Suiton: Kandai Hakuchō no Serenāde | Water Release: Serenade of the Magnanimous Swan

Description: The user will perform two handseals and afterwards he is going to expel a large creature from his mouth, in the form of a gigantic swan composed out of sticky water (thrice the size of an average shinobi); the water has very dense, viscous and adhesive quality similar to that of Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field. After the landing of the swan, the user will simply smash it against his target (e.g. a human body or a summoning) with great blunt force. The sticky water will stick to the target’s body, enveloping the whole body, leaving no openings. While covered in the sticky water, the covered body/object cannot move at all, because the sticky water is heavy/sticky and therefore the target is trapped in it; hence becomes a target of lighting release techniques. To signify this, not only that the target is trapped but also the affected body/object will drown due to the great amount of sticky water that he/it has been enveloped in. Furthermore, the most charming thing about this particular water release technique is that the user can expel out several swans, up to two, yet smaller (size of a regular shinobi). If the user decides to spit out two swans, each swan will be equal to A rank. The technique itself has also one more final use. The user, after spitting out the swan(s), can anytime cause the actual made out of sticky water swan(s) to explode thus will release a very large quantity, in the form of a sticky swamp, covering the area around the region in which the swan(s) had exploded. The released sticky swamp cannot rip through most obstacles (e.g. humans, solid objects etc) in its path and therefore its use doesn't serves to obliterate the target but to, upon contact, stick the sticky water to the target thus making the movements of the target heavier. To cause the technique to explode the user can snap his finger no matter in what range he is located.

Description: The user will perform two handseals, charging water chakra through dust, sand or other earthen materials located on the ground, erupting exactly four gargantuan swans around the target, in four different locations, North, East, South and West. In essence, each swan will be equal to B rank and composed out of sticky water, having very dense, viscous and adhesive quality similar to that of Water Release: Starch Syrup Capture Field, but likewise the solid substance of earth. After the creation of the swans, the user will magnificently smash them against his target with great force. Alternatively, the user can anytime cause them to explode outwards by charging fire chakra on the swans. Upon explosion, they are going to release a very large quantity of hot, sticky swamp. It will be hot enough to inflict serious skin damage upon contact with the target that will suffer serious injuries, which are classified as second degree burns. In essence, the user can likewise control the movement of the swans with the need for hand gestures.

Description:
The user summons barnacles using their tattoo or ordinary summoning method, they will be shot out in the form of a small harmless wave or harmless torrent of water towards an Earth Technique where they will attach to it and using their own chakra corrupt it, directing it at their will towards another direction - this works on Earth Techniques up to A-Rank. When the barnacles have finished with the earth technique they can summon their own small water source as transport over to another Earth technique to repeat the process.

Not all Earth Techniques can be corrupted of course, they Earth has to be solid and nod in the form of mud or anything that can't be traveled through. If they Earth technique is latched to the ground and cannot be manipulated to move the Barnacles can prevent the Earth from growing any further if it hasn't fully developed (Like preventing a Cage to fully form or spikes from impaling someone).

These Barnacles are of the Thoracica "Acorn" kind and have a Calcite Shell so they cannot be killed or removed by simple blades, the opponent can't even cut off the section of clothing they are latched onto as they are actually pressed up against their skin through the clothing using chakra. B-Rank or below elemental ninjutsu cannot break through the shells bar lightning, which is only C-Rank and under. Only S-Rank Earth effect these Summons.

-Declined- So they can passively destroy and reverse A-rank earth techniques with no move cost, have immunity for A-rank earth, B-rank elemental ninjutsu and are not affect unless by S-rank earth, summoned with a water source, and can be summoned twice, seriously i was going to DNR, but i'll give you one more go to make it reasonable, although i won't tell you what to change.

Description:
The user makes 2 hand seals and swipes blood across their barnacle tattoo, they build up a large amount of water in their mouth and shoot it out as a harmless torrent of D-Rank water which would have a group of barnacles that would hit an Earth Technique where they will attach to it and using their own chakra corrupt it, directing it at their will towards another direction - this works on Earth Techniques up to A-Rank. When the barnacles have finished with the earth technique they can summon their own small water source as transport over to another Earth technique to repeat the process, though this costs a move and if you want the Barnacles to move otherwise they will extend their their appendages and use them to move across the ground strong enough to hold up their shells and body so they can essentially walk - to speed up their travel they will jump across the ground and will be only a little slower than the average shinobi this way, since they're very small they'd be hard to spot.

✦ Declined, for one, summonings with abilities can generally only be summoned once. Second, this is an A rank summoning that can change direction of earth jutsus A rank and below, being immune to earth jutsu B rank and below by default, and C rank and below elemental jutsu. Wut? I'm already not in favor of the earth ability as it's too powerful and unrestricted. And the water ability is out of place if they are an earth based summoning, it has no value here. Plus, if this is A rank, it's only working on B rank earth and below for me ✦

Description:
The user can either do the normal summoning method or bite their thumb, wipe it on the summoning tattoo and then slam the ground. These are Acrothoracica type barnacles and they are summoned into the ground where they burrow into it, creating thousands of little slits in the earth all up to the max of Mid-Range all around the user. This summon uses it's tendrils by sticking them out of their burrowed homes and feel any movement above them, sending the information back to the contract signer(s) of where the enemy is on the earth, their tendrils can be damaged but they usually retreat into their burrows if anything damaging starts to spread across the ground (like fire) and when it has dispersed they reappear. These barnacles disallow the opponent from using any jutsu using chakra that come from the ground up to A-Rank in their vicinity because they now have complete control of the earth stopping any chakra from from above the surface. The Barnacles can also attack the opponent, releasing a large amount of Mud in the form of a 7 meter tall pillar from the slits in the ground from underneath the opponent that will blast them into the air with no warning, it causes no significant damage to the opponent and just takes them off guard.

Description:
The Signer of the Barnacle Contract is capable of manipulating the Shell around the Barnacles to an extent as the Thoracica Barnacles themselves can also, so the user would perform bite their thumb and rub the blood over their Tattoo and the shell would then form over the actual Tattoo. The User can then manipulate to form ninja tools or weapons; small tools like Kunai and Shuriken can be made in threes, whereas large tools like swords and spears come in singles - since these shells can only be manipulated to an extent, once the form is taken it cannot be changed. All "Thoracica" Type Barnacles can use this, manipulating their shells so that the essentially grow and they become spiked like many needles are protruding from them. They user doesn't have to shape it into anything and it can remain as a shell plating on their tattoo for protection.

There is also another use which allows the user to form the shell so that it is spiked and can be shot at forward away from where the tattoo is on the body - the spikes are like senbon only slightly thicker and will send a flurry of them outwards but will only be within Short range. The Shell can stand up to all elements up to C-Rank except from lightning which it can only withstand up to D-Rank as it can easily pierce and shatter it.

Bijustu: Seishuku Hnshin | Tailed Beast Skill: Silent Transformation

Description: Tapping into Saiken's power Utakata transforms into his initial transformation. Unlike the usual method though, this is very silent. Instead of roaring and bursting into a column of black chakra, he simply becomes covered in black, followed by red chakra which shapes his 6 tails, face, cloak, etc which happens very quickly. This allows him to be more discrete when approaching or attacking enemies. The outcome of this transformation is the exact same as the normal one, without the chakra explosion. Should any of Bijuu use this, the result will be the transformation into the inital mode without the traditional explosion, roar, or in some cases(like Killer B) "Wheeeeee!"

-This counts as the inital transformation, the inital transformation must be posted for reference but it does not count towards the 3 justu per turn limitation

Description: Utakata and Saiken's relationship are one of which most Jin's envy. They argue in a joking matter but never seriously disagree on anything. In dire times though, Utakata often panics or overly relies on Saiken. When down, Utakata turns to Saiken for some power but when this is activated Saiken completely takes over against Utakata's will for the greater good. When first initiated Saiken has Utakata burst into a greyish black column of chakra while releasing devastating shockwave governing an A rank damage dealing blunt damage to anyone or anything in the area. The result of the unwilling transformation is a smaller version of the complete transformation. The appearance of this transformation can be compared to that of Gaara's when Shikaku took him over unwillingly before completely transforming. Sorta of a buffer phase. Appearance wise Utakata grows about 2 and a half feet in height and is noticeably fatter. He has a black chakra shroud covering him but he is also covered in his typical translucent acid cloak. In a nutshell he appears to be in a fatter initial transformation. Once activated, both the inital transformation and full transformation must be posted for reference only. Once the 3 turns that this phase lasts, Utakata reverts to normal and cannot use more than 40 chakra in one given turns for the next 2 turns.

-Is considered the full transformation and initial transformation
-Though it is considered both transformations, Utakata will not die after 3 turns like the regular full transformation indicates.

