Actually Obito is a very talented shinobi as well as gifted. Obito is mentally and gifted in abilities so tell me where does he lack talent? Just because he was "overshadowed" by Kakashi as a child? Do you not understand that any Uchiha who is able to unlock 3 tomoed sharingan let alone Mangekyo has the ability to copy and move in accordance with chakra nature? So Obito as a teenager would have far surpassed Kakashi and did surpass Kakashi in their adult lives. Sharingan is a big part of what adds on to most Uchihas talent. Before Obito even awakened the sharingan his katon abilities where that of a Jonin level shinobi. Imagine if Kakashi never had the sharingan...

It's greater because skill can be obtained through hard work. Just think about it... The un tallented person gains just as much skill as the talented person over the course of time and now the only difference betweeen these two is the un tallented person has developed the heart to never give up and the determination and dog heart determination and will power where as the talented person never struggled to gain what he or she had therefore has not exercised his or her will power as much.

It was pretty damn accurate. Rock Lee trained his ass off to master a speed that even Sasukes 1 tomoe sharingan couldn't keep up with if lee actually hit sasuke with his finishing blow Sasuke wouldn't have went on to awaken any more tomoe sharingan.

That fight was irrelevant, because at that point in time it was still to early to compare them. Sasuke eventually gained the same speed as Lee, and in a considerably shorter amount of time. That was due to his talent.
