It would take away from what makes team 7 well... team 7. You know, they're all disciples of sannin. It'd be strange for any other female to take that role who wasn't taught by one of them. But by this logic that would only make Anko eligible... and we haven't seen her in quite a while.

I'll just say no to replacing Sakura since I like her character and I think she's good where she is. Trying to put any other female into team 7 would be pointless imo.
