earth (not to mention silently). It can be created in any range and it can even be created from suspended dust as well as the ground. You could literally make this from the custom I just approved above. Your opponent wouldn't be able to hear the stag. They wouldn't be able to see the stag. I honestly don't see myself approving this.

Description: The user applies wind chakra to himself and the surrounding air particles to whirl in a rapid matter in a minuscule extent, visually creating a “blur” effect. This blur effect is visually much like shaking your hand in quickly(although this technique is much refined of of course)but this is applied to face or whole body which allows the user to conceal visual details of himself, whether its facial features or specific tools/clothing on his body, hand seals etc, though the user’s figure and movement is still apparent. Doujutsu users will simply see a cloud of chakra emanating from the user’s body. This technique is most helpful for ops missions to hide one’s identity, however doesn’t boost the user in anyway; mostly a cosmetic effect.

(Moguragakage no jutsu) - Scheming like a Mole technique

Description: An advanced ninjutsu, the user begins holding a ninja tool at his disposal and weaves Snake>Boar hand seals, then slamming the tool onto the ground, which proceeds to sink into the ground. What the technique does is clone thousands of copies of the tool evenly placed underground around the whole field, the copies works just like Shuriken Shadow Clones. The depth of the planted tools is close to the surface, only few inches below ground level. The advantage of the technique is the fact that its virtually undetectable without doujutsu or sensing capabilities because on the outside view, nothing really happens, no ground tremors or eruptions of any sort. The technique works well with the likes of explosive tags, as its capable of mining the whole terrain.

Description: This is perhaps, the basic jutsu of this Fighting Style. Dust having fought alongside the user for many battles, gains a key understanding of the user's abilities and powers. It gains the ability to, create and/or utilize chakra that it absorbs from the user to perform jutsus that originate from its entity that the user knows. For example Dust can use Chidori Nagashi as it is created from its own entity. It cannot however use Rain Tiger At Will Technique as it requires the clouds to generate the rain. The practioner of Ars Planetarium use this technique to create various combos that can be used against any opponent. Note that, the original technique must be posted for reference. And the restrictions (if any) will count towards the user's own restrictions. The orb emits a visible light of a particular color (relative to the element being used) when it needs to perform techniques that require hand seal. So for example, if Dust has to use an earth technique that requires 4 hand seal, it will emit a brown light four times before releasing the technique. This is more like a process specific to it, to mold user's chakra chakra.
Apart from the general abilities, the orb is also capable of performing some key techniques which are unique to it.
-Wind: The orb is capable of releasing a breeze of wind in all/desired direction (Mid-Range) from its core which looks like a normal breeze. However, the catch is that this breeze contains minute particles of highly unstable wind similar to rasenshuriken. These particles can go through the body, cutting through each and every cell in the body to destroy the person completely (S-Rank). Can only be once.
-Fire: The orb is capable of releasing fire chakra from all sides of its body to create a blast with itself as the centre (mid-range reach). The blast can incinerate anything and everything within range (S-Rank Technique) while it remains unaffected itself. The orb when channeled with fire chakra, acts as a source of fire and light. Light so strong, if needed it can light up dark areas (up to long range) and strengthen the shadow of a person (passive). Can only be used once.
-Lightning: The orb when channeled with Lightning chakra, can act as an air terminal when needed. Which means the orb can absorb any and all lightning discharges (up to S-Rank) by attracting the said attack to itself and thus nullifying the attack (S-Rank). Can only be twice.
-Water: The orb when channeled with water chakra, acts as a source of water, allowing the user to perform techniques which usually require a water source to perform (passive). It can also phase through active water techniques of A-Rank and below (A-Rank) when needed. Can only be twice.
-Earth: The orb has the ability to petrify the object it touches for two turns. Should it touch the opponent's arm, it would be petrified for two turns (A-Rank). Any further impact of the affected places will turn the limb into sand. Can only be thrice. Another property that the orb possesses is that it can sink in through A-Rank and below active earth techniques (especially through the ground) and still make it out of it unaffected (A-Rank). Can only be twice.
Restrictions:
* Can only use one nature at a time.
* Changing nature requires a move, but not any chakra.
* Dust can only use canon/custom techniques that the user knows, up to A-Rank.
* Special abilities have their own restrictions.

