Sasuke's Teleportation Jutsu Major Weakness

Like any other jutsu, despite how powerful it is, it will ALWAYS have a weakness. No such thing as a perfect jutsu.

Anyway this teleportation jutsu's weak point is really obvious, like any other eye technique.

If faced with obstructions like a cloud of dust, mist, or anything that is used to cover an environment up, this justu can't let Sasuke teleport anywhere he can't see.

This jutsu will become useless against, "The Bringer of Darkness Jutsu", "Senpou Hakugeki Jutsu" and "Hidden Mist Jutsu". And many other related jutsu's.

This is a major weak point for Sasuke, and should be pretty vulnerable to Genjutsu Mirages, like Kurenai's or Orochimaru's. Which could even lead to death.

Well for one thing, there aren't many people with those abilities. Another is that the Sharingan can see through a lot. The hidden mist can block out the Sharingan but it blocks out the user too. It worked for Zabuza only because he can fight with sound alone but he's the only exception. That weakness is just as bad for Sasuke as for others. Plus he could always use another jutsu in those situations so it's a weakness but it's a minor one.

Oh and the Sharingan would see through all genjutsus except another Sharingan related one so it's not viable to use Kurenai or Oro here.

yeah, if sasuke can't see that it would be a problem or you can say that its the jutsu's weakness. but who cares he can cover himself with susanoo, + enton if necessary. with chidori nagashi as well if its that important

Yeah but if you thicken the mist to the extent Zabuza did, you yourself can't see either. It only works for Zabuza cause he can kill with sound alone. Not everyone is like Zabuza though so the hidden mist can be a weakness for the user too if it tries to weaken the Sharingan in that fashion.

I'm talking about anyone other than Kaguya and Madara and maybe Juubito.

If Madara couldn't see the attack coming anyone under him isn't either. I'm specifically talking about match-ups that NB does. (Ex: Sasuke vs Itachi blah blah)

Actually, he teleported away from Madara's lightning without looking away from the attack and he switched places with his sword while looking at Madara. Sasuke doesn't have to look at a place to teleport. Also, Sasuke doesn't have a recharge time. As u said there is no perfect jutsu, hence Sasuke's range, and the fact that he cant teleport if his being drained.

That being said it can't be sensed and it functions without tags on yourself and your opponent. Those are some really big incentives.

Hidden Mist Jutsu is a very basic jutsu for a Hidden Mist native, plus they pretty much live in a mist lol

What made Zabuza's and the rest of the Swordsmen one special is just the Silent Killing part.

But it's a very useful jutsu to counter Sasuke's Teleportation

He never took a break before to use Amaterasu, he never used Amaterasu after getting the Rinnegan.
Why would he need time for Amaterasu ? If that is true does this mean that Amaterasu is better than his Rinnegan techs since it puts strain on his eye unlike assuming his teleport ?

So you mean everybody who is not god tier. You forgot Naruto. He can anticipate and prevent his movements by willing fully using Kurama's negative emotion sensing if Sasuke fights against him

No, I remember it was either Kakashi or someone else who said that zabuza's mist was thicker than others. Not only that, but Sasuke possesses multiple jutsus to counter the most itself besides his S/T move so again, it's only a minor weakness in the grand scheme of things.

I'm not to sure about Naruto. I guess there's a possibility that it would work. I mean, if it doesn't, Sasuke would clearly have the upper hand when/if they fight.
