Due to being unable to concentrate and reason as normal, they become unable to mold chakra to perform techniques beyond A-rank.

Description: Slifer, the Sky Dragon is a powerful viper bound to the Snake contract. Slifer is red in color, with a black underbelly marked by grey stripes. Like all snakes, it lacks arms and legs. Slifer is peculiar for two striking features: a crest in its head and two mouths. The first, upper layer of its mouth is usually closed, only opening for Slifer's Katon. Slifer's lower mouth is filled with razor sharp teeth that are as strong as steel. Like all vipers, Slifer is venomous, capable of inserting the powerful venom into any living creature through biting it. Due to its powerful teeth, Slifer is capable of biting through almost any material, though stronger materials will render its teeth ineffective. From its upper mouth, Slifer has the ability to use any Katon jutsu up to S-rank so long as the technique is physically able to be launched from his mouth. Slifer's secondary ability is the ability to change size. Slifer can take a form measuring 10 feet, where it is as large as the average viper. Using chakra, Slifer can grow to the size of the largest summoning animals, measuring up to 70 meters long. Slifer can resist A-rank and below techniques, but successive A-rank techniques or S-rank and above will damage it too much, causing him to vanish. On the top of Slifer's head is a crest, in which up to three people can stand or sit in, allowing Slifer to be used for traveling purposes.

Description:The user will extend his arm towards an opponent, pointing at them with his index and middle fingers and the rest clenched as though in a fist. As he outstretches his arm, he will flow a large amount of Raiton chakra through it, and at his fingertips create a barb of lightning three inches long and three inches thick. The barb is shaped like that of an arrow head, and as such is extremely sharp and hot due to the heat of lightning. The barb has a ring of lightning around it at its midpoint, with a two inch diameter around the barb. The barb is connected to the ring via three small electric bolts. The barb is made in a matter of seconds, and is capable of being fired at high velocity, being difficult to track. The barb, when it makes contact with the opponent, lodges itself so that the ring and bolts burns into their flesh, causing intense pain and damage and leaving a permanent scar. If used to strike a limb, the barb and ring will cause nerve damage that will disable the limb, rendering it unusable for the rest of the match. The user is capable of maintaining the technique without firing it for at two turns at max, but will be unable to mold chakra for any other techniques while doing so. After two turns, if the user is still maintaining it, it will burst into an array of lightning that will badly damage the hand it was used from.

Approved. Keep in mind that timeframe wise the user is still able to defend from this. Just saying it so there are no issues in terms of speed and such.

Pending: He won't be able to use techniques that require hand seals to be formed (as he doesn't have hands to do this), and I'm skeptical about being resistant to any A-rank attack as I feel that slicing techniques and such should be able to still get him considering your poison makes them not able to go above A-rank, and he can resist up to A-rank, making it a low-risk high reward summon in this case. Send me a VM so we can talk the terms over on which techniques would would. Also: max 4 turns, not 5 in case of a summon that has elemental/special properties.

Then, with another hand seal, the user may split the fireball into up to 8 baseball sized projectiles, in any geometrical shape, which the user guides towards any location needed, dropping to the floor with the power of several paper tags each. This fireball may be divided over the course of two turns, instead of dropping all 8 on the same turn. It doesn't cost additional chakra but it does require you to spend one move in the following turn. The user of this technique may make the fireball drop and explode as a whole or as individual fireballs, and any combination of the two. The big fireball is A rank, each division lowers the rank ( 2 B rank, 4 C rank, 8 D rank ).

Note: Choosing to make the fireball(s) drop and explode takes up one technique, regardless of how many are dropped, throughout the turn.

Several things need clearing up. Why is the range short-long when you clearly create this in long range? Do all the projectiles remain in place until you choose to spread it and attack with it across turns? Lastly, it's an A-Rank. Add restrictions.

-Declined- I don't like the way this is worded nor the way you go about it. Remove the description about exciting molecules and replace it with something generic like “through the rapid conversion of chakra”. I think this too restrictive but that's up to you. Remove the filler restriction of “Must have fire mastered”, that's a given. Expending a move to drop the other spheres later on is the part I feel is most restrictive but again that's up to you.

She has a beige skin tone with three very bright, lime green stripes going from her head to the end of her body. Kerrigan has the ability to focus and shoot acidic mucous out of her pores and create a shower of A ranked acidic rain in a desired location from mid to long range. This acid is highly potent, able to burn through solid objects and eventually makes a deep pool of dangerous, burning acid. She has great sense of hearing, able to pick up on techniques being used. This ability, when used, is transferred to the summoner so that they may also pick up on the fluctuating chakra. Naturally, Kerrigan is able to cover herself, her summoner and nearby allies in a slimy mucous which can protect from A ranked and below fire techniques.

-Declined- “create a shower of A ranked acidic rain in a desired location from mid to long range.” This bit makes it sound like the acid is materialized from thin air rather than being created from her body. Re-word it to make it clear that isn't the case. Also, how did you get from your slug having good hearing to the summoner being capable of picking up on fluctuating chakra? That escalated quickly. Either way I don't like the idea of connecting your senses to your summons, even without this pseudo-sound/chakra sensing ability being thrown into the mix.

Description: After building up mucous in a rapid fashion, the slug will spit out mucous in a desired area. When the slime comes into contact with techniques (Logical, earth, metal, wood, etc, KG and CE alike), it will effectively boost in defense against fire by one rank. Example is when using it on a A-rank technique, if the slime is covering the technique, it will take at least an S-rank fire to destroy it. When used on weapons, it will simply have an immunity to fire techniques C rank and below, and when used on a human, will have a A-rank defense to fire by default. When on the ground or on techniques, this slime effects the covered area, making it impossible to walk across the effected area. When on a person, it is impossible for them to be physically gripped (by someone or a summon), when on a weapon, it makes the weapon unusable and unable to be picked up but if it is used for the fire immunity, the handle/where it is gripped is not covered, so the user may be able to use their weapon as intended.

-Declined- Nice technique but you need to work on the wording. I don't like multi-ranks unless absolutely necessary. Mostly because of the restrictions people use e.g. “can only be used five times per battle”. What's to stop you using the S-Rank version five times? Ideally make this B-Rank or A-Rank in power. Also, the coating is independent of the technique its surrounding. Since this “slime” is strong to fire, an A-Rank coating will neutralize an S-Rank fire technique and the technique it was coating will continue onwards unhindered. I will allow for this to be C to A-Ranked simply because I find it wasteful to use an a-rank to accomplish something as simple as preventing the opponent from using a weapon. I also think you should be able to use this (not only your slug summons) similar to how Jiraiya uses Toad Oil. Change it to usable three times per battle.

(Suiton: Kiri Kaihen) - Water Release: Mist Reorganization

Description: After releasing a water based technique, the user will manipulate his chakra and spread out the water molecules of the technique, allowing him to change it from it's current state into a mist of water vapor. The vapor can then be manipulated and guided by hand gestures like a snake of mist. With the usage of a single hand seal, the user can compress the mist into it's original state, allowing the user to re-create his technique once again within reason. This means that things such as compressed streams would be unable to reform back 100% due to their specific requirements of release (Constant streaming from the mouth and compression). If such a case were to occur, the source would simply become a source of water fueled with the user's chakra equivalent to the technique manipulated. The mist can be spread throughout the terrain similar to hiding like mist. If that's the case, the technique will last up to 5 turns before dispersing naturally. The manipulate stays active for as long as the user fuels it.

