no those are not borrowed powers, a borrowed power is when someone gives a free powerup to someone else without any sort of sacrifice, kinda what sasuke and naruto got all the time, on the other hand kabuto made the powers his, do you think he just extracted the blood from all his samples an injected it in his body?NOOOO, it took years and years of research for kabuto to make the powers his, he forced his way to the top and that makes it more worthy actually
