Interesting theory what you said about it being a spiritual chakra manifestation, we need a further explanation because some small things contradict themselves like the fact that Sasuke used once Amaterasu without bleeding during the war.

About Enton working that way I think it may be contradictory . Have a look at these (2) sentences from Narutopedia and link it with the first one I gave you. Unless you assume that Amaterasu needs look to be cast but manipulation (Enton) doesn't necessarily need direct sight

I gotta admit I laughed because I never in my life heard people would say "ready" means the same as "charged up". I guess I can say I'm charged up to eat next time or I'm charged up to drive XD

Actually, that is exactly what I am saying. Sasuke whether it is firing an Enton arrow or a sword never looks at the attack itself, but at the target. Of course as we have seen he can use Kagatsuchi using direct eyesight just like Obito drags ppl into Kamui through his eye, but eye contact isn't necessary all the time
