The skeleton grabs onto the victim and stares into their eyes, causing the victim to erupt into flames and experience every horrible and heinous thing they've done in their lives inflicted upon them, inflicting great pain. In reality, the genjutsu paralyzes the victim and damages them from stress on the mind.

Description: A double-layered attack. The user will first place the opponent under a Genjutsu while his sword is out. The illusion causes the opponent to see what appears to be a chakra-aura emit from the user's body and encircling them to form a silhouette of a fierce blue dragon. The dragon stares at the opponent directly, causing fear to envelope them and render them unable to move for as long as the dragon is visible, which is a very brief moment.The user will then dash at their opponent with the dragon aura still surrounding them, using their moment of paralysis to their advantage and slash the opponent, dealing a severe wound.

~The paralysis lasts for one turn~
~Due to having two components, this technique counts for two of the user's three jutsu per turn~

Agías Sképi̱s is a golden shield that was made in the early greek times by many great blacksmiths as a shield for their king named Agais to take into battle. Before the shield was completed Agais was assassinated and the Greek empire had fallen. The shield was locked away and sold for it’s value in gold from man to man for centuries until a Japanese blacksmith had bought it as he wanted to complete the ancient shield. The Japanese blacksmith had finally completed after years and years of slaving over it and added three ruby eyes to represent each of the gods watching over named Ama, Tsu, Sus and Su which meant Sun, Moon, Sea and Space. This blacksmith was also a Japanese warrior at the beginning of the era of shinobi and one of the first to be able to use jutsu. The Japanese warrior had taken this veru shield in to battle over a thousand times and it protected him. However, the warrior would sucuumb to a disease caused by the harsh conditions on the battlefield. With less than a year left the black smith had decided he would live on within his shield. Within the timeframe before his certain death, the blacksmith created a jutsu that could permanently attach his soul or rather his chakra to shield. However, this jutsu would bring death to him. With nothing left to lose the blacksmith used the jutsu and attached a small portion of his chakra to the shield. By doing this, the blacksmith gave the shield four special abilities for each of the ruby eyes.

The user will place their arm inside the handle of the shield. Once their arm is within the handle, multiple needles will pierce the arm and begin to suck chakra out of the user’s body. This will paralyze the arm making it impossible to use handseals. Once activated the the shield will begin to brightly glow and give off a red aura (made of chakra) from each of the closed ruby eyes. The ruby eyes each have a unique ability which can be divided into two categories, defensive and illuional. Ama and Tsu are both have defensive abilities. Sus and Su have llusional abilities. The activate an ability, the user must call out the name of the corresponding eye. Once the name of the eye has been called out an eye will open and the ability will activate. This causes antagonizing pain to user which causes them to scream in agony. Once full open it will reveal the blood stricken eye of the black smith himself and one of the following abilities will incur.

Ama
Ama is the first eye of the Agais. Ama stands for the Sun and the warmth and protection it gives to all living things. Ama has the power to create a powerful red chakra shield which can block any S rank elemental technique. The user can choose whether he wants the shield to be in the form of a large wall or in the form of a full orb around the user with zero openings.

Tsu
Tsu is the second eye of the Agais. Tsu stands for the Moon and how it absorbs the sunlight and redirects it to all the people of earth when it is needed. Tsu has the power to absorb any A rank or below technique into the shield and send it back in the form of a short-ranged wide spread chakra blast similar to that of a shotgun. Once chakra is absorbed into Tsu, another eye cannot be opened until the chakra is released elsewhere.

Sus
Sus is the third eye of Agais. Sus stands for the sea and how if you look into water you can only see your reflection but it is blurred when disturbed. Sus has the power to cast an A rank genjutsu where a clone of the target will protrude from their torso destroying theirs organs and strangling them. The shock and fear will paralyze the target and leave them gasping for air. The genjutsu can only be successfully casted if the target hears the user say “sus” and if they are looking in the direction of the opened ruby eye. Once the target has broken the genjutsu the eye will immediately close shut.

Su
Su is the fourth and most powerful eye of the Agais. Su stands for space and the lonely endless darkness of space itself. Su has the power to cast a S rank genjutsu on the target where they find themselves flying above earth in space. The user will appear before them as a gigantic astral god. The user will then grab the target and throw him into the endless abyss of space. The fear and shock will cause the target to scream and tremble in fear. They will also gasping for air and have already lost their center of gravity as in their mind there are spinning thorugh space. This could also cause nausea and dizziness. Once this genjutsu has been broken the ruby eye will shut permanently.

Note: Besides Su, each eye can only be opened twice. If any of the eyes are opened for a third time the shield will instantly shatter into pieces
Note: No jutsu with handseals can be used while or after this weapon has been used. The hand will be bloodied and useless as the needles will destroy the hands nerves and muscles.
Note: The shield can be taken off at any point in the battle but it cannot be put on again the same battle.
Note: To open an eye, the user is put under major chakra drainage antagonizing pain so no A rank or above techniques until the next after the next.
Note: Opening an eye counts a 1 move out of the 3 per turn
Note: You can only open one eye per turn. Two eyes cannot be used at the same time. You must wait one turn to open another eye.
Note: Can only be used by Shade Dracova

 Declined  Too many abilities, some of which mimic existing CWs. Greece doesn't exist as far as we know on narutoverse. So all of that is hockus pockus. But honestly, this is too much. It has great drawbacks yest but still... Also, +20 chakra means it adds chakra to you which is not the case.

Description: This technique is used by the strongest of the strong of the students and was once a lost technique due to how powerful it is with more powerful drawbacks. The user will generate and circulate extensive amounts of chakra throughout their enitre body and scythe. Once done the user will simultaneously release all the generated chakra through every pore in their body causing the user's blood pressure, heart rate and metabolism to increase drastically. This causes a black colored aura made of chakra to resonate on the surface of the users body (similar to naruto' nine tail chakra cloak). This is the adrenaline and the chakra working in perfect sync causing the adrenaline to boost the users chakra, and in vice versa, creating more physical energy. This pushes the user’s body past it’s absolute limit pumping up the users muscles, increasing the users awareness, reflexes and durability. The user gains +10 to taijutsu & kenjutsu techniques, and +15 to reaper art techniques. The user is also able to dodge and/or be unaffected by C rank and below taijutsu and dodge C rank and below kenjutsu (within reason ofcourse) due to their increase reflexes, durability and speed. The main use of this technique is to compliment and/or stregthen all reaper art techniques as they require massive chakra input aswell as massive physical strength to begin with. This technique has major drawbacks because it pushes the users body to be able to preform beyond the scoop of their physical limitations. With each turn that passes, the rush starts to wear off causing soreness and pains. Once the technique has ended the user is drained physically and of chakra. This makes his body extremely fatigue and exhausted not allowing the user to be able to mold chakra above B Rank for 3 turns.

