Does this mean that Japan already has the new chapter whice is a double chapter?
That`s so unfair
why can`t some transelators get their hands on them and start working?So in other word. The whole world had to wait last week at New Years Eve. Japan got this week and the next week`s chapter on probobly Saturday or Sunday last week. So they have to wait this week and the next just like us, exept for the fact that they are 2 chapters ahead of us? and at the 21 th. we and Japan get a new chapter and we are back on schedule.
But that week, Japan get one chapter while we get 3?
If that`s the scenario. Well... Then its both awsome and annoying as hell at the same time

YOUR wrong his eyes are fine, havent you noticed that the shape of the sharingan changes when you either use strong genjutsu or amaterazu!!!
And if thats wrong then it just means that kishi made a mistake while drawing

That's typical in Amaterasu.. They only bleed when he uses Amaterasu.
It was the same with Itachi Uchiha..

im thinking its a genjutsu...
but, his eye is bleeding. meaning
he has used his sharingan a little
to much and maybe itachi planned
that out. as if he knew sasuke would
later fight someone of so much power
that would force sasuke to do that...

You`re probobly right, but no one cares about that now!Well eyes bleeding is ever a good sign
And i think madara has said at some point hes over using his ms (i may be wrong)

Will we get our double chapter this week like Japan did last week, or do we get a tripple chapter in two weeks when Japan gets one?!?!?!
That`s the only thing that`s interesting right now, and yes either way, Sasuke`s going to become blind if he doesn`t take "the presumed dead Itachi`s eyes" or find another way to unlock EMS just like he did with his MS(or maybe he unlocked that because he killed Itachi and became sad?

Izanagi was part of a fanfic, nothing more. It isn't in the manga anywhere. In #475 some of Madara's unique jutsus were shown: his space-time ability to phase through attacks, and his ability to "absorb" people into his eye. Also, his ability to store Sasuke in there until the fight with Danzo. I think this is probably the unique jutsu that Itachi was talking about.
Kakashi using Kamui doesn't imply anything about another jutsu existing either, although it's not clear why he can use it and Itachi/Sasuke cannot. I suspect the capabilities of a mangekyo sharingan are hereditary, or else Kamui only shows up when a sharingan is transplanted into a non-uchiha user. We've seen that when a mangekyo is transplanted between brothers it gains the "perfect" state, so it's not unreasonable to think that other transplantation scenarios give it other powers as well.

Shonen Jump does a "double-issue" the week before a break. In this case, it's the new years holiday. There was a double-issue before the holiday because there will not be one the week of new years. The double-issue has already come and gone, this week there is nothing, and normal weekly distribution continues again next week.
Also, a "double-issue" means the manga is supposed to last the readers twice as long, but it doesn't contain double contents. So, we got one issue of Naruto that is supposed to tide us over for two weeks. Not two issues of Naruto on the same day.
I'm not 100% certain, but looking at the calendar I suspect the next RAW will be available tomorrow or friday.