The bold needs to be clarified, within reason means entirely different things to different people. Mention that the techniques lose any of their original momentum and only carry the momentum that the mist had when its reformed. Reformed techniques lose a rank as well.

Description: By focusing their chakra on a natural source of water vapor (Mist) or a self made one, the user will apply the same principles of lightning release of vibration, allowing them to violently vibrate the molecules of water within the mist. Not only will the user vibrate the water molecules but also condense them sharply, allowing him to deal minor cutting damage, imitating shattered glass particles. The attack is not lethal enough to kill, however it is potent enough to leave superficial scars that are deep enough to draw low degree of bleeding. If the user wishes, he could apply this same method to an already released water technique within reason, allowing it to vibrate and be coated in sharpened water molecules in order to increase it's overall damage.

(Saga Buki: Kyoukan's Senbon) - Custom Weapon: Assassin's Needle

Description: Assassin's Needle is Ninja Senbon created from scratch. Although it looks like any ordinary Senbon, it's material is different than most. It is made of a very rare non-magnetic and indestructible alloy. However, that does not mean it can defend against anything/everything. The Senbon has special water related abilities as well as ninjutsu techniques (Explained below). Due to it's water nature, the user can passively transform the Senbon into a scattered source of water by spreading out it's molecules, making it invisible to the naked eye. This ability is not harmful, it is simply used in order to re-materialize the weapon near the user's location in order to use it once again without having to physically go out and retrieve it. If evaporated by a heat based technique like Fire Release, the Senbon will not be destroyed, instead it will follow the same concept of precipitation and have it's evaporated water molecules travel up into the clouds. Even if clouds are not present, it will make its own miniature cloud large enough to have the Senbon rain back down in a watery state to then re-materialize at the user's command. At this point, the Senbon can be used to rain down upon the target, although it is not advisable as it would merely count as the attack damage of a basic weapon. By infusing his own water chakra into the Senbon, the user is able to passively alter the weapon's flight path in order to deal basic weapon damage. The more notable water ability of the sword is to release two highly pressurized needles of water as if they were extensions from either end. The pressurized extensions are B rank in strength and follow the the corespondent chakra usage as well as count towards the user's jutsu per turn. The watery extensions can stretch up to two meters on either end. A more hidden and surprise ability if the Senbon is the ability to burst into a miniature explosion of water either after or before striking it's target. The explosion would feel like shattered glass particles, C rank in strength, following the corresponding chakra usage. Due to it's size, the blast radius would be up to 1 meter outwards. The most notable technique of the Senbon is it's incorporation of a special ninjutsu technique similar to the Shuriken Enlargement technique. The user will follow the same concept and expand the Senbon into a large spear-like weapon that is 8ft in length and 3 inches wide in the center, naturally narrowing down as it nears either tip. During the transformation enlargement, the Senbon would be incorporated with bladed edges near the points, allowing the user to deal more slashing damage than solely using the tip. If the explosive water ability is used whilst transformed, the blast radius would increase up to 5 meters. All abilities from it's former self also translate to the enhancing transformation. If the enlarged Senbon is evaporated it will take 2 turns to be re-materialized instead of the ordinary 1 for the small version. In it's enlarged state, the Senbon's edge/point gain the ability to pierce into liquid based techniques up to B rank in order to reach their targets. This method is used after having trapped the opponent in a water-based technique or something similar. This does not mean that it will passively take care of techniques, it is only able to pierce into them without weakening them.

The User places their palm against a solid surface and releases their dark chakra making a print almost like their Dark Mark onto that surface fuelled with chakra from using Inhaling Maw beforehand. Once the print is made on the surface it stays there for a few turns acting like sort of a trip mine - if a jutsu passes by into short range of the print, it absorbs that said jutsu and becomes fuelled with even more chakra making it glow a light purple. The Print doesn't disappear just yet as it has one more use and that is when an enemy steps within short range of that Print it explodes into light blue flames, engulfing and severely burning anyone within five meters of it.

Seems simple enough, needs a few clarifications. Exactly how large and noticeable is this print? And if two prints are used, what do you mean that power is split between them? I don't think such a thing is possible if you place them far apart from one another. Also, rank restrictions regarding Dark Release as well as elemental restrictions?

To me this seems an awful lot like fuuinjutsu. I'm not too familiar with dark release so maybe another mod with more knowledge of it will think differently, but unless it was shown that the mark can be placed on object like this I don't think its doable.


-Declined- I have to agree with Typhon. I have no problem with this lasting multiple turns (the effects can just linger like the Added/Light weight techniques without being maintained) nor do I have a problem with the absorption since its Dark Release. The problem is this "print" you create. You say its almost like the one on the user's hand but I don't believe that kind of thing can be transferred so freely. If you make it clear that the print is made of dark chakra and decrease this technique's duration to three turns (or decrease its usage to twice per battle) then I'll be more inclined to approve this.

Description:
The user focuses Futon Type chakra to their sword and swing it back behind their head whilst the wind spins around the blade, they then slash downward whilst releasing the wind into multiple lizard heads that are shot out of the sword, they can be scattered around to intercept multiple targets. The user doesn't have to release the Lizard's straight away and can instead have keep the Wind spinning around the blade so it acts like an A-Rank Tornado blade that can be used in close combat, to keep the spinning wind active the user must sacrifice 10 chakra points each turn.

This can also be used as a sort of projectile, channelling the wind into a thrown weapon like a Kunai (can be other weapons that are thrown/launched), they will launch it at their opponent and the wind will then spin around it. Through the user's will whenever it gets within a certain distance of their target the spinning wind will scatter into the many lizards, whether it be in a certain direction or all around.

Description:
The User bites their thumb and wipes it on their tattoo, performing a string of three hand seals and then slamming their hands on the ground which creates a couple metre tall tornado of water with 1 metre diameter anywhere within mid-range except around the opponent - this is harmless and purely cosmetic the water disappears and reveals the summon. The Summon is basically a very large amount of ordinary sized Thoracica type barnacles clumped together to form the shape of a human of average size - but the mastermind of these Lesser Barnacles is the Boss of the Summoning Contract and he is able to command them to do his bidding, 'Oregon' the Barnacle Boss resides in the Head of the man representing the brain and in form he is a very large Barnacle that has outgrown it's shell and so is protected by the other Shells. Oregon has a greater intelligence and is basically the one whom trained the first Barnacles passing down his knowledge. He can talk or communicate mentally to the Contract signer.

Oregon is a Taijutsu Specialist and he has the ability to perform Taijutsu of up to A-Rank and gets a +10 Damage boost because of his extremely hard body. Since his body is made up of many thoracica type barnacles which have their tendrils also spread out through the body to keep together - means he can be pretty versatile. He can pull apart his own body (except the head) to dodge oncoming attacks like punches or swords and then quickly clamp it shut again, the tendrils of the many Barnacles stretch to allow him to separate his torso or other sections so that he is not hit. When Oregon clamps shut like this, it is strong enough to snap a blade and so can crush bone pretty easily whilst at the same time Barnacles detach from inside his body and attack onto the limb of the enemy if he decides to let them free. Oregon can also use this to stretch his limbs or body, making them much longer so he can punch and kick much further, or to further ensnare an opponent. He has one final use of pulling his body apart and that is to be able to completely cover his opponent with his body of barnacles and slowly crush him, this however takes about two turns to actually do some critical damage and Nagashi doesn't effect him, Barnacles Can't be Paralysed.