Description: This is one of the 3 main techniques of the Reaper art this being the second. By circulating mass amounts of chakra through the sycthe. This technique resembles a massive halberd-like blade, expanding to 3 meters wide and 2 meters long. This technique is very dangerous to use with others around in a 5meter diameter. The user will swing the sycthe in a 360 degree angle towards the opponent increasing the cutting capability to its fullest degree. As the scythe is swung it will release chakra as a powerful thin line that cuts through anything in a 5meter radius with ease, easily able to cut through human flesh with extreme ease and earth (A rank). The line of chakra is so thin that it can barely be seen by the normal human eye.

Note: Can only be used twice with a two turn break in between usages.

Description: This technique requires a high level of precision and chakra control, but when done properly is a devastating hand to hand technique. The practitioner will strike their target with five quick and seemingly weak strikes. With each strike they will release a ripple of chakra into the enemy's body that radiates out from the point of contact. These five strikes are delivered in a the shape of a pentagram, and each must have the same exact amount of chakra released. This causes the ripples to travel with the same wavelength along the skin and muscles of the target. When the ripples come in contact they build off each other due to constructive interference. They rapidly grow stronger until they create the phenomena of destruction, making the opponent feel as though their muscles have exploded inside their body. This leaves them almost incapable of movement as their muscles are torn to shreds.

The user creates openings into the sky, however instead of creating a single opening, the user creates three openings into the sky, one opening 3 meters above the opponent, one 3 meters from his left and one 5 meters from his right, the user uses each opening to summon different shapes of ninja tools, the openings which are on the opponent's right and left side are used to summon different sharp ninja tools from kunais, shurikens to knives and swords. The other opening which is located above the opponent, also 3 meters from his. This opening is used to summon Ninja tools as well, however, this time it is used to summon string which dashes towards the opponent, in order to wrap around him, binding him in his place, leaving him open for the sharp Ninja tools summoned from the other openings, as well as squeezing him within them, meanwhile.

Description: While performing a technique that requires so much focus and would put pressure on the person such as Raikiri, Chidori, any variation of Rasengan or any other technique that would put pressure on the opponent, the user puts his chakra into the opponent's nervous system in the opponent's mind, leaving the opponent trapped in an illusion. This illusion is different than most of the other illusions, it won't cause the opponent to see something happening which in reality it doesn't exists or any thing of that sort. This illusion will cause the opponent to feel pain in the organ(s) which he uses the technique through ( the hand in Rasengan's, Raikiri's and Chidori's case). The illusion the user casts would cause the opponent to believe that the cause of this pain is that he misused the technique or did something wrong which caused him not to be able to control the technique completely and therefore the strain the technique causes effected their organ. This pain causes the user not to be able to use this organ for what it could be used at (i.e throwing shurikens with hands, kicking with legs, etc..) as long as the technique is active.

You're using the word "organ" but I believe you mean limb. Organs are things such as the stomach, heart, liver, etc. It sounds like you're trying to say the technique requires they focus a lot of chakra to a specific limb or location of the body. If that's the case, make it clearer as right now its a little confusing.

Whoa, one second here. So three openings. One above your opponent, and one on either side of you? Wording is a bit confusing. And also, for the string part. Does that opening only summon strings? Is it a simultaneous attack? I'm having a hard time imagining this. Also, Typhon was right, what's up with all these portal CJs recently...

Yet Another Cycle! (Of love and hate?)

It's almost been a month (and for that, sincere apologies). Some jutsus have yet to be checked, but do not fret! They shall be taken care of once Sir Kurisu makes his grand return and when good guy Scorps finds the time. So, you peeps know the deal - it's open for a new cycle of three techniques per user for one week counting from today or until the new marker is posted. So one cycle is one week, but one week is not necessarily a cycle. Read the markers to be sure you're not bypassing the rules and take note that you may only post between markers.

And as Kurisu said: "Also, I must remind members to read the rules (check the first post of this thread), read the thread and get familiar with what is approvable and is not, etc. Too many techniques still are submitted without abiding to the template for example and that is auto decline. Including altering the approved format. And it's ridiculous to have a submission declined because of incorrect chakra or damage info. Be smart and make sure your submission abides the templates. Another general rule is if it seems like it has been done before, it likely has." (Custom Jutsus are "custom" because they are meant to be creative and add taste to the RP.)

Also, the following message has been added to the first post:

"In addition, please use proper English whenever describing your Custom Jutsu. Take note that if the context of your CJ is incomprehensible, then it will be automatically declined." Especially when I'm drinking coffee and I'm having a hard time even on caffeine trying to process descriptions that do nothing but desecrate the English language. Trust me, I read and edit everything more than once and often times, I find myself staring blankly at my computer screen when something just seriously fails to process.

Description: The user will channel a large amount of fire chakra in their index finger and thumb. With a single snap, he/she will release this fire chakra in the form of pressurized flames, releasing it towards a target. The flames would take the form of a long chain of, what appears to be, solid flames, similar to the shape of a spear and resembles a lightning bolt when it is released with the upper part of the "fire bolt" shaped into a dragon's head. This bolt of flames travel towards the enemy at a tremendously fast speeds and similar to guided missiles, therefore it cannot be evaded as the bolt of flames would simply follow the enemy. Initially, it is about five meters long with a one meter diameter. Upon physical contact with a tangible object, the fire bolt would explode into a large explosion of flames, greatly resembling the explosion caused with (Fūton: Atsugai) - Wind Style: Pressure Damage. This, however, also means that it would affect anything that comes in contact with the explosion, within short-range, and therefore, performing it at short-range will leave the user with 2nd degree burns, and 20 damage. Furthermore, the user can seperate the power of this technique into several bolts. For example, the user can snap four times consecutively rather than one, to create four fire bolts instead of one, to result in four smaller explosions that won't affect the user if performed in short-range. The advantage of splitting it into different entities is that it would allow the user to attack at different angles, however, the power of each would be distributed depending on how many is created, with the maximum of four. If one is created, the explosion from it will reach short-range. If two fire dragon bolts are created, both explosions would reach about 3 meters from where it exploded. If thee fire dragon bolts are created, it would reach about 2 meters from the target. And if four fire dragon bolts are created, the explosion will only reach 1 meter from the target. (Last parts basically describes the area of effect of the explosions when its used to create more than one)

-Declined- It's a bit too much if you ask me, where should i start? Tremendously fast speeds, chakra tracking ability, explosion in addition to being compressed, released without using handseals nor exhaling, i mean come on, i'm glad i didn't see "invisible" in there >_>

If you want this you'll have to remove a bit, like that whole fast speeds and anything related to this, also no tracking enemies, i have a fire technique that does that already, no explosion. For me honestly it's not something special, i was very tempted to DNR it.