✦ Declined, you seem to not understand your own CFS; the effects that are caused when elemental chakra is channeled through these orbs is below in spoilers. This jutsu and these effects are CLEARLY two different things and different effects. You talk about how this is supposed to be the basics, yet nearly every ability you list is insanely powerful. Wind that destroys cells and is S ranked, Fire that destroys anything in mid range, and allows you to strengthen your Nara jutsu passively and S rank, Lightning that absorbs other lightning jutsu up to S rank, Water orb that somehow acts like a source for water and passes through A rank and below jutsu, and Earth orb that can somehow merge through A rank and below Earth jutsu unobstructed and you think this will be able to use jutsu that you know how to use? Hell no. Your CW was made for the purpose of this CFS, not to act as your own Shadow Clone. The ONLY jutsu it will be able to use are jutsu related to this style. ✦

-Wind: When channeled with the Wind chakra, the orb vibrates violently as its exterior surface turns sharp with the overflowing wind chakra. On contact with an opponent's body, this orb can cause deep lacerations and cuts.
-Fire: When channeled with the Fire chakra, the orb raises the temperature within it, as it turns so hot, that it evaporates the nearby water sources (bucket full of water), thanks to the overflowing fire chakra. Prolonged contact with an opponent's body, this orb will cause the opponent's skin to be burned.
-Lightning: When channeled with the Lightening chakra, the orb radiates with energy as its exterior surface vibrates with the overflowing lightening chakra. On contact with the opponent, this orb will cause the opponent's skin to be numb and paralysed. The limb which comes in contact with it, remains paralysed for 1 whole turn.
-Water: When channeled with the Water chakra, the orb turns itself into an orb of sticky water. The water orb, when it comes in contact with the opponent, releases a sticky adhesive fluid at the area of contact. The fluid quickly spreads over the target's body, restricting his movements.
-Earth: When channeled with the Earth chakra, the orb turns itself into a very hard material. The ball becomes even more dense and gains the ability to soak up small water sources that are produced from the opponent's chakra. (Note small is equivalent to about the size of enough water to fill a bucket). The ball's mass and strength can be manipulated to be increased or reduced considerably. This orb can break bones with its raw impact.
Note: Further effects of the orbs will be explained properly in the jutsus.

Description: Using the ability to make changes to its body, the crystal ball shape shifts to form various entities. From a snake to a bird, from a fish to a human skull, it can shape itself to form anything; but never exceeding its own size and volume. The advantage of using this technique is that, when assuming a form, it takes on the advantages of that form while retaining its normal abilities. The weapon being so old, and having passed on from various masters, with various abilities, it has picked up some talents which it can use now. For example, a shark (though a small one) will have sharp teeth, can rip out the flesh of the opponents, can swim in water (B-Rank and below active jutsus) at very high speeds (comparable to canon sharks) etc. If it chooses to be a snake, it will have all the ability of a snake (sensing, enhanced smell, heat and vibration perception, brille etc.) in addition to having the ability of travelling at good speeds through earthen structures (B-Rank and below). A bird will have its own ability with an addition of travelling at high speeds through windy atmosphere (B-Rank and below active jutsus) and likewise. By mimicking the animal, Dust gains their unique ability as it is an omniscient and a living weapon, allowing it to learn things at an alarming rate. A special ability that the weapon achieves in this form is that, being a sentient weapon, it can communicate with animals by posing as one of them. This makes it easier to track down opponents over the Ninja World a bit easier. Also, an interesting fact that was noted is, summoned animals usually don’t attack the weapon when it poses as one of them, as they consider it as one of their kind, leaving the opponent to attack the weapon himself. Due to the close relation that Dust has with the nature, sensing gathered natural chakra and energy also became possible (although it could never gather it itself).
Note:
* The weapon can turn back to its normal form whenever it feels like. However, to move to another form, it needs to use this technique again.
* Phasing through active jutsus costs a move.
* Can only be taught to users of Ars Planetarium.

I havent even read the full jutsu, just looked at the restrictions and saw this. This isn't phasing through attacks, why are you so insistent on that? Your style has nothing to do with phasing through objects, your style manipulates a crystal solid ball to form shapes for offense and defense and embuing it with elemental chakra to enhance these shapes. You don't even have jutsu approved yet and you're trying to abuse this CFS. If this keeps up, I'm going to end up revoking the style as it's clear that you intend to abuse it. ✦