Oregon has the ability to change his body structure further by changing from a man to a four legged creature very quickly, the only reason he does this is to close distance between his opponent and can do so pretty fast. When running on all fours like this he can close the mid-range gap in seconds but it still trackable and when he goes to attack he quickly changes back into a Man to fight. He also has the ability to "look" like a man, taking the form of someone he has seen before or that of the contract signer, basically like using the transformation technique and looking like someone new. Oregon's version of the transformation technique only allow him to take the form of a human and is passive, the outer layer of barnacles basically create this illusion and if he is hit will go back to normal

He also has a very strong Defense, being made completely out of Thoracica Barnacles it's like being a Walking Piece of Armour, he acts like the S-Rank Earth Hardening Technique in strength except B-Ranks and below have no effect at all. Unless it is Lightning then that is C-Rank and below. He also cannot be effected by Genjutsu of any kind as other Barnacles in his head will take the effect instead of him and because there are many that form the head this can be done for a while before Oregon disperse from the field.

- Oregon separating his body to dodge attacks costs a Move (not if he's doing it to stretch his limb further to attack). He can use this to dodge small scale jutsu as well.

I like the idea of this guy, but needs a few things. You can't just say Nagashi doesn't work on him. Barnacles have nervous systems so they would of course be affected by electricity, though there are other ways you can work around it. Electrical currents tend to make muscle contract, so if the opponent is covered Nagashi probably isn't the best counter. What do the barnacles that attach onto the enemy do to them? Remove the transformation illusion part.

Description: The Avada Kedavra jutsu is one of the three Unforgivable Jutsu, usage of any appropriate for a death sentence on the user. Generally considered the most fatal of the three, the Avada Kedavra is the jutsu associated with Death, as that is it's primary effect and objective. Beginning by channeling large amounts of Ototon chakra, the user begins releasing this chakra in two waves; the first wave is released by the uttering of the word "Avada". By speaking this word, the user releases several Hindering Sound waves of high frequencies, but low energy, causing waves to affect the target, causing localized paralyzation of certain parts of the target's body. This is achieved through the sound waves vibrating intensely and causing the targeted body part to be affected by alternating waves, essentially preventing movement ( the chosen body part can be limbs, such as the arm or legs, organs, such as liver or tongue, or even small digits, such as fingers and toes ). While this effect is immediate, it's main goal is to prevent the target from moving while the latter, more destructive part of the jutsu is released towards the opponent. Upon speaking the word "Kedavra", a low frequency but high energy sound wave is released, moving towards the enemy. What is unique about this wave is that it is clearly visible in the form of a bright green wave that appears like a jet of light. Accompanying this bright wave, the sound of rushing wind can be heard, almost as if an invisible force was rushing through the air, though this is just the sound created that occupanies the Ototon jutsu. As the bright green wave travels, it causes no noticable damage on contact with a foe, it's effect being more internal than external. Upon hitting a sentient, living target, the wave passes through the body of the target, causing high level vibrations in the targetted area, enough to cause minute and cellular destruction of such a level that the area is left unusable, it's cells fractured beyond normal repair ( this does not include high level Medjutsu, like Sakura's Yin Seal ). Upon ripping through a target, the sound wave forces a target backwards 10 meters, causing greater damage.

Description: The Cruciatus Jutsu is one of the three Unforgivable Jutsu, usage of any appropriate for a death sentence on the user. Considered the most sadistic of the three, the Cruciatus Jutsu is associated with Pain, as that is it's primary effect and objective. Beginning by channeling high amounts of Ototon chakra, the user begins by releasing this chakra through the usage of a lone word. Upon speaking the word "Crucio", the user triggers a high frequency, but low energy wave to be released, casting a genjutsu on the target, casting excruciating pain on the victim. As the genjutsu is cast, the target doesn't see his surroundings change at all, only the user speaking the words and feeling as if pressure is pushing on the body, seeing slight ripples emanating from the user, causing the target to potentially believe this is a projectile approaching the target that is causing damage. Considering the fact that this curse doesn't physically harm the victim, it only stimulates pain receptors, overloading the with such high signals that it impairs motor abilities over time, the concept of pain clouding the user's mind to the point they cannot focus on anything other than this pain. While seemingly lasting a long time due to the echoing of the user's voice in the genjutsu, the actual illusion lasts only a single turn, but should the user subject an opponent to it for more than a turn, the target's mind will be broken, causing them to become vegetative, and pass out.

Description: Based on multiple high grade Fuuinjutsus, like Dead Demon Consuming Seal and Eight Trigrams Sealing Method, A Horcrux is a powerful object in which a powerful ninja has hidden a fragment of his or her soul through the usage of a Fuuinjutsu for the purpose of attaining immortality. The process for creating a Horcrux is very strenuous and difficult, requiring a very high amount of chakra to create and equal high level of power to control. In order to first begin, it requires the act of having committed murder, the highest form of evil, making this jutsu a very unique one as it's more practical use requires a battle to have already ended a forehand. The object of the seal being the user's own soul and the vessel being determined beforehand, the user crafts a chain of smears his blood across a special seal located on targeted vessel before forming 3 seals. As shown with the Dead Demon Consuming Seal, a portion of the soul can be sealed while leaving the Soul in the original body, albeit metaphysically damaged. It was also shown that it is possible to seal a soul in it's entirety within a Vessel, as shown with the Eight Trigrams Sealing Method, or the Iron Armour Seal, used to seal Kurama and Gyuki in their respective vessels. Based on these advanced Fuuinjutsus, after the seals have been made, a seal appears across the targeted vessel as chakra glows within the user's hand. Channeling chakra into his arms, the user causes several seals to appear under him and the vessel, rotating under them as it glows, a painful extraction taking place. As the soul is removed, it travels towards the vessel, entering as it glows a dark red color. The user then raises two fingers to his school, the seal below him raising above him and settling where the user touches, shrinking and glowing before seemingly fading away. Any conditions that plagued the user ( i.e. blindness, lack of chakra, mutilation, etc) will affect the sealed portion of his soul as well. Using a larger amount of chakra, the user stabilized the Horcrux, allowing it to sustain itself and feed of the chakra fueled through it, enforcing the Horcruxes defense. Upon being fully sealed, the subsequent seal seemingly disappears from the object, leaving it to appear remarkably ordinary and without prior knowledge, could lead one to believe there was nothing of worth about it.

As with all Fuuinjutsu seals, there exists a key to releasing the soul of the Vessel. Requiring a very specific and unique chain of seals for each Horcrux created, a Horcrux requires direct chakra of the creator to "activate". By forming 5 seals and smearing blood across the Horcrux seal that appears, the user is able to release the sealed portion of the soul, allowing it to retake form, although at great consequence; If performed by the user himself, the sealed portion of the soul reattaches to the Main Soul, causing great and extensive pain ( S ranked mental damage ) as the severed souls re-bond, a process that could prove deadly should more than 2 Horcruxes have been made and the user tries to reattach portions to a further severed soul. There also exist an alternate method or Key to releasing the soul of a Horcrux, only possible with the creator's death, or destruction of his physical form rather. If done by a third party other than the creator of the seal, both a chain of 5 seals as well blood or DNA from the creator of the Horcrux is needed in order to force the seal to activate, however with near fatal outcomes to the third party; by performing the Key, the third party loses a portion of their own morality, losing access to their own chakra source over time as the released soul feeds off of them. However, after 3 turns of losing 75 chakra, the Soul itself will have reformed enough to act independently of the third party, having essentially being reanimated and unsealed. This is only possible, as mentioned before, with the destruction and for all intents and purposes, death, of the creator.