(Genjutsu: Urajimīru no fukushū) - Illusionary Arts: Revenge of Vladimir

Description: This illusion is rather complex, with great results. It is split into two phases: The initial activation, and the effects. This starts out when the user creates a single hand seal: the Ram handseal. The user will inject a large amount of their chakra into the chakra system of the target, giving them an ability to cast an illusion to the opponent. Once that is done, the first part of the illusion will activate, where the target will feel there blood temperature rising throughout that turn, therefore it would be unnoticeable (Since it gradually increases over a short period of time, not just a random and spontaneous increase in body temperature that happens right away). Along with that, the body temperature will also rise, due to the blood reaching higher levels than usual. The warmer body temperature, in the illusion, will be made to cause them to sweat, only slightly, which is why this illusion would work particularly well with a fire technique. Once the illusion is activated, the second phase is activated by the target. Once the target manipulates fire chakra within their body, like using fire release techniques and elements including fire chakra, they will feel the already warm body temperature drastically increase, to the point where in the illusion, the blood would appear to be boiling. Within a second, the blood would be so hot that it would burn their skin. The illusion continues when the boiling blood would, similar to any liquid, create bubbles that would pop from the inside of their skin, causing great and unimaginable pain. The skin would become so burnt and fragile that any movement would cause immense pain. Of course, this is the illusion itself. In reality, the enemy will be paralyzed for two turns and unable to move from the extreme fragility of their skin within the illusion, and they will take mental damage if the illusion is left undefended from.

-Declined- Why would one not notice their temperature getting high over a short period of time? if it's short then it will be sudden, if it's long then that's another story. The effects are too much, and not to mention, the opponent won't be paralyzed in reality unless something happens in the genjutsu that makes their mind believe so. Why would the high temperature not allow free movement? ._. Also no to the dormant part "the part where it doesn't take effect until a fire technique is produced by the affected target". I personally don't approve dormant genjutsus.

And because of the purpose of this technique: to defend against fast-approaching attacks that give the user less time to defend, it is easily performed under unfavorable circumstances against a swift enemy. This is done by materializing the water from the ground around the user, about 3 meter from all sides, creating a cube around the user (without a lid). The height of this technique varies, and can be adjusted according to the user but cannot exceed 20 meters. This requires precise chakra manipulation because it would be a fairly large amount of water materialized, since the thickness of the walls would be four meters. The reason this requires precise and quick chakra manipulation is because the user will manipulate the water to change its properties into a stickier version of water, similar to that of (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field. With further shape manipulation, the user will shape the outsides of the wall to hundreds and hundreds of 1 meter arm, with hands attached to it, hence the name. Anything touching the wall would be instantly pulled in from the hands, and due to the density of the syrup-like water, it would be extremely hard to move inside. This is most useful against untrackable enemies, where their momentum would make it hard to turn at that speed and would most certainly crash into the sea of hands and trapped onto the wall of sticky water. This could also be used as a defense for any other offensive actions, in accordance to the Strengths and Weaknesses. Offensively, this technique can, with a single handseal, be manipulated to greatly increase the pressure of the already pressurized sticky water to crush anything trapped within the sticky water.

Why does your earth staff have the ability to cut? I don't see any mention of you using fire chakra so why does this thing expand into a vortex of fire/earth? If you want it to be dual elemental the second element needs to be added via a second step (the mid flight hand seal for example) which would count as another move.

Description:
This jutsu was created by Shady, simply to be able to both defend and counter attack all in one go. The user starts by doing the Ram hand seal, thus either creating one large (10m tall, 5m wide) wall of earth or 4 smaller walls (4m tall / 2m wide) of earth. These walls are created anywhere within close range of the user and are designed with a Monkey's face in the front with his mouth opened. Unlike other earthen walls, these walls are semi-hollow inside, meaning it's solid but inside there in room to "store" things. If only a single large wall is created it can defend against S-rank attacks (A-rank lightning) and the smaller ones can defend B-rank each (C-Rank lightning)... Though that's just the first part of the jutsu. When an attack (fire, lightning, water) is shot at the walls, the user channels wind chakra into the hollow parts of the walls and molds it to create a vacuum affect from the monkey's mouth on the front of the wall. The monkey's mouth sucks in the technique via vacuum affect and has different affects depending on the element it sucks in.
Fire:
The wall can suck in and hold within it up to S-rank fire techniques. Using the vacuum affect, the incoming flames are sucked into the hollow parts of the wall, infused with the wind and redirected back out of the Monkey's mouth Into the direction it is pointed. Due to fire being strengthened by wind, the fire gains +15 to its lethality and is shit back with twice the speed.
Water:
The wall can suck in and hold within it up to A-rank water techniques. Using the vacuum affect, the incoming water is sucked into the hollow parts of the wall, infused with the wind and redirected back out of the Monkey's mouth Into the direction it is pointed. The wind adds extra force and speed to the water, giving it a +10 boost to it when shot back.
Lightning:
The wall can suck into it up to S-rank lightning techniques. Using the vacuum affects, the lightning is sucked in, but due to its wind weakness, the lightning is defused and rendered useless near instantly.
When not sucking in an element, the monkey head can suck in incoming ninja tools, small summons and other projectiles, including gaseous elements. On another note, the wall doesn't always have to use its vacuum ability. It can also simply shoot out a powerful S-rank blast of wind that is similar to pressure damage in all aspects of destruction and range.

Movement of ash will be directed outwards from the user and thus the explosion wouldn't affect the user of the technique. From each one of the portals, once they rise, a sticky, adhesive liquid tentacle would emerge. These tentacles that emerge have sticky properties similar to that of (Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field. Their size vary from 5 to 3 meters whilst being in their primary state. Their secondary state is when they extend as to whip opponent and thus make damage. Whilst in their extension state they can reach up to 9 meters if their normal size is 5 meters, 7.5 meters if their normal size is 4 meters and 6 meters if their normal size is 3 meters. They are capable of working on their own and because of that trait user is capable of performing other techniques whilst they are active. Tentacles are capable of taking hold of opponent once they touch their body and thus immobile their movement. User is capable with performance of a single hand seal, once tentacle take hold of opponent, make adhesive, sticky liquid fall from portals as tentacles loose their shape. First part of tentacle that looses shape is the one closest to the portal and thus part of the tentacle holding opponent will still be in place. Portals can be on terrain up to two turns.

