You guys always bash Sakura and compare her to Naruto and Sasuke. She earned all the power she got, and is stronger then most avg ninja. Current Sakura can even solo Sasori now. Naruto and Sasuke receive a majority of their power, so comparing them to her really isn't fair. She's worked hardest for what she's got. In part 1 she was horrible, but she's gotten extremely better. No other Kunoichi can do what she's done in this war including dat punch to wrap it all up.

What do you mean by Sasuke and Naruto would not have gotten into that situation. Sasuke got stuck in the desert when Kaguya decided to get rid of him and then Naruto. There have been situations where Sakura has saved Naruto without it having anything to do with saving her.

That combo actually makes sense, and all 3 could have developed together smoothly assuming Kishi does it well.


With Sakura it's like this. Naruto Sasuke Sakura=a guy from extinct clan who's a knucklehead and doesn't know about his heritage, a guy from a recently extinct clan looking for vengeance for it, and an intelligent girl completely unrelated in such themes.


Sakura's main problem is that with team 7, she's a misfit. For a lack of a better word, Sakura has very little identity. Even in filler, they were so stuck with why Hiruzen chose Sakura for team 7, they made the reason to "forge a rivalry between Naruto and Sasuke." That's.........terrible.

I think even the most die hard Sakura fan shouldn't be able to argue against this. Well said I must say. There's also the fact that Sakura's obsession with Sasuke estranged all the members with each other. Sasuke wanted to be left alone to his thoughts, so he lashed out at Sakura when she tried to get close to him, which in turn caused Naruto, who was obsessed with Sakura, to lash out at Sasuke, which in turn caused Sakura to lash out at Naruto. It was a very abusive and hostile environment. Hinata has the same problem as Sakura in terms of obsessing over a guy, however her obsession would actually have been good for the team. Naruto would actually get to realise how it truly feels to have someone to love him and he would at least reward Hinata's affection with kindness and support, a situation that would make them both prosper. Sasuke would get his peace of mind and there would therefore be no reason for him and Naruto to argue. Add everything you mentioned in terms of plot and it is easy for one to see just how much better this team could have been with Hinata in it instead of Sakura. I'm not a Hinata fan nor am I a Sakura fan, actually, I'm a Konan and Mei fan but I can't argue with the logic that you've put forth

Honestly there is nothing special about her that keeps the group together, she is also the weakest, and has broken apart the group at times.


Tenten, Hinata, Ino, anyone else could have been substituted and the effect would have remained the same, weaker, less involved sidekick. Except Naruto wouldnt hate Sasuke more for trying to kill his love