Though a Horcrux can be made from anything (including living creatures), the process makes the part of the soul remaining in the ninjutsu unstable. If the maker's physical body is later destroyed, he or she will live on in non-corporeal form, (similarly to how Dan was able to utilize his Soul related jutsu). Horcruxes can also be destroyed. If a person's body was destroyed, his or her soul would remain intact, whereas with a Horcrux, it is the opposite, as the piece of soul depends upon its container to survive. Destruction of a Horcrux is difficult, but not impossible, and requires that the receptacle to be damaged completely beyond physical or chakra repair. When a Horcrux is damaged to this point, a scream may be heard as the soul fragment perishes. In order to destroy a Horcrux, a powerful Seal is needed of at least S rank that has the purpose of sealing and destroying. Alternatively, a Horcrux can be destroyed by jutsu of Forbidden ranked strength as well and then subsequent sealing of said Horcrux. If the object is destroyed yet not sealed, the creator's soul has a chance of being released and reforming.

The fragments of a person's soul within a Horcrux can think for themselves and have certain magical abilities, including the ability to influence those in their vicinity, causing those other than the creator and those with no knowledge on it's creation become moodier and more prone to fighting. A person with an affinity for dark deeds, on the other hand, would be strengthened by the influence of a Horcrux, having darker thoughts weighing on their actions, unconsciously causing them to behave as if "evil". In this way, a Horcrux can gradually feed on another person's life or negative emotions to strengthen itself and increase the ability of the soul fragment within to act independently in the physical world, within logic of course

There exist many dangerous outcomes to creating a Horcrux. One of these such side-effects is the "dehumanizing" effect the mutilation of one's soul is said to have. The more Horcruxes one creates, the less human they become, both emotionally and physically. Of course, this initial consequence of dehumanization has its own side effect; it logically follows that if one becomes dehumanized by Horcrux creation then they will take less stock of morality in general, increasing the likelihood that they will create another Horcrux, which would in turn make them less human and hence less moral, which further increases their likelihood of making more Horcruxes and so on. In other words, Horcrux creation may be thought of as a "slippery slope" or "downward spiral" until one reaches the limit, at which point no more Horcruxes may be made. A third side effect of Horcrux creation is that the Master Soul itself becomes unstable (even with creating just one Horcrux). If more than 2 Horcruxes are created, the user will have inadvertently divided his soul to the point where it is unable to merge together, regardless of whatever actions are taken. Attempting to do so will only cause him severe pain and the chances of causing death raise tremendously with each additional Horcrux created. If more than 3 are made, attempting to merge the soul fragments would cause greater physical damage than imaginable, ending with the creator's death. Should the maximum amount of 5 Horcruxes be created, the user's appearance will have morphed beyond recognition as well as his sense or morality, becoming a cold being and any attempting to merge the soul fragments will result in such damage that the creator will be left unable to either die nor live as his soul is spread so thin that it is unable to exist in either plane, but instead would be forever stuck in limbo should his physical body be destroyed.

Note: Can be used to create up to 5 Horcrux, each weakening the creator substantially morally to the point where he can barely be considered a human. With the creation of each Horcrux, the user's main senses begin to diminish, becoming progressively weaker to the point that all feeling is lost, as well as taste, sense of smell, as well as sound.
Note: Upon creation, each Horcrux is ordained with the ability to be immune to damage from jutsus of A rank and below, requiring at least S ranked damage to harm them. Upon taking one S rank, the Horcrux innate chakra would cause a last attempt at defense to manifest, a powerful S ranked visual illusion being triggered that is meant to confuse and prevent the user from destroying the Horcrux. The illusion is bound only by the creator's imagination, the soul fragment seemingly taking on a mind of it's own. A single Forbidden ranked attack will destroy the Horcrux but a sealing jutsu of at least A rank is needed to seal the soul fragment.

Description: The user applies sound chakra to himself and the surrounding air particles to vibrate in a rapid matter in a minuscule extent, visually creating a “blur” effect. This blur effect is visually much like shaking your hand in quickly(although this technique is much refined of course)but this is applied to face or whole body which allows the user to conceal visual details of himself, whether its facial features or specific tools/clothing on his body, hand seals etc, though the user’s figure and movement is still apparent. Doujutsu users will simply see a cloud of chakra emanating from the user’s body. Additionally, the technique also allows the user to change the pitch of his voice higher or lower, further masking his identity. This technique is most helpful for ops missions to hide one’s identity, however doesn’t boost the user in anyway; mostly a cosmetic effect.

Description: An ancient old relic recovered from the deep sea, its origins remains unknown who created it or used it. From its appearance, the Arsenal is but a soft jet black metallic hilt, its unique details of craftsmanship shows its not native. When channeled with chakra, water flows out of its hilt for a number of uses, one of them being the ability to create constructs. These water constructs have an incredible amount of density comparable to high caliber steel, and can be shaped by the wielder’s imagination, from a blade, mace, whip, shield etc, however its scale and volume cannot larger than the user himself and is unable to produce projectiles. While its constructs are formidable, they still can be broken with enough force, however they can be reformed as long as the user applies chakra and the hilt remains undamaged. The user can also use it to perform any water techniques that he knows, expelling it directly from the Arsenal capable of providing its own water source and with just one handseal.

With an added trigger formula to the seal mark(s), all the tools and weapons from the seal is automatically marked with the Seal of The Flying Thunder God upon its summoning. The chakra serves to supplement chakra that’s molded for basic elemental techniques. At any desired moment, whether in the same turn or sometime later in a fight, the user can unleash this reserve, inputting it into already molded chakra for a jutsu, doubling the damage output of the technique. It does not change any other properties of the jutsu such as its speed or performance.

✦ Declined, while I like the idea behind this, it doesn't work out like this for a few reasons; The most notable reason is that added chakra =/= added damage. Now, that's generally how we do it when creating jutsu that perform damage boosts, understandably, but it doesnt always work like this. Examples are jutsu that increase chakra flow into jutsu but dont necessarily increase damage. Some jutsus cause the opponent to release extra chakra with their attacks but still dont increase the damage as well. In addition to this, I couldnt allow x2 damage as well as that could have some rather exploitable outcomes (i.e. jutsu like S ranks that do 120 damage being doubled). I cant approve this lol ✦

The "reserve" is passively molded by the user during the fight to take on a much higher quality than their typical molded chakra due to its nature and location as partially separated from the main chakra system. At any given moment, the user can unleash the "reserve" as a substitute to chakra that's molded for elemental jutsus. It does not change any other properties of the jutsu such as its speed or performance. Essentially, since this chakra is already being molded passively, it's of a higher quality and increases the damage of the jutsu this chakra is molded for.

-Declined- This is a lot more reasonable. The whole reasoning about the higher quality chakra needs to go. Dante/Ryujin has a technique called Inferno Mode which raises the power and rank of his techniques by expending twice the amount of chakra one normally would so I can see this technique working by the same mechanism. You can use this on KG/CEs if you want. Theoretically this could be used on defensive jutsus to make them capable of defending against boosted techniques of the same rank (read Baldy's Armour of the Armadillo to get an idea of what I'm talking about). Maybe try it as a variant if you manage to get this approved. Also, why is there no drawback to this technique? Side note: Glad to see you putting my ninjutsu training to good use lol

Although the gusts of wind does not harm the opponent, the purpose of this technique is to prevent the target from using lightning based techniques such as "Chidori Nagashi" in close quarter combat.