Description: With the help of Saiken Utakata will focus chakra throughout his body in an attempt to cleanse the body of hostile poisons, gases and fluids. This is a very limited without the knowledge of medical ninjustu. Activation of this justu will cause the user to generate small balls of chakra inside their lungs which can absorb the hostile substance. Then the user will throw up the manifested substance and become slightly woozy as the body expels the hostile substance. The generated balls are only generated in the lungs because should the hostile substance travel into the stomach or digestive track it'll be thrown up anyway. Again this justu is very limited without medical ninjustu but can be used by regular ninja that have a great deal of chakra control.

-Utakata can use this justu 3 Times and it can be activated prior to coming in contact with the hostile substance(Lasts 2 turns)
-Ninja besides Utakata can use it once and must be activated after coming in contact with the hostile substance and must be Kage Rank or higher
-Expelling the hostile substance will make the user dizzy and unable to use high level techniques for the remainder of the turn(S+)
-'Hostile substance' includes gases, fluids, and other harmful substances that enter the users body


 Declined  DNR. Illogical and mimics the effects of existing techniques. Regarding these techniques, please don't try to submit more modes that are copies of the cannon modes but more oped and exploitable. And most of them don't even make sense. Techniques that use your bijuu skills and abilities is ok but not new "modes" and transformations. No. Also, you forget in all of thse and your previous techniques that your bijuu has abilities which can only be accessed while you're transformed. Always keep that in mind.

Description: The user clasps his hands together and focuses water chakra out of the pours in their body, creating water that shoots out around them. Using shape manipulation, a large shark(8m meters long and 7 meters wide) is created around them with the user as it's epicenter. While forcing the water out of their pours, the user takes damage because of it as their pours are not meant to expel that much water at one time. Using the same principles as Kisame's (Suiton: Daikōdan no Jutsu) – Water Release: Great Shark Missile Technique, this technique allows the user to absorb enemy jutsu requiring 30 chakra points and blow to be performed. Being a water master, Kisame adds (Suiton: Mizu Shishi) - Water Release: Water Beast, and uses its ability to shoot out streams of water. The shark surrounding Kisame is allowed to shoot a burst of water in the shape of a shark tooth to pierce and skewer the target. The blasts of water count as a move per turn and carries damage equivalent to an A rank technique. When in water, due to the design of a shark encasing kisame, Kisame gains double swimming speed. After 4 turns, the jutsu exhausts itself by popping like a bubble releasing the water all over the battlefield and allowing the user to use no water nor taijutsu techniques above A rank for the next 2 turns. However with the shark formed, Kisame can only use Water jutsu, Shark related techniques(Techniques related to the shark summoning), and samehada related techs. The user is capable of using water techniques from within the shark by using the shark as a water source.

Description: Using his access to the shark contract, Kisame is able to generate the teeth of shark. However, the teeth can only be made short range from him as this jutsu is bound by the rules of summoning techniques. The user generates the teeth by physically summoning them to the field. These teeth are from from short range of the user and can travel up to long range. The technique is multi-rank due to the size differences within the teeth. If created with 20 chakra and 40 damage, the length of the tooth is equivalent to the width of their torso. When made with 30 chakra and 60 damage, the teeth are equivalent to the length of the user's arm. No matter the variant of the technique, the user can shoot as many teeth as he wishes at one time but they must all add up to either B rank or A rank depending on the variant used.

Description: At roughly around the same size of Manda, Hydros is a wide shark, closely related to the ancient shark, Megalodon. Hydros displays countershading, by having a white underside and a grey dorsal area (sometimes in a brown or blue shade) that gives an overall mottled appearance. The coloration makes it difficult for prey to spot the shark because it breaks up the shark's outline when seen from the side. From above, the darker shade blends with the sea and from below it exposes a minimal silhouette against the sunlight. As with all sharks, Achelous sharks have great sense of hearing, able to hear minute sounds and perfect sense of smell, able to determine the direction of a given scent based on the timing of scent detection in each nostril. Sharks are known to have an enhanced denticle but Hydros takes this to a higher level, having a bite force estimated to be around also have enhanced dermal denticle, giving them a sharp and strong teeth armor, capable of biting through A ranked jutsus. Despite having a natural Water affinity, Hydros shares a great resistance against it and other elements, allowing her to take damage of A rank jutsus unaffected, and up to one S rank technique. Her method of hunting is to emerge beneath her opponents, creating a gargantuan vortex of Suiton chakra before swallowing them whole. This vortex is of such power that it is able to crush anything that passes through it, essentially grinding and compressing things until they disappear, an S ranked ability of Hydros. This vortex can also be used against underwater attacks and objects on the surface of the water, crushing them as it pulls them down with a powerful pull. In addition to this Vortex, Hydros is able to "summon" other sharks from within him, his massive size allowing this, similar to Kidomaru's boss summoning. By channeling the required chakra, Hydros is able to expel a massive burst of water (same as the quantity in Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave) while releasing a summoning within this water. This counts as a move per turn of the user and can only be used to summon one grown shark at max or two groups of baby sharks. This shark can swim at the base speed of a Sage Rank shinobi.

Description: The user will charge chakra through the body, allowing him/her to acquire speed above the normal running speed, and will then charge in an arch towards the opponent. Midway through, the user will perform an "S" shape, changing directions, dealing an attack on the opponent from the opposite side. This attack will transverse the distance between the user and the opponent in just a few seconds. Utilizing the First Principle of Déjà Fu the user will cast a visual technique where the opponent will have a delayed visual perception. It is synchronized to the point that, when the illusion is beginning to change directions, the user is already dealing the attack, and the genjutsu breaks. It happens in such a way that, to the target, the motion will always appear opposite to the result, as the change in directions will not happen before the genjutsu breaks.

Description: The epitome of the First Principle of Déjà Fu. The user will dart forward, charging chakra throughout his/her body to acquire greater speed, while casting an illusion on the opponent. In the illusion, multiple hypothesis of the outcome of the charge will manifest, appearing as if the opponent creating a massive amount clones. All the clones will converge on the opponent, sliding on their belly like penguins or jumping head first, from all possible directions, with a slight time delay, freeing the user to change directions and deal a massive chakra infused head-butt on the target. The blast of condensed chakra can reach up to long range from the impact, creating a massive crater up to mid-range, and dealing damage to even Boss Summoning-size targets. The blast suffers no elemental strengths or weaknesses, and can thus be neutralized by any technique of the same rank, to no damage by either opponent or user.

✦ Declined, I'm guessing the head butt releases the massive burst of chakra as you don't exactly state this. If the chakra is none elemental, then it is raw chakra, which can be countered by raw chakra of the same rank or Elemental chakra one rank lower. Also, at least one more restriction is needed ✦

Description: A variation of Generic Sealing Technique, it allows the user to seal him/herself within a chosen storage scroll, which can be done in pre-prepared scrolls with a single handseal or through the same seal used in Generic Sealing Technique. The variation comes from the ability to seal corpses, whereas the user mimics that by using one's own chakra to seal oneself, making it so that there is no sort of resistance or conflict with different chakra systems. The sealing is done very quickly, in a matter of a second, where the user is seemingly sucked into the scroll, head first. Only the user can be sealed within the storage scroll, any active jutsu will be disrupted and vanish.
The user is contained in a black void dimension, allowing only a few minutes before asphyxiation. With a second handseal, the user can unseal him/herself back to the world.
*Can only be 1 turn inside the seal, else the user will asphyxiate*
*The user is able to feel the scroll through chakra, as well as any chakra source in contact with it. I.e. opponent's standing within a meter of the scroll without Chakra Suppression, or with Chakra Supression in physical contact with the Scroll, exception being Muu and Karin

Description: A variation of Generic Sealing Technique, it allows the user to seal him/herself within a chosen storage scroll, which can be done in pre-prepared scrolls with a single handseal or through the same seal used in Generic Sealing Technique. The variation comes from the ability to seal corpses, whereas the user mimics that by using one's own chakra to seal oneself, making it so that there is no sort of resistance or conflict with different chakra systems. The sealing is done very quickly, in a matter of a second, where the user is seemingly sucked into the scroll, head first. Only the user can be sealed within the storage scroll, 1 person, no allies can come in as well.
The user is contained in a black void dimension, allowing only a few minutes before asphyxiation. With a second handseal, the user can unseal him/herself back to the world.
*Can only be 1 turn inside the seal, else the user will asphyxiate*
*The user is able to feel the scroll through chakra, as well as any chakra source in contact with it. I.e. opponent's standing within a meter of the scroll without Chakra Suppression, or with Chakra Supression in physical contact with the Scroll, exception being Muu and Karin
*Only the user can seal or unseal the scroll*
*The scroll, simple paper normally, suffers no defensive bonus, meaning the user is forcefully spat back, with full damage taken, case something destroys the seal, the only connection between the outside world and the black void.*
*Mastering Fuuinjutsu allows the usage of this technique at half the chakra cost*

