That thing is PIS just like Sakura's punch. Naruto was faster than Kaguya who was faster than Sasuke, and could even react to Kaguya's instant moves. But how did Sasuke became faster all of a sudden without getting a speed boost??
And no, chidori will do jack shit to Naruto's cloak. Naruto has tanked Kaguya's punches that destroyed PS neg diff. BSM NAruto tanked Juubi beam. Naruto especially while using Kyuubi's chakra has always shown superior durability. Sword of Kusanagi couldn't even pierce four tailed Naruto. Eight tailed Naruto tanked the pressure of Pain's chibaku tensei and this Naruto is far stronger and durable. U think he will have problem with a measly wall level chidori?? Lol