Description and Background: The Eastern Marsh Harrier is a bird of prey of the Harrier family, that's found in the marshlands of the River Country. Though they vary in color, most of their heads, chests, backs and wings are mostly black with pale or teal streaks. The rest of the wing is greyish-white with black wingtips. The tail is grey at the top & white at the bottom. Like all harriers, the Eastern Marsh's tail is rather flat and has a rectangular shape. They also have short, golden-brown beaks and pale feet. Alternatively, the black feathers are either brown, white or tan.

The Eastern Marsh Harrier is a decently large sized bird, albeit not as big as other known raptors. Their main body can reach between two to four meters in length and wingspans that extend between four to eight meters (they can all vary in size); and because of this size, they are able to carry up to three humans on their backs. Eastern Marsh Harreirs have their own natural element affinity so they can perform different types of techniques (via beaks or wings) & are able to speak good English.

Description: The brother jutsu to Scorching Rage and Scorching Berserker. Scorching Demoniac looks to capitalize on Scorching Berserker's ability to focus and sustain the fiery aura of katon chakra around oneself. By making the Dragon seal and farther manipulating the chakra while also molding more katon into the aura (After already using Scorching Berserker), it can be made to shine brightly outwards along the same lines as Fire Release: Fire Whisp, as the fiery golden chakra aura grows outwards and upwards 2 more meters surrounding the user to 2 1/2 meters around/above, and it's heat and strength increases from B to A rank in terms of raw damage to the touch. This can also slightly blind the enemy like looking momentarily into the sun, just nowhere near as intense, and will hinder their vision for one turn. The user has a couple options, as once the chakra is honed and focused to this point, it's very intensified and short lived, and will fade away at the end of the turn. The user can perform punching type motions, firing up to 4 bright 1 meter diameter fireballs at the opponent (also along similar lines of the Fire Whisp technique, strength divided depending on how many are fired off), or the user can make a mad run for the enemy attempting to ram them or use taijutsu/kenjutsu strikes against them. Finally, they can focus the aura around them to a single area, clapping their hands together palms facing outwards, streaming the golden fiery chakra from around themselves siphoning it off them like done in Scorching Berserker, however the strength of the stream would be S ranked and would be able to strike opponents long ranged (as opposed to A rank and mid ranged in Scorching Berserker) and would be 3 meters in diameters. No matter what is done (including nothing), the effects of Scorching Berserker will end at the end of the turn if this is used.

-Scorching Rage can not be used again for 4 turns
-No S rank Katon or above the same turn after use or the next turn

-Declined- I was fine with this up until the last bit. Don't like the idea of this being both A-Ranked and S-Ranked depending on how you use it. It also feels like too many things rolled into one. Rage was simple, Berserker was moderate and Demoniac is fairly extreme. I'll allow the last bit since its a trait of Scorching Berserker but you need to decrease it to A-Ranked. Berserker is weird since its an A-Rank but you gave it the power of a B-Rank at some point. Resubmit Berserker, remove that B-Rank damage bit and I'll approve it. You can resubmit this technique in the same cycle since as long as you change nothing else in Berserker it will be approved.

(Beijita's Genki Dama) - Vegeta's Spirit Bomb

Description: After years of watching Kakalotto toy around with jutsu, Vegeta decided to emulate one of his Ninjutsu idea's, completely ripping it off to create his own version of it. By transferring chakra from his attacks every turn, he could focus the chakra to a single point, high in the sky. It would start out no bigger than a beach ball. Each turn the user can lower the rank of a jutsu by one rank, and it would grow larger and larger for each turn this is done, and at the end of the final turn, it would be mid ranged in size with a blue hue like raw chakra has. After manipulating the chakra condensing it, it can be thrust downwards with considerable force to crush an opponent under it before it explodes onto the field, or blown up above with the attack aimed to rain down onto the field. If charged for 4 turns, the explosion would be enough to destroy all life up to mid range, while the user and anything in long range would suffer -10 concussive damage from the blast.

~Notes~
-Creating takes 1 of the 3 jutsu allotted per turn.
-Can not be used the turn it is created, forms 30 meters above mid range from the user.
-Takes 4 turns to reach Forbidden rank, can be used before hand but the first turn after creation would be B ranked, 2nd A Rank, 3rd S ranked in damage.
-Decreases the rank by 1 on 1/3 jutsu's per turn, the strength of the lowered ranked jutsu being "added" to the Genki Dama's strength.
-A jutsu must be used and rank lowered to count towards the 4 turns.
-Is on par with jutsu of the same rank strength wise once it reaches the 3rd turn because of it's condensed nature, otherwise faces normal elemental weakness of raw chakra.
-User can use without being long ranged, however if they are caught in the attack they will suffer the same damage as the opponent.

-Declined- Aside from the way you go about it, this is a fairly simple technique which has been done in the past. Not to mention the fact that this would allow you to get off a Forbidden rank with no elemental weakness to any of the basic five and yet there's no usage limit? My main concern is the method itself is illogical. How does the chakra deprived from one technique get transferred to the spirit bomb?

[Futon No-Su Bou Kujo] Wind North Pole Destruction

The user forms three handsigns and forms from the sky a giant suction funnel of the North Pole. This funnel is cold air the temperature from the North Pole, it works by channeling the winds at the highest altitude in the atmosphere, and using them to create a funnel. The funnel upon reaching full velocity above the enemy will near instantly lift the enemy and other objects swiftly into the funnel. The higher the user is lifted into the funnel the harder it becomes to breath. The temperature at the top of the funnel will be will be so cold that if you fell from the Max height of 100ft you would shatter your skin, while the funnel 20 feet above above the enemy when maximum pulling force is achieved. It takes one full turn after activation for this Jutsu to fully take effect, while its building up the sound is tremendous making it so it is the only thing you can hear. While trapped in the funnel there are dagger like chunks of ice soaring around in the funnel which can cut the enemy as well. At the end of the jutsu the center of the funnel will blast downwards sending the enemy flying back down to the ground with a gust of wind.

These two meerkats are normal 2.5 feet tall regular build one male the other female, and are summoned to the field by either method of summoning, once summoned they are right beside the enemy. The twins are very unique in that they are attracted to any male and female of any species. They grab onto the enemies legs one on either side and begin humping there legs while releasing a pheromone which attracts any species into a love trance which last for a few seconds. One could say these too perverted meerkats are a second coming of Cupid himself.
Once the pheromone is released they can turn the space around them into mud which will obviously only work on land, and the mud only sinks down to five feet deep. These two can use earth very prominently as well but only while both of them remain on the field.

Restrictions:

+ can be summoned twice per battle.

+ ability is usable once per turn

+ stays on the field for one turn.