During his five year training of the Steel Arts with Jin up in the mountains of Iwagakure, Smoove was given a test by Jin to craft his own weapon by using the two components that makes up Steel. Smoove wanted to make a blade, so he use Earth Release to create the base of the blade and then use Fire manipulation to carve and shape the blade to his liking. After a month of struggle and disappoint, but with a little progress each day with his Blacksmithing skills, he was able to create his first weapon he could call his own; Busaiku. From tip to handle, it is approximately five to six feet long, with a single-edged large blade approximately three feet wide. The blade is a lighter color on the bladed edge while the rest of the blade is dark grey, and the handguard appears to be bolted or riveted into place.

Abilities:
♦ Due to the blade steel properties, it is capable of cutting through earthen objects and compressed/shape manipulated water of A rank or lower.
♦ The body of the user wielding this blade adopts the hardness of Steel Release which makes them capable of resisting damage from Earth techniques B rank or lower.
♦ The user, by spending 30 chakra each use, can choose to make the sword ten times its original size for much more powerful strikes with greater momentum and force, or decrease it to the size of a dagger so the user could carry the sword much easily and enhance agility and precision of his swings. This ability counts as a move
♦ To compliment the ability above, the user will be capable of controlling the weight of the sword freely, able to make it as light as a feather or as heavy as 10 tons. Description: The is an advanced seal that is place on the user himself. The seal becomes a 2-way chakra/mind link of the user. The seal once activated, glows blue and on the inward, begins to leech the user's chakra, on the outward it propagates the user's chakra into billions of closely packed invisible chakra fibres that are dispersed around upto a kilometer of the user. The chakra fibres are not harmful nor would they deal any damage, however their sole purpose is tracking lifeform, though a detailed description of the person can't be made(eg. Knowing the exact person is not possible. All lifeform touched by the fibres are all the same making the user not able to distinguish a friend from foe if he has no prior knowledge of their locations). However, he is able to distinguish figures, shapes, size and tangibility of things it touches. Once the chakra fibres touches someone, the user is instantly alerted of their position. The chakra fibres are inert and don't react to nor are affected by energy or matter as a whole(e.g: blown by wind, conduct electricity, frozen or even be destroyed). They would even phase through solid object. Though a different warning signal is sent to the user when the fibres pass through other matter apart from living organisms. The chakra fibres are so miniscle in size that they are almost non existent, however Doujutsus are able to see them while chakra sensors are able to sense them.
Note
-The seal once opened, remains open for the rest of the battle while leeching 5points of chakra per turn from the user for sustenance.
-The seal can however be undone through the usage of "seal release technique". Meaning the user or an enemy can use the "Seal Release" technique to stop the seal if they are able to make hand contact with the seal.
-The seal can be in form of a pre-prepared paper tag placed on the user or a tattoo.

Description: This is an advanced earth technique where the user turns his entire self into adhesive swamp of mud. The users new form allows him to extend his body in gooey-like form of brown mud. He is intangible to physical attacks and would reform when dissembled(reformation as fast as that of "water transformation"), or simply regrow himself from a remaining part of him if he is not completely destroyed by an overwhelming jutsu that would leave no part of him standing. Wind is certainly not able to destroy him as wind cuts which would still leave part of him behind to regrow from. In this form however, the user would take damage from lightning techniques via elemental strength and weakness.
In this form, the user can not only trap targets, tools in his mud, but also is able to seal them making it seem the target been absorbed is frozen and continues to sink in a bottomless swamp(sealing is A-rank). He is also able to bring forth what has been absorbed for his use, though enemies absorbed into his bodily swamp would suffocate and he can only bring back their corpse. The user while in this form can't be distinguished from his normal form until when he wants to attack by extending his body(up to 10meters), or absorb something inside his body. The mud is thick and adhesive and swallows fast that immediately the target makes contact, breaking from it is quite hard making their mobility difficult(stronger opponent with enhance strength like Hashirama, tsunade, tailed beast mode jinjuriki etc. can break free with sheer power) so depending on their position of contact, they may be aswell restrained and bound from using that said part of their body.
Absorbing a ninja:
-The target become virtually sealed only when they are completely covered in the swamp.
-The user is able to drain the remaining chakra from the victim and add it to himself, though only when they are totally engulfed/absorbed.
Note
-Can't be used to seal ninjutsus, custom weapons/7 Sword of the mist(unless the owner is killed or sealed)
-User can't use any other elemental ninjutsu apart from earth and ce relating to earth while in this form though he can still use pure Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, KGs not involving elements other than earth etc.
-Last for 4 turns or when prematurely ended by the user

This is incorporated into free-form taijutsu and taijutsu that doesn't require chakra usage and can be used to extend the reach of a strike out to mid range, however instead of dealing blunt force trauma like a normal punch or kick the scorch flames pass through the opponent much like the canon uses. This can create immediate damage to their body. By channeling the scorch flames through the opponent through the use of taijutsu as well as movements of the arms and legs the user can achieve similar repercussions to the canon technique Extremely Steaming Murder in a more localized manner. They can attack vital organs forcing them into a dehydrated and fatigued state simply by knowing where in the body they are located and striking that area with punches or kicks reinforced and augmented by the scorch.
This can in turn slow the opponent down drastically leaving them in a very weakened and vulnerable state. The body relies heavily on water to maintain healthy functions among it's various systems. Severe dehydration can cause negative changes in health such as decreased cardiovascular efficiency, renal impairment, and fatigue. Like the canon technique the effects are highly noticeable leaving the parts of the body struck very desiccated and wrinkled. It also causes fatigue and muscle tightness as well as loss of rationality and a state of euphoria as well as weakness, dizziness, confusion the inability to sweat and almost a numb feeling in the areas that were directly struck. The jutsu itself is to be used with free-form taijutsu or taijutsu that doesn't require chakra usage to augment the damage through the use of the dense torrents, pulses and streams of scorch flames. The torrents, pulses and streams are only released with the user punches, kicks or attacks with some form of taijutsu.
Notes:
-Can be used five times a battle and once per turn
-Can be used to create four torrents, pulses or streams with the power being split between them
-Like the canon uses because the opponent is coming into direct contact with the scorch flames thus the reactions are almost immediate. It can also cause severe to nearly fatal damage if properly and skillfully directed.

Like the canon technique the effects are highly noticeable leaving the parts of the body struck very desiccated and wrinkled. It also causes fatigue and muscle tightness as well as loss of rationality and a state of euphoria as well as weakness, dizziness, confusion the inability to sweat and almost a numb feeling in the areas that were directly struck. The jutsu itself is to be used with free-form taijutsu or taijutsu that doesn't require chakra usage to augment the damage through the use of the dense torrents, pulses and streams of scorch flames. The torrents, pulses and streams are only released with the user punches, kicks or attacks with some form of taijutsu.

Okay, I'm a bit confused right now. Firstly, you said this is incorporated with freeform Taijutsu, but at the same time, you can also create torrents, pulses, or streams with it. So wouldn't the freeform Taijutsu in a post, given the amount of strikes, eat away at this jutsu?
I really think you should just make this a supplementary active. It's really confusing to pinpoint and use properly in battle the way it is at the moment.

