Because to them it is translated like:

"Sakura was a failure, so much big failure that she didn't even deserved background nor character development. I wanted to make Hinata as the heroine, but because of my editors I couldn't. Say thanks to them. Also, the only thing that I could with her is to make her pretty beauty, but that's all of her character."

1.Learned many of her clan's techniques (Hakke Kusho, 64 Palms ect) and also mastered the Juho Soshiken which according to the databook is one of the most powerfull technique of the Hyuuga clan.
2.Became stronger than Neji, see chapter 526.
3.Her Byakugan became far stronger, she can see 10km long, Neji can only see max 600 m long (according to databooks).
4.She became a chunin.

And so on.

About Sakura, no offense, but Kishi truly made her a terrible "heroine". Majority of her time was about crying, "I wanna reach them, but I can't, I'll develop, then fall back", her skills are like popped out from a Marry Sue (herculan strength, immortality like healing... sure not Marry Sue skills) and so on.

Good heroines: Nina (Monster), Bulma (Dragon Ball), Rukia (Bleach), Miu (Kenichi). Yes, they were far better heroines than Sakura.

Don't misunderstand me, I am sure that if somebody else would be the "heroine" in Naruto, like Ino, Tenten or Hinata, they would suck too, but saying that Sakura was a good heroine is insult to the REAL heroines.