+ can use other earth jutsu even handsigns, however each time one of them does a jutsu it takes up one slot on the turn. (Ie one move per twin)

Description: Hope’s Guardian is one of Konan’s most powerful Paper Ninjutsu techniques. It is perhaps her most heavily guarded secret and her final resort of a weapon. Applying the basic principles of Paper Ninjutsu Konan releases numerous sheets of paper from her body. Instead of swarming the target or forming a separate creation the paper instead forms around Konan’s body. The paper forms very quickly and rapidly forms a new body around Konan. Once the formation is complete the Hope’s Guardian becomes Konan’s new temporary body that she manipulates with her chakra. The body of Hope’s Guardian is much larger than a human body. It is 15 meters tall from feet to head. Its wingspan is roughly 15 meters as well from the edge of one wing to the other. On its back is a massive sword composed of paper formed from the ninjutsu as well. The sword has can reach up to the edge of mid-range and is incredibly powerful. However, unlike normal swords, this sword relies solely on blunt damage as it is composed of paper. As such the sword specializes in smashing and breaking through targets instead of cutting through them. While in this form the Hope’s Guardian is weak to the normal weaknesses of Paper Ninjutsu – oil, water, and wind. It is however strong to lightning and is able to withstand extremely powerful lightning attacks. The body of Hope’s Guardian provides an A-Rank defense against attacks that it is neutral. Against lightning techniques Hope’s Guardian can defend against Forbidden ranked lightning techniques (double strength). While in this form Konan’s body is in the chest of the Hope’s Guardian buried deep within paper. However, she has a hollow space in the chest in order to breathe as normal. If the Hope’s Guardian is ever damaged it can spend a move to reform that body part costing the user one of their moves per turn. Hope’s Guardian’s sword has S-Rank blunt physical damage as well. While in this form Konan’s is only able to use Paper Ninjutsu and must maintain the Hope’s Guardian as well. Additionally, while in the Hope’s Guardian Konan is able to release numerous explosive tags from the hands as projectiles. This paper tag move is considered an A-Rank technique and can release multiple tags at once. While in the Hope’s Guardian Konan is only able to use 2 moves per turn. The sword attack costs a move per turn as well. The technique will last for 5 turns at which the user can deactivate it at will or wait until it times out. If the user does choose to deactivate it at will they can manipulate the paper that is released from the body to fly toward the opponent is an enormous barrage of paper tags that can slice through flesh and, for an additional 40 chakra, detonate in a massive explosion.

✦ Declined, OPed. In all, I count around 5 or so abilities in an F rank jutsu. Reforming, S rank mid range sword slash, S rank long range paper storm, detonating said storm for even more damage, as well as flight. No to the reforming, skeptical about allowing the S ranked sword strike as well. 5 turns per battle is a definite no. And you're not having both an S rank sword strike as well as paper storm. It's too much in one paper jutsu. ✦

-Declined- Wrong template. Type before rank. Change you use handseals while this is active? Why is this Short to Long? Make it short and state any relevant ranges in the description of the technique. No to the mid-range sword, maximum it can reach up to the edge of short-range. You ignored some of LoK's comments (no to the reforming limbs), so remove that. I'll allow the sword reshaping to a certain extent. I'm not sure why you stated +20 using explosive tags since its an armour. The technique itself doesn't seek to inflict damage, so as it is that's just redundant. You need to specify exactly what kind of damage you would take after this jutsu ends and I want the chakra cost to maintain this to be 20 every turn. You might want to change that 2nd restriction since its a bit over the top. Using Chibaku tensei elicits a similar restriction, so I don't think you want to leave that be. Make it “No A-Rank or above Paper techniques for two turns after deactivation” and “No S-Rank or above techniques one turn after deactivation”. Specify the range of the paper storm that can be initiated on deactivation and state it costs 40 chakra to use.

(Iberisu no burossamu) - Blossom of Iberis

Description: This is a supplementary technique which is used in combination with other techniques of Earth Release. User would actually unnoticeably stream paper sheets into the ground, similar to how it is done during usage of (Kami no Shisha no Jutsu) Sacred Paper Emissary Jutsu and keep it dormant there in the period of up to four turns before losing its effects. Now, once the user activates a technique of earth release which comes from the ground, paper sheets which were till then dormant will emerge as well as to coat said construction made out of earth. The amount as well as the power of the paper sheets coating the earth construction will only depend on the actual rank of earth technique used. This being said, if a technique of earth is of C rank, then the paper coating the earth will be so as well. If a B ranked technique is in question, paper coating the earth would be of B rank. This would increase the durability of earth based technique as well as enhance the blunt damage that is made upon impact. In addition, user would also be able to mix explosive tags with this technique which would further increase the desecrate made upon target. Activation phase of this technique is instant duo to its only use being the one of affecting other techniques of earth release that comes from the ground and only the activation of the technique counts towards the three moves user can utilize per turn.

Description: Vishnu is a longsword with a total length from sword hilt to the tip of the blade of 115 centimeters. The sword’s history is relatively short having only recently been created by Yoanna with the help of Konan after she learned the secrets of Paper Ninjutsu. The sword itself is composed of thousands of small chakra infused sheets of paper each being razor sharp, excluding the hilt and hilt guard of the blade. The guard of the blade itself appears to be the bottom half of a golden flower while the hilt beneath it extends past and possesses the same color. The blade created by Yoanna

Vishnu constantly drains the user’s chakra to sustain itself allowing it a certain degree of self-manipulation. Its thirst for chakra is quite great in that when not held by the user it will actively seek him or her out. As a sword composed entirely of small razor-sharp chakra infused sheets of paper Vishnu does not slice similar to how a sword does. Instead, the sharp sheets of paper will shave albeit user can change direction of paper edges and thus allow for different kinds of cuts being made upon their target. This can even be used once the sword penetrated through the body of intended target which would cause increase in deterioration made upon them. Each sheet of paper capable of leaving deep paper-cuts along the afflicted area of the opponent’s body. While the ''basic'' form of direction of paper sheets is not as lethal it is still very painful and can cut and shred flesh quite easily. Additionally, because of the sword’s paper nature the user’s chakra flow into the blade will allow it to remain its form and rigidity quite similar to that of an actual sword although with small spiked out edges. Should the sword be damaged the user can continue to feed it chakra and allow it to reform by reconnecting the scattered sheets of paper. Explosive tags as well as flash tags mixed within the normal sheets which would increase capabilities of the sword. Replenishing the hilt of the sword would drain user of 5 chakra points.

One of the abilities of the sword is as to make paper sheets leave the hilt of it within users hand and fly away forming like a cloud around both the user and their target. Each paper sheet would be self sustaining, self aware and represent sovereign defense due to being apart of Vishnu. Their velocity would be so great even being capable of defending user of almost instantaneous techniques as well as techniques up to A rank made by either taijutsu movements or solid like elemental techniques. Even in case whereas user of the sword is not aware of the offend made upon them paper sheets would react without imput of the one owning them. Albeit, user can defend from techniques they so wish without having input from paper sheets by willing them via mental command as not to react. Senses of sheets are also connected to senses of the user allowing for better perceiving of their surrounding. This ability counts as an A rank and upon defending from an A ranked technique (following elemental strengths and weaknesses) paper which was dispersed would lose its effects. It can only be used twice and never in consequent turns.

In combination of releasing paper sheets from the hilt of the sword, paper sheets could be controlled as to make different kinds of constructions from them which can be used for either offense or defense. Their size varies depending on users need. This ability can be of either C or B rank.

Another ability of the sword is quite useful in combination with other techniques which require one to utilise different types of weapons for their performance. By draining user of 15 chakra points sword would be able to change its physique however never go over the initial length it holds. No matter the psysique due to being formed out of paper sheets it would always have small spikes on its borders. This ability counts as an C rank.

Note: Must posses paper ninjutsu biography to utilise the sword.

So about the penguin raiton jutsu. Penguins fall everywhere around the opponent up to five meters around him. If I was inside the five meter radius I would get shocked. If I was six meters away, I would be outside the range. I hope this along with the edits make it more clear. My bad. If you are wondering or need a video for demonstration, it is Ness' final smash from smash bros.

And the genjutsu is from Edgar Allen Poe's poem, The Pit and the Pendulum.

