All over once Tsunade goes 1000 Healings mode. Glad to see she's not being underrated.

Hiruzen can't deal with Tsunade in CQC, she regenerates from pretty much all elemental attacks, pretty sure she could dodge/side step most of them anyway.

She'll neg diff Enma if he doesn't stay in his staff form, and even then she has the strength to grab and disarm the staff from Hiruzen. Tsunade's paralysis jutsu is underrated. Don't engage her in CQC unless you have the speed, which Hiruzen doesn't.

Stuff like that isn't trapping Tsunade, probably not even for a second when she can destroy it with one finger. Hiruzen's fuuton seems to be the blowing type ( same as part1 Temari's fuutons in CE ) and not the cutting type ( Danzo's fuutons for example ). His raiton isn't killing her as long as her seal is activated. In order to kill a regeneration user you have to decapitate her or to destroy her body with one blow. Otherwise she will just keep regenerating.
This is common sense in other books/movies/games etc too.

She can dodge elemental attacks easily, as seen when she reacted to 5 of Madara's huge ass katons.

- Not all raitons are slicing, only the sharp ones. This seems to be a stream of lightning and we have no clue how strong it is, but usually noname techniques are jounin level at best. So I have no reason to believe it can kill her when she regenerated from techniques far more powerful