The user has roughly about 5 seconds (2 move slots) to be under water until the water overpower his scorch2. To compliment their style in taijutsu. ✦ Declined, while a good concept, parts of the description are off. You should rewrite the evaporating water part more clearly. One sentence is says all water, next sentence it doesn't say large bodies of water. Secondly, if it causes only 2nd degree burns to your body, then how is that hot enough to evaporate entire sources of water anyway? If you jumped into a large body of water, like an ocean, then it wouldn't be enough to superheat the water as you are only a small source of heat, and in order to superheat a source that large, you'd have to be of dangerously hot temperatures, proving more harmful to yourself as well. Also, as I end up having to say a lot in your submissions, remove the part about seconds, it's difficult to account for in battles. And the colored part makes little sense. You mention the user is coated in chakra to protect them but then talk about what happens to the opponent. Plus, if you do mean the user like I think, it does very little in regards to the user, an F rank that evaporates water and causes burning effects to each taijutsu attack would need more than just "slight fatigue" each turn. Also, if you cant turn this off a will, then it should last 3 turns completely, not a max of 3. ✦

Description: This is a very interesting but dangerous type of jutsu. Incorporating fire and rain together. The user will do 3 handdseals channeling fire into the rain clouds super-heating the rain drops The user makes sure that he doesnt channel fire chakra into the clouds above him in a 3meter diameter. Making it that if he moves outside the 3 meter mark he too will face the affects of this jutsu. Each rain drops is hot as boiling water, making each time the rain touches the opponent it feels like a a harsh sting. This jutsu specality is that it causes distractions to the opponent while constantly being hit with scalding rain drops. The special thing about this jutsu is that over a period of time it does more damage. If this jutsu isnt stopped before the 3rd turn. The opponent will suffer 3rd degree burns causing severe damage. Each turn the rain hits the opponent the damage from the rain multiplies. Meaning 20 first turn. 40 2nd turn and 80 3rd turn.

Description: This technique dwells in the earth style added weight technique but to a smaller scale that combines to a higher scale. The user will grab the hilt of the sword with 1 or both hand with the tip facing outward while channeling mass amounts of chakra into their reverse blade sword. The user will then swiftly strike both arms then both legs very forcefully dealing minimum damage (Bruising). With each strike earth chakra is channeled to said body part causing that body part to Quad its weight size making that body part petrified (immobilize). The user will then channel more chakra into the tip of the blunt blade after the 4th strike is dealt and deal a massive blow towards the mid section of the opponent causing major damage to his ribs and kidneys also now having his whole body immobilized except his head. Due to the opponents weight being increased the heavy force of the 5th strike would not force nor launch the opponent back but keep them in the same place. All of this happens very quickly.

The inner of this style is simple yet complex. This style is made to harness and utilize the side of the blade that nobody normally uses while at the same time infusing,and coating the sword with earth/earth chakra. In some cases this style is used as a way to toy with the opponent allowing the user to break down the opponents style in kenjutsu/taijutsu without killing them. This style is made for spars, if you dont wish to cut/slice the opponent, you will use this style that is meant to do blunt damage instead of cutting damage With a regular sword one would not have to put much strength into cutting down an opponent creating a cut/slice. But with this style the user needs to put fourth a considerable more amount of their strength and considerable amount of earth/ earth chakra to boost the attack not holding back. This style is normally utilize by 2 things. 1 is the Evade, Strike, Evade, Strike method. With this you find the opponents opening and strike at the moment you find it. 2 Being to break the guard strong defense, regular swords, weapons. Etc. (Example, If a regular sword was to clash with this sword coated in earth, this sword style would break through the opponents sword due to the increase in strength of the reverse blade sword).

This is what your CFS does. Nowhere does it state that one is able to petrify an opponent via earth chakra. Your style is based on using the broad side of a sword to cause more blunt damage on contact as opposed to cutting one, using earth chakra to make it. You can't petrify someone with your CFS, stop trying to do so, I think this is the third or fourth CFS jutsu of yours where you tried this. ✦

A powerful , yet very simple Genjutsu of the Royal Sinner. This genjutsu was made based on the original 7 deadly sins. These 2 sins were known as Greed, Lust, Pride, Envy, Anger, Gluttony and Sloth. The main trigger of each illusion is casted through a set of 6 handseals each. Each one has their own specific effect on the body of the target. Each was made as punishment that is related towards each of the 7 sins and used in the elder days to punish sinners.

Gluttony, the sin of over consumption of food , drink or wealthy items, with no remorse for the needy. After the user starts the Genjutsu, if chosen, the target will br placed under a Genjutsu. The targets sense of taste, sight and smell are affected. They will find themselves strapped to a chair in a dark room were a man with a deformed face stands before them, unleashing a wicked and evil laugh, as he reaches for a spoon and begins to force feed the target, rotting wasted food. The food has a foul scent that when caught to the nose, causes it to burn on the nose from the high concentration of mold. The taste of the foods is sour and bitter. As the deformed man continues to feed the target, the user can manipulate the illusion to make the target even suffer more like having the man hold the rotten food even much longer to nose of the target. In reality the target remains untouched however due to the pain being caused from the force feeding of the target and burning the nose, causes mental stress on the target. This happens to the point that the target is filled up and suffers enough

Envy is the emotion created by the resentment of a person who desires to have something the other doesn’t. After the hand seals are made the target is placed into a Genjutsu. The targets sense of sight sound and touch are affected. The user will place them in a world where everything is void. People walking around them with no faces, buildings shattered and the sky dark red. As thye are trapped, they will hear a voice calling their name, and before a moment’s notice, a person will grab them behind. The person will them proceed to whisper into the ear of the target saying “I finally found you…I have lived in eny of you for so long…now it’s time I made you suffer!”. The man then proceeds to turn into black sludge that starts to envelop the target and starts trying to take control of the targets body. In reality the target is unable to move and is however not harmed mentally but due to the confines created in the illusion causes him to remain still in reality.

Anger or Wrath is the emotion of that of being threaten. After the handseals are made, the target is placed into a Genjutsu were the target will see an imaginary person, running at them. The person is a young male or female who was in the was suspected to be in the life of the target, seeing as the most humble person but rather, the illusion causes them to be at rage, constantly beating and attacking and screaming at the target. Though the weakest of the other sins, this one cause nothing but trauma to the brain of the target, having been forced to see somehow may have been important to them, turned into a beast of nature. This one targets the user’s sense of sight and sound but causes mental stress on the target. In reality however is untouched and still aware of the surroundings.

Sloth or as some call it, laziness is one of the most punished of the sins. The user after placing them into the Genjutsu targets the user’s sense of sight sound and sight. The user then casts the illusion causing feathers to dance around the target. Then a lullaby then comes into play, these combined cause a sleepy effect on the target and was they are about to slumber, they hear a loud sound. This is the voice of a raspy old man , with a mask over his gloomy yellow eyes, with a whip in his hand, bailing at the top of his voice. The man the proceeds to whip the target, as the slave master did to those who portrait sloth and beat the target. The lashes from the whip create sensation on each hit, stinging the target and causing mental stress on the target. In reality the body of the target becomes stiffened as they try to fight of the blows from the man.

Pride said to be the one that consumes the heart of many men. This illusion targets the sense of sight. The user will find him surrounded by many who are clapping and cheering him or her on stage. The scene is set when the target finds himself out of now were being attacked by the many adoring fans, who was once cheering and chanting his name, so screaming and attacking him. This shows that the hearts of many can change even if you are a hero. The targets sense of sight and sound is effected however it doesn’t really effect the mind only using this as a distraction while they allow there ego and pride get the best of them as they react to the crowd(based on how the target reacts).

Greed and Lust, the mothers of the 7 sins are merged into one. The user will place the target into an illusion, targeting the sense of all the basic 5 senses. The target will find them self on a throne, were the target is the king of the illusion world they are placed in. The user will all the money and women or men as they desire to the target, causing the illusionary people to touch and speak to the target in ways of trying to lust the target, touching him in sensitive areas to stimulate the targets need of sexual desire and the money or power of having their own kingdom to rule, overwhelming the target with thoughts every second try to corrupt his mind. In reality the target suffers no damage however there 5 senses are cut making it hard for them to snap back into reality and due to the constant thoughts and distractions make it even easier on the user to trap the target.