Description: The user would take out a kunai and make a small laceration across their palm. Once this is done, the user would make a fist and tighten their grip so that the blood drips down from their wound. Once the blood hits the ground, the opponent would be induced to a genjutsu. The genjutsu would start out with a penguin and a wooden table materializing from the ground behind the opponent. The penguin would proceed to strap the opponent down on the table, tightening the opponent's arms and feet so he wouldn't escape what is about to come. The penguin would begin to communicate via a threat call, and a giant pendulum would arise from the ground to the right of the opponent. On the end of the pendulum hangs a giant bladed axe, with the opponent ten meters or so beneath it. The penguin continues to call out via threat call, and the pendulum with the axe sways from right to left, lowering very slowly as to agitate the opponent as they see helplessly a giant bladed pendulum about to end their life in a very painful and gory way. After a couple moments of torturing the opponent with the slow pendulum coming down with every sway, the penguin calls out one last time. The pendulum then drops enough for it to sway with it's bladed axe, slicing across the opponent's stomach and ruining his innards. This would cause the opponent great mental damage, and in reality, the opponent would be breathing very heavy and often as well as hyperventilating and some anxiety from what they believed to be a very painful and deathly experience.

A neat feature to this jutsu is that the animal or animals the user makes from the web can do the same thing the real animal can, while also having the same sticky qualities of web itself. So if the user creates a bird of web, the bird would be able to fly through the sky at the foot speed of the user, or a mole would be able to dig through the earth if chakra was not infused in it. All the animals that are made of web are able to passively spew out web from their bodies to stick onto surfaces or wrap the opponent up to keep the opponent stationary and restricted.

First and foremost, the boots increase the user's leg taijutsu attacks, simply due to the heat when the opponent gets kicked. Another cool perk of the boots is that if the user steps on a muddy surface, the mud would harden near instantly where they wouldn't sink, due to the boot's heat. Lastly, if the user kicks at the opponent, embers from the boots would branch off and go towards the opponent. If the opponent were to be hit with this technique, the embers would light their clothes on fire and eventually burn them to a crisp. This ability is used in close quarters, nothing longer.

Due to the nature of this technique it provides no defensive capabilities while it's coating the user's body and solely relies on it's offensive power. Due to the chakra coating their body the user's taijutsu-based attacks will deal additional damage when making direct contact with their opponent and upon the user's command they can force the chakra surrounding their body to explode outward upto a short-range 360 degrees radius around them knocking away anyone within said radius in the process whilst damaging them. However, although the chakra explodes outward due to the close proximity of the explosion the user receives a small amount of damage aswell due to the recoil. The user can choose to maintain this technique for a longer period of time before detonating the chakra if they wish to do so but that will come with additional chakra costs over time.

The mist like chakra doesnt grant any properties that make this possible; this is also hardly a Gentle Fist jutsu, as the average ninja could perform this using Ninjutsu and releasing chakra from his body, or even a Gyojin with Water release can replicate this. ✦

The user will focus their doton chakra into the earth below to create a subterranean field of sentient tendrils constructed entirely of adhesive mud (similar in composition to Earth Release: Swamp of the Underworld). In terms of magnitude, each tendril is half the size of the spikes produced in Destructive Rising Rock Pillars but they rarely ever expose themselves entirely and instead prefer to reside mostly within the ground. The tendrils themselves can freely and seamlessly emerge from and merge back into the earth. This grants them the ability to grab a hold of small objects, pull them into the ground and deposit them elsewhere on the battlefield. They can also be used defensively to destroy incoming techniques by either forming a defensive blockade or grabbing a hold of the said attack (if its solid) and smashing it against the floor. Regarding attacking the opponent, the tendrils can be used offensively but they can not be used to inflict damage e.g. they can ensnare an opponent and bind them in place but they cannot deal any physical harm onto them. The special ability of the tendrils in this structure is their capability to freely increase or decrease the weight of anything the touch (up to a scale of factor of ten times their original weight as in the A-Ranked weight alteration techniques). Enter the Void
The next form grants the tendrils the ability to apply the Hiding in Rock property to anything they touch and maintain contact with.  Declined  Sorry but this creature is simply too powerful and overal unreasonable. It comes at literally no cost to you and has many "free form" aspects to it when I invision it being used. I suggest you make it an above ground familiar that can take 3 separate forms, has a much much smaller scale and is much easier to counter. Also, consider this: its either sentient or it isnt. Either way, all the techniques and abilities it uses count as moves, all its physical attacks need to be ranked and count as moves, etc etc. Tons of work in this one.

The process in which this happens is similar to Danzo's technique (Vacuum Blade), where the blowing of fuuton chakra onto the weapon is substituted by the projectile(s) passing through the portal of wind. The layer of wind will amplify a construct's speed to the extent it becomes as fast as a shot arrow. Despite this technique's non-offensive nature, the speed boost provides the projectile(s) with an added level of force/momentum, meaning this technique will also boost the damage done by the said technique. A thrown rock will become as forceful as a bullet after traversing through the 'portal', making this technique a very formidable weapon to wield. When something passes through it, the vortex would push it forward with increased speed, it wouldn't imbue anything with a coating of wind, otherwise the vortex would become weaker with each use as the wind chakra would be decreasing and dwindling down. ✦

Description: This mode essentially extends the user's mastery of Doton even further as he becomes capable of altering the very nature of his earth techniques drastically. To signify a technique being used the user's body will develop an aura of light green chakra. If the user has a primary specialty in Doton instead of using earth techniques with a single handseal, the user's earth techniques can be used without the need for handseals. While this mode is active, techniques which require maintenance can be sustained passively rather than actively as long as the user retains contact (direct or indirect) with the earth/ground or the technique itself. Aside from these minor abilities and a damage boost to earth techniques while this is active the user gains access to three main abilities (Shackles of Servitude, Awakening of Avarice and Conquest of Creation), all of which are described separately below. Each ability is symbolic of one of the principal qualities exhibited by one of the most tyrannical shinobi to have ever lived: his cruelty, his malice and his will to dominate all life.

Shackles of Servitude
This ability is symbolic of "his cruelty" and acts as a testament to his total enslavement of every creature within his dominion. It makes it so sentient creations constructed from Earth Release can be made to be inexplicably linked to the user's bodily movements. Every movement or motion the user makes is mirrored exactly by the creature. There is virtually no delay between their respective movements, so little so that to the untrained eye the two appear to move simultaneously. Unfortunately this technique doesn't make it capable of performing elemental techniques but it does make it capable of complex taijutsu maneuvers such as flips, somersaults and rolls. Chakraless taijutsu maneuvers accomplished through the use of techniques will be mimicked but will not count towards the user's jutsu limit per turn. This ability can only be applied to creations such as the Stone Golems but not the Stone Dragon (essentially bipedal creatures). If more than one creature is created, then every creature will become linked to the user's movements as long as they were made through a single usage of the same technique. Awakening of Avarice
This ability is ability is symbolic of "his malice" and acts as a testament to the tortured mockeries of human beings he created in life through grotesque experimentation. It makes it so sentient creations constructed from Earth Release can be made with additional features, body parts or limbs such as wings capable of flight or prehensile tails. The added features can be anything from conventional limbs such arms and legs or they can be body parts exhibited by animals/summons such as horns, claws, tentacles, tendrils, spiked protrusions, scales and so on. The size of these added features will be proportional to the size of the sentient creation. The extra bodily enhancements can be made from solid rock or they can be made purely from mud. Tentacles, tendrils and any structures which aren't rigid/sturdy by nature must be constructed from mud rather than solid rock. If more than one creature is created, then every creature will be made with the added feature. Activating and applying this ability to techniques is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever. The reason this ability's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only realized when the user utilizes another jutsu. Using this ability doesn't count towards the user's jutsu per turn limit.

