Naruto & Sasuke both indeed went all out, its just now after the immediate threat is gone he can focus on his other goals. Well it seems as if Sasuke has 6path jutsu, but he did not use it against Kaguya, since he planned fighting against Kaguya it would make sense if he did not use his full power, so he is not exhausted afterwards. Otherwise how do you explain that he did not use it earlier?

To be fair, Sasuke's first jutsu that he revealed was Chibaku Tensai, the very same jutsu that sealed Kaguya (obviously not as strong) and he placed all of the tailed beasts in genjutsu just by glaring at them. He didn't get these tech all of a sudden. But I agree that Sasuke will lose.

Sasuke isn't an idiot. He knew if they didn't stop Kaguya it was the end for everything. He stated this numerous times, he just put his goals on hold until they dealt with her.

That wasn't the point, The fact is they were both needed to seal kaguya. Why would he waste chakra performing CT alone whe she'd just destroy it?

Sasuke tried everything in that desert, he knew his techs were useless against kaguya but he still fought anyways. (PS,S/T,Chidori,Amaterasu,etc)

He most likely learned the Chibaku Tensei from watching Madara performing it, or at least, that is what I interpret how he got used to his powers and that was before Kaguya appeared.