A very simple yet complex duel Genjutsu that is casted through simply performing 3 hand seals by the user. It was built to mainly to combat close range fighters who are usually vulnerable when wide open in close quarter combat. The user will invoke a Genjustu were vines begin to grow from the ground and grab the target while they are moving or reaming still. A demonic flower then erupts from the ground and begins to gaze into the eye of the target using hypnosis to control the target, the proceeding to eat them. This can easily stop people who are 1 rank weaker than the user by immobilizing them, however the real purpose of is to cast another Genjutsu in which the user implants false memories into the brain of the target and making them “relive” the event. The memory of begin attacked and molested by a heterochromia(duel eye colored person) man or woman fooling the brain into thinking they have a complex towards these type of people and when looking into the eyes of caster, they will think they have heterochromia as well, making them afraid of the user. In reality, the first Genjutsu is simply a cover for the secondary Genjutsu to lay into motion, the target is also unable to move do to being frozen a solid in motion in the Genjutsu from the fake fear.

Description: The fire counterpart for (Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique. Which takes a different approach to gaining enhanced shinobi perception. The user first performs a shorter condensed sequence of hand seals. (Snake → Ram → Horse) Then the user will clap his hands together releasing the gathered fire chakra of the user into the atmosphere. That fire chakra expands into the natural heat of the battlefield and forms a large red cloud which stretches across the battlefield. The cloud has the sole ability to detect different chakras other then the user. By releasing a constant surge of heat made of the user's chakra. Anything not made of the user's chakra the user will be made aware of. Being of higher rank the Heat lion at will technique possess the strength from natural heat to evaporate the rain produced from the rain tiger at will technique.

Description: Hikari is not just one weapon but essentially a set of two, one tonfa for each hand. A tonfa is essentially a bracket shaped gauntlet with handles to grip. A tonfa is extremely useful in battle as they can be used as an extension of the user's arm or used to brace/block in combat. Hikari was created by Gecko who desired a new weapon, one that suited him more. So he forged two tonfas out of an indestructible yet light weight material. Hikari is essentially clear in color but has a black band near the handles for style. There is one small hole within the handle of each tonfa. Through this hole Hikari's special ability is brought forth. By channeling fire chakra constantly into Hikari it becomes super heated, but along with this super heat which burns the opponent upon contact, a super heated flammable and translucent gas seeps from that hole. This gas is infused with the user's chakra so it can be manipulated away from Gecko to avoid doing damage to himself. This gas is highly flammable and through each strike with Hikari the built up heat within the tonfas and the friction gathered through each strike causes the tonfas to ignite. Burning visibly, the flames are different as the burn the color of the user's soul. (Cosmetic depending on which bio) Hikari's main use in close quarters include holding the tonfas parallel to the arm to block and strike, rotating the tonfas to extend them outward and even throwing the tonfas as projectiles if needed.
Note: The tonfas due to their versatile shape can use all weapon dependent ninjutsu at the cost of chakra.
Note: Can only be used by Gecko and the people I teach

Description: The user dashes at the opponent with all his speed while engulfing his fist and a blue fire. The blue fire is the culmination of intense heat and gathered friction from the full speed sprint. With the fire engulfed fist the user ducks down and delivers a quick yet blunt jab to the mid section of the opponent sending him flying back a few meters. The fire exits from the user's hand and travels behind the opponent. The user still moving forward performs one hand seal and vanishes into thin air, before he 'vanishes' he says the phrase "This is.....". (filling it in with whatever choice words fit the scenario) While in reality merged with the flame from earlier. Now in mid air the flame now engulfs the leg of the user who spins and kicks the opponent down into the ground. The lingering flame burns his body as he lay there in the ground.

Description: User of the technique will release katon chakra in radius of up to 7 meters around opponent heating up the ground to the points of melting (depending on the terrain that is in question) whilst emitting heat waves with a redish hue to them. Just touching the heated ground would make damage to the opponent. The heat waves would give a mirages so to say, similar to the wavy lines that could be seen whilst looking at longer distances in deserts. The katon chakra around opponent would be capable of staying there up to two turns before dispersing and thus loosing its effects. Interesting to the technique is that in the case of either opponent or user using technique based upon wind, the heatwave would burst into flames because of oxygen feeding fire.

Immediately upon their forming, they will hover towards the opponent with great speed, attacking from different angles. Although explosive tags can be detonated upon performance of a hand seal, they also explodes once a swallow hits the target. Because of how sharp their body is, they can easily penetrate through the body of opponent.

Description: Mauris Monstrum, one of the strongest creation of Konan herself. Size of it can reach the size of Golem which is made upon performance of Earth Release: Great Stone Golem Technique although it can be smaller depending on how she wants for it to be used. Mauris can either be formed with usage of pre existing paper sheets or using paper sheets from Konan's body. If Konan is using paper sheets from her body, Mauris has to be in short range from her whereas if she is using pre existing paper source as to form it, she can make it anywhere on the battlefield where there is the source. Once monster has been formed, it will try and hunt down the opponent. Now interesting to it is that although its main task would be to hunt the opponent, Konan will be capable of changing its direction with hand gastures. One more thing that is pretty specific when it comes to this monster is that it is actually capable of multipling. This being said, if one attack was sent at it, it can just multply into two and in that way escape an attack. Keeping in mind that per each multiplication, power of a singular monster will decrease. Konan is also capable of reforming Mauris after multiplication for a cost of a move. Konan is capable of mixing explosive tags with paper sheets and make them explode upon performance of a single seal. Monster is capable of reaching Long range but where it will be formed will depend on the user. Using paper from the monster, Konan is capable of sending different kind of small projectiles at opponent, like kunais, shurikens. Paper sheets from the monster can also be used as a source for performance of other techniques although the power of the monster would decrease depending on the rank of the paper technique used.

Note: Can not use paper ninjutsu of S rank during the turn in which the monster has been made as well as next turn.

-Declined- I won't accept the multiplication to avoid techniques part, also you threw the kunais forming from the paper of the monster in there which led to another problem, what would the rank of those kunais be? the technique is strong enough as it is. You need a massive amount of paper sheets to form a monster of this size, so i won't accept forming it from pre-existing paper sheets in the field, only from Konan's own body.

Description: Mauris Monstrum, one of the strongest creation of Konan herself. Size of it can reach the size of Golem which is made upon performance of Earth Release: Great Stone Golem Technique although it can be smaller depending on how she wants for it to be used. Mauris can either be formed with usage of pre existing paper sheets or using paper sheets from Konan's body. If Konan is using paper sheets from her body, Mauris has to be in short range from her whereas if she is using pre existing paper source as to form it, she can make it up to mid range from her body should a sourse be within that distance. Because of the size of the Mauris, if Konan would to use paper sheets from the source, source itself has to be huge. Covering quite a big of an area of the battlefield. Sources of paper made by usage of , , (Shikigami no Mai) - Dance of the Shikigami and similar will give Konan ability to form Mauris.Once monster has been formed, it will try and hunt down the opponent. Now interesting to it is that although its main task would be to hunt the opponent, Konan will be capable of changing its direction with hand gastures. Konan is also capable of reforming Mauris after multiplication for a cost of a move, only able to be done once. Konan is capable of mixing explosive tags with paper sheets and make them explode upon performance of a single seal. Monster is capable of reaching Long range but where it will be formed will depend on the user. Using paper from the monster, Konan is capable of sending different kind of small projectiles at opponent, like kunais, shurikens which will either be of D or C rank depending on their size and number. If up to 4 projectiles are sent, they'd be of D rank, whereas if up to 8 are sent, they'd be of C rank.. Paper sheets from the monster can also be used as a source for performance of other techniques although the power of the monster would decrease depending on the rank of the paper technique used.

The user draws blood from himself, seemingly as a sacrifice to the sky gods. After drawing blood and smearing it on his hand the user performs the Bird - Snake - Dragon hand seals and then creates a clone made of raw Fuuton chakra. The clone takes on the image of a white ghostly adult female angel that has a shining translucent body which sprouts bright white wings before ascending into the sky. The angel gets so far into the sky at such high speeds that it is out of sight within a moments notice, though the huge amount of chakra can still be sensed by sensors and seen by doujutsu. After staying in the sky collecting natural air from the sky (1full turn) the angel would dive down, heading straight at the opponent. The Angel's right hand would be extended downwards with its palm pointed down and open. As the angel comes down it grows from its original woman size in the matter of moments. The angel gradually grows 5 times in size, holding so much heavy, dense wind chakra that when it crashes down on a spot it covers a 15m area of impact, bluntly crushing anything in its path including the user if he's in the way. The impact on the area is very similar to when sakura hits the ground with her super strength, leveling the terrain around it.