Description : Having mastered the art of melting rocks and debris using a simple technique like "Fire Release: Exploding Flame Crater", the user of this technique decided to introduce similar offensive abilities to all his fire techniques. The user begins by activating this "mode", wherein, he starts superheating all his fire chakra to a very great extent, so that for the next 4 turns, any and all fire used by the user, causes rocks and debris to melt down due to the enormous amount of heat. This differs from regular fire, mostly in terms of temperature. However, if examined finely, one can see that the fire techniques boosted by this technique, keep absorbing nearby air (similar to suction property of the wind, but to lesser extent) to grow more powerful (which increases temperature and not size) and much more hazardous. This technique does not limit the user to simply change the properties of his next techniques. Should he choose, he can send out a pulse of fire chakra in an omni-direcion, causing any and all (or even selective) existing stray fire, to cause similar damage, melting down rocks and other materials which is on fire. Activating this ability is instant, as it does not cause any harm as a stand alone technique. Also, due to the extremely high temperature, and due to actively consuming a lot of oxygen, the color of the user's fire techniques turn bluish.

Description: Elucidator is a pitch black one handed longsword, about 120cm long, with trims of gray and is evenly balanced. It has a black handle connected to a hand guard that drops down on the right side. Attached to this elongated area of the hand guard is part of Elucidator's obsidian blade so as to better aid the user in retaining their grip on the sword when it is being used. The blade is completely black and the said blade is outlined in light gray. A small cross is emblazoned on the flat of the blade, just beneath the tip. The sword has a very dense chakra stored in the hilt that is triggered when anyone aside from Kirito and those he teaches to wield the sword tries to wield it, it becomes unbelievably heavy (300 pounds) pounds). Only when it is wielded by a known wielder does it revert to the original weight (20 pounds). What sets this sword apart from other swords is its unique ability known as Ethereal Shift. By channeling wind chakra into it, the sword can phase through other objects such as weapons and shields.

‡ Declined ‡ You literally squeezed your CW's special ability (which should be the main focus of the description) into the last sentence. The weight of the sword increasing by a massive extent is already a property of Scorps' CW but 300 pounds isn't even that bad. I could use the Light Weight technique to decrease your sword back to 30 pounds and wield like normal. Also, you didn't explain how wind makes your sword intangible.

Sif is a 8ft Maned Wolf with gray fur who carries a massive great sword that he uses to completely crush his opponents with raw blunt force and his sheer size. He isn't afraid of charging head first into danger or death so long as he does his duty, and will continue to defend his charge or Summoner to the end. Repede is a 4ft Maned Wolf with blue and white fur and carries a small blade that he draws from a specially made holster on his right shoulder that allows for quick drawing and nimble strikes, both due to the size of the blade and the ease of access the holster provides. With his short sword, Repede makes use of his agile physique and lighter load to cut and sever key points on his targets, restricting or preventing movement through severed joints and potentially fatal blows at vital points. On their own Sif and Repede are formiddible opponents, when they are together in a team, they are one perfectly balanced force to be reckoned with.

Great Grey Maned Wolf, Sif: Sif is a 8ft Maned Wolf with grey fur, a shaggy mane, and piercing yellow eyes. In his jaws, he carries and swings a tremendously large dark steel great-sword, which has a faded but intricate and delicate design on the blade and handle. Using his overwhelming size, large, arcing attacking, and tremendous brute force, Sif breaks down all but the staunchest of defences. Sif can perform basic, non-elemental Kenjutsu up to and including B-Rank.

Catapult Blade: Once per battle, Sif can use the flat edge of his massive sword as a platform, launching anyone on the blade a great distance at high speeds by swinging the blade around in an arc, before "firing" the chosen individual like one would a projectile. This can only be performed on a single target of normal size, such as a human or small Summon. It launches the selected individual at a target up to 15m away in a linear direction, at a very fast speed (equivalent to the speed of an arrow fired from a compound bow) thanks to Sif's overwhelming strength. This is mainly used to quickly close the gap between the user and the opponent, or for distraction, or an attack on multiple fronts, making it's usage very handy in many situations.

Note: This ability costs one move of the user's 3 per turn.​

Nirvana Dog, Repede: Repede is a 4ft Maned Wolf with blue and white fur and carries a small blade that he draws from a special custom-made holster on his right shoulder that allows for quick drawing and nimble strikes, both due to the size of the blade and the ease of access the holster provides. The quick strikes allow Repede to mimic Samurai Iaido, which he can perform up to A-Rank. Repede cannot perform regular Kenjutsu, only Iaido Kenjutsu.

Thievery: Repede is also an accomplished pickpocket, allowing him to pilfer objects from his opponent's, even in the heat of battle. Repede has stolen items as small as Kunai and as large as weapons from their scabbards, even during heated combat. A truely amazing accomplishment for any thief. This ability allows Repede to steal items, objects and even weapons from the target, even during combat and heated exchanges, and give give them to his Summoner so that they can make use of them in battle. Of course, this ability can only be used when in direct proximity to the target, and any special tools, weapons or misc items such as jewelry will automatically be returned to the original holder at the end of the Fight.