Conquest of Creation
The third and final ability is symbolic of "his will to dominate all life" and acts as a testament to the hordes of "living weapons" he assembled in life. This ability makes it so every earth technique the user uses becomes a "partially sentient creation" (much like the Stone Golems or the Earth Dragon). Now with most techniques, this added sentience doesn't really provide anything due to their structure e.g. Rock Scale Slab will just remain a cuboid slab of rock incapable of doing anything more. However, combining this ability with Awakening of Avarice will make it so the earthen creation will develop limbs/body parts, granting it the capability to move around and act on its own. For example a slab of rock can grow arms and legs, dropping lid can grow writhing tendrils, destructive rising rock pillars can grow smaller thorn-like spikes from the main body of the spiked pillars, etc. Through mental commands alone, the user can freely govern the actions of their earth techniques. Since this ability is passively applied to every earth technique used while this mode is active, it doesn't count towards the user's jutsu per turn limit. The provided sentience only lasts while this mode is active.

Description: The premise behind this technique is creating tractor beams composed of lightning either from the sky or the ground that can lift anything within them. These beams can either be used to envelop an object/person/technique in a shroud of lightning in which anything contained within will be lifted upwards at the peak of the user's base speed (Similar to Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation). When used from the sky, the user's lightning chakra will cause the accumulation of storm clouds and these clouds will immediately release a beam of non-damaging lightning capable of reaching the ground in the blink of an eye. When used from the ground, the beam will travel upwards at normal speed in order to reach its target. The narrow beam of lightning will proceed to cover the structure on capturing it while moving ever-upwards towards the sky. This "shroud" of lightning will augment the piercing capabilities and by extension the potential to inflict damage of anything solid it is made to surround (even the bluntest of instruments). When used on water the coating of lightning will instead simply conduct into the water thereby by electrifying it and thus it can still benefit from the damage boost. While the vertical movement of the tractor beams is relatively beyond his control (he cannot stop them from pulling things upwards and keep things stationary), he can freely control their horizontal movement (which can be shifted around at the peak of the user's base speed). This technique can be used on oneself's as an evasionary measure or on the opponent to locate them elsewhere. It can also be used to carry around objects and techniques before depositing them in another location. Instead of a single beam, this technique can be used to create multiple tractor beams but the potency (pulling power) of the beam decreases the more its split. Naturally, the beam will lift heavier beings/objects (such as large boss summons or the Greater Stone Golem) more slowly than it does lighter ones. The beams can be released at any time in order to drop anything/anyone they may have been carrying and the coating of lightning anything/anyone developed while being attracted skyward will not dissipate for one whole turn. Logically, splitting the beam will equally split the the damage provided by the lightning shroud. The beam can split into a maximum of four smaller beams and the number of beams can only ever be one of the following values: One, Two, Four. In terms of size the beams know no bounds, they simply adjusts to size and shape of whatever they're trying to pull.

Description: This is the brother technique to the Assimilate All Creation Technique. Instead of causing his body to take on the properties of any given solid, the user will make contact with two different materials and cause one of the targeted materials to take on all of the properties of the other. Most commonly this is done to obtain two handheld weapons if the user only possess one e.g. the user picks up a stick with one hand and imbues it with the properties of the sword they hold in the other. One limitation on this technique is that it is still an A-Rank ninjutsu technique in power meaning the targeted material/object can only defend against B-Rank and below elemental techniques. Unlike its lesser counterpart, this technique can be sustained passively as long contact with the material in question is maintained. Maintaining this technique doesn't hinder the user in any way (doesn't restrict the user to certain elements since it is a ninjutsu technique) and he can freely utilize other techniques. However his ability to use handseals may be prohibited depending on how he's in contact with the two separate materials. If the user stops fueling the technique with chakra or contact with one of the objects is severed, even momentarily, the converted object will only retain the properties of other material for two turns. Due to this slight delay in reverting back to normal, this technique is sometimes used to counterfeit gold, jewelry and valuables.

He will then fire it towards his intended target as a narrow beam of air by motioning his hand to mimic a gun being shot to serve one of many possible purposes. If used on an ally, this jutsu can be used to prevent them from being caught in an attack by "pushing" them out of the way. If used on any part of the terrain in very close proximity (e.g. walls/the ground), this jutsu can be used in a similar manner to Wind Release: Hurricane Fist, allowing the user to propel themselves in a certain direction but with more much effectiveness due to the force behind the beam. If used on an opponent, whilst non-damaging itself, this attack can push them in a certain direction allowing them to be hit into walls and other parts of the terrain. This jutsu can also be used to knock away small to medium sized solid attacks such as Earth Release: Rock Scale Slab making this jutsu even more versatile in use. When used on techniques of equal or lesser rank, it does not result in their destruction but simply changes their trajectory, direction and flight path. Against techniques of greater rank, this technique is useless. The beam itself reaches its target near-instantaneously however since it deals no damage this jutsu itself isn't dangerous to the opponent. The user can modify the force of the beam to a certain extent but at most the beam can only push/propel something as far back as ten meters. This technique cannot be used to amplify the speed of techniques or objects struck by it.

The mist continues to swiftly multiply and expand until it covers the entire battlefield. Said mist would then clump all over the target's body and seep into their skin until they're frozen, which results in the opponent being overcome with fear. In a matter of seconds, the opponent undergoes a mental breakdown as the power of the genjutsu becomes greatly increased. The affects of the mental breakdown is caused by the body being unable to handle the cold of their bodies being completely frozen and enters a state of shock and hypothermia.

The bright light initiates an illusion thus placing the opponent within it. For but a brief moment, said light encompasses the user's body and after but a few seconds, the light dims out and appearing in the user's place would be the person whom the target once held dear to their hearts but has already passed on. The loved one will appear as if an angel emitting a sort of radiance from their body with bird-like wings and a halo above their head. The tone of voice would be that of the loved one as well, however, as opposed to its regular tone, the voice would be particularly calm and at ease. As if nothing was out of the ordinary at all.

Both declined. Freezing the opponent in an illusion has been tried multiple times and the second one isn't within the scope of Genjutsu. Unless you're omniscient, 99% of the time you won't know which deceased person was most dear to your opponent and who's to say they even care about anyone? I know Kakuzu doesn't :coffee:

There are more reasons but I'll just tell you that neither of these will be approved.

While going in for the grab, the user will gather a significant amount of water chakra within their lungs. As the water is being spewed out, the opponent’s mouth will be forcefully opened due to the pressure of the water. The signal of the technique is done, by taking notice of the ground becoming slightly darker and red, similar to the physical component of ash. The ash, being of solidity, will remain onto the ground, continuously burning it, however, it does not have major effects on the opponent, or the user, meaning one can still actively move around the ash, at most, you can feel its burning sensation. It will continue to burn the ground for three turns, preventing the creation of plant/wood based elements to be created. However, it can take it up a level, with water sources being no exception, for this technique can also be created right below or on top of water sources (either with a water source devoid of chakra, or chakra that can be overpowered by the technique), its immediate interaction is the corrosive, and burning hot ash, will mix in with the water, creating a dangerous interaction with the water, absorbing the ashes content, and reacting violently, creating a steam explosion. The signal of this technique will have the water begin to heat up, and bubble, until the final explosion occurs.

Anyway, I think you should make this A-Ranked. Remove the endless sequence of handseals and just make this use one handseal. The most important thing is you need to clarify where this “giant fire erupts” from. I'm assuming the wings but I have to be sure. You also need to state how far back these flames can travel. Short-range would probably be best.
