In first 2 panels they are prolly speaking of how Orochimaru manipulated Sand in part 1, then they speak of his betrayal and they can not recognize him due to jutsu (body switch for immortality) he uses.

Last 2 panels are about Gaara. "Power of human sacrifice" refers to Gaara being a jinchuuriku.

I don't think she has a Chakra Nature, her chakra is only for Byakugan. People with clans probably only have clan techniques or something.

He was going to die - just not that fast as he had gained enough chakra by taking on sage of six paths's status for a while. At first Obito still had the Demonic Statue even after juubi was taken out. When Madara snatched it he lost the remaining power enabling Black zetsu to steal rinne. But then Obito snatched back the Kyuubi and part of 8 tails chakra he also took some sage chakra from Madara. Again he was about to die when BZ took his control. When Naruto revives a dying Obito again after BZ had left his body, he was unable to heal him properly and it was implied that he didn't have much time left. So even if he hadn't been killed, he would have died.

A clone likely couldn't perform the various jutsu it required for Jiraiya to enter Amegakure undetected and the jutsu required to interrogate shinobi there.

Jiraiya's original intention wasn't even to engage Pain in battle. He only made that decision after his interrogation of a shinobi there.
