I hope you rethink your entire perspective. First of all, I'd argue that those that say that they aren't related are pushing it. Second, even pretending there isn't a lineage, it doesn't change the fact that the chakra is now Hinata's. Unless you're suggesting Hinata suddenly pulled biju-level chakra out of her rear end while talking about Haruma's chakra. (recharging Naruto's KCM)
Good gosh your attempt at a counter argument is horrible! The chakra of the transmigrants diffuse over multiple generations, which is why the clan's aren't all God-tier. You're comparing a granddaughter of an Ashura transmigrant, who could easily take after someone outside of the family (hence, why she has bad reserves compared to both of her grandparents), to the direct children of an Ashura transmigrant+Rikkudo chakra and someone with Haruma chakra. Not only that, but Naruto has the Rikkudo Sejutsu of Hagoromo, which accounts for some yin and yang. As seen previously with children of Rikkudo-empowered people (Hagoromo to Ashura and Indra), Rikkudo chakra diffuses into the children of said Rikkudo user. One child is likely to have yin or yang. Regardles of whatever logic you use, Naruto has Rikkudo chakra, and Rikkudo chakra does get inherited (albeit diffused). You'd be a fool to deny this.
Also, your last statement. What the heck kind of logic is this? That has nothing to do with inheritance.