Description: The user channels shakuton chakra into the ground while also releasing it as a vortex around their body creating what appears to be a massive wave of scorch flames that take on the appearance of a massive vortex. The shakuton chakra forced into the ground causes it to become rapidly desiccated to the point of cracking and breaking leaving jagged rocks that protrude from the ground while the rest is converted to a dense sand-like material (the user in no way controls this it is a side effect of the rapid drying out of the ground.) The ground all around the user's position begins to crumble inward like a massive sink-hole/mud crack sucking in everyone and everything on the ground (the immediate area around the user is unaffected.) This process kills off any Wood, Plant, Root, or Mushroom jutsu being strong enough to suck the moisture from it leaving it as nothing more then a husk unusable by the opponent this extends to even Forbidden rank jutsu of those aforementioned elements.
The vortex of scorch flames creates enough heat to highly restrict the opponent leaving him or her only able to use two techniques the next turn while also leaving them in a severely fatigued and slowed state. Their chest will feel as if it is on fire due to the rapid desiccation of their body and their skin will peel and crack causing them severe pain. The scorch flames can be manipulated to attack the opponent further washing over them in the form of a wave that leaves them in a near fatal state. Losing only three liters of water can cause heat exhaustion. The symptoms include, confusion, a severe headache, severe chest pain, nausea, and dizziness. This can happen in seconds of the use of this jutsu and if prolonged the opponent becomes more vulnerable (1 turn.) Losing 6 liters causes incapacitation and happens in two turns if the opponent doesn't properly negate this jutsu they will die by the end of the third turn it's active. All water natural or jutsu created is evaporated instantly and any water jutsu used simply evaporates while being released.
The user is affected by this jutsu to a lesser extent but is still affected none the less. They will get a severe headache due to the heat and will only be able to use one more jutsu the turn this is used. They will also feel most of the symptoms of heat exhaustion to a lesser extent then the opponent feeling slightly fatigued as well as having mild chest pain.

-Limited to no Scorch Jutsu, Wind or Fire the turn this is used

My problem with this is that if you're sucking everything around you into a vortex, so while you do state that the ground around you is unaffected, I found that very odd given the force of this jutsu it doesn't seem logical at all. Also, somewhere in your description, you also state that the user can release a second wave of scorch. Sounds like a second move count and it's also too OP at the moment.



(Sanpo Kenjū) - Three-Step Sword

Description: Sanpo Kenjū looks like a normal katana with a pink hilt-wrapping a tsuba shaped like a five-petal flower and a purple scabbard. It can be carried around with a loose cord rather than at the wielder's sash. The scabbard is also unusual in that it has a pair of wheels for transport allowing it to be dragged around by the wielder with relative ease. Senpo Kenju has a few special abilities the first being it is able to be highly infused with scorch chakra raising the blade's temperature and the air around the blade immensely far past that of a normal katana able to glow white hot the hilt is reinforced and insulated allowing the blade to take on extreme temperatures while not affecting the user. This property allows the user to slice through water techniques of the same rank and evaporate water techniques one rank below that of the sword before they make contact.

Due to the temperature of the sword, if the user misses when striking the heat of the sword will carry on as a compressed burst of intense heat able to leave 2nd to 3rd degree burns and can also burn through simple materials like paper or clothing setting them ablaze. These bursts of compressed heat are only the width of the side of the sword itself. The final ability is an extension of Scorch's natural abilities by striking the opponent directly the use can cause localized dehydration of the body causing a numb feeling in the areas struck. This intense heat can also be used in cunning ways such as cauterizing wounds perfectly but doesn't count towards the abilities.
Notes:
- Can only cut through or evaporate water attacks five times and each counts as a move
- Can be summoned if not already with the user by performing a single handseal this doesn't count as a jutsu

Good concept, need a bit more clarification on the nature of the storm. You originally said that you create one only, then use a plural form of the word. How large is this storm cloud? How many can you make? Does it dissipate after a certain amount of turns? And if it's in the sky, how could it possibly defend against some techniques in time?

Description: The user either by the use of a touch or by releasing the chakra forward towards their intended target through their limbs, will specifically release a surge of unfocused lightning. With the lightning, the user will not aim for the opponent themselves but instead aim towards the opponents jutsus, specifically earth material type jutsus. Lightning that is unfocused will act to move along and around the earth substance, almost as if the earth will act as a conductor. There has been showcases of lightning moving along earth like substances without breaking them apart using this same concept (e.g. Earth/Lightning Release: Electric Rock Pillar). The lightning will act to overpower the rock section or construct completely engulfing the rock and rendering the opponent's chakra within the section of rock useless. However this does come with a certain type of consequence, since there is still chakra of the opponent's harboring within the section of rock it will cause slight damage and cracking along the rock, this is simply an act of the lightning attempting to overpower the earth material but the material of earth will be weakened due to this (Exactly one rank would be deduced). As this step has been completed, with the user's lightning chakra now within the earth material, the user is now capable of taking complete control of the section of rock and send it towards a target or move the rock section around with complete ease but focused required as well, this concept similar to that of Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation, as in how lightning is able to mask over the material and take control of its movements. This is exactly what would occur with the earth like substances. The appearance of the constructs will look quite normal, just a few cracks in and around its body and a light yellow aura of lightning along its body. The constructs can be controlled at will, the user can either send specific construct towards the opponent as a projectile or they can remain focus upon it and guide its direction. The constructs will retain the same sort of defensive and offensive property it had before it was taken control from the lightning, when taken control the objects obtain a certain shock type of damage which can indeed numb the opponent just like regular unfocused lightning would cause. This technique can not be used on the user's own earth constructs. The lower rank the earth construct the lower amount of chakra the user can use to overtake it.

Description: This is the brother technique to Lightning Release: Zeus' Control. The user will focus their lightning chakra throughout their body before releasing it in the form an outwards pulse which reaches the edge of mid-range in a radial direction in the blink of an eye. The pulse is innately non-damaging and causes no harm to anything or anyone nearby. Its use lies in the fact that it imbues any inanimate non-chakra infused substances (or anything imbued with the user's own chakra) caught in its reach with the user's raiton chakra. The user will be able to now control said objects or constructs with relative ease through the use of hand gestures (in a similar manner to Lightning Release: Lightning Blades Levitation), either sending them towards a target as a projectile or maintaining focus to guide the direction of the objects. The objects will have a specific aura and color of yellow, with electricity running along the body giving the constructs a certain shock value when it comes to offensive property. With this jutsu, the user is able to take control of a large mass of rock and send it at the opponent or even something as small as a kunai to lift and guide its direction, in attempt to perform stealthy attacks. Any constructs taken over can travel up to long range and the chakra used for this technique will be split between all of the objects/constructs the user decides to take control of. Despite the fact that this jutsu imbues inanimate objects within mid-range with chakra near instantly, the opponent will likely realize a technique has been used due to the yellowish glow the affected objects develop, the hand gestures being made by the user to control the objects and the slight sounds of crackling lightning constructs/objects produce when they're manipulated. Logically, a C-Ranked pulse will only be capable of manipulating small tools such as kunais while an S-Ranked pulse will allow the user to manipulate colossal objects and constructs. The difference between this technique and Zeus' control is, the latter can only be used to take control of the opponent's techniques while this jutsu is used to control one's own techniques and non-chakra infused matter. There has been showcases of lightning moving along earth like substances without breaking them apart using this same concept (e.g. Earth/Lightning Release: Electric Rock Pillar).

