I thought I could've sworn that when Kaguya took over Madara, most people were pleased except Madara fans, but now almost everyone hate her due to how Kishi portray Kaguya acting as an mindless puppet to Black Zetsu, and how she fall over Naruto Harem no jutsu which takes away the sense of danger.

Sakura's reaction was certainly not needed. She's supposed to be used to seeing naked males and repress her desires since she's a physician. That damaged her character. I didn't expect that from Naruto either but I guess I can understand it a little more.

Some of the Kaguya hate is hilariously stupid.

The problem with Kaguya is her introduction is, as you said, the weakest of the entire series. Itachi's was intimidating; Orochimaru's was creepy; Zabuza's was powerful; Pein's was outstanding; Tobi's (before the Obito reveal) was shocking; and finally, Madara's was epic. Kaguya just appeared out of nowhere and, welp, there she is. The Rabbit Goddess just floating there, not saying much. Her persona is so bland I don't even think Kishi knows what to do with her, and it's pretty evident at this point. I really don't even know how to characterize her. And the sad part that I felt more of a powerful presence from the other mentioned villains and not Kaguya says a lot considering she's stronger than all of them, combined. She doesn't even portray being powerful. That's how bland her character is.
