People need to get back to their Biology classes here .... Traits are not determined by mathematical calculations like 50% Potato +50% Tomato = Tompeto. I depends on the inherited alleles and whether those are dominant or recessive. In which respect Byakugan does seem a recessive trait while the Sharingan always have potential for upgrading to the original. But also it is clear that Bolt and Hima inheirited their father's chakra poweress as evidenced by their whisker marks.

Them having whiskers only means that have been exposed to kyuubi chakra for too long, kinkaku and ginkaku also had whiskers because of it

I agree with you chakra chains are an Uzumaki KKG, but not anyone can awaken it like the sharingan with the Uchiha clan. It doesn't matter if he's half Uzumaki, he inherited Kushina's chakra not Minato's, so he is Uzumaki. He has naturally large chakra reserves and an Uzumaki body because he is the transmigrant of Ashura, you can't get anymore Uzumaki than that. His good chakra control is also an Uzumaki trait since he's the perfect jinchuuriki (Hagoromo's trait).

And what was the common traits possessed by the all those who survived exposure to Kyuubi Chakra? (It is known that ordinary people are killed by Biju chakra) Answer: Immense chakra reserves. (Naruto, Kin and Gin who used tools that left others dried of chakra in a little while)

Naruto's life force enabled him to survive Kurama's extraction. That was inherited from Kushina.
Dattebayo was inherited from Kushina's dattebane.
Much of Naruto's personality was inherited from Kushina.
His whiskers were inherited technically from Kurama in a way.
Naruto's face was said to be more like Kushina's.