Hold up, need a few clarifications. Firstly, is this pulse recognizable? Can your enemies see this pulse when it's released to perhaps devise countermeasures? Description: The user will gather their earth chakra and manipulate it so it activates an ability; where certain structures of earth techniques when protruded from the ground, out of the user's body or from the sky, will have either- sticky adhesive mud or flammable like substance of mud, infused inside the body of the solid structure as a passive ability when being released (still costs a move). What this means is the structure of earth will have the same appearance physically but instead of being completely solid will have a substantial amount of mud inside its physical structure masking its appearance from the opponent's view (will not fool certain dojutsus and sensory). The structure will be able to remain stable since the mud will be compressed and its body structure will still be solid allowing it to remain its base of movement and operation. This technique has some different characteristics which allows it to be of use. The first basic ability is how the user is able to manipulate the sap of mud to be released out of the structure of earth oozing out of its body. What makes this significant is, for example if one was pierced by a stone spike the user can literally now force the spike to ooze mud out of its structure and into the body of the opponent injecting them with the mud or even around the body restricting their movement. However when this concept is used, the structure of earth will no longer be of use for manipulation purposes since the mud will literally over take its body as it oozes out. The second basic ability is much more distinguishable, where the user will literally have the mud inside of the body explode outward more forcefully in all directions. This in no way would ignite the flammable mud neither. However it does come with surprise attacks and tactical combos when using this ability. The size of the mini-explosion depends on exactly how large the structure of earth is, however the user might also be in risk of the explosion if to close or large making this in some instances a double-edge sword. However it can still flood the battlefield and restrict anything coming into contact (for the adhesive mud) or be used to set up an explosion (flammable mud). As explained, the amount of mud that can be infused in the structure of earth mainly corresponds with just how large the structure is. In some cases this can harm the opponent as well if the mud comes into contact with the user themselves. The user can also infuse mud into more then one construct but with more chakra cost required.

Wtf? I can't help but see this as diarrhea inside hardened poop. Inflammable diarrhea, to boot. Okay, so I'm having a hard time understanding how this works, especially when you turned this into an "I impale you and you get filled with poop". In conclusion to your first two abilities - you can make the diarrhea inside the earth "come out" at any given time and it can only ooze, and not explode. And then when you use the word "body" in your description, do you mean the opponent's body or the body of the earth? Furthermore, you can only create explosive mud OR sticky mud, correct? Last question. How do the explosions work? Through handseals or through fire or what?

Description: The user performs a single hand seal while focusing and releasing a burst of Ice chakra from all over his body. As he does this, a multitude of Black Ice is released from his entire body, that sprouts outwards into every direction from the user, the Ice is released as Vine/root shaped black Ice with large thorns and roses quickly growing from the roots, all thorns extend rapidly while the roses of ice would bloom swiftly, as the roses are fully bloomed, the user manipulates it to scatter into multiple shards of black ice appearing as rose petals which he then directs towards the enemies position.
Note - Can only be used once per battle.
- No Ice above A Rank for the following 2 turns.
- If the Ice is not destroyed and rather just evaded, it remains active for 2 turns on the field before then melting to normal water.

Can the roses be triggered at any time, or do they burst naturally as they come into full bloom? How is the strength of the vines/thorns and the roses split up? They can't both be F-ranked, as then the opponent would essentially need to defend against two F-ranked techniques in one. And what is unique about it being black ice? I know what that is in the real world, but does it have any special properties here? Or is it just cosmetic?

Description: The user at first performs a simple gesture with his hands like waving it, snapping his fingers or performing a single hand seal, at that moment the user would also focus his chakra into the mind of the target and generally cast him within an illusion where the target is made to believe that his body undergoes a drastic change, although the illusion is purely mind and body based, it doesn't affect the targets main senses one bit, meaning the target would still have his regular sense of sight, smell and hearing, but the illusion would however affect the targets sense of feel, in said illusion, the target would experience an altered skeletal muscle performance in his/her muscle tone, like an unusual "tightness", stiffness and/or "pull" of the muscles, making it hard for the target to grasp things like kunai's, swords etc, along with failure to perform hand seals and/or move around correctly.

The user then makes another hand seal and the gust becomes tighter around the target and traps them between the ever flowing wind, which spins around their body, but does not damage except for keeping them still.

The User focuses on a small portion of the air around their target, they focus their chakra within it and make it very sharp for a a second or two. This technique is used to distract the opponent usually, this can cut a part of their gear which would make the sheathe for their sword to fall on the ground along with the blade or even make their ninja pouch drop before they reach into it for a kunai or tool they need for an attack / technique of their own. The Sharp blade of wind can be heard, but it is hearD at the moment it cuts, making a kind of slicing sound for a second - it also appears to be a fast moving bit of air with a green aura around it 2x2 inches in size.

Description and Background:
A barnacle is a type of arthropod belonging to infraclass Cirripedia in the subphylum Crustacea, and is hence related to crabs and lobsters. Barnacles are exclusively marine, and tend to live in shallow and tidal waters, typically in erosive settings. Barnacles are encrusters, attaching themselves permanently to a hard substrate until they have to leave the field. Barnacles usually have a natural affinity to water and earth, depending on which Barnacles are summoned they are able to attach to Earth or any kind of hard substance easily - they can even attach to the opponent. Barnacles can be summoned in with water, washing against the earth and attaching onto it - some will then use their own chakra to take over the Earth technique (within reason for example like a golem or dragon head) and can change the trajectory or attack so that they attack the opponent instead.

