I am sure since 9 tailed yang fox already busted out of one. And Sasuke's chibaku tensei was on a smaller scale compared to the sage. It's pretty obvious that he doesn't have the power to do so on his own since the guy he got his power up from also could not do so on his own.

Depends on how you do the powerscaling. Since the chibaku tensei seal was strong enough to hold Kaguya, it means that different chibaku tensei have different levels of power. How can you use Nagato's chibaku tensei to compare with Sasuke? It depends on how Sasuke's chibaku tensei is scaled. It can be argued that his Chibaku Tensei was on a much smaller scale than the sage this chap because he was using 9 CT at once, not one big one. Also, it is possible that Sasuke was just using the bare mimimum scale to hold the bijuu, to conserve his stamina.

Naruto & Sasuke both indeed went all out, its just now after the immediate threat is gone he can focus on his other goals. Expect to see Naruto & Sasuke busting out all kinds of new techs in the upcoming chapters. Its will be epic however make no mistake, Naruto will win =D