With that done the user uses his Fuuton chakra to create a 2 1/2 foot tall, translucent cherub floating a meter or so above his head. The child-like cherub wears no clothing other than what covers its bottoms, and bares wings far past the size of the being itself. The cherub's wings span 10 feet from wing to wing and let off a light, cooling breeze with every flap of the wings. Upon creation, the cherub simply disappears in thin air; literally becoming nothing but thin air which scatters into the terrain as a breeze exactly like from the flapping of the wings. Now only being able to be tracked by doujutsu users or sensors, the cherub stealthily arrives near a designated target, whether it be the opponent himself or something else such as a summoning, stone golem etc etc. As another light breeze slides across the body of the opponent, the cherub rematerializes once again. The cherub now floating a meter above the target, just like when it was first created, has the wind it is made of explode. The cherub explodes in an outwards omnidirectional explosion; swiftly delivering a blunt blow of spinning wind that mangles the target and anything in a 5m radius. If the target is small enough I.e. a small summon, human etc. The cherub can wrap its large wings around the target before exploding. The powerful spinning wind itself is able to break through even solid structures within reasoning.

This is the sister technique of ( Fuuton: Koisuru tenshi no soyokaze ) - Wind Release: Breeze of the beloved Cherub. The user starts by simply weaving together 5 hand seals (Monkey - Dragon - Rat - Dog - Tiger) and molding massive amounts of Fuuton chakra in the air around himself. With that done the user uses his Fuuton chakra to create multiple Cherubs (4), each being 2 1/2 feet tall like the original technique ll, and translucent, floating a meter or so above the users head in a square formation. The child-like cherubs wear no clothing other than what covers their bottoms, and bares wings far past the size of the beings themselves. The cherub's wings span 10 feet from wing to wing and let off a light, cooling breeze with every flap of the wings. Upon creation, the cherubs simply disappears in thin air, literally becoming nothing but thin air which scatters into the terrain as a breeze exactly like from the flapping of the wings, but unlike the original technique, these winds from the breeze picks up debri and dust from all around, acting like (Fūton: Kiryū Ranbu) - Wind Release: Air Current Wild Dance. Now only being able to be tracked by doujutsu users or sensors, the gang of cherubs stealthily arrives near a designated target, whether it be the opponent himself or something else such as a summoning, stone golem etc etc. As another light breeze slides across the body of the opponent, the cherubs rematerializes once again. The cherubs now floating a meter above the target, just like when they were first created, has the wind they are made of explode. The cherubs explodes in an outwards omnidirectional explosion; swiftly delivering a blunt blow of spinning wind that mangles the target and anything in a 5m radius. Each cherub can materialize in different locations in order to attack multiple targets, each holding B-rank strength when exploding. To gain the full damage of the technique, the cherubs materialize near each other, holding hands as they appear; exploding in unison and creating a much larger 9x9m explosion that will devastate the area.

Rōringu· sutōn is a wind release technique crafted for quick usage with high amounts of destructive potential. The user would begin by gathering wind chakra in the soles of his feet and in his throat at the same time. With the chakra built up for use, the user releases it with haste. While stomping on the floor, roaring forwards, and releasing the built chakra, two things happen. The wind chakra released from the soles of the feet is used to go in the ground and erupt; breaking the ground up to 10m in front of the user into chunks as if a massive earthquake ripped chunks out the earth (similar to when sakura hits the ground). As the wind released from the feet rips up the ground and sends chunks of rock upwards, the user also releases the chakra from his throat when roaring. The chakra released from the mouth is similar to pressure damage, though it holds a bit more destructive power and speed. The wind rages forward, ensnaring the chunks of rock and pushing them forward with great force; successfully creating a massive blast of wind and jagged rock. Due to the momentum the wind gives the rocks, when the technique collides with fire techniques the fire simply ignites the rocks, turning them to molten rocks flying at the opponent still. From the ground breaking so quickly upon the user stomping, it throws anyone within 8m off balance.

Description: Toriyama is an extremely small kite small enough to fit into the palm of a person's hand. To summon him the user need only perform the seal of confrontation and draw some form of blood from his body. He can do very little offensively inside of battle but is great for recon and surveillance both due to his small size and his one and only ability. Most times he is just summoned for comedic relief or to reference an inside joke. He can be on the field indefinitely and has only one useful ability. He can create chakra based copies of himself that look like masses of blue chakra in his shape nearly a perfect silhouette of his small bird like form. They appear as what seem to be spirit animals/birds resembling Toriyama in every way only somewhat translucent/semi transparent being somewhat bluish.
These copies can be controlled by him and like shadow clones are connected to him in the same way when he disperses one or it is forcefully dispersed Toriyama gains all of the knowledge it has accumulated as well as the ability to create a new copy of himself. These copies can do very little outside of ramming into an opponent and causing a mild chakra explosion that can cause mild damage such as small lacerations, cuts, bruises and mild friction burns. Toriyama can only have three copies in play at any time however they can be anywhere as long as Toriyama himself is safe. If his concentration is broken he's dispersed or forced to move from his spot the copies disperse. While active Toriyama can share his vision, hearing and sense of touch with the copies seeing, hearing and feeling what they see, hear and feel but this takes immense concentration and while doing so Toriyama cannot relay the information or speak until he breaks this concentration thus losing the ability to see, hear and feel what the copies do for a short period of time. Toriyama can create and maintain a mental link to the summoner and can speak however doing so breaks his concentration nullifying the ability to see, hear and feel the copies during the time that he is speaking both mentally and physically to someone. This doesn't negate the ability to create and maintain the copies though and is a passive ability that doesn't count towards jutsu usage. Another ability the copies have is that it can take refuge inside the summoner's body or an allies body much to the same extent as chakra because that's what it is a mass of chakra.
This works a lot like what Minato did with Naruto the chakra lays dormant inside the summoner or ally until it is activated when this is done the chakra either releases returning to Toriyama thus alerting him to all of the information it has gather or creates a disturbance to the summoner's or allies chakra. This disturbance is enough to break low ranking genjutsu B rank and below. The chakra is activated either by Toriyama, the summoner/ally or a genjutsu that is set in place. Toriyama can do it mentally, the summoner or ally can do it by performing the seal of confrontation and a genjutsu put in place will activate it automatically without a trigger from Toriyama or the summoner/ally.
Notes:
-The summoner cannot have clones of any kind in play while Toriyama's chakra copies are active
-Can create and maintain three copies and can use the ability twice however creating the copies counts as a jutsu
-Can use the ability to see, hear and feel what the copies do three times per battle but must wait two turns between each use. This ability can last for two full turns allowing Toriyama to gather a vast amount of information in that time.

✦ Declined, too powerful and unreasonable. Summonings cannot last indefinitely, 4 turns is the max. Copies/clones made by Toriyama will count as a move per turn and he isn't going to be able to enter the user's body and release them from genjutsu. ✦

(Eien no Yunion) – The Eternal Union

Description: The Eternal Union is a special ring designed for the marriage of two lords dating back from before the time of the Sage of the Six Paths. The ring’s body is composed of platinum. At the top of the ring is a sapphire gemstone locked in place by four platinum ring guards. Holding those in place as the ring circles around are two serpents, one on each side. Their eyes are small diamonds surrounded by gold. The ring itself is indestructible being composed from the purest and strongest platinum in the known world. It is unknown who made the ring and when exactly. After hundreds of years of war the Yuki clan managed to obtain the ring and hold it in the clan. It became a tradition that when a new clan leader was named among the Yuki clan that the ring would pass to them. The ring itself holds power over water and represents the eternal bond between man and water. Overtime the special powers of the ring were revealed to the Yuki clan. However, upon the civil war in Kirigakure the ring was lost to the world. Eventually Drackos managed to recover the ring on the outskirts of Amegakure. How it ended up there is a mystery that shall never be solved. If the ring is stolen it will not be compatible with the chakra signature of the thief rendering the ring useless.
Moisture Absorption: The Eternal Union has the power to absorb moisture in the air over a short period of time. The user activates the Eternal Union’s moisture absorption ability by simply channeling their chakra into it. Over a period of two turns the Eternal Union will passively absorb moisture around the user. Once the two turns have passed the Eternal Union can infuse the moisture it absorbed into a jutsu of the user’s choosing causing it to gain +20 damage. During the time the Eternal Union is absorbing moisture the user may not activate any of the ring’s other abilities. Additionally, because of the surge of chakra, the user may not use a suiton above A-Rank for one turn after the user has released the moisture infused suiton technique.
Touch of Control: The Eternal Union’s second ability grants the user the power control over the state of their water techniques. The user will simply activate this technique by channeling suiton chakra into the ring and then immediately after using one of their own water techniques in conjunction with the ring. The ring then, according to the user’s will, will allow them to manipulate the state that their water technique is. This allows the user to change a water technique from being regular water to the state of oil, syrup, or mist.
Water Senbons: The most basic use of the Eternal Union which allows the user to create numerous senbons when they wave their hand and activate the technique. This creates up to 10 senbons. They are incredibly sharp and can easily pierce through flesh and stone. If the senbons do pierce the flesh they will release their form and send the chakra infused water into the opponent’s body causing them to undergo a brief genjutsu where they see and hear the user releasing more water senbons.
Tidal Wave: The user activates the deadliest ability of the Eternal Union by clapping their hands together and channeling chakra into the ring. Within seconds a massive tidal wave will form directly in front of the user. The tidal wave has devastating brute force strength and can break through many defenses and crush many obstacles. The technique is a forbidden ranked technique. The greatest drawback to the Tidal Wave is that after its usage the Eternal Union will no longer be able to be used for the remainder of the fight.
Note: Each ability of the Eternal Union is S-Rank and requires 40 chakra to be used. Each counts as a move of the user’s three jutsu per turn. The exception of this is the Tidal Wave ability which counts as a forbidden ranked technique and requires 50 chakra which will fully exhaust the ring.
Note: Each ability of the Eternal Union can be used twice. However the user is only able to use the Eternal Union three times. The exception to this is Tidal Wave which will fully exhaust the ring regardless and can only be used once.
Note: The moisture absorption ability does not enhance the abilities of the Eternal Union.
Note: The turn where the moisture absorption ability does not count as one of the two turns the ring needs to absorb moisture. The ring needs two full turns to allow for absorbtion. On the third turn the user can utilize this moisture. The user can also wait until a later point to use the moisture.
Note: The ring is indestructible and can only be used by Drackos and those he teaches.
Note: If the ring is stolen it will not be compatible with the chakra signature of the thief and be rendered useless.