There are three types of Cirripedia, they are Acrothoracica, Rhizocephala and Thoracica :
  • Thoracica
    These are the most Common types of Barnacles and there are two types of this class called the "Acorn Barnacles" (Sessilia) or the "Goose Barnacles", these Barnacles have six little limbs used for catching food and are usually found in large quantaties on hard substrate e.g. Rocks or Drift Wood. These Barnacles have a very hard calcite shells which are impermeable, and they possess two plates which they can slide across their aperture when not feeding. These plates also protect against predation - simple blades cannot break through the barnacle shells. Their feathery appendages beat rhythmically to draw plankton and detritus into the shell for consumption - this rhythmical beat will be used in more ways than one depending on the summon's ability. Barnacles are usually found within water and can be found very deep within it, though they are commonly found in the shallow areas. Barnacles are well adapted against water loss.

    The Thoracica Barnacles can manipulate their shells - this is a hard Calcite shell that is very hard and useful as it grants protection. Depending on which of these Barnacles that are summoned, only certain techniques can pierce through their shells. Usually it is lightning or Wind techniques that can break through, other elements will have a tough time overcoming the shell of the Barnacle.

A barnacle is a type of arthropod belonging to infraclass Cirripedia in the subphylum Crustacea, and is hence related to crabs and lobsters. Barnacles are exclusively marine, and tend to live in shallow and tidal waters, typically in erosive settings. Barnacles are encrusters, attaching themselves permanently to a hard substrate until they have to leave the field. Barnacles usually have a natural affinity to water and earth, depending on which Barnacles are summoned they are able to attach to Earth or any kind of hard substance easily - they can even attach to the opponent. Barnacles can be summoned in with water, washing against the earth and attaching onto it.

There are three types of Cirripedia, they are Acrothoracica, Rhizocephala and Thoracica :
  • Thoracica
    These are the most Common types of Barnacles and there are two types of this class called the "Acorn Barnacles" (Sessilia) or the "Goose Barnacles", these Barnacles have six little limbs used for catching food and are usually found in large quantaties on hard substrate e.g. Rocks or Drift Wood. These Barnacles have a very hard calcite shells which are impermeable, and they possess two plates which they can slide across their aperture when not feeding. These plates also protect against predation - simple blades cannot break through the barnacle shells. Their feathery appendages beat rhythmically to draw plankton and detritus into the shell for consumption - this rhythmical beat will be used in more ways than one depending on the summon's ability. Barnacles are usually found within water and can be found very deep within it, though they are commonly found in the shallow areas. Barnacles are well adapted against water loss.

The user creates a thin but long lightning bolt after taking multiple kunai or shuriken in each hand or any other kind of small tool with a looped handle (these can be even smoke or flash bombs). they will throw the tools up into the air and the lightning wire will catch them all then form a circle with the tools all spaced out around it, by manipulating Deity's Wire can stay behind the user to be used as a close range defense mechanism that with fire the tools from the loop at their target or at multiple targets by spinning around, each tool being aimed separately at different targets or one at a time at a single target.

This technique can also be used as sort of large shuriken, the looped lightning will spin around the user's hand but doesn't touch it so it looks like it's floating off the hand, the tools stretching from where they are connected to the lightning (if they are kunai it'd look like an 8 pointed shuriken or more). The user can throw the shuriken forward at their enemy and can fire the kunai from the wire before the actual lightning hits the target, the actual lightning wire can harm anyone who comes into contact with it.

The last use of this technique is that it can be used a bit like a wire, firing it from their hand towards an object and manipulating it so that the end will become a bit like a small clamp to grab the hilt of a sword or tool of some kind. The user can then retract the lightning so that the tool comes back to their hand or can move his arm so that the lightning wire throws the tool at the opponent from a different angle. The lightning wire can also simply be shot at their target from their hand and clamp onto them, capable of dragging them towards the user if they retract the wire and also doing some damage.

This genjutsu effect lays dormant within the opponent unless and until he uses a water related technique or the user uses a water related technique against him. When the opponent comes is contact with a water release technique, because of the effect of the genjutsu the opponent is made to believe that he has severe dehydration problem. i.e. Whenever he see's a water technique his thirst for water increases. So, because of that when ever the opponent uses a water technique, he feels like a large water loss is there from his body which lower's his performance when doing a water technique and the techniques suffer a -20 damage.If the opponent performs a water stream technique that produces a enormous amount of water source like the Exploding and Great exploding colliding wave the opponent will not only feel Dehydration but will feel exhaustion too after performing the technique. This is a two step technique.The user will focus and massive amount of Lightning chakra and create 4 Ghostly Image of Zeus which is made up of Lightning and is positively charged.These Ghostly figures appear as pure lightning that is shape manipulated into a figure of Zeus. Each Ghostly image is 6 feet tall and moves at the Base speed of the user.The created ghostly figures can reach upto long range from the user i.e upto 12 meter beyond which they will get dispersed off as unfocused lightning energy.After creating the ghost when the user makes a single hand seal he makes the air surrounding the user upto mid range Positively charged while making the air surrounding the opponent negatively charged.This change in electric field surrounding the user will be active for 3 turns. Sensory and Dojutsu ninja can very well sense or see the change in electric field while normal ninjas can see little sparks out of no where in the atmosphere surrounding the user which he has charged. it will appear as tiny glitters in the air. The main part of the technique is that when the opponent comes inside the radius or when he's already inside the radius of the charged electric field the air surrounding the opponent is negatively charged. Now when the the ghost comes inside the Radius of Electric field due to the opponent being negatively charged the Lightning ghost will rage towards the opponent in high speed(speed of a sniper bullet) and attack him ultimately electrocuting the opponent. the amount of damage produced depends on the no of ghosts that hit the opponent.

Four ghosts at 40 damage a piece is 160 damage, S-ranks are 80 damage. The electric field change seems like part a different technique and completely unnecessary. High speed is nowhere close to sniper bullet speed, that needs to be reduced, a lot.

Description:

The user after gathering a very large amount of Suiton chakra in their body will then release that suiton chakra from their body from all the chakra points like full body surge. As the User release the excessive amount of Suiton chakra from all over his body, the release chakra from his body gathers around and forms a huge mass of suiton chakra surrounding him till short range to the user. Due this presence of excessive amount of water chakra surrounding the user the atmosphere surrounding the user upto short range will become more like a Damped environment with a high level of humidity. Due to the Chakra from the user, the user will not feel any difficulty facing this Damped environment with high humidity but however when an opponent enter this short range of damped environment, due to the sudden change in the humidity the opponent will find slight difficulty in breathing under that condition and there will be a slight decrease in the speed and agility of the opponent. hence when this is active, If the opponent tries to execute any taijutsu related moves or freeform move towards the user, His/her speed and reflex level will be dropped to one rank. i.e A Sage level opponent will have his speed and agility and reflex reduced to that of a Kage level Shinobi.

This Water chakra mass can be used in the form Chakra blast to attack the opponent and it will deal A rank damage to the opponent reaching upto Mid range.

