Except I dont need to prove that Hiruzen speed is superior to Madara (which Hiruzen isn't) as Madara isn't Tsunade. Lol and no, you dont need Madara's speed to dodge her punches, that terrible ABC logic.

What I can prove is that Hiruzen isn't slow and has better speed feats then Tsunade.

For one Tsunade needed Gaara's sand for mobility support via vs Flower Tree world and Towards SA vs Juubito, while Hiurzen can move at greater height on his own.

Not only that be he was able to close the gap between the distance of the Barrier to the Deity Gates that bound the Juubi's head. He close the distance in under 2 pages of manga panel time.