(Senkō Kibaku Fuda) – Flash Bomb Exploding Tag

Description: A special explosive tag developed by Drackos during his time in Otogakure for tactical warfare and breaching doors in tactical missions. This is nearly identical to the standard issued paper bomb with minute differences. The kanji for "explode" is replaced by "burst". Adjacent to that is the kanji for "flash". The paper bomb itself is .25 inches longer. Upon detonation the tag will also release a flash of flight exactly like a regular flash bomb which will blind the victim and user if their eyes are not shielded from the blast. The damage dealt by this paper tag is equivalent to three regular paper bombs. The user detonates this tag by channeling their chakra into it as they would a normal paper tag. These tags can be used as a replacement for jutsu that require regular paper bombs.
Note: Biographies that use this must state that they carry this special paper tag on their person.


(Ajisashi Kuchiyose no Jutsu: Kuroi Uingu Ren) – Ajisashi Summoning Technique: Black Wing Ren

Description: Ren is one of the five elders of the Ajisashi. She, like her companions, holds the same values that the Ajisashi as a population do. However she twists them. Her personality is darker and slightly more twisted than the other Ajisashi. She will still retain absolute loyalty to her summoner and companions. However, when in combat she becomes sadistic and silently vicious. Ren’s appearance, matching her personality, is almost entirely black. Her body and wings are black while her talons and beak are a dark grey. Her eyes are a dark blue with a small red center. Her wing span is a mere 5.5 meters which is small compared to most Ajisashi elders. She is only capable of carrying one person in flight. Among the five elders Ren is repudiated to be the darkest and is frequently avoided by other Ajisashi out of fear, despite their understanding that she is still loyal to her people and summoners. Ren is fully capable of speech and is very sharp and intelligent. She is noted to be unnaturally proficient with Genjutsu among the Ajisashi allowing her to use genjutsu that require no hand seals up to B-Rank. Her most fearsome ability however is her usage of a trait common to all Ajisashi – parasites. Ren is capable of releasing spheres of parasite infested water from her mouth, similar to Water Release: Gunshot (as if it was released by a human). The parasites are capable of placing the target in a painful S-Rank genjutsu while damaging their body significantly. The water released from her mouth is infested with parasites found in her stomach and digestive track, a trait common to Ajisashi. The force of the water is not strong enough to break bones but it can knock someone off their feet. The technique itself can release up to five spheres of water. Each sphere released will be smaller in size however in total it will create a sphere of water about the size of Water Release: Gunshot. When the sphere makes contact with its target the microscopic parasites will eat through the skin causing irritation. Depending on where the parasite makes contact the genjutsu will take more time to take effect as the parasites need to release their chakra into the blood stream and have it reach the brain. Once the genjutsu activates it will take five (5) turns for the parasites to eat all tissue in the localized area where the infested sphere of water struck. This tissue can include the muscle, fibers, ligaments, brain tissue, etc. The parasites are capable of killing the target depending on the impact location. During this time the victim will be suffering from the effects of the genjutsu. While the parasites eat away at the localized area the genjutsu will cause the victim to experience a full body pain as if the parasites had infested their entire body. It will also cause the user to see hallucinations in their agony which has a large range of gruesome images.
Note: Can be summoned once.
Note: The genjutsu ability requires 40 chakra (S-Rank technique).
Note: Ren’s genjutsu ability can be used once and can release up to five spheres of water.
Note: The water, while not capable of breaking bones or killing on impact, can easily knock a target off their feet.

✦ All Declined, the first is toooooo OPed, DNR in any form, the second can be done with just using flash and explosive tags, no need to waste a jutsu slot and the third is too much and unreasonable. You say it uses genjutsu up to B rank but how? Every genjutsu needs a trigger. And the parasite stuff makes little sense and is essentially you trying to use two types of animals at once. Plus the "genjutsu" you describe at the end isn't even a genjutsu and is severely OPed at that. ✦

Description: This is the daughter technique to the Hiding in Camouflage technique. The user will activate an ability which allows them to control how light is reflected around their own techniques for the next three turns. The visibility of a technique can be removed entirely or the technique can be granted a certain degree of transparency. Making techniques invisible will force the opponent to counter them through the use of their other senses (e.g. feeling the heat resonating from fire-based techniques or the vibrations produced by the surfacing of earth techniques). Using this technique to make a technique fairly transparent will not have many immediate effects. The technique will become harder to notice with the naked eye but such is still possible. The intended effect of making techniques transparent/translucent are two-fold. The user will benefit as he/she will be capable of seeing through their own techniques, meaning jutsus which sever the line of sight will no longer be risky to use e.g. erecting a defensive wall of earth. On the other hand, the opponent may believe the technique is an illusionary one as it appears to lack the vividness of an actual technique. They may mistake it for a low-level or poorly executed genjutsu. Activating this ability is instant and does not consume any time whatsoever. The reason this technique's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only initiated when the user utilizes another jutsu. This technique can only be used on techniques which can normally be perceived through the use of at least one other sense (excluding touch unless the technique is non-offensive and does not deal any damage). The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills.

The reason this technique's activation is instant is because stand alone it does not do anything and its effects are only initiated when the user utilizes another jutsu. I'll give you one more shot at it, but I'm skeptical of this having any hope.

Your chakra system is constantly changing sporadically, why would that have any effect on placing another person in a genjutsu? Since the chakra system is constantly in flux, a restriction that would make sense is one that causes damage/prevents you from using something due to this fluctuation. No S or F ranks makes while this is active makes more sense than no gens, it just seems like a way to prevent being caught by one. ✦

If something is sent through a tunnel that has, say, a massive powered windmill at the end that generates 50 mph speeds, then things going through it would be sped up to 50 mph at the max. You need a clearly defined max speed. Actually, just a speed that anything going through this will possess because that wording will lead to later issue over what moves how fast. Also, if fire passes through the wind, then it wouldn't be a wind + fire combo, but rather an empowered fire jutsu. ✦

The portal is almost transparent and is made 10 meters above the opponent and is 10 meters wide. The portal begins releasing droplets of oil down onto the area below it and these hundreds of droplets would soak the opponent and leave the terrain around them soaked in oil. The droplets cover a 10 meter radius around the opponent. Similar to the cannon Black Clouds technique however the main difference between this technique and that technique is that this one soaks a large part of the environment consistently for a turn while the Black Clouds technique just pours a momentary drizzle onto the opponent. The technique would leave the opponent covered in oil thus any fire techniques which are released from their body would only burn themselves and the large pools of oil under and around them would mean any fire techniques the user uses wouldn't even have to reach the opponent, only needing to reach the oil, to attack them. The oil is infused with the users chakra so cannot be manipulated by the opponent. The portal remains open for just a turn and once that turn is done the portal closes but the area remains filled with oil and the opponent remains drenched in it too. The best way to counter this jutsu is by destroying the portal itself as merely pushing the oil away from you would only provide a momentary relief, as the downpour is constant for the whole turn and would simply fill up the area again in that time.

