The same way countless others have done it. Chakra is strength buddy when we are talking about people like Juubi Jinchuuriki. Kaguya lost chakra, got weaker, then got blitzed by Naruto. She gained chakra, and she was stated to be on another level.

Naruto and Sasuke gained half of Hagoromo's chakra, became two of the strongest in NV.

Nothing implies Madara>Kaguya. Not feats, not hype or portrayal. I'm waiting for you to come up with an actual case besides "She's dumb"