Description: The user performs the Summoning Jutsu, either through Hand Seals, their Summoning Tattoo or their Summoning Scroll to summon Vivienne, whose nickname amongst the Maned Wolves is Kaheijū, the Floral Beast, for her unique type of illusionary combat and love of visual flair. Her fur is delicate and beautiful, the colors of which dance in different shades of red, creating dazzling patterns throughout, almost telling a story as the pattern shifts. Her eyes are a deep, vibrant green, much like the forest she and her fellow Maned Wolves inhabit. Vivienne has a naturally high level of skill in Genjutsu, which allows her to use almost any Genjutsu, but in her own unique way. Through combining her skill in Genjutsu with her own overbearing scent, Vivienne can use the opponents sense of smell as a means of inducing Genjutsu, similar to how Sound Genjutsu uses the target's hearing, or the Sharingan uses eye contact to establish.

Rotten Bloom: Vivienne begins by manipulating her own scent through her Chakra, which is surprisingly pleasant for a Maned Wolf, controlling it and directing it towards her intended target. The range of this ability is Short - Mid, as any scent produced eventually disperses after a certain distance, making it impossible to maintain smell-based Genjutsu at Long Range. Once the target is within range of Vivienne's scent, it is almost impossible to break out of the Genjutsu she applies, because even if a release method such as Kai, a full body surge or pain is used, her scent will still be present, still containing Vivienne's Chakra, allowing for instant re-administration of Genjutsu. However, the scent can be blown away with a Wind Release technique of B-Rank or higher, and if successful, requires Vivienne to re-administer her scent. This allows Vivienne to not only effortlessly traps targets in a seemingly unbreakable Genjutsu, it also opened many doors for future development in the scent-based Genjutsu field for both herself and her Summoner alike.

Note: Vivienne's scent control counts as 1 of of users 3 moves per turn.​

‡ Declined ‡ This is actually awesome, I like what you're doing with the contract. First things first, you require Lili's permission if you want to use smell-based illusions. Her Perfume CE has more or less patented that field. On to the summon itself, its OP. External illusions are and always will be powerful but this has taken that to a whole new level. The 2nd Mizukage can only cast one genjutsu with this clam's mist, not use every illusionary technique through it. His illusion doesn't incapacitate the opponent, all he does is conceal his own presence. This ability would be fine for genjutsu techniques like Bringer of Darkness but when I think about this being used in combination with some of the more powerful illusions I've seen/acquired, this is completely unreasonable. I suggest the following. On summoning, her odour already spans short to mid-range and through it she can use 1 to 3 different illusions using it as a medium.

Description: The user, through basic Shape Manipulation, gathers a massive amount of Chakra, divides it into equal portions, and creates an innumerable army of Maned Wolf-shapes from that Chakra. But they are more than simply Chakra in the shape of animals, they are very deadly walking, or in most cases running, bombs. They take the generic shape of a Maned Wolf, but have no proper distinguishing features, besides glowing eyes. Since they are created in the dozens, their numbers easily being split into the hundreds, their individual strength is laughable at best (Being equivalent to an E-Rank technique), but their power lies in their sheer numbers, overwhelming the target through quantity over quality. Another drawback is their detonation radius, only being a couple of feet, this means they need to bite or rush into their target to guarentee a successful hit. The latter is preffered as it provides the other bombs a higher rate of success for a hit. The wolves are directed by the user through either gestures or vocal commands, "Fetch" being the most common and ironic. As they are composed from Chakra, they can effortlessly fly towards their designated target, like most projectile technique's, the largest differnce being that these Maned Wolf-Bombs appear to be living, at least mimicking the habits and actions of their realistic counterparts.

‡ Declined ‡ Remove the E-Rank reference bit (64 E-Ranks are the equivalent of a Forbidden). Simply state that their individual power is equivalent to and slightly greater than ordinary paper bombs. Are these wolves on par with elemental techniques? Since its advanced shape manipulaiton, I wouldn't say its a stretch to assume they are. Clarify that. Also, Forbidden Ranks require taxing restrictions, they can only be used once (for the most part) and the damage they inflict on the user has to be tangible. Your current restriction is way too taxing, you didn't specify the kind of damage the user takes (damage points without a description is a little more than meaningless) and you need to specify this can only be once per battle.