While coated in the wind cloak the user becomes immune to lightning techniques of S-Rank and below due to the wind around the body, this is because the wind around the body acts as an insulator so lightning won't flow through it, protecting the user. This technique can be cancelled at any time by the user.

Its jaw being the size of an average human, the dragon can be maneuvered according to the user's will whiles they are still exhaling and can make it move as if it was a real dragon, once the user stop exhaling they lose all control of the dragon however the dragon remains and would proceed to charge in the direction it was last facing when the user disconnects from it, the dragon can reach long range before disconnecting from the user unwillingly and becomes unmanipulatable.

As the dragon charges towards the opponent at high speeds, once it gets in range, it opens its wide jaws without slowing down and bites down on the opponent with large sharp teeth which stabs the opponent like a sharp blade would and continues to charge through the opponent damaging them with the thousands of sharp blades its body is created of as it passes through them tearing them apart the blades of the dragon are so fine and thin that it would also cause the inside of the body to be torn apart.

For an offensive aspect, you form this around targets, but for a defensive aspect, you form it around yourself. Each strike appears as lance/spear strikes with the same cutting potential due to the piercing power of the lightning. Description and background:

Synanceia is a genus of fish of the family Synanceiidae, the Stonefishes, whose members are venomous, dangerous, and even fatal to humans. It is one of the most venomous fish currently known in the world. They are found in the coastal regions of Indo-Pacific oceans as well as off the coast of Florida and in the Caribbean.

Synanceia are primarily marine, though some species are known to live in rivers. Its species have potent neurotoxins secreted from glands at the base of their needle-like dorsal fin spines which stick up when disturbed or threatened. The vernacular name of the species, the stonefish, derives from the stonefish's ability to camouflage itself with a grey and mottled color similar to the color of a stone. Swimmers may not notice them, and may inadvertently step on them, triggering a sting. When the stonefish is disturbed, it may inject an amount of venom proportional to the amount of pressure applied to it.

Since the Stonefish are marine animals they require a water source in order to be summoned or can summon a water source with themselves, if none is on the battlefield. If being summoned in a water source they can be summoned up to mid range from the user, however, if they are summoned with a water source then it can only be done up to short range form the user. Stonefish are experts at camouflage which enables them to change color to match their habitat, however, this ability only pertains to water and earth/muddy environments. They mostly range from a few inches to a couple of meters in size, while the boss summon is ten meters in length. Stonefish have a very unique chakra circulatory system which allows them to produce and manipulate water and earth techniques as well as produce their unique venom from their bodies. They are also considered genjutsu masters and capable of producing powerful and unique illusions. Since they don't have hands they use their unique needle-like dorsal fins to perform hand seals for genjutsu and elemental techniques requiring hand seal performances.

✦ Declined, I actually researched Stonefish in the past. They are indeed venomous, but after being heated, this venom is harmless in real life, something I'd expect translates over for them. And this camouflaging ability isn't going to mean they can passively change the color of their body. Also, no to the part about Earth and Water techniques. Summonings cannot use more than one element, and that implies they have both earth and water. And a definite no to the casting genjutsus through their dorsal fins, that is a clear no ✦

Description: The user will first start out by gathering a large sum of water chakra and send the chakra up in the atmosphere to create simple rain clouds, if however rain clouds are not already there. When the clouds are created or the chakra is sent towards already made rain clouds, the user will simply create a quick set of rain drops to fall onto the battlefield. The rain sent is a small amount, almost like a quick drizzle. In normal circumstances the opponent can notice the small rain time duration, however masking the technique by using already falling rain will mask the intended rain that has the user's own chakra within it, creating a stealthy combination. The user can also aim where the rain will be sent and it will cover up to a five meter radius. When the rain comes into contact with the opponent, it will almost seem like natural rain, however it contains a special property. The rain droplets, will take on a similar property of Water Release: Grudge Rain Technique, where in the water will begin to slowly drain the chakra of the opponent, however the chakra absorbed will not go to waist, for every turn the water absorbs the chakra, it will take on an adhesive property, slowly sticking onto the opponent and restricting their movement plus the initial chakra absorption, with every turn that follows. The first sign of the sticky water would be discreet, but can be detected due to its distinguishable property, however with every turn that goes by the water's adhesiveness will increase and the weight will continue to crush down onto the opponent. This creates something of a one-two hit combo, making it quite difficult to stop. Now the amount of initial water used, would be just large enough to drench the opponent, from head to toe. So the sticky water would start to restrict the opponent from all over their body. Making movement, every turn, sluggish and difficult. This technique works around both draining the opponent in a physical manner due to the heaviness and stickiness of the water, and chakra wise due to the natural absorbing effect it has. The amount of chakra absorbed will remain consistent, begging with only 20 chakra points, and then with every turn doubling (20->40->80->160 etc.). After the technique is set, the absorption becomes passive and will remain for a certain set of time.

Description: A supplementary ash technique, the user will release their fire chakra forward and around themselves, while performing the Dragon hand seal, from which pockets of ash from the ground will begin to bubble up and form into a shape similar to a portal. The ash is highly destructive, explosive, and extremely hot. The only purpose this portal of ash serves, is to supplement the user's own attack, by releasing techniques or weaponry through the portal, the ash will leave residue around the body of the techniques or even absorbing them (such as fire like techniques), increasing its destructive property substantially. Such examples could be; increase the power of other fire attacks, passing wind through the portal so the wind carries the ash and if it makes contact with the opponent it will skin them and burn them severely, something else could be to allow metal like weapons to pass through the portal of ash, super heating them and increasing their power as well, that also means non-chakra infused material can pass through the portal, making even the most simplest of rocks into a deadly weapon. Earth can also pass through them, increasing the heat of earth techniques however would make them a little less stable when it comes to movement and durability. Frankly, the portal can be used with many different elements as long as it can co-exist with the Narutoverse logic and the elemental logic used with it. The portal will be quite large and big enough to allow techniques such as Fire Release: Great Fire Destruction. The result for certain techniques can be an increase in heat and explosive power, while also increasing its distance due to the fuel the ash presents (only with fire techniques and CE/KG alike). However, this technique does contain major drawbacks, in simplest terms, since the ash is most presented as unfocused and acts to absorb with its corresponding elements, the opponent can use this to his advantage and increase his techniques power as well. This technique does have a certain mobility, since it erects from the ground, it can be used anywhere as long as it rises from ground area.

Description: The user will gather their wind chakra and release it outward to create a large gust of wind. However, this gust of wind takes on a very similar characteristic to that of Wind Release: Wind Blade. Not only do they appear the same in color and destructive ability (due to its deadly cutting nature), but it retains another similar ability; the wind blade created will be intangible. Now, the main difference is, the user will release the wind gust into certain structures or tool sets, this includes earth-like jutsus(or CE/KG similar) or even metal weapon(s). This happens because of the intangibility of the wind, being able to phase through solid matter objects, however through precise control with chakra, the user will infuse it into the structures making them one. The initial infuse can be done in two ways, either they blow the gust of wind into the initial technique or they create a intangible- almost invisible (because of the similarity of the wind blade)- portal upfront of the user for which they will allow those similar solid structures to pass through and fuse into. Now, with the wind infused in the object(s), this prevents certain opponent from being able to detect the wind which is hidden in the structure, however this does not apply to most dojutsu and sensory. The strong offensive use for this technique is its ability of deception and surprise attack, for even if they destroy the initial technique used for the wind to infuse within, it can still bypass and continue to the opponent, this is because of its intangible nature and how it can never be blocked through physical means. The size of the gust of wind, is rather medium sized in nature (can cover around a five meter radius), but it can be practically infused with any type of size structure such as Earth Release: Great Stone Golem Technique. If the technique makes contact with the opponent, it can surely push the opponent back and deliver serious cuts and bruises because of its sharp nature. The user can also use this wind gust and infuse it into more then one object however it would cause more chakra consumption.

Description:

In this technique, the user will first gather Earth chakra and channel it to the ground to a desired location. Now the user will quickly manipulate this Earth chakra ultimately changing the terrain in which the Earth chakra is present. The Terrain can be altered into four ways.

✎ Pebble trouble: The user will manipulate the Earth chakra to turn the terrain of desired size into a small layer of shiny, polished, less friction pebbles. When the opponent steps on this particular layer of pebbles due to the polished and almost frictionless property of the pebbles present, the opponent will lose his balance and fall down injuring himself. The type of injury made on impact with the pebbles will be just free fall damage (40). The size of the terrain that is converted into a pebble bed is totally up to the imagination of the user provided it does not cover more than 15 meters.

✎ Rocky lives on: The user will manipulate the Earth chakra to turn the terrain of desired size into a small layer of sharp, robust, irregular rocks. When the opponent steps on this particular layer of rocks due to its irregular shape and size the opponent will lose balance and fall down. The type of damage received by the opponent will be piercing damage (40) due to the sharp stones. Size restriction is same as the above.

