Shikamaru then says that Sakura is the one that is resistant to genjutsu and if she wasn't there, they would have stayed in the genjutsu.
That means that Naruto is no longer resistant.

You are forgetting that both Naruto and Hinata were the only two people in the genjutsu that actually had their minds connected to view each other's memories. Not to mention the fact that Kurama has to actually be aware that Naruto was in the Genjutsu in the first place, and for all we know he could have been seeing the memories and probably shrugged it off. Even that is an assumption because Kurama himself did not even TRY to break him out, Sakura did.

You can pretty much say he lost resistance but that does not really articulate an answer when you have to resort to Genjutsu to defeat Naruto via Sasuke. Honestly just makes Sasuke's credibility with a Full Rinnegan Mastery look more like a joke when the entirety of his fan base resorts to such weak assumptions.

Its a pity Kishi didnt have Naruto ever break a high profile genjutsu in the entire series not to mention he got wary when Edo Itachi faced him.All we got is speculation with the Perfect Jin hype

Logically the only Genjutsu that can work on Naruto are Infinite Tsukuyomi and Tsukuyomi. Saying that Rinnegan Genjutsu can break a Perfet Jinchuriki's chakra disruption is pretty much fan-fiction when a single 3T Uchiha could control the highest level of Bijuu (Kurama) by his or herself. I so no reason for why a Sharingan enhanced Rinnegan should not be able to solo neg diff into the netherworld all the Bijuu.

Sasuke himself was never on the same league as Itachi when it came to genjutsu in the first place, and that was shown quite a lot. Naruto's weakness was never Genjutsu, people like to assume that. Naruto's genjutsu release was always moderate, it was the fact that he always fought against shinobi who were so skilled at the art, they could inflict Genjutsu by pointing a single finger (Itachi-sama).

I doubt that he would have such a resistance for that, even Sasuke with his Rinnegan needed to block the moonlight of the Genjutsu with Perfect Susano'o to completely shield them all away from it. Any genjutsu with Tsukuyomi in general is always incredibly OP.

Rinnegan Sasuke Genjutsu prowess far exceeds Itachi's though.if this thread is alive by the time I get on my OC I will counter the other points

Sasuke activated susano to save naruto from IT not himself, susano activates around his body which is why you assume he was protecting himself as well when the manga clearly said Sasuke rinnegan was the reason he was unaffected by IT as stated by bz
