No, I remember it was either Kakashi or someone else who said that zabuza's mist was thicker than others. Not only that, but Sasuke possesses multiple jutsus to counter the most itself besides his S/T move so again, it's only a minor weakness in the grand scheme of things.

Just remember the smallest weakness can be turned into the biggest weakness in battle. If I were to fight Sasuke this would be very useful.

He never took a break before to use Amaterasu, he never used Amaterasu after getting the Rinnegan.
Why would he need time for Amaterasu ? If that is true does this mean that Amaterasu is better than his Rinnegan techs since it puts strain on his eye unlike assuming his teleport ?

He may have used the seal to knead chakra you know not for a specific jutsu. He has been shown to use Amaterasu several times without hand seals like this example below

Actually, he teleported away from Madara's lightning without looking away from the attack and he switched places with his sword while looking at Madara. Sasuke doesn't have to look at a place to teleport. Also, Sasuke doesn't have a recharge time. As u said there is no perfect jutsu, hence Sasuke's range, and the fact that he cant teleport if his being drained.

That being said it can't be sensed and it functions without tags on yourself and your opponent. Those are some really big incentives.

He is clearly in the way of removing it. He could have had one eye half unstrapped . How can a Susanoo produce fire ? That's odd, his eyes do all the job including Susanoo + Enton, Kagsutchi, Amaterasu manipulation, Black flames manipulation however you call it.

IMO it is the manifestation of the user's spiritual energy. Therefore an extension of himself, but Sasuke used his Susanoo sword to open a hole in the cave ceiling. before that they were in the dark.(he couldn't see or make eye contact with anything) For that reason the black fire orb couldn't have come from his eyes.

Interesting theory what you said about it being a spiritual chakra manifestation, we need a further explanation because some small things contradict themselves like the fact that Sasuke used once Amaterasu without bleeding during the war.

About Enton working that way I think it may be contradictory . Have a look at these (2) sentences from Narutopedia and link it with the first one I gave you. Unless you assume that Amaterasu needs look to be cast but manipulation (Enton) doesn't necessarily need direct sight