✎ Quicksand Cache: The user will manipulate the Earth chakra to turn the terrain of desired size into a small layer of minute, porous, loose sand. When the opponent steps on this particular layer due to the loose sand that is present; the movement of the opponent will be drastically reduced since movement in a very loose sand is practically hard. This particular alteration deals no damage even if the opponent falls down. Size restriction is same as the above. Due to the loose sand, Any earth techniques that sucks in the opponent like the Antlion technique or Retsudo Tenshō will quickly suck in the opponent as well as the opponent will find it very difficult to move under those circumstances.

✎ Jelly Belly: The user will manipulate the Earth chakra to turn the terrain of desired size into a small layer of semi solid jelly like flexible terrain. The main advantage of this terrain is the elasticity property of the terrain. Due to the weight of the opponent, when the opponent steps on this particular layer the jelly like flexible layer acts like a rubber and throws the opponent depending on the direction of his momentum. No particular damage is produced by this terrain. Size restriction is same as the above.

In all these terrains, the material that are present in the terrain can be manipulated by the user through simple hand gestures to attack the opponent. Like using the pebbles to deal blunt and brute force damage(20). Using sharp stones to deal piercing damage(20). Sandy and jelly terrain does not possess and damaging property at all.

Restrictions :
- Can be used 4 times per battle with a 2 turn gap between alternative usage.
- Only one terrain can be made at a time.
- Terrain once made last forever.
- Can only be taught by -Best-.

✦ Declined, beside being unreasonable and can be made by canon jutsu (see spoiler), this cant be approved for a few reasons: Jelly Belly isn't within the capabilities of Earth, forming "Jelly" like terrain. This is essentially Rubber Lava or Rubber Release abilities. Quicksand Cache is for all intents and purposes, a Sand jutsu. ✦

Descripton: The user will bite his thumb and perform the Boar → Monkey → Bird → Monkey → Ram hand seals, slamming their hand into a scroll on the ground. This technique is a combination of the Summoning Technique and an Earth Release technique. The user summons a large amount of rock from a giant canyon which, during the process of being summoned through this technique, he shapes into a design he outlined previously in a scroll. This allows the user to change the topography of the map and create any earthen feature he needs from pillars to gorges, canyons, mountains or simply plains. If the user wants to or is defeated, the alteration ends as any summon eventually does. Additionally he can use (Doton: Dimenshon Fuudo Shihai) - Earth Release: Dimension Topography Control at any point to change the design and alter the summoned terrain.

This technique is mainly used to supplement other genjutsu techniques( Specific techniques) of the user.This raw chakra released is considered to be a Genjutsu inducing chakra, that when takes effect on a opponent causes paranormal negative effects which will be explained latter. From the moment since the user starts using this particular technique the user will release a small amount of chakra(15 chakra) from all the chakra points from his body. This chakra released will continue to be raw chakra in nature and start filling out the whole battle field after that turn.This raw chakra released is considered to be a Genjutsu inducing chakra, that when takes effect on a opponent causes paranormal negative effects which will be explained latter. This particular chakra cannot be used for any other purpose other than Supplementing the user's genjutsu. Initially the presence of the chakra that is released will be D rank is strength while after continuous release of the chakra over few turns will increase its strength. The increase in strength is as follows. 1st Turn = D rank. 2nd Turn = Powerful D rank. 3rd Turn = C rank. 4th Turn = Powerful C rank. 5th Turn = B rank. 6th Turn = Powerful B rank. 7th Turn = A rank. 8th Turn = Powerful A rank. 9th Turn = S ranks. After the 9th turn, the chakra's power is not increase by any rank.

✎ Now coming to the real usage of this technique; When the user uses a genjutsu technique on the opponent, This Raw chakra that is present also takes it's effect on the opponent. It will layer itself with that genjutsu that is used on the opponent and create paranormal negative effects along with the original genjutsu effects successfully making the opponent a phasmophobic! ( A person who fears ghost and paranormal stuffs) after some specific turns. The paranormal negative effects ranges from simple hallucination images to illusions that paralyse the opponent depending on the rank of the chakra field.

✎ D rank and Strong D rank: Along with the effects of the original genjutsu, the opponent will be seeing illusionary paranormal images like A headless girl, Vultures preying on a living human etc etc. It's up to the user's imagination.

✎ C rank and strong C rank: Along with the effects of the original genjutsu and the illusionary image, the terrain surrounding the opponent will also be affected like the opponent might feel as if he is in a graveyard, or a human slaughtering mad house etc etc.

✎ B rank and strong B rank: Along with all the previous effects of the genjutsu, the sense of smell will also be affected by the genjutsu. The opponent will feeling there is a pungent non palatable odour emanating from the surroundings. smell of a dead meat or corpse, smell of blood etc. everything comes under the effect of this genjutsu. Although these smells are not powerful to paralyse an opponent, they are capable of producing minute headaches and nausea effect on the opponent.

✎ A rank and strong A rank: Along with all the above effects of the genjutsu, the opponent's sense of hearing will also be affected. the opponent will hear a scary witch like laughter from anywhere around him. The illusionary sound that is produced can be anything that is related to paranormal stuffs like howl of a hungry wolf. etc etc. Sound can compliment and strengthen the effect produced by the non palatable smell.

✎ S rank: Most powerful genjutsu in which along with all the previous effects of the genjutsu, illusionary hands, illusionary faces starts to grow from the body of the opponent and grab him completely paralysing him under the genjutsu. When the opponent is under the effect of this level genjutsu will suffer some damage(60 damage points) due to the severe mental stress.

Restrictions and Notes:
- Layer's only with Genjutsus that produces effects that are similar to paranormal stuffs or dark stuffs or illusions which makes the opponent grow old or burn his body etc etc like the Demonic illusion genjutsus, Bringer of darkness, Flower head death etc etc. Will not affect the opponent if any other type of genjutsu is used.
- The presence of the chaka in the battlefield can be easily sensed by a sensory ninja or a dojutsu user.
- Since the chakra is present throughout the battlefield, techniques like the air current wild dance which covers then entire battlefield can disperse off the chakra but it will regather after one turn encompassing the entire battlefield.
- Can only be used once per battle and thrice per event.
- effects the illusion depends on the rank of the genjutsu used by the user, eg, if the user uses a B rank genjutsu and even though the chakra surrounding the opponent is A rank, the opponent will still feel the effect of the B rank genjutsu when it gets layered.
- After the 11th turn, the chakra in the battlefield disperses off.
- If the opponent get's caught in the genjutsu for more than 4 times, he turns to a Phasmophobic and fears Darkness and paranormal stuffs. Hence, after that all the demonic illusion genjutsu or genjutsu that produces similar stuffs that at in anyway related to paranormal will cause +10 damage to the opponent.
- Every turn it is kept active, it counts as one move from the three move per turn.

Description:

After concentrating the Earth chakra the user will perform the Boar -> Ox hand seal and make four coconut tree like structures made up of earth to emerge from the ground very quickly. The position of these coconut trees to emerge depends on the user's imagination. There are multiple coconut shaped earth shells at the top of the tree which are pretty hard at outside. While the Coconut tree structure emerges from the ground, the user will channel a small amount of water chakra into the coconut shaped structure which turns into a small amount of sticky syrup inside them. Now the user can direct the coconuts from the tree to attack the opponent anywhere within long range. In addition to the impact damage produced by the coconuts when attacking the user, the sticky syrup that is present inside the coconut is spilled over the region of impact and make that particular region very sticky and adhesive. Each tree will have a total of 10 coconuts in them and each coconut on impact deals blunt damage, breaks apart into tiny pieces of sharp shrapnel like structures and can turn the area surrounding the impact region up to short range to a small/thin layer of sticky adhesive syrup. The sharpnel like particles that are produced from the coconut's shell after the impact can deal piercing damage if stepped upon it, though the damage produced by it will only be equivalent to a D rank technique. After creating the coconut tree, the user is not forced to send the coconuts to attack the opponent immediately as the trees stay in the battlefield once created for 4 turns after which it will turn into a jagged formation of rocks with sticky layer of water around it that has adhesive properties.

✦ Declined, this needs to be simplified and clarified. You say the coconuts release sticky syrup like water upon impact and later say that they affect the region up to short range of the area hit. If you have 10 of these and each one does this, you can essentially affect the entire field over a series of turns? And if the power of this is split between up to 10 coconuts, wouldn't they be weaker and less effective? Because saying that each one individually contains enough water to cover short range which is 5 meters is too much for one alone and if just 3 are used at once, you're essentially saying that it creates long ranged sized water while performing what, C rank damage? That makes little sense ✦