Due to this presence of Damped environment rich with Water chakra, the water technique that is performed by the user from his body or by the manipulating the water that is present at short range from the user will gain a +25 additional damage due to the chakra that enhances their strength and momentum, tho only the Damage produced by the technique will be increased, but the size and speed of the technique remains un altered. Considering the fact that its a pure mass of water chakra that is surrounding the user, All Fire based technique of the user will suffer -20 Damage and the user will not be able to perform any B rank and below Fire technique as it will be nullified by the mass of water chakra that surround the user. But it also renders B rank and below fire techniques of the opponent useless against the user. All other elemental techniques except Earth will suffer a - 5 damage due to the presence of this mass of water chakra around the user.

Restrictions:
★ Can only be used Twice per battle with a two turn gap cooldown.
★ That mass of Suiton chakra surround the opponent for three turns.
★ The user cannot disperse off this technique once the mass of chakra is created unless certain conditions are met.
★ If the user is on water surface, then the user can disperse off this mass of chakra into the water i.e he can cancel the effect of the technique anytime before the end of three turns limit.
★ Whilst this technique is active the user will not be able to user B rank and below fire techniques.
★ The mass of chakra moves along with the user.

I'm fine with the whip, though it can use a little work to make it more useful. The lightning bit is just a second technique and shouldn't be included. You can produce the same effect by pairing this with several cannon lightning techniques.

Description: A partial version of (Kōton: Doragon Kourin) Steel Release: Dragon Advent Jutsu. The User will perform Tiger → Boar → Rat → Monkey → Dog → Dragon → Serpent → Bird handseals then exudes a large aura of steel chakra that envelops a part (or two parts at maximum) of the user's body. They then manipulate as much metallic objects as they can sense and gathers them around the part enveloped with steel chakra. The user can manipulate the aura of Chakra and move it to coat another part(s) of the body according to the user's needs and once the chakra aura is moved the metals will follow it and move, taking a new shape to adopt to its new location. since the original version would make an armor that looks like a bipedal dragon, this version will only create a part of that bipedal dragon but with each part of the user's body coated with steel chakra it has different abilities.
The head: If the user coats his head with the chakra, the metals will cover the whole head part along with the neck, with the exception of eyes, and nose. The armor will enhance the user's hearing abilities, since solids transfer sounds better than gases. However, after the armor stops coating the user's head, the user will suffer from a headache due to the pressure that was acting on it and suddenly disappeared. the headache will last till the end of the match or till the user takes a medicine.
The Torso: Once the user coats his torso, his/her moving will get slower due to the weight of the armor however the armor will create absolute defense for the user's torso that will only fall for the lightning jutsus strong enough to cut through it. The user can extend a tail from his/her bottom and can be modified to the user's imagination and the user can manipulate the tail to use it in the battle according to his/her imagination, the tail, however, is 2 meters tall at maximum.
The Arms: if the arms are coated the user will be able to deal double damage with punches and can lift big rocks easily. The dragons arms will give the user a one-time ability to shot a storm of steel projectiles at the opponent with very high-accuracy. The user can coat the two arms at once or just one arm at time.
The Legs: coating the legs will give the user double running speed and can make the user jump higher than usual by double. Due to the huge weight in the user's legs, each step the user makes create a small crater under them.
note: if a part of the armor was destroyed it will regenerate but this ability can be used once per usage time.
note: when the user changes the location of the armor it counts as a jutsu and can't move the armor back to the former location during this usage time.
note: The storm of projectiles can be used once per usage time and acts as a jutsu

A lot of poor description going on here. For the head part, it doesn't make sense. Any time you put on a helmet sound gets muffled, it doesn't make you hear better. This can be remedied by including a bit about ears designed to amplify incoming sound. Then you need to define how much better your hearing becomes. For the torso, you need to remove the absolute defense stuff. The armor would simply be S-ranked Steel armor and follow the strengths/weaknesses that come with it. For the tail I'm assuming you just mean to whip it around however you want, but it sounds like you can do literally anything with it. It needs to be re-worded. For arms the projectiles needs a rank.

Description: The user concentrates his wind chakra into his palm and then suddenly pushes outwards with his hand to send a small condensed ball of wind at the target. The ball travels incredibly fast and can only be tracked by dojutsu or sensory techniques. Once the ball touches the target the condensed wind is released as a powerful blast of wind which the user controls to split into two and moves around the target, leaving the target unharmed, but anything around the targets vicinity is ripped apart or pushed away. This jutsu can be used to protect allies or break apart opponents mobile defenses. If the jutsu comes in to contact with anything else before it reaches its target the ball is released and the blast of wind splits in two around the obstruction and continues towards the target. If it comes into contact with something which completely prevents it from reaching the target, like an earth dome, then the ball releases and the blast of wind would split around the object but this time shredding it apart from both sides while still leaving the user inside unharmed.

Description: the user gathers fuuton charka in his hands and lungs requiring a build of fuuton charka this takes time, then the user will spit the large amount of built up fuuton charka directly in front of him taking the form of a dragon, the user then uses the fuuton charka to control the dragon before it fully is formed so the wind dragon will obey him if this is not done the fuuton charka will disperses the dragon then gets controlled by the user on how to move, where to move, and when to move the dragon on the users will then shoots out a large amount of wind needles which are very dense, very small, and can penetrate objects with ease this do not have the cutting ability of wind but the vast amount of needles fired by the dragon would easily kill multiple humans , once the dragon fires the needles the dragon cant fire anymore but the user can still use the dragon for attack/defensive purposes the dragon is a large and powerful stream of wind tightly compacted into a shape of a dragon if the dragon comes into collision with a human it would send them flying back, also because of it being a stream of wind It can deflect kunai and other weapons but if it does the dragon disperses, the dragon also only lasts 2 turns if it does not get used

The oncilla resembles the margay and the ocelot.Due to it being Crossbread of the two.
The Oncilla Mostly Comes in the sizes of a Normal Cat,But with more slender Shoulders.

But some oncilla have also Become the length of a Full Grown Horse.
Those tend to be strong and have more muscles.

The Oncilla a Unknown Trough the Ninja world.

Description: The user will form the hare and tiger handseals, channeling their chakra into the area 10 meters above the opponent and form 4 shells of fuuton. The shells are a meter in diameter and are visible through the green hue they give off. When a shell goes off it releases a flurry of tiny wind blades in every direction that reach up to short range from where the individual shell had gone off. The shells will go off by a large collision like with the ground, but can also be set off when ever the user wishes using their chakra link.


Note: Can only be used three times a match
Note: Requires two turns of cool down between use
Note: Cannot use S ranked fuuton or above, the same turn or the next.

This doesn't seem like an S-rank technique. Not sure what the bolded part means. Can these be set off one by one? Or do they all go off together? Wouldn't setting one off cause the blades to hit the others destroying them?
