Ummmm Obito and Jiryaa where both talented shinobi. Just by having the sharingan gives you the ability to see chakra flow and master almost any jutsu in accordance with your chakra nature... Bloodline or not the ability to master jutsu at a fast pace makes you talented. And Jiryaa one of the most respect ninja in the hidden leaf named legendary sannin I need say no more.

I think Naruto more talented than both.

He mastered Rasengan in one week having bad chakra control

He mastered perfect sage mode in few days

That fight was irrelevant, because at that point in time it was still to early to compare them. Sasuke eventually gained the same speed as Lee, and in a considerably shorter amount of time. That was due to his talent.

I'm just stating things from your point of view you said that eventually an untallented persons limits would catch up with them. Well if you're going by time and potential from a literal standpoint Sasuke would have been gone if it weren't for the turtle and might guy saving him... Anyway, so yeah there should really be no Sasuke. Just like if it were not for Hashiramas kindness there would be no Madara.

VERY TRUE. Naruto's ability to do everything he did at a young age was a huge feat although it's not easy to differentiate that between hard work and tallent. In my opinion I think it was just hard work and him constantly moving which is why he was always and is leagues ahead of Sasuke.
